I’m working full time and just completed my uni degree, looking to find somewhere close to my place of work. I currently work in the Kotara area, and occasionally other locations such as Charlestown and Glendale, so looking for something central to those areas. I drive but currently don’t have a car, so would love somewhere with good access to public transport and the option to park a car when I get one in the near future. I’m a very quiet person and keep to myself mostly, but am very social with the right people. I don’t party and work every weekend so would love a living situation that aligns with my lifestyle. My ideal setup would be a self contained unit/apartment/granny flat etc. but am open to shared spaces with people if the fit is right. Pet friendly would also be a bonus, my jack russell terrier is 13 years old and very friendly and quiet (and house trained!) she has some health issues and would love for her to be able to stay with me, but she can stay with family if need be. Hi, I’m Dave! I am looking at signing a fresh lease somewhere in the suburbs I have listed anytime after the 21st of August (this is flexible). I am preferably looking at living with another down-to-earth bloke between the age of 30-45 who has a similar lifestyle to my own. Surfing is my favourite thing ever and a close second would be snowboarding! I am passionate about travelling, camping, and just being on a fun adventure. I really am enthusiastic about staying fit and healthy. I am always trying to challenge myself in the gym and with activities like running, riding, and swimming I work locally as an Architect and am also a qualified cabinet maker. I have lived in Newcastle for 10 years and currently live in Adamstown. I have previously lived in Bar Beach, Cooks Hill, and the Hill on my past leases. Budget for me is $300 (max $350) , so leases between $500-$700 split 2 ways. I am generally only looking to share a lease with 1 person and preferably finding a place with either a small garage or a little bit of storage as I have a bali-style scooter, several bikes and many surfboards.
