I'm a student from the Netherlands and from July I'll be studying at Monash University for one semester. Although I will be following units related to mathematical finance, I'm mainly coming to Melbourne to see more of the world and meet new people. For this I'm looking for a nice home base, preferably as close to the Caulfield campus as possible, such that travel times between Caulfield and Clayton campus are limited and there are enough opportunities to do many things in the city (center). Currently, I live in a house with four other students, where we often eat together or drink a beer and do some activities with each other. In my free time I like to chill out, or to play and watch sports (which I do quite often). My favourite sports are running, skiing, tennis, F1 and football (you call it soccer I suppose ;) ). Because we have a shared living room, we often invite other people who live elsewhere in the city. This often leads to a lot of spontaneous activities, which have produced many unforgettable moments. This is not necessarily a requirement for me in a new student residence and I am certainly open to everything that comes my way. It does, however, give an idea of how I currently experience my student days and that I am looking for meeting new and nice people. On the other hand, during the working days I can also be busy and serious with my studies, so I know (and like) both ways.

I’m a 22 year old full-time retail manager who has a loud laugh. I’m easy going and love getting to know new people. I’m mindful of others and their surroundings and like to keep my environment clean and organised. When I have some free time, I like to go out and explore, go to the gym, catch up with friends for dinner, as well as having a chill night in with some Thai takeaway. I’m looking for a place that I can call home, escape the craziness of retail - with room mates that I can call my friends!

Originally from Nz, but Melbourne has been happily my home for over 8 years now. I’m a clean/ tidy person, who respects others and their property. I also consider myself to be trustworthy and have a good sense of humour! Hairdressing is my professional trade and also work in hospitality most nights/weekends. I’ve no kids but a few pets....well goldfish to be honest! 🐟🐠🐟 Looking for a nice relaxing place to call home....please! 😀
I and my wife are looking for a place to stay. We are very quiet, respectful and also easy to go with. I work as a nurse in a casual employment while my wife is going to study for 3 months and then would proceed to work after as a nurse also. Both of us are just starting as new permanent residents here in Melbourne.
Project Manager looking for temporary space away from family home. Sounds sad but it’s not! Have two teenage daughters who I’d like to know can stay over (one at a time, I guess!). The tidiest lodger you'll ever meet, very polite, very flexible, very self-sufficient and happy to have a low-key presence. Cook a bit, read a bit, cycle a bit, watch TV a bit, go see friends a bit...and am a non-smoker. Love pets. Looking for somewhere within walking distance of train station on Frankston line between Highett and city so the girls can easily and safely drop by. Need some on-street parking for the car and off-street for the midlife crisis scooter! Hope to meet you soon...Oli
Hi, My name is Andrea. I’m 49, single and straight. I’m enormously tidy and clean. I have a great sense of humour, am a great cook and baker. I completely respect others privacy and need for time on their own. Having said that, I am a homebody, so prefer quiet nights and weekends in, but I’m equally happy to be in my room as the rest of the house. I do have a two-years old Cavoodle, so I’m out early evening a few times a day on weekends exercising her. She’s fully house trained and only destroys her toys. She’s never eaten shoes, bags or clothes, but she does love cardboard and paper. I’m currently in a shared house with a man and his teenage daughter. We all get along well, particularly the daughter and I. The only problem is my dog hates my male housemate! He’s the second male housemate of mine she’s hated, so I’m looking for a FEMALE ONLY housemate. No males, sorry. LGBTQIQ friendly. I’ve just begun working weekdays full time again after a long break. My furniture, kitchenware, fridge, washer and dryer etc is in storage right now, but it’s enough to furnish a two bedroom home. The only thing I don’t have is a spare bed, so you’d need to bring your own. Prefer to team up with someone and find a place together, but I’m open to moving into a furnished house too.

Hi! I'm Jenna. I am a disability support worker who works with adults with disabilities. I have a cat called Dusty so I need somewhere pet friendly. She gets on well with other cats but isn't a huge fan of dogs. I don't drive so I need somewhere that is easily train accessible. I am a lover of cats, movies and the odd cocktail. I'm quite social but at times I do require my own space. I love to bake - so expect lots of yummy treats.
Friendly relaxed housemate but most importantly respectful of others and communal areas. Interested in sports, food and art and happy to either spend time with others or be on my own. Currently working part time in the city and studying full time.
Moving to Melbourne from Canada to do my masters at Monash University. Love watching/ playing Sports, doing anything outside or just chillin at home. Enjoy a good night out. Respectful of others spaces and work hard to keep communal areas clean.
I am a happy, friendly person who easily gets along with people from all walks of life. I have well refined social skills, open-minded, and I would say generally introverted, however I come out of my shell when it's time to socialise. Career wise, I am a research assistant in the neurosciences field and find myself working within hospitals and universities. I am hard-working individual, responsible, organised, kind and helpful. Non-smoker, social drinker, clean, no pets - always ready to help out with the cleaning and chores. I look forward to living with like-minded people who are sociable, while being respectful of other's space and privacy. In my spare time, I like playing tennis and going cycling while living a healthy, active lifestyle. I also enjoy socialising with family and friends. What is important also is making the place feel like a home with other housemates, rather than being a hermit. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hmmmm what makes me great to live with?! My insatiable sense of humour?! ;) My ability to cook gourmet meals and deserts, being able to listen to music/t.v with headphones on, a love of take away, restaurants, pubs and clubs, my ability to design (and make) lingerie, no pets :(, my caring nature that will happily listen to your daily problems and help you figure them out, an ability to clean (well), a sixth sense that allows me to disappear should you be 'having one of those days', sharing a name with a legend (just call me warrior princess), no car, an unusual ability to ride a horse.. because you never know when you many need that in a flatmate?!, and the easiest going nature you could possibly hope to find...yep..totally great, contact me NOW, I won't last long! ;) Available to move in 17th-24th June, 2018
Hey everyone! I am a hard working Melbourne born, Queensland raised kid looking at finding a new place. I've been living on my own for a few years now and am very tidy in my living habits and am more then capable of looking after a house. I've spent time as a house sitter, live in babysitter and pet sitter and am currently sharing with a friend, so I am very used to caring for homes to the expectations of others, and am responsible enough to care for animals and children, not that I expect to be doing too much of that. I have plenty of experience sharing houses and have a few references if anyone would care to see them.
Hello! I’m looking to join a social share house south side. I play hockey, am vegetarian and work full time 🍷❤️💃🍎 I’ve recently returned to Melb from a working holiday in Japan. I’m no longer a Monash student (graduated 2016) but still play for Monash Uni hockey club so want to stay south side. Majored in Biochemistry and Japanese. I’ve lived in larger (7+ people) share houses before and loved them all!
