I will mostly keep to myself also I am Happy to engage at your leisure. I appreciate having clear instructions , boundaries & house rules. I am a very responsible person who values respect and consideration of others personal space & belongings at all times in life. I get paid fortnightly on a Friday & I am happy to set up direct debit for rent / bills. I do require a receipt of tenancy length & rent receipt (nothing fancy I can do these up if they are signed or formal approved tenant on lease ). I have a guaranteed income fortnightly indefinitely.
