Looking for new roommates to live with my partner, Jack (23) and I (23). We live in a quiet part of New Lambton, working full time in healthcare whilst Jack is working full time in construction. About the home: We have an existing 2.5 bedroom, 1 bathroom home tucked away in New Lambton with a 12-month lease opportunity to continue through to November 2026. The house is fully furnished excluding your future bedroom however, always happy for new additions to the home. Your bedroom consists of a south facing room with a built-in wardrobe, adequate size for a queen-sized bed. There is always room for additional storage in the double garage as well as off street parking. Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for pets. Rent is $230 + Bills. A bit more about us: Jack and I work long hours and enjoy coming home to a clean and tidy environment where respect is key as we enjoy our downtime and respecting privacy is important within our home.
