Brilliant architecturally designed townhouse located in a quiet side street just off of Melbourne Street in North Adelaide! We’ve got the huge Master Bedroom on offer (4.1x4.5m). The room has worked really well in the past for the right couple, and having 4 in the house helps keep all the bills low. You’ll have your own ensuite and 5 bays of built in robes. There’s also a third toilet downstairs. The free connector bus to town is only a short walk away. Bill's aren't included but are an even split between us. Ideally we'd like a couple, but if you're super keen to take the room on your own let us know. All the essentials are all sorted: Tv, Internet, couches, fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, reverse cycle AC, dining table, vacuum, etc. You’ll have to provide your own furniture for your room though. I'm a graduate of architecture, working full time for a firm nearby and also tutoring with UniSA. Delani is a medicine student and keeps herself incredibly busy. We’re laidback and up for a chat, but know how to respect each other’s privacy. Hit us up if you're down to earth, clean, quiet and respectful. Cheers, Brett

Cupboards for storage and fire places to add much character. Large patio to enjoy the sun, immaculate garden and weekend entertaining. Professional preferred and smokers need not apply, please. Hi, future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. I am studying at the University of Adelaide and I also work part time. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 20 years old and I have lived in 2 different countries so I know a thing or two about how to get along with diverse people and I am extremely open minded. I love to watch movies and I enjoy spending time with my housemates but I also enjoy my own time. If you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
I'm a third year Law student at the University of Adelaide. I like my own space so I'm generally pretty quiet around the house, but I'm always up for random chats and watching movies. I'm relatively tidy, very respectful of other people's space, and I like to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Hey I'm Mac (24). I've recently moved over to Adelaide for work as an engineer and am looking for a friendly house to move in to. I work full time so won't be boosting those energy bills and at night I love to have a drink and chat (preferably over cheese). I try to keep up with my exercise but sometimes that can be be way too hard (am I right?). Overall just a pretty normal guy. If you've got a room available that suits feel free to get in contact with me. Have a great day :)
I'm 25, male, very tidy, very responsible and friendly. I love pets but don't have any at the moment.I currently working with Telstra in CBD. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions. I'd love to set up a time to meet you and see the place
I'm a final year law student at Adelaide looking for a social household and a laid-back atmosphere. It goes without saying that I know how to respect others' personal space. Looking to stay till the end of the year to July next year. Do let me know if you have anything close to north east corner of CBD. Furnished room + Parking essential.
I am a 22 yo female recently graduated as mechanical engineer from the university of Adelaide and currently working full time. I am originally from India and have lived in Adelaide for 5 years. I am looking for a less crowded house with housemates that I can get along with well. WHAT MAKES ME GREAT TO LIVE WITH?: I like to keep my living space tidy. I am into fitness and enjoy swimming, boxing and Zumba. I am active most days and love outdoors but there are some days I like to chill at home, have a chat or games/ movie session. I am very sociable, friendly and respectful. So, I am more than happy to make plans with housemates to go hiking, play lawn tennis or just watch movies at home (anything really) and I am also open to try activities that interest them. Also, I understand people have days where they need their own privacy and space, I totally respect that. I love cooking, jamming on my guitar and hiking. I speak french and had the opportunity to learn elementary level german during my internship in Switzerland, where I shared a flat with 3 other females from diverse backgrounds. We still keep in touch and have a great bonding.
I am like a ninja, I will be at home but you wont know Im there. I am independent and don't need a lot of interaction. I work full time and most weekends I visit family and friends so not really around to much. I am reliable with payments and pay my way. I clean up after myself and leave things as I find them, and I use my initiative.
Lawyer and muso, wide interests from art to politics, live during week in Adelaide, weekends with my family in Sydney. Looking for large room in comfortable furnished house, own bathroom, maybe one of the lovely older houses, or granny flat, in or close to CBD. Friendly, reliable, clean, respect privacy. The "lawyer" bit is I do commercial law + what some pompously or perhaps tautologically refer to as "human rights law". The "family" bit is I have a lovely grown up family in Sydney. The "muso" bit is I play (jazz/funk/soul/pop/reggae) in a band, and muck around on the guitar at home, but at a civilized volume. I guess a house with others who play music would be fun,but by no means essential.
Hey there! My name is Shadi and I am a 24-year-old medical student from the University of Adelaide. I'm an ambivert - I'm perfectly content with my own company and a good book, but I do love to laugh and have deep chats over cups of coffee. I travel everywhere with my little black cat, Midnight, but she's very well behaved and keeps to herself. If I were a fictional character I would be Lorelai Gilmore, I love reading horoscopes but I don't really believe in them, and my favourite colour is TARDIS blue. I hope to hear from you soon! :)
Hi, I am Cathy, a young professional working full time at a College. The people around me always think I am like fresh air and hot water. I like to bring happiness to other people around me with a warm smile. I am very considerate, easy going, clean and tidy. I love music, nature, exercise, cooking and cultural exchange, and I can teach you Chinese too if you want to learn :) I enjoy a good chat but like my personal time as well. I like respectful people with common courtesy and with open minds.I want to move into a home rather than just a place to live. I hope we can learn from each other and grow. I live a very healthy lifestyle and don't smoke or drink so being up late partying is not my kind of vibe. I hope to share a place only with one or two people, preferably females and furnished place in at least one year. Prefer to live in the city or close to the city. Hope to move ASAP, but I can also wait till Sep. For me, I think place and people are both important.
Hey y'all! I'm from Dallas, Texas originally, and am moving to Adelaide to start my Masters program at Carnegie Mellon university. I will spend a good chunk of my time studying, however I am also fairly social & dance competitively. I'd love to live with Aussies or other students
