I am looking to rent with 2 other flatmates for less than $250/week anywhere in the top 1/2 of the Greater Newcastle Area (Mayfield, New Lambton, Wallsend, Shortland, Charlestown, Cameron Park, etc) My perfect rental would have a 12m^2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a garage but i know that's probably gonna happen. My non negotiable requirements are air conditioning, good internet and somewhere to park my car. I have lived in a small 6 person Uni sharehouse for the past year so I have experience renting with roommates. I dont have any pets and dont mind if you do. I am a quiet and respectful "go with the flow" kind of person and while I do like to attend the occasional party, I don't want to live in a party house. I am originally from Scone and moved to Newy about a year ago to study Computer Science, but I dropped out. I currently work as a casual at BWS and McDonalds and I'm considering doing an apprenticeship as an electrician or machinist. I am a gamer and VR enthusiast and I'm also learning how to draw and 3D model.

I’m currently In disability support and have just started a small odd jobs business. I’m generally doing things a lot of the time, I like to dance regularly, I do improv theatre and boxing training and try to pursue a few other creative endeavours when I have time. I have a partner who I see a few times a week and we generally go in between each others places evenly when staying over. I find honesty be the best policy and do my best to stick by it.
