Moved to new castle from QLD and have been here since January. I have full time employment and work 8-5 as a lead workshop technician at Lawrence RV in caravan service and repairs and will be very reliable when it comes to paying rent. I currently live with others and understand the importance of personal space and keeping the house tidy. A bit about me… I’m an 19 year old that has a passion for motorbikes and like the outdoors. I don’t have any pets but don’t mind having them around. I’m not looking to have a party house but will enjoy a few drinks on the weekend. Always up for a chat, enjoying hanging out with mates, have a couple at the pub and getting out and about. I will need at a bare minimum off street parking and ideally have a car park. I don’t need bedroom furniture and can also add/ purchase new furniture that is required if starting a new rental.

I'm a 32-year-old guy who enjoys the quite, simple life. During the summer I often go to the beach, and when I can, I like to go camping. During the winter I am in hibernation... I am between work, going for a run, the gym and my room. I am a Part-time Science teacher / Part-time data analyst, so I am on a mixed schedule from working at school and working from home. I have a 4 year old male dog named Dante, he is an Irish Wolfhound x Staffie (we think). He is about the size of a pitbull and has been VERY well trained, and is VERY obedient. Dante is great with other dogs, small children and strangers. He has a wonderful nature and everyone who meets him seems to always fall in love with him. He has been an inside dog most of his life, but is capable of being an outside dog if necessary. I tend to keep to myself, however I do enjoy the occasional social outing or hang. Whether that be going out for dinner/drinks, watching the footy/ a movie at home, or doing something outdoorsy during the weekend. With that in mind, I would prefer a more independent living situation. However, I am happy to house-share with no more than 1 or 2 other housemates. I have no preferences for age or gender. I have over 10 years experience of housesharing, so I am quite familiar with how they usually all work. I am very respectful and considerate, I do not smoke or vape, I barely drink and I am a very clean and quite person. My ideal housemates are responsible and respectful people, not into throwing house parties every weekend and are clean and tidy... and of course are fine with dogs.
