Hey! So I’m looking for accomodation for myself and my son, Isaac who is 4 years old. We are hoping for two bedrooms but at this stage one big bedroom will be good enough. I work 4 days a week, 8am until 3:30pm. Isaac is in childcare these days until 6. On the weekends he is at his dads house so you wont see a lot of him. We’re both fairly quiet in a household, we currently live with a big inside dog and 3 cats so happy living with animals! For fun I play video games, enjoy a glass of wine and read. If I’m stressed out I’ll cook a heap or go get myself a trendy new haircut from the hairdressers. We’re looking to move ASAP. Preferably somewhere for atleast 3 months. Thank you for visiting our listing and we hope you consider us!
friendly, electrician, looking for a new career, loving father, i have my son (2.5 years old) 1 night a week.
Hi. I am a tidy, quiet (but social), and considerate 35m. Working in the Water Science industry that keeps me fairly busy. In my down time I enjoy watching the odd documentary, going to the gym, photography, travel, having a beer or wine with family/ friends.
We are a couple who are looking to live with friendly and sociable housemates in the southern suburbs. Sunjay works full time at home as a freelance illustrator, and Athena currently between jobs, just finished studying. Both of us enjoy gaming (board games and pc) and would love to have game nights with housemates. Of course, we tend to keep to ourselves most of the time. We have both previously lived with other people(in sharehouses), and are respectful to other's privacy, especially clean up as we go, to keep kitchens and bathrooms clean. Prefer living close to public transport. We own no pets (but love them) and don't smoke. Furniture is not a must since we already have our own furniture, but we will still consider it.
Hi, I'm Julienne, I'm 20 years old and I come from Italy. I've been living in Australia for a more than a year. Luckily I get away with my English because I'm bilingual and have an Australian citizenship. I study full time at Adelaide Uni and work part-time in a lovely coffee place. During my free time, a play volleyball, catch up with friends for a chat, watch movies and spend time with my boyfriend. I love animals, (besides snakes and spiders aha). cooking and playing board games with friends. I'm a very tidy person and I actually enjoy cleaning the house. I respect other people things and privacy. I'm keen to make new friends.

I'm a full-time uni student in my final year of a Bachelor of Education/ Bachelor of Arts at Flinders Uni. I also work in childcare during uni holidays and usually nanny during the semester. I'm seeking long term accomodation for myself and my dog, Narla. She is a 2.5 year old labrador retriever, who is very obedient and an all round beautiful girl! I'm looking for a place that is first of all, safe and secure, and pet friendly. I'd like to feel that I am able to use the living spaces and not confined to my room. I enjoy the occasional social interaction, shared meal once in awhile and movie in the lounge. I'd hope to have house mates that also enjoyed the company of others occasionally and not just remain in their room and never communicate and interact with each other. I'm a non smoker and would not consider living with anyone who does.

Hi! I work as a receptionist Monday-Friday 9-5 in the Adelaide City. Honestly I am looking for a house full of really cool people that I can call my friends, somewhere I can come home from work to and have a great chat full of laughs and banter (and maybe a sneaky drink 😏) I am a very social person although I will always respect your space! Although I am a “young professional “ don’t be fooled, I will never pass up an opportunity to spread out on the couch and have a Netflix night (I have a Netflix AND Stan account so whos the real winner here) Soooo I’m a super fun person and probably exactly what your house is missing, so chuck me a message!!
Currently looking for somewhere short term as I'm currently building. I have a car which I need a garage for but this site won't really let me search for that so if you have a garage space please get in contact. I'm easy to get along with. I like surfing, Muay thai and going to the gym. I'm interested in any nice place between Glenelg and Seaford.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hello, My name is Andrew and am looking for a room in Adelaide's Southern suburbs. The reason I am moving is that my landlord is selling her house. Here is a little bit of information about myself: I am a 30 year old male who is originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for about 4 years total. I originally came to visit Australia 7 years ago and loved it so much that I told myself I would come back to live forever. I was finally able to secure my permanent visa so I could live my dream. I have a couple university degrees and am currently trying to get into medical school. I also currently work full time for the government. My job is pretty full on and I sometimes need to wake up at 5:30am, so need to be well rested. It is important that I am living in a place that is quiet, especially at night after 11pm. I am a quiet person but enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while. I enjoy hiking, fishing, gardening and just relaxing in the outdoors in general. I am also a very passionate cook and love making food for others. Over the past few years I have lived primarily with females. In my experience, they have generally been more respectful/clean/not excessive partiers. This is my preference, but am open to live with anyone as long as we are on the same page. I must mention that I always pay rent on time. Additionally, I have a home gym so having an outdoor covered area for this would be ideal. Finally, I am very neat and tidy, a clean home is a happy home! I look forward to taking a look at your place if we seem like we would be compatible flat mates. Please send me a message with a little about yourself/s and we will go from there. Oh and cannot live with cats (allergies) Thank you for the consideration! Regards, Andrew
I'm an exchange student from Sweden, going to study at Flinders uni for one full year. Would like find a room relatively close to uni. I have great skills in assembling IKEA furniture and enjoy baking. I'm social and respectful and would prefer to live in a clean share house with other friendly flatmates.

We are located directly across the road from the SA Aquatic Centre Marion. 2 minute car ride and10 minute walk to Brighton beach. A 2 minute walk to Marion Shopping complex and a 3 minute walk to the Warradale Train station (direct trains to the City). 5 minute car ride and 10 minute bus ride from Flinders Uni FYI the bond is actually $750 but Flatmates only allows you to enter 4 weeks as an option We have a nice and tidy house with a huge back yard area for entertaining.
This three bedroom house is in a great location with all the basic needs of a home. It is within walking distance to the Marion shopping centre and Brighton beach. It is a minute walk from the train station, but far away enough you don't hear the trains. It takes roughly 15-20 minutes to get into the city via the Seaford line. The house is low-maintenance with the land agent being prompt to fix things, and gardeners come regularly to maintain the front of the house. It has a split air conditioner in the living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Bedrooms are unfurnished. But happy to help source things needed for the house. The house does not have an aerial, so I hope you're ok with streaming everything! The photos are from before I moved in. So the furnishing is completely different! But it gives an idea of the layout of the house. While the move in date is flexible in August, the lease would start from Friday 17th. I do however need to provide the land agent with a month's notice to apply. If you're interested or have any questions about the property, shoot me a message! :)
Hi I'm Sophie! I'm 22, currently working as an admin secretary in a hospital and have just started a degree in psychology! I'm very friendly, kind, easy going and always clean up after myself. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
