Hi! I'm 24 korean 🇰🇷 I'm looking for a stable place to stay while I study full-time at TAFE southbank for the next two years, starting in July 📚. For the past 3 years, I've lived in share houses across Australia and New Zealand, always staying for at least six months without any issues. I’ve never been late on rent and can provide references if needed:) During those 3 years, I was on a working holiday visa, balancing work and travel. Now that I’m settling down for study (and working part-time), I won’t be home much, but when I am, I’m friendly, tidy, and respectful.
