I am preferably looking at living with another down-to-earth bloke between the age of 30-45 who has a similar lifestyle to my own. I am always trying to challenge myself in the gym and with activities like running, riding, and swimming I work locally as an Architect and am also a qualified cabinet maker. I have lived in Newcastle for 10 years and currently live in Adamstown. I have previously lived in Bar Beach, Cooks Hill, and the Hill on my past leases. Budget for me is $300 (max $350) , so leases between $500-$700 split 2 ways. I am generally only looking to share a lease with 1 person and preferably finding a place with either a small garage or a little bit of storage as I have a bali-style scooter, several bikes and many surfboards.
