$300/week•40 year old woman
Here's a bit about myself:
Status: I'm a full-time student at the University of Newcastle. I also work part-time at a local clothing company named 'Just Group'.
Cleanliness: I'm very clean and organized. I'm a bit of a neat freak, actually, so you can rest assured the property will be well-maintained.
Rental History: I lived in university accommodation last year and have a spotless record of rent payments and property care.
Lifestyle: I'm quite busy with school, work, sports and volunteering. Most of my time is spent at the university library or at work. I usually come home in the evenings, have a light breakfast of milk, oatmeal, and fruit, and occasionally treat myself to a nice dinner when I have time off. You can rest assured that I'm a responsible tenant. I don't smoke, drink, or have pets, and I don't host parties. I lead a busy life focused on my studies, work, and personal growth.
Personality: I'm friendly, easy-going, and communicative. I believe in open communication and mutual respect with you.
Desired rental period: While my initial lease would be until the end of September, I fully intend to stay much longer and would be a very reliable long-term tenant (I'm very likely to be here for an extended period. I'm starting my semester soon and will then formally apply for the PhD program, for which I've already received a verbal offer. If accepted, I'll be in Newcastle for 3-5 years). However, in the unlikely event that I don't continue my studies after September, I would happily assist you in finding another suitable tenant to ensure the property remains occupied.
Employee or student status: I'm a full-time student and part-time employee.
Preferred move date: I'm available to move in as soon as possible.
Number of tenants: Just myself.
I'd love to schedule a viewing at your earliest convenience. Please let me know what time works best for you.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Nancy
