Hi mate :) I'm a cool female student studying Master degree in Adelaide, and need a bedroom for 5 months before graduation. As a friendly gal who accept and enjoy different culture, I'd love to have a chat with you, while also fond of staying alone and respect privacy. I'm really quite - no music, no party, no chat if you don't want, therefore don't worry about my disturbance on your work or study. Almost forget to say that I'm a fan of soccer! Looking forward to someone chat this topic with me :) If you: 1) Are the person who could respect each other and like quite environment 2) Have a no-party property 3) Have a property around Ruddle Mall or Glenelg (along tram line) 4) Live alone in the property and need a housemate Pls don't hesitate to contact with me if you match the requirements! Cheers, Yihan
Apartment available for lease on 1st July. I am moving interstate and am looking to transfer my lease :) The apartment is very modern and easy to live in! Such a convenient location! 5-minute bus ride or short walk into the city, cafes and shops at your doorstep! The place has heaps of daylight and the bedrooms are very large. The living area has recently been renovated too! The apartment comes with two double bedrooms, a car park and a balcony. The bedrooms can easily fit a queen bed, drawers and a desk. Both bedrooms have a modern built in wardrobe and is quite spacious.
We are a very friendly Asian couple and like to live in a neat and tidy place. I work full time and my partner is a student. We always clean up our own mess and respect others personal space very much. We are quite most of the time but always willing to socialise and talk :)
My name is Catherine and I am looking for a room to rent as close to Adelaide CBD as possible, available to move immediately. Originally from Russia, I am a Permanent resident in Australia since the end of 2015 and planning to become a citizen. Starting my new job at Women's and Children's Hospital, will be working rotating shifts. Have been doing nanny work before, and my background before coming to Australia is in HR -- I am planning to get back to it once I settle down here and sort out additional training and other things. I don't have a car, pets, don't smoke or drink, don't party, clean after myself, and don't have any furniture except for a queen mattress (+quilt and pillows). I am pretty quiet, like to have my privacy and don't bother others, but happy to chat, cook together or hang out in the outdoor areas. I am usually the tidiest person in the household (at least that was the case in all sharehouses I lived in), and every once in while will get in the mood to bake pies and cookies to share with everyone.
Hello! I am a 22 year old media student looking to move out into a house of fun and cool people. I am a great person to live with mostly because I do like to keep to myself, but if you want someone to watch legally blonde with, I am your girl! I lived in a dorm in Japan for a year where I experienced the ups and downs of living with other people, but I definitely know how to respect other people's space. I pretty much just like to have fun and while I enjoy spending time with people I also enjoy down time. I would never say no to a movie and/or games night either. ;-)
I'm a student that splits study between Flinders University and a campus of theirs in the city, I like to keep my living area as neat as I can. I enjoy socialising and keeping to myself in equal measure, so generally, I've found that I can get along with just about everyone. When I'm not studying I enjoy gaming plus getting into gaming lore (if you're a gaming fan), working on my skills as a concept artist and illustrator and every once in a while heading into town for some nightlife. I also have some pets that I would prefer to bring with me as well. So a place open to animals being brought with would be ideal.
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Brilliant architecturally designed townhouse located in a quiet side street just off Melbourne Street in North Adelaide! I'm an international student and I'm leaving my downstairs room (2.9mx3.1m) on June, 14th. The room comes furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with only one other roommate and there is a third toilet downstairs. The house is perfectly located, the free connector bus to town is only a short away and you can walk to the city in 20 minutes! Bills are not included in rent (130$/week) and are around 25$/week (unlimited internet, gas, electricity, water). The room is available for an entire year but a 6 months stay might be considered.

I work full-time at Budget Car Rental as a car detailer. I love fitness, outdoors, adventures, movies, meditation... I would love to have a chat. Marty Foster
Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to share a sunny, newly renovated, 3 bedroom house in North Adelaide. Room for rent is furnished complete with a wall mounted TV. There is a third bedroom that can be used as an office/ guest bedroom. There's a common bathroom/toilet and a separate second toilet. Close to Melbourne St and parklands. Great walk to work in CBD, and a short walk to Adelaide Oval (Portress!). I'm a consulting engineer during the week and play a little music on the weekend. Enjoy snow and surf trips as well as a jog around the parklands. Looking for a professional lighthearted flatmate who is friendly, responsible, tidy etc.. Foxtel included in rent (there's an absurd amount of footy being watched..)
I am a 20 year old international student, originally from England and I will be coming to study in Adelaide in July 2017 for approximately 13 months. I am very respectful of people's different wishes and personalities and a general down to earth guy. I love a night out, but I equally love a night in playing XBOX, watching films or just generally socialising. I am into many different sports, so I am always up for watching them too.
The room is available early June and is in a 3 bedroom, 2 toilet townhouse (both separate from shower&bath) in North Adelaide. Looking for a young working professional 27-40 (3rd bedroom kept empty). The house is ideally located in easy walking distance to Botanic gardens, Next Generation gym, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Womens & Childrens hospital, Adelaide oval, all the cafes and restaurants of Melbourne and O'connell streets in Nth Adelaide. Plus an easy walk into the city and Rundle st mall, tram etc., or 2 min walk to the Free connector bus that circles Nth Adelaide and the city or 50m to public bus. It is ideal for someone new to town or someone who just wants a place close to everything. The house has aircon, heater throughout, a large kitchen; with the kitchen having lots of storage. It has a separate laundry, front/rear balconys and a rear courtyard. It is close to parks, running tracks and bike path access. I am a reasonably active person, so looking for someone similar who prefers quiet socialising at home (not a partyhouse). Hopefully you are someone who has shared before. Bond (x 4 weeks) and 2-4 weeks rent is required on acceptance. There is a new Queen bed available in one of the rooms if required. Amenities will be split equally (includes Wireless internet). No smokers or people with pets thanks. Contact Ben. (#I would prefer to find someone who is able to afford $200pw, but happy to negotiate at $190 at this time of year) I am a working professional - in the health industry, who has lived/worked in Perth/Melb/overseas.
I will be moving from Port Lincoln, SA. I am kind, clean, respectful and professional. I have been living independently Since I was 17, I know how look after myself and my home. I can be fun and like to have some drinks, but I also love to stay at home and watch movies and Tv series, maybe play some Xbox. I have a pet chihuahua named Pippa, she is 12 years old and is an inside pet. If you have any questions please ask :) Emily

Hey there. I'm looking for a friendly and relaxed place to call Home, to share with as much friendly and relaxed housemates. I'm an easy going, honest Italian guy who moved to Australia permanently 4 years ago. I work full time in hospitality and spend most of my time off exploring the outdoors, but I do also like to share a drink or two, whaching a movie, sharing a meal or having a healthy banter and laugh with friends and/or housemates. I'm a passionate traveller and like to have an active lifestyle. Ideally, I'm looking for a place in the Eastern/North-Eastern suburbs (from Hackney following the Linear Park up to Cambelltown area is a massive plus). The room would be relatively spacious, ideally it would fit bed, bedsides, desk and wardrobe (built ins and furnished a plus as well). I pay rent and bills on time, I'm quite tidy and I love animals and Nature, so if you have dogs or cats or other furry friends, I'll be more than happy to help take care of 'em. If this sounds like a good fit for your home, please drop me a message or give me a ring. I'm looking forward to meeting you and have a look around. Cheers Francesco
Hi, I'm Becky, I have just moved into Adelaide from the UK and I am looking for a home! I am a fully qualified teacher, teaching at TAFE / FE level and I have moved to Australia to spend more time with my brother and childhood best friend who both live here. (North Adelaide and Golden Grove respectively) I teach Animal Management, Livestock Management and I am a qualified Animal Behaviourist so love all things nature and wildlife, with the exception of the 8 legged! I love to cook, chat and socialise and I am looking for a house where I can meet more people and expand my social circle within Adelaide. I don't mind a good party but am in no way a party animal, so would appreciate somewhere where dinner, good conversation and a bottle of wine is welcome! If I sound like someone you would like to share with, then please feel free to get in touch! Thanks for reading Bex x

My name is Whitney and I am from the States, more specifically, Colorado. I am 28 and headed to Uni of Adelaide to finish up the last few courses for my Masters degree. I love spending time outside hiking, biking, camping... I like it all! While I do enjoy a good social sesh every once in a while, a glass of wine and a movie night always hits the spot. I am certainly not a late night party type anymore except on the rare occasion. I am very tidy and enjoy socializing with housemates but also enjoy some solitude after a hard day of school/work. I am just leaving a full time job so I understand and respect the necessity of getting a good nights sleep before work or school. Also, I absolutely love to cook and bake! Ideally I am looking for a place that is furnished or semi-furnished. I would prefer living with other females but am not opposed to living with any males if our personalities work. If you think my time frame and some of the details about myself would fit in well with you let's talk! Thanks :)
We are an easy going couple ... We are no smoker, we drink alcohol very rarely. We like to do a bit of sport and try to have a healthy lifestyle. We have a dog, Charlie ... Good fella, he doesn't bark so much and he likes to play but still very quiet. We are going to Adelaide to work, Masami already got a work, she's dog groomer and I'm going to find one in construction when I will be there. Clarence and Masami
