Hello! I'm looking to share a house with people around my age who are social and laid-back whilst still tidy, respectable and understand the importance of privacy, or as I like to call it; 'me time'. Outside of 'me time' I'd love to form friendships within the house where I can comfortably hold a conversation, share a drink (whether it be tea or beer) and binge out to some Netflix. - I also just want to clear up that I may want to bring friends over from time to time but can assure you they will be on their best behavior! - I work part-time and will be studying a double degree in Nursing & Business Administration as off late Feb at uni. Please don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you think we'd be good housemates as I'd love to be moved and settled in before uni begins :)
Hi! I am Akashneel Maiti, a full time international student from India, joining Monash University Caulfield campus for Master of Networks and Security in February. My budget is around 180$ pw and my length of stay is flexible. I am also open up to the idea of grouping up with some nice people and renting a whole apartment. I will be reaching Melbourne on 9th feb, so will like a place available from around this date. Thanks :)

Looking for some awesome people to live with in an apartment or house around Richmond/South Yarra/Caulfield area :) (Furnished room preferably, or at least a room with a bed) I'm a 28 yr old female who loves good food, relaxing with a wine, keeping fit, socialising on the weekend but am just as happy chilling at home. I'm moving back to Melbourne to start my PhD in visual perception/consciousness at Monash (full scholarship which is basically the same as working full time). I love trying new things and going on adventures/meeting new people :) I'm also really open minded, don't take myself too seriously and love live music and gigs. (and the usual stuff, rent/bills always paid on time; clean and respectful of others space but also very friendly)
I am moving to Melbourne from Adelaide to work full-time as a Visual Merchandiser at Chadstone. I don't know many people in Melbourne so would love to make some new friends. I am naturally pretty quiet and will be working Monday to Friday. I'm nice and easy going. I enjoy being tidy and mostly organised at home. I respect others property, belongings and privacy. Looking to live with others similar ☺ For fun I like to catch up with friends, eat delicious foods, try new things, exercise. I'll probably fly back to Adelaide on some weekends. I'd also like if I can have my partner or a friend from Adelaide stay with me in my room for the weekend once in a while, wouldn't be disruptive. My maximum is $200 a week including bills (roughly). I'm hoping to spend less. Plan to extend after three months will commit to 6 months to secure thet right place. Move in date would be Saturday the 21st.
Hey I'm Chey, I'm 17 years old and am looking for a place to live as I have to move out of the home I'm currently in by April. I moved out of home shortly after I turned 16 which is when I moved to Melbourne and have been flatting/boarding ever since. I've just finished high school and will be starting uni full time this year studying exercise and sports science. I also work part time at grilld and usually work night shifts. I'm a pretty down to earth guy, I don't go out too much as I'm pretty work and study orientated. I'm pretty talkative though and I love getting out and going to the beach and doing fun stuff like surfing and hiking etc I'm also transgender and I thought I'd just put that out there because I know some people may have an issue with that. I'm also real into music and play guitar and sing aswell as dance

Hi! My name is Mollie, I'm 21, I've just finished studying fulltime and I'm working in retail. I'm a very bright, bubbly and easy going person, I'm also neat and tidy, courteous and respectful and I really enjoy cooking and baking. I love to get out and about but a quiet one in front of the TV with some comfort food is totally my style too. I'm happy being social and interacting with my house mates as well as taking some time to myself. I'm very serious about finding somewhere and I'm looking to move closer to work, I'd love to be able to find a house or flat, sharing with ideally a maximum of three people that I really get along with. If I could find somewhere with a private bathroom and room that would also be ideal.
I'm working full time as a lawyer for the government and I'm looking for a fun loving yet a professional household. I'm a good spirited and adventurous character who loves socialising and having a drink, but also requires alone time to recharge. I love playing board games, hanging out and binge watching TV. I cook reasonably often and enjoy sharing meals. I'm a pretty active person and will usually have a dinner or a drink after work with friends and go out on the weekends. Sometimes though I just need to chill on the couch like a vegetable. I think sharing homes can be a great way how to meet new people and make new connections - however it can also be incredibly challenging, so I recommend that we have a drink and see if we are compatible.
Hello :) my name is Tia. I'm from Asia in my late 20s. I finished my studying last year in Melbourne, now work part time. I'm a tidy, calm and responsible person. Please dont hesitate to contact me if you needed more information. Cheers :)
Beautiful brand new modern apartment living in Ormond. Nestled between Brighton and Malvern East, the buildings central location provides all the bells and whistles to keep you entertained. Stunning new complex equipped with all the mod cons to make life easy. Also comes with a pretty little courtyard for wind down time, refreshment and catch up on the weeks events. The apartment comes with camera security front entrance, remote control underground parking with private storage grill for your extras. Spacious and elegant. Bedrooms are a great size, carpeted with single pull down fabric blinds and built in wall to wall mirrored robes. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, tiled splashback, stunning partial large tiled floors, slide door access, air conditioning unit to keep cool for Summer and everything at a walks reach. The city is only a hop, skip and a jump away with the local brand new station at our fingertips only minuets away to make it all very easy. I'm a easy going bubbly, half glass full kind of person. I enjoy keeping fit, taking walks and doing circuit. Looking for one other easy going person who enjoys a chat and a wind down wine etc in the afternoons every now and again. Look forward to hearing from you! Madeleine
I am 24 years old, female who has been living in Australia for 3 years. At the moment, I am looking for a new place to call home around the end of Jan (moving date can be flexible). I am a easy going person but know how to respect others' personal space. I am great cook so you can count on me if you have to work late or want to have shared dishes on weekends. That would be great if I can move in with people who love swimming so that we can team up occasionally and have an enjoyable time.
I'm Tom, I'm an international student at Monash and I work part time at Woolworths. I have lived with family for 3 years in Australia but I wish to stay on while they have/are moving back to Ireland. Even though I'm not Australian I'm very settled here and I want to live with some Aussies because I get on very well with you people. I'm very clean and organised, I keep to myself mostly but I'm still very easy going and friendly. I am hard working when it comes to uni so I will probably be spending a lot of time studying and in my down time I'll probably be with my girlfriend or my friends - I don't really like hosting parties and I don't intend on bringing a lot of people over. I drink a lot of tea and coffee so I will regularly offer to make you a hot drink. My ideal place would be one with a big back garden because I have a BBQ and an outdoor table in my current place that I'd like to take with me. I'd also prefer an unfurnished room because I have a lot of furniture to bring including a bed, desk, bedside table and drawers. I don't really have an ideal flatmate, as I said I'm very easy going so whether you're the type to keep to yourself or if you want a friend I think I'd be a good addition to your place. My hobbies include soccer, futsal, photography, going to the beach and travelling, but mostly I just chill with my friends or sit around reading books and playing video games.
10 minute walk to Ormond station. Close to cafes and everything you could need. If you like dogs, there is one cocker spaniel cross whose pretty loveable and always down for a cuddle. Cable high speed internet and Optus fetch tv. There is two rooms available and one is really small; it'll be charged at lower rate then the other room
Hey All! I'm a chilled 24 year old student that also works 2 part time jobs. I have lived out of home from 17 so I know very well how to clean up after myself and take the rubbish out and all that 😄 I am mostly looking for people to team up with to look for a house (probably 2-3 others) in the areas stated above but not excluded to. Looking for some cool cats that are also chilled and don't mind if I bring some friends around occasionally. Honestly I do like to party and will stumble in the door from revs at midday. As long as you don't judge me all good. Even better if you're with me 😆 NOTE: ONLY LOOKING FOR HOUSES WITH YARDS, NO UNITS (cause I'm over them and need an entertaining area) What I offer: 1: All the free out of date alcohol your heart desires (one of my jobs is at a bottle store) 2. A fridge constantly stocked with healthy treats (I love to make these) 3. Banter for days 4. A rad group of friends im sure you'd love 5. so much love for any of your pets if you have any (im an animal lover) Looking forward to hearing of anyone that thinks we will get along :)
i am laid-back but assertive, respectful of others spaces, and i enjoy cultivating a peaceful and relaxed environment. i think it is important to communicate with each other while sharing a space together and come to an agreement on any major decisions such as getting a pet or having friends stay over at the house for more than a few days etc. i work full-time as a multimedia developer and my interests include 3d printing, cooking, creative writing, and i enjoy a day out in nature. :)
Hi there, my name is Kat and I am a full-time student looking for a quiet and clean place to move it. Myself, between my 2 part-time jobs and uni I like to socialise and swim. Shoot me a message if you think we would make a good team.
Hello! my name is Rixon and I am an Indian postgraduate student moving to Melbourne from Mumbai. I love to cook, watch football and listen to music. I would describe myself as a friendly, tidy and reliable guy. I am hoping to lead a busy lifestyle but nevertheless I would enjoy hanging out with the other flatmates. I will be starting my course at Monash late Feb and I am looking for a place close to the Clayton campus. I will be arriving in Melbourne on 6th Feb.
Paul's a Filipino-grown Melbourne Citizen who's been designing for as long as he can remember. That is his main passion. Paul is pretty social, tidy and easy going and looking for people of similar traits. Paul likes to talk in third person.
Hi! My name is Charlotte, I am 30 years old. I work in Highett as a Cosmetic Chemist. I have no car so I am looking for a nice place close to the Frankston train line. My boyfriend may move to Melbourne on March so I am looking for a place for both of us. We love running, cooking, discovering new places to hang out and meeting new people.
Hi, to the person/s of mystery that I might wind up crashing together with! I am a uni student hailing from South Korea, who just turned 20. Though there's a lot to share about my decade-long lifestory over here in Melbourne, let me cut it short and introduce myself in a concise manner. I am a self-managing, goal-motivated person who is not too socially awkward (fortunately), and knows how to respect others as an individual and their personal spaces. And I definitely do not look it, but you'll sense an ample amount of true-blue aussie spirit within me, from the manner I interact with you. I'm an easy-going lad, but sure as hell not lazy, and think it my mission to contribute to the emvironment of the house:) so I hope we can get along!
Heyo, My names Brogan and I am from Christchurch, New Zealand. I have just graduated from University and am moving to Melbourne to start a new job in a music studio. I am easy going, clean, tidy and will also be pretty busy so I wont be in anyones face constantly. I also enjoy a few drinks with good times!
I'm an zoology honours student at Monash University. I moved from Ballarat to Melbourne at the beginning of 2014 and have been renting in a house in Blackburn since then. However, I'm looking for somewhere new to move into to be a little closer to uni for this year. In a nutshell: I ride bikes, play guitar, enjoy animals, am social and don't mind a beer here or there. I am also clean, respectful and always willing to help out, and wouldn't mind meeting some rad people in the process either. Feel free to ask me any questions.
G'day, I'm starting a degree in Environmental Engineering at Monash in 2017. I expect the majority of my time will be spent at uni or a desk, but outside of that, basketball, cricket and football are my go. Ideally my week will be five days of studying and sport training, then into the city to watch a game of footy or something, then recovery Saturday, and a quiet Sunday at a market or the beach. As an added incentive, I also really like cooking.
I live in a nice flat which I am the only house mate. i have two bedrooms apartment and I have 1 room available. the room is full furnished and I just bought a new bed. there is a lot of light and there is nature all around and my apartment is close to bus stand train station and around the corner Woolworth and lots of restaurants. There is lots of parking off the street and the apartment is all furnished with Tv, internet, heater, coffee machine, new laundry machine, all pots and pens and dishes are brand new. The kitchen is clean and there is a lot of space and light. the living room has a lot of space and full furnished. I love my apartment its close to everything and in the same time I enjoy quite and beautiful nature.
Hi there! I'm looking to be moved out by the end of February/start of March to either a room in an established sharehouse, or in a new sharehouse we create. Would definitely prefer a long term home, so at least 6 months if possible! I am a 17 year old gal (18 in April), I work in hospitality and am hoping to begin studying nursing within the year. I'm a big triple j fan, love a good Netflix/Stan binge, can cook a couple meals pretty well (am much better at eating), and most importantly am an easy going and respectful housemate! I have two (very cute) cats that will probably need to move with me, but don't worry they are outdoor cats 95% of the time - the other 5% would be in my bedroom for cuddles (or in the lounge room if you'd like some pats too!). So preferably they'd need some grassy area to hang out in, and unfortunately wouldn't mix too well with dogs but could be okay with other cats. My only preferences for housemates are that you are respectful of others and the house, like you'd want from anyone you're living with. In an ideal world, coming home to some chill people I can watch tv and hang out with would be awesome, but I also understand wanting some time to yourself after a long day/night. Thank you for reading all the way to the end and please message me if you have any questions or think we'd make good housemates!
Hello! We are a mid 20's to mid 30's couple who are moving to Melbourne (Bentleigh and surrounding suburbs) on Jan 16th/17th. I (Hailey) am originally from Canada, while Stu is from NSW. We have been travelling down from Darwin for a few months checking out the beauty east coast and are headed to Melbs so that I can complete my 12 month yoga teacher training course. We are a clean and friendly couple who are both well travelled. Next to travelling our favourite thing out there is live music, enjoyed of course with a cold beer! I have coaxed Stu into loving yoga as much as I do and as such you can catch us there throughout the week. Along with that we generally like to keep a pretty healthy lifestyle, including running, sport, or whatever crosses our paths. We do however occasionally crave a night on the town or a wine/beer at the end of a long day, so we're not that mundane! ;) All we come with is a queen sized bed, a 5m long van, and our personal belongings. We potentially may have a motorcycle which would need parking as well, but can be worked around if the perfect place and flatmates come up! I promise the bike won't wake up the whole house!! Hopefully we will chat soon! Hails & Stu
I'm a 27 y/o Melbourne local looking for a place in the south east, or close to Melbourne Uni, to call home. I currently work full time in compliance, and I'll be starting law at Melbourne in early Feb. I like to spend the rest of my time reading, cooking, trying to learn a new language, and checking out new brunch places. I'm good for a chat but not a space invader, and I'm pro-active in keeping things tidy. If it sounds like I'd fit in at your share house, get in touch and we can sort something out. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm not hard to live with I tend to mould myself around others, I'm a 19 year old Monash University student in my third year and am just looking for a place to live near the university as I come from Phillip Island and go back their each semester break to work :) About me: I like old music and movies and laugh a lot, I'm studying acting, philosophy and psychology and am looking for similar people to live with. I also like to go out once in awhile or just have a quiet wine night in, so I'm also looking for a friend to make as well.
Full time graphic designer. I love cooking, music, and wine. I enjoy trips down the coast and going out for meals sometimes. I like having friends around occasionally. I work hard but really enjoy my downtime (mostly used for food and Netflix).
Looking for a potential housemate to join our abode in Ormond. Large house with friendly occupants, big backyard, ducted heating, air-conditioning, spacious kitchen and living area. Fully furnished, just waiting on a suitable occupant! We also have a trampoline and a cubby house, if that helps. 5-10mins walk from the station with a bus that goes to Monash or the beach a minutes walk from the house. The room itself nice and comfy with heating, built in robe and furniture (if needed)
