We are a Colombian couple currently living in Lutwyche and looking for a new rental property closer to our workplace in Cleveland. We’ve been living in our current apartment for two years under Rubik Property, always paying rent on time and maintaining the property in excellent condition.
We both work at Guzman y Gomez with ongoing contracts — I’ve been there for two years, and my wife for ten months. We are also international students in Australia, and our new student visa is valid until the end of 2026.
We are quiet, responsible, non-smokers, and we don’t have pets (nor plan to have any). We value peaceful living and always take care of the property as if it were our own.
While we love our current apartment, the long commute (1 hour each way) is becoming unsustainable, so we’re looking for a new home closer to work. We would be grateful for the opportunity to be considered and can provide references from our current property manager.
