Hi, I am Valentina a 30 year old student (International Management M.A.) from Germany. I will work for the travel agency Peterpans for the next 5 months and therefore need a permanent accomodation in Adelaide. I am a non-smoker, tidy, considarate, trustworthy, have no pets and no children. It would be nice to do something together from time to time, like cooking or watching a movie... but I will definitely respect, if you want to have your peace. I would like to move in as soon as possible and am looking forward to a quick response and a quick inspection date. Best regards, Valentina
I am new to Adelaide and looking for a rental while I make a "soft landing." I am finishing up graduate school (MBA/Masters Degree) in December and beginning to look for full time work here. I spend most of my time doing homework and plan to work full time after graduating. In my small spare time, I like lifting weights, trying new restaurants and exploring the city. I am open to other areas beyond the areas listed and length can be negotiable also.
Hello! I am about to relocate to Adelaide from Melbourne with work.. I'm a pretty relaxed person, i like going to gigs, doing the odd painting, attempts at gardening, attempts at 'gyming'. I just got my dive master so hope to be doing a fair bit of diving... Im quite social and out a bit during the week and over the weekend.. In saying that - I'll be new to Adelaide so I'm keen for a bit of a social house with fun people who want to have the odd meal together or go see some art/music.. I'm a bit of a clean bee so would like to join up with others who appreciate keeping a nice and homely environment.. Enjoy dong things the green way and prefer board games over TV... Unless its Vickings. Ragnar rules.... I hope to build up a sweet home base and look forward to getting my bearings.. Oh I will be travelling with work a fair bit, probably away for half a week each month, and will probably visit Melbourne every so often too! I suppose that's about it! Basically keen for a social homely environment with people who respect the house and each other... Thanks! Lana :)
Friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of others. Am sociable but also like my own space. Enjoy wine and watching tv shows/movies. Love being outside and going for hikes or to the beach. Am a nurse and do shift work so do some odd hourse. Non smoker. My current lease is up end of February so looking for a place around that time.
Hi! I am a recent engineering graduate moving to Adelaide. Looking for a place to live that is near where I work. I am very neat and tidy. Happy to keep to myself, but also enjoy having a few drinks with the house on occasion. Huge tech person, so prepare for free IT help for life.
Looking for an easy-going housemate to have a laugh with! :-) I am moving out and so I need someone to replace me. The flat is situated in North Adelaide about 1 minute walk to O'Connell street. If you don't know the area well the unit is close to the cinema, supermarket, gym, cafes, restaurants and pubs. It's also about a 20-30 minute walk into the city or a 5-10 minute bus ride. The unit is in a great area for public transport. I love living in this area because it's close to everything. Jini, the housemate who's staying, is a friendly, 29yr old, that loves to sit and have a chat or eat dinner together at the end of the day. She also likes to go out for dinner and drinks occasionally as well. Annnd she knows the value of having your own space. Jini is looking for someone who is similar in that they are happy to share the cleaning, likes being sociable and is easy going. She doesn't mind if you are female, male, studying or a working professional but no pets are allowed. It's a small place with no back yard but an outside washing line. The room is unfurnished, you would need to organise your own. It's small but enough room for a double bed. The bills are very manageable. Unlimited internet which would be split between you. There is a parking space out the back which could be shared but limited street parking. Look forward to hearing from you if you think this is the place for you.
Hello, I'm Maeve, a 24 year old Melbournian who moved to Adelaide earlier this year. I have fallen in love with Adelaide- mainly the weather and how close everything is. I am currently studying full time and work Saturdays and some evenings at a dentist. I'm pretty chill and love some banter, I get along with most people as I come from a large family and am a twin so I know how to share. Lenient with moving date, it can be whenever. Last year I was renting in New Zealand and enjoyed it, I understand when people need space for themselves or to study etc. I am a friendly person who loves to go out and dance, enjoy myself but am very responsible with study and work. I love being busy and working out - going surfing and sun baking at the beach, also love to shop, eat out and watch movies :D I go back and forth to Melbourne at least once every 2 months or so. In the past few years I've done a lot of travelling so I love being settled finally. Xxxx
Hi, I am Qian (Cathy), working full time at a College. I am very considerate, easy going, clean and tidy. I love music, nature, exercise and cooking. I enjoy a good chat but like my personal time as well. I like respectful people with common courtesy and with open minds. I live a healthy lifestyle and don't smoke or drink. I hope to share a place only with one person, preferably a female and furnished place. I am looking to live in the city or close to the city.

I'm a friendly, easy going guy looking for self contained accommodation, or to share with like-minded folk. I'm educated but not working at the moment. Some health issues have forced me to stop working and relocate back home to Adelaide, which I’m really happy about. I'm working with doctors and naturopaths to get better and I'm looking for a peaceful space to do this for 3-6 months. I have varied interests. I’m clean and tidy. I’m quiet around the house but like a chat. I’m not opposed to vices. If you'd like to chat, get in touch and let's meet up. I’m also open to an exchange of some sort, i.e. help with chores or errands in exchange for reduced rent. Matt
I'm very easy to get along with. I am a professional guy who works 9-5 in the defence industry. I enjoy the outdoors, fitness and time with my dog. I love to cook and especially for others. I love to be surrounded by similar people and enjoy relaxing at home with my friends or new house mates. I am clean and tidy and respect privacy. I am not a party animal. I also have a small dog, Winston, who is 14 years old and my best mate. He would love to find a home too with me.
Clean, tidy but social and tolerant couple looking for a place to live together for the 2018 academic semester. We're both undergraduates; James is a creative writing student from Flinders while Lisa is doing media/marketing at the University of Adelaide. We are respectful, easy to get along with and have experience living in share houses. We love a quiet night in with a book or film as much as being social and going out so don't be shy!
PhD student and just came to Adelaide for a 6 to 12-month research visit at Adelaide University. So generally will be at the university all day long. But like to live with some international persons and have some fun like drink sometimes. Or organizing to do other things, depending on the room mates.
I am a sociable male in mid 30s who is working full time as a professional. I have lived in share houses for 10 years plus and appreciate and respect a clean and tidy environment. I am respectful of others and their needs in a sharing environment. I am not looking for a party house but a place where it is ok to have a few friends over for a relaxed beer or coffee.
New to Adelaide, splitting my time between work in the Grenfell St office and Roxby Downs for BHP. I'm a keen runner and avid coffee drinker, so I much prefer my Saturday mornings to Friday nights - no need to worry about me keeping you up all night. Between travel to and from site and Melbourne from time to time to see my girlfriend, I'll definitely be a low contact housemate. I own a car and currently live alone in a fully furnished house. I can sell as much or as little as I need to depending on the setup I move into, but would prefer to keep the car and move into an unfurnished bedroom if able. If you're after someone who's clean and respectful, pays their bills on time, and is good value for a chat when he's around, I could well be your guy. If you're after someone to have mid-week drinks and massive Saturdays with, I'm probably not. Having said that, the biggest motivation for me to share instead of living alone is to make new friends in a new city, so it'll be important for me that we click. I'd prefer not to live with students to avoid potential fights over money - rest assured I'll pay my share and on time, I'd just prefer not to have to squabble over a few bucks or who drank more milk this week.
