Hi my name is Estee I’m 36 and currently working as a Ambulance Officer and I’m studying nursing which is almost finished. Im looking to rent a room in the city fringe area I’m not too fussed about the exact location just close to the city. I’m recently single and looking for fun easy going people to live with. I’m friendly, polite and happy to share the work load with cooking and cleaning. I don’t smoke and I’m only a very light drinker. I have a beautiful Bernese Mountain dog who is my life she is a lazy dog and sleeps all the time, she loves other animals and is a gentle girl. Hollie has always been a inside dog as she is my shadow, our new place needs to accommodate Hollie as well as me.
Me, I'm 25 years old, I write poetry, rap and produce esoteric hip hop. Super easy going, I don't mind if you're introverted or extroverted I can work with either, to me the only "must-have" trait is the ability to talk openly and honestly about any issues you're having. Silence about household problems just leads to stagnation and problems woresening, ya dig?
Huge front room in an old-style, big semi-detached! Note **potentially furnished - for minimum 6 week stay** The room is at least 4 x 4.5 m with big built in cupboard and space enough for a desk or couch too. The place is recently renovated with ducted heating/cooling throughout. Other lovely features are high ceilings, wooden floorboards, a big, nicely laid out kitchen with lots of storage space, and a sunny little spot to sit out the back. There's plenty of space, the set up is only 2 out of the 3 BR occupied - the spare is available for guests and study space. Only 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to city - convenient to Aquatic centre, parklands, and load of great restaurants! There's plenty of room for some extra furniture, a small shed for bikes, and I keep a modest veggie garden on rotation. There's separate kitchen/ dining/. I've been sharing with a great married couple , who were saving up for their own place - it's been really easy to get along, and not cramped! Note: there's no offstreet parking, however it's relatively straightforwards to get a resident's parking permit, so you can park in the limited zones. I have an option of providing a queen bed set up along with basic night stand and wardrobe, so let me know if that is of interest. I like to keep the housekeeping fairly green as much as reasonable - recycling, compost for food, etc. Let me know if you want to come round to see it! Room would be $195/w for a single, $210/w for a couple. Internet $30/month and electricity bill additional - approx $300 /qtr.
My name is Sophia, I'm 19 years old and I am looking for a house to share with someone, I'm basically never home except to sleep, shower and eat as I have 2 jobs, study at Uni, and am out with friends and my boyfriend a lot. However in saying that I would like to keep the house clean and tidy without much clutter around the place. I have been living out of home since the age of 16 so I am dependable to pay bills and rent on time. I'm a fairly chilled out person, and will stay out of your way and keep to myself if need be. Or we could be great friends hopefully! I wanted to look for a house on the east side of town for around $300 total rent per week. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you want to search for an appropriate house to share. (teamups)
I am a Dutchman and from July I will be studying in Adelaide for six months. So I'm going to follow a number of courses at UniSA, but I'm mainly coming to Adelaide to see more of the world and meet new people. For this I'm looking for a nice home base, preferably as close to the city as possible, where there is enough space to do many things. Now in the Netherlands I live in a house with eleven other students, where we often drink a beer together and do a lot of activities with each other. Because we have a large living room, we often invite other people who live elsewhere in the city. This often leads to a lot of spontaneous activities, which have produced many unforgettable moments. This is not necessarily a requirement for me in a new student residence and I am certainly open to everything that comes my way. It does, however, give an idea of how I currently experience my student days and that I am mainly looking for meeting new people, whether or not in my new home.
Double storey townhouse which is privately located with its own street off Gover St, right next to all the attractions of O'Connell St. There's 2 large double bedrooms, each with built-in robes (the main bedroom opens to the balcony). There's a large two-way bathroom with a spa bath. The living rooms (dining, lounge) are the whole length of the house. The kitchen has new hotplates, new oven, includes a dishwasher, full-size fridge and full-size freezer. The laundry has a tumble dryer fitted and washing machine. Other Features: * Unlimited internet included. * Pool table with a table tennis top add-on. * Large double garage with a 6ft kickboxing bag. * Rear courtyard has a barbecue for entertainment. * Keyed gate to the front garden with a video/audio doorbell fitted. * Ducted R/C. Also, the house isn't completely bare as in most of the uploaded photos lol. They are just the original photos from when I first moved in.
Studying and have my own part time work reselling vintage garments online. I’ve been living out of home since a young age so I know how to clean up after myself and be respectful of others in a shared space. I don’t have visitors much, very occasionally, if I do it’s just for a sleepover. I spend my free time in the gym, riding my bike, skating, going out occasionally, reading, working on my clothes shop and making techno/house music (don’t worry about the noise it’s on my laptop and headphones) A lot of my time is at home but I like to keep busy. I’m very easy to get along with, I’d be keen to hang out with my housemates if you’d like too. I enjoy a good movie with a drink and cooking at home.
Hi I'm Chris, a 22yo Bar Manager with a passion for hospitality. I like to keep the fridge full of cold beers and hummus. When I'm not working I'll probably doing some form of activity whether it be playing guitar or going to the gym. I don't eat anything that comes from an animal, so you don't have to worry about me stealing your snacks. Always down for a cheeky beer.
I'm laid back, quiet, have a great sense of humor and besides the two cats, am low maintenance. I'm looking for somewhere near the beach so I can get back into shape by beach walking, sailing and kayaking. I work full time Monday through Friday in the CBD, so public transport access is a big consideration for me. I'm a 53 year old widow, no kids, saving up for the next phase of life. I'm looking for positive, friendly people who know how to balance being sociable with giving space to others.
We are a long term couple (early 40's) looking for a share house (1 large bedroom). Both are working and clean, tidy & very easy going. Rik (works full-time in the city). Joanne works full-time (from home: phone tech support). Common courtesy, respect of others including their property is important. We have very happy dispositions; it’s our natural default setting. We are very easy going, no drama, helpful. We are very social (love theatre, comedy, the arts), & mindful if others require solitude/peace & quiet. Property must have NBN or Cable internet (due to Jo's work requirements).
Hi, my name is Anneke! I work full-time in marketing in the CBD. I am originally from Perth but I’ve been living in Adelaide for about a year and a half now. I’m looking at moving out of my current house (where I live by myself) into a place a little bit closer to the city, hopefully with an awesome housemate or two! Moving date is flexible as I’m currently on a periodic agreement and I only need to give three weeks’ notice. I’m looking to stay somewhere for at least 6 months. I am a mature, tidy and respectful person. I don’t mind hanging out but I’m also mindful of other people’s space. I’m a vegetarian and I love to cook as well as bake. When I’m at home I’ll either be reading, watching a movie or TV show or I’ll be on my computer. I have enough furniture for a house (kitchen, dining table/chairs, sofa etc.) so happy to contribute to an existing house or maybe look for a place together. I also have two cats, who aside from being cats are pretty cool and chill. Rental references can be provided for them if needed. Location is reasonably flexible as long as it’s close to the city with easy public transport links. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
I am 26, very work orientated and reliable but also down to earth and friendly. I juggle quite a few things at the moment; I am a freelance illustrator and so spend a lot of time keeping to myself working on various projects. I teach art two days a week and also work part time in a chocolate/cafe job in the city. I love animals but don't own any, so I will gladly make friends with yours. I'm a non-smoker, I don't cook or eat much meat but not quite vegetarian. I am respectful, clean and considerate of others. LBGT friendly. I'm very creative, I love art, music, yoga, films, food and travel. I'm pretty relaxed but if you know me long enough you will find I have a silly side.
i'm easy going and clean, respectful to housemates and the house. I have a cool cat called Cleo who is 8 months old and also needs a home. Happy to pay extra to accommodate the cat. Will pay bills and rent on time. Work as a Pilot. I'm alright at cooking. but i'm better on a bbq.

Hey! I'm a 24 year old midwife and am looking to start up a share house of 3 people in Brompton, North Adelaide, or nearby. As well as working, I'll be studying my masters so I'm sure I'll be busy as! But it would be nice to live with someone young, fun and chilled for if we ever get spare time. My current housemate and I have become amazing friends, and it makes a huge difference living together! I have my own bedroom furniture as well as a tv unit, fridge, washing machine etc. so ideally would like to move in somewhere I can use them. I am very sociable and love to play sport, I also love a good sleep in and a night out. I am very considerate, open minded and clean and looking to live with someone similar. Can't live anywhere where there's a cat. Looking forward to hearing from ya!
Hi, I'm quite an outgoing person who enjoys socialising and doesn’t mind a wine and cheese of an evening at times but I also like to have time to myself as well. I am 33 years old and work full time. I am fairly easy going and like a tidy, clean house but am not a neat freak. I am originally from NSW and don't know many people in Adelaide so would be looking to make some friends as well. I am uncertain about how long I would stay but it would be about 3 to 6 months to start off with.
Hi, I'm just finishing off my degree at Uni Adelaide, and have a part-time job working almost every day at a restaurant in CBD. I have been living in CBD for the last 3 years now, and my current contract is running out in February so here I' am, looking for a new home and housemates. I'm very neat, clean (army experience helps), also very down to earth I would say. Please feel free to contact me for further questions, thanks.
