My name is Max and I'm a 25 year -old working full-time. I've travelled overseas extensively and stayed in various hostels so I'm used to being sociable as well as being considerate of other housemates. Im easy-going and enjoy nights out as well as quiet nights at home. I like a social drink, I am tidy and will pay my rent on time ($200 per week inc bills please 😁 ! ) I prefer housemates in the 20's or early 30's age group so if you think I'd be a good fit in your house I'd love to hear from you . Cheers Max
Hey there, studying my Bachelor's in Audio Engineering. Just moved to Melbourne. A little something about me, Laid back and easy to live with.
I am a Bachelor of Primary Education student at ACU in Fitzroy, currently completing my 3rd/4th year (I'm an out of phase student). I have recently come back from a semester in New York and am now desperate for my independence back and to move on from the family nest. I am originally from Scotland (I have completely lost my accent though), before moving to Abu Dhabi and then Melbourne. My family and I have now lived in Melbourne for 11 years and became citizens about 5 years ago. I absolutely adore this city and all that it is. With that said, the travel bug has got me badly and I absolutely love exploring new places. I currently work at a homewares/gift store in McKinnon 2 days a week and am on the hunt for a second job that will also take up 2 days a week. My current Uni timetable is on another 2 days a week so that makes my week pretty full. In my spare time I take dance classes and go to the gym frequently. I enjoy cooking/baking, Netflix, going out for walks, eating brunch, socialising with friends and spending time with my boyfriend. If there's ever a costume party count on me to go full out, or I won't go at all. I've always been an independent and mature person meaning I often get mistaken for being much older than I actually am. I am clean, neat and tidy - a trait inherited from my Mum - but not to an excessive, annoying level! I like going out and having a good time but I am far from a party girl (my friends refer to me as the "mum" of the group...). I like to keep the home as a place to chill the majority of the time. I am very easy going and easy to talk to, as long as I don't get too excited and start speaking at a ridiculous speed. I'm looking for a positive, respectful environment where I can slot in nicely!

Hello! Im a bright, bubbly 23 year old looking for a new share house to move to! I'm a tidy, considerate housemate who is quiet mid-week around my full time work hours. I've lived by myself for 6months and in a share house for 10months (most recently) and I'm looking to move to pursue a career promotion to somewhere close enough to Southland Shopping centre - bus or train access (i don't drive at the moment). I come with a fully kitted out bedroom so un-furnished would be preferable! I could store some of the furniture but at a minimum would prefer my own bed... I also work for a candle and homewares company so the house will smell amazing! I cook, clean regularly and take pride in my home so I'd love to do some decorating! About me: Im definitely keen on the Netflix binge... probably a bit too much! I spend all day talking to people so some mind-numbing tv is definitely nice/needed! I read a lot - try to go to a park and read to get some vitamin D when i can. I love going to the movies (mostly for cinema popcorn) and out for brunch. I have a lot of friends in the Carnegie/Malvern area so I like to go out and about, catch up with people and have dinner out on my weekends off. I always loved cooking but i have been enjoying it even more since i moved out - i do enjoy trying new recipes and putting on some music, dancing around the kitchen while i cook! I visit my family a lot because i have 2 baby bros under the age of 5 and i stay with my nans once every 2-3weeks to keep her company. Plus my mum lives in Country Victoria, about 3hrs out of Melbourne, so if i get a long weekend off, I'm usually up visiting her! I also study Human Rights with my Arts degree so between full time work and study I'm pretty busy!! I usually work from 8:30am - 6pm with one day off mid week, and then every second weekend so I'm a hermit mid-week and on my working weekend but i don't mind a casual wine or two after work to wind down with dinner and a movie. Please get in touch if you think i would be a good fit! Hope to hear from you soon :)
2 bedroom unit in Ormond, 1 block back behind the main shopping strip, and equally as close to the newly finished train station. The bus stop out the front of the station goes directly to Monash University Clayton one way, and Gardenvale/the beach the other. The local shops have an IGA, pharmacy, bakery, fruit and vegge shop, liquor store etc. And the local rooftop bar is just across the train tracks. The apartment has a good sized conjoined lounge/kitchen with small balcony, gas cooktop, fridge etc and plenty of benchspace. Lounge has leather couch and tv unit, playstation3/4 for all your games or blu ray needs - and my netflix and stan accounts :P The bathroom has washing machine taps (machine coming early march), and separate bath and shower. The avaliable room has nice carpet, full size built in robes and would fit a queen bed as well as a side table, etc. (Currently unfurnished, but my sister is heading overseas and has a double bed and some other bedroom stuff I could hijack if needed.) Rent would be $200 per week, plus bills. Bills being water, gas and elec - and internet if you need it. Bond would preferably be one months rent ($1733 precisely) but I am open to negotiation.
Hey Everyone, My name is Amber and I'm fun, clean, easy going and super friendly :) I am looking for a place for at least 12 months, preferably longer. I do smoke but only outside also I'm not driving and don't have a car at the moment so I'm looking for somewhere close to public transpor. I'm a student at RMIT University in the city, I am also searching for part time employment (I do have a stable income to support my accommodation)
Currently working 2 part time jobs - 2 days admin work in Clayton and freelance web development. I love music, burgers, TV shows and having a good time. I'm pretty clean and good with housework. I'm sociable but like having my own space too. Looking to move around the end of April.
I am a very friendly , reliable and chilled out person . I am very adjusting and respect every person's views. I am open minded and love music and dancing . Welcome chatting and drinks during weekends .
I'm Tom, I'm an international student at Monash and I work part time at Woolworths. I have lived with family for 3 years in Australia but I wish to stay on while they have/are moving back to Ireland. Even though I'm not Australian I'm very settled here and I want to live with some Aussies because I get on very well with them. I'm very clean and organised, I keep to myself mostly but I'm still very easy going and friendly. I am hard working when it comes to uni so I will probably be spending a lot of time studying and in my down time I'll probably be with my girlfriend or my friends - I'm easy when it comes to having friends over, if you don't want it then I won't do it! I drink a lot of tea and coffee so I will regularly offer to make you a hot drink. I study Science and Arts at Monash in both Clayton and Caulfield campuses and I'm majoring in Zoology and Ancient History. I absolutely love animals so if you own any I'll be more than happy to share my space with them - although I'm slightly allergic to cats (I'm well used to living with them though). My ideal place would be one with a big back garden because I have a BBQ and an outdoor table in my current place that I'd like to take with me. I'd also prefer an unfurnished room because I have a lot of furniture to bring including a bed, desk, bedside table and drawers. I don't really have an ideal flatmate, as I said I'm very easy going so whether you're the type to keep to yourself or if you want a friend I think I'd be a good addition to your place. I'm a very studious person who loves learning new things but I'm also really relaxed and love just chilling out and reading, playing games and soccer.
Hi, I'm an easy going relaxed male. I do a number of things that are creatively inspired, mainly behind the scenes as a project manager/producer. I also work in the women's footwear industry. Whilst my daily professional life out of the home is very people focused, therefore requiring me to be 'UP' all of the time, my home life is about being relaxed and taking time out, but don't get me wrong, a G &T from time to time wouldn't go a miss. Being clean, tidy and respectful of people's space is part of the course. My actions speak louder then words! I love the outdoors, especially being by rivers and lakes - It's the perfect escape from the concrete jungle!
I am currently looking for new place to rent by the start of April. Only real conditions are cheaper rent (currently pay $250pw) and close proximity to running tracks as well as the monash freeway. Looking to team up with others and create a new share house as I have a lot of existing furniture I need to accommodate hat will not fit in a single room (dining table, kitchen cabinets, tv entertainment unit, fridge etc.) Currently working full-time and studying part time so probably won't be around very often. But when I am I do enjoy socialising with my housemates Feel free to message if you're interested in meeting up to see if we might get along as housemates

Stunning new complex equipped with all the mod cons to make life easy. Also comes with a pretty little courtyard for wind down time, refreshment and catch up on the weeks events. Spacious and elegant, bedrooms are a great size, carpeted with single pull down fabric blinds and built in wall to wall mirrored robes. The apartment comes with camera security front entrance, remote control underground parking with private storage grill for your extras. I'm an easy going, bubbly, half glass full kind of person, I work full time, I'm in my 30's and looking for someone minimum 28+. I'm looking for an easy going person who enjoys a chat, the occasional communal breakfast, lunch or dinner share time and a wind down wine or beer etc every now and again. I enjoy getting outdoors, beach time, the occasional hike, going to the gym. I love a good meander on the weekends, drinking latte's, training, going to an event here or there, getting dressed up, getting out and about as well as having languid, relaxed days at home, preparing and sharing meals, being creative and pottering about sometimes. Look forward to hearing from you! No couples ta Madeleine
Pretty easy going. Love travel, good food, good wine and being outside in the sunshine preferably near some body of water. I like to cook and be healthy with exercise but my favourite workout is a boogie on the dance floor. Very house proud and love spending nights on the couch with a good movie or bad TV. I work in advertising which is pretty demanding so I only really go out on the weekend if I'm not too tired! ☺️ I have loads of furniture including a washing machine, dryer and fridge as well as the usual couch, dining table, chairs and anything else you can think of. I have a little Jack Russel called Max who loves people and will guard the house with his life.
British couple. We are fun and easy going. Poppy works at the bureau of meteorology in the cbd and Tom works at a small scaffold company in Carrum Downs. Both work full time. We are looking for a place to live half way down the frankston line from the cbs so Tom doesn't have to travel to work for too long.
I am easy going, neat and tidy ,love to live people from different culture and background. I am doing my bachelor's in networking and software development at swin. I am vegan and cook 2-3 times a week, Most of the time I'll be outside at uni, work or at friend's.
Hi, I'm from Shanghai and I'll start my grduate study on fashion in RMIT very soon. I studied Management for my bachelor degree, and I used to work in big 4 for learning & development stuff. After 2 years of a boring and repetitive work, I decided to quit and re-start with sth I really love in a different but lovely city. My friends always comments me as a thoughtful and caring guy with deep empathy. I'm not sure if this comment is too high or not enough objective, but I do could always get along with the people around me very well. Also I'm quite a tidy guy and I like to keep my place clean, cosy and organized. What's more, I had almost 7 years experience of living in share accommodation, so I'm absolutely clear with the common rules. I like travelling, art, music... oh and movies are definetly my cup of tea, I'm quite a movie lover. I enjoy drinking moderately & occasionally, alone or out with friends. Well, above is a simple listing of myself, you could learn more about me in person if you're interested or if we got chance to be flatemates :) Cheers
I will be moving to Melbourne on 13th of this month. I'll be pursuing Masters at Monash. I'm an indian woman, who loves to read, meditate and practice yoga. I'm a non smoker, and a vegetarian. I love to socialise but I'm not a party person. Easy going and tidy. So yaah, this is about me :)
We're a couple of students studying at Monash University campus looking for a place to live somewhere close to either Clayton or Caulfield campus after living on residence. I'm studying Dietetics and Dan is an Engineering/Commerce student. We're both tidy, easy going and would love to pay somewhere around $200 (inc bills) each for a couple of rooms. Send us a message!

I enjoy keeping busy and definitely work to live, not the other way around. Social by nature with a keen interest in film, music, sport and keeping fit. I am clean, tidy, respectful of others and take pride in where I live and who I live with. I also try not to take myself too seriously and I am always reliable with rent and bills.
