I'm very clean, organised, quiet, polite, educated, with a sense of fun. I'm capable and responsible. If a fire broke out I'd know what to do. I've never smoked but I like a glass of prosecco every now and then. I can look after myself but I am caring, responsible and empathetic. I'm a lawyer and have been for the last 15 years or so. I've lived at Lennox Head for 1.5 years and purchased land at Bangalow where I plan to build my home eventually. I used to ride horses professionally and would like to get back into it but it does get very hot up here which would make it tough I imagine. I have a kitten, one of a litter which was dumped on me, which I would love to keep if possible. I have found homes for the others. I love living near the ocean and being able to hear the waves at night while in bed. But I also love the rolling green hills and sub-tropical landscape. All of it is very beautiful.

So excited to be part of a home where we all contribute to make it feel relaxed, peaceful and homely. I would love to live with females, but open to it being female and males. Student. Casual worker. More than the sum of the parts. I have widely varied musical tastes (whilst respecting volume levels) and enjoy getting amongst it, wether that be hiking to the top of the mountain or snorkeling to find nemo. I cook a mean roast or BBQ, I cook a sub par risitto but an working on that. I cannot walk tight rope, nor juggle. I do have a mean as frisbee and hackysack game though. I am a conscientious and empathethic flatmate. I have no pets but I love animals. I rarely party but when I do you better hope you have a camera handy.
I am an Australian, working as a trainer/teacher. I'm a non-smoker and don't have kids or pets though I love animals. I enjoy being fit, love food & a glass of wine on the deck. I'm private and home owner so I understand to keep a place clean and respected. I am flexible with my length of stay from 3 months to over 12 months depending on the place. References available.
Hi, looking for a lovely home - somewhere quiet and calm and cat friendly for my gorgeous indoor, house trained cat Lily and me! Ideally a vegetarian/vegan home. I'm a primary school teacher, also studying Steiner Education part time. When I'm not working and studying I love cooking, yoga, beach walks...
Hey! I'm a hairdressing apprentice in Ballina. Looking for somewhere I can feel at home! Smoking doesn't bother me, pets are cool, vego or not I respect your beliefs. Into footy (afl) and music! Smith St, Camp Cope, Johnny Cash. Easy to get along with :)
Hey! I am looking for somewhere to call home. I'm currently studying and working in Social Work in Byron Bay. I'm clean, respectful, social, love getting out into nature, gardening, being creative and really into music. Looking for a self contained studio space or 2 bedroom house.
Hi, I'm Morgan and have lived in Brisbane my whole life. I want to live closer to the beach as it is one my happy places. I'd say I was a bubbly, easy going, tidy person to live with. I do like to go out dancing occasionally, but also like to just chill out. I am a vegan so I prefer to live with someone who is as well, or at least rarely eats meat. But no, I am not one of those preachy vegans who think they're better than you! Must be okay with my family dog (border collie/kelpie, female) coming to visit sometimes. I also have my own little business where I design and hand make dreamcatchers and earrings, so as well as having a job, I also do that part time. Female only please and no smokers. --Open to preferred length of stay and moving date!-- Hope to hear from you soon :)
Great house on the hill in Bangalow, quiet & private (hidden from neighbours) . Sun drenched balcony/ living area. The house is high amongst the trees with sometimes feeling like your having breakfast with the birds. It’s a 3 bedroom house with two bathrooms with lots of space for 3 housemates to share. We like to keep the living areas clean & tidy …we are respectful of each other. We enjoy having a meal or BBQ together once in a while or watching a movie …we like to have the house feel warm & like family. There’s a lovely community spirit in Bangalow with various events throughout the year. Once you settle here & get involved it’s hard to live anywhere else. I have lived here for 4 years & have made a great network of friends. Just 12 km’s to Byron Bay with two directions to get there. Easy to avoid the Ewingsdale traffic jams in summer….some nights you can hear the ocean up here. Our 3rd housemate is leaving to return to London in Mid- July…. we’d like to fill his room with someone who enjoys a lovely home to live-in & is happy to contribute to form a family feel in the house. The bedroom is north facing with loads of natural light, unfurnished & big built-wardrobe. Off-street, undercover parking for each of us…no one gets wet when it rains ☺ We throw in $60/ month which covers the bills ...Wifi, electricity, gas, water & couple of groceries we share. We are looking for someone who works full time (as we both do) ... If this sounds like a fit for you we'd love to hear from you message or give me a call ..happy to have a chat ...Michelle :) * Big house, Relaxed living space * Spacious & quiet * Off-street parking, undercover, * Gas heating and cooking
I'm hoping to find a long-term home for at least a year; or longer, if all works out well. I definitely like calm and quiet in my home environment, although I do enjoy relating with people when it happens, and having thoughtful and thought-provoking conversations. But basically I'm quite self-contained, independent and enjoy being quiet. Re shared areas; I believe I'm a very considerate, aware and respectful sharer of space. I leave the most minimal footprint possible and clean up as immediately as possible after creating food in the kitchen. As far as my life style/interests are concerned: I'm a teacher who recently retired from working with Indigenous adolescents in central Australia for several years, and before that in Wilcannia and northern NSW. I'm now studying a three year Dru Yoga Teacher Training course; I attend two Dru yoga classes a week, one a private class in Mullum, and one in Byron. I'm a regular volunteer at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery in Ballina (one or two shifts a week) I have my own income. I'm a creative who delights in the aesthetic in all aspects of living. I'm a keen gardener and enjoy planting food, herbs and flowers. I love eating good food and cooking, particularly different ethnic foods. I eat a vegetarian diet, but I'm not rigid about it. I guess if I were asked to encapsulate what I love and believe in, one word would have to be *diversity* and one concept would have to be *unity in diversity*. I'm a traveller and a seeker and always will be. Suffice it to say I can wax lyrical about things I feel passionate about, and act upon them as well.
New to the area. Easygoing single lady of the 1960's decade, love to cook, enjoy great food & wine (in moderation), books, movies & world music. Inspired by travelling, (have seen a fair bit of the world & Oz) love getting out & about on adventures in my 4WD. Looking to share with mature single who enjoy similar interests. Clean & respectful of other
Near new home to share with my sister, my partner and myself. We are all active and work full time. Walking distance to Wollongbar TAFE and bus stop very close by. Located in a quiet street. We have 1 female blue heeler with a gentle nature. She is an inside/outside dog. Unfortunately we don't really want anymore dogs to reside with us. Room is furnished with a bed and built in robe but no drawers. We would prefer someone around our own age (25-35ish), who has a healthy lifestyle, who likes their own space and is clean and tidy. No smoking (in the house), or drugs. Bills are included in rent.
A quiet, friendly neighbourhood, there is a pool, pool table, alfresco area with a BBQ. Each room has a TV with free to air channels, Wifi, a double bed(with electric blanket), a desk, shelves and both rooms share an adjacent bathroom. A share fridge and pantry between two people and access to a laundry with dryer whenever you please. The house is close to shops and buses. There will be a landlord agreement to sign but otherwise no real special conditions.(Smoking is ok if that's what you do but you would have to smoke outside). Come and inspect for yourself, i think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Looking for a working professional that is quite and respectful. Sorry no pets allowed. Price excludes all bills: internet, electricity, gas and water. Bills are an additional $30 per week.

I'm really friendly, very respectful, clean, trustworthy and easy to live with. Always on time with rent. I'm a travel agent in Ballina, and a bit of a musician on the side (I sing and play guitar), so looking to live with people who don't mind some acoustics tunes played from time to time :) I come with a one-year-old Staffy X German Pointer who is also super friendly and very obedient. Not a huge party animal but do enjoy the occasional wine and good company :)
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, moving to the area from far South Coast NSW and intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking. I am also interested in teaming up with others to find a nice house together.
I'm seeking long-term accomodation in and around Byron area to start end of July/start of August. Ideally within 15-20 mins drive of Byron as I work part-time in town. I have a clean rental history and references for you to look at if you like. My ideal room would have a built-in robe, be unfurnished but allow room for a queen bed, music gear, and be bright and airy. Looking to pay between $150 and $200 inclusive of bills, possibly more for the right place. About me, I'm a 20 year old gal with a love for the ocean, music, outdoors and anything that makes my hands dirty (paints, charcoal, gardening etc). I eat plant-based, mostly organic foods and enjoy playing around in the kitchen. Preferably, I'd like to share with people of the same age with the similar ideals. I enjoy a good night out with friends but you'll mostly find me curled up with a tea, watching a doco or reading a book. I'm looking to adopt a dog in the near future as well so would like to move in with people that are animal lovers but of course he/she'd be my responsibility. Seeking a fenced in yard if this is possible. If you think you'd like to house share with me please feel free to message me :)
