I’m a community-based Occupational therapist currently living on my own with my two dogs in Gwandalan. Im looking for either a housemate here or to move as being on my own isn’t financially viable. I’m a very tidy person; I don’t mind a chat but I also like my own down time. I’m quite active and in my spare time I like to go to the gym, beach, or spend time with friends. One of my dogs is an outside dog- she’s quite old and sleeps a lot. I’d be looking for a place that ideally didn’t already have another dog as she isn’t very good with other dogs. My second dog is a whippet, he’s very sweet and loves people and animals. My current real estate could provide references to support that my place has been kept in great condition; they are not destructive.
