Hey there, I'm Alex! A 23 year old, looking to make the jump into living out of home, having grown up in Newcastle all my life. I currently work full-time as one of the marketing coordinators at the university, in which usually I'll have at least 1-2 days a week working from home. In terms of my down time for the most part it consists of a combination of either socialising with my friends, going to the gym or watching whatever sport is in season (the footy in particular!). Picking up surfing is my next hobby goal! I’m a shameless foodie too. Overall, I’m naturally a very chilled and laidback person that is happy to go with the flow of other people around me, so can definitely match extroverted energy as well. Although I love to be busy/social, I have come to appreciate the occasional quiet relax days as well. Ideally looking for people that are alike and want the same!

Ideally near the beach, lake, river or ocean - to swim, surf and reload the batteries! I play guitar (quietly lol) and use to go outside everyday. I am very sociable but absolutly not into "inviting everyone at home" - it's actually the opposite, at mine, it's my "safe place" to rest and regenerate. I am looking to make the flat cosy, tidy and quiet :) However I am up to share a coffee, meals or drinks in town or by the beach. To clarify about the flat: I am looking for an individual space, not a shared place. And at least a 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom - 0 parking, but more is ok. Of course a livingroom. Furnished or not.
