I'm an easy-going third year Monash psychology student who loves sharing a meal and a drink or two with fellow flatmates. I do have a couple of well-received dishes which I love to cook for people. I'm also quite enthusiastic about movie nights. I come with a hard drive full of TV shows. What makes me a truly good flatmate is that I went to boarding school so I've been living communally for like 5 years now and am very considerate of other people's space and things. I'm also very good at cleaning and very much willing to do chores. I do come with a car and I am happy to use it in the name of food/ take-out. One of my requirements is that I prefer to be with people who aren't excessively loud on school nights. But I really would like to live in a social household.

We're tidy, we tend to keep to ourselves but also like a good chat with the housemates we live with, we like to garden and grow our own food, Gavin likes to do things around the house which makes him a good handy man anywhere, we're both pretty easy to get along with. I volunteer with animals at the RSPCA in Burwood East, and soon to be volunteering once a week with the Salvation Army in helping the homeless through night watch. We're both a bit quirky and love creating things, I paint and draw, and gavin creates things out of anything he gets his hands on. gavin is studying horticulture and works in gardening on his extra days. We do eat more towards a vegan diet, (we don't mind if you don't). (We are looking for a large bedroom)

Stunning new complex equipped with all the mod cons to make life easy. Also comes with a pretty little courtyard for wind down time, refreshment and catch up on the weeks events. Spacious and elegant, bedrooms are a great size, carpeted with single pull down fabric blinds and built in wall to wall mirrored robes. The apartment comes with camera security front entrance, remote control underground parking with private storage grill for your extras. Comes with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, tiled splash back, stunning partial large tiled floors, slide door access, air conditioning unit to keep cool for Summer and everything at a walks reach. There are a great selection of corner shops, trendy coffee shop, Asian dumpling houses, Pho, sushi, Coles, green grocer, fast food, euro deli's and more. I'm an easy going, bubbly, half glass full kind of person, I'm in my mid 30's. I'm looking for an easy going person who enjoys a chat, the occasional communal breakfast, lunch or dinner share time and a wind down wine or beer etc every now and again. I enjoy getting outdoors, beach time, the occasional hike, going to the gym. I love a good meander on the weekends, drinking latte's, training, going to an event here or there, getting dressed up, getting out and about as well as having languid, relaxed days at home, preparing and sharing meals, being creative and pottering about sometimes. Look forward to hearing from you! Flexible on move in date.
I'm a considerate, moderate guy looking to share with 2 or 3 mature, moderate, and considerate people (approximately over 38 years of age). I prefer not to live with sports enthusiasts, TV sports watchers or reality TV followers (sorry but that's just not me). If there is a TV (I can live without one) I do enjoy science, nature or social-science type docos. Quiet at night when trying to sleep is important to me. I'd like to live with people who need and value that as well :) I'm civilised and have no antisocial or illegal habits. I'm clean and quiet living yet reasonably social (though not really into big or loud group situations generally). My background is telecommunications technical support but I'm currently doing warehouse/delivery type work. I enjoy art house movies, support most "progressive" things though I'm not an eco-zealot or "lefty" per se (though I'm not "right wing" either) . Prefer not to live with persons working from home (not enough personal space balance for me). I like a balance between personal space and company.
I am a business development manager who works full time Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm . I go to gym most week nights and often go to/out with friends for dinner, so will not be around much in the evenings either. I am an easy going and down to earth guy, who wants to live in a positive space with positive people. My best attributes as a house mate would be that I am considerate, hygienic, clean (not ocd) and a deep sleeper
Hi we are Jasmin and Richard, quiet, friendly, a bit nerdy, easy-going people. We are 22, vegetarians and science students (I will soon become a PhD student). We are not looking for a party house, but relaxed, kind room-mates. We are looking for one room in a place that is walking distance from a train station. We would occasionally have guests over, but are generally pretty quiet. We would also want to decorate a room with our own furniture. If you think you would get along with us please contact me!
Hi future roomie! :) I have a furnished bedroom available for one very super awesome person in a 2 bedroom appartment ready for the taking! The place is located within walking distance to Ormond train station and shops. Spacious living areas with a balcony and spacious bedrooms. The place is all class, top shelf new furniture and appliances. Bills are split two ways. It's a pretty simple and fun place! I'm happy to hear from peoples interest and answer any questions you may have! All the best on your search!
I have recently moved back to Melbourne after working in India for last 10 years. I have a Masters degree from Monash University and am looking for roles in Consulting. I am articulate, quiet and clean, and would be happy to chip in to keep the place neat and clean. I like my space and quiet and not into late nights or loud parties. But I would be happy to have a chat at the end of the day. May be even cook together or share a meal. I like to meditate and exercise every day to keep the mind and body fit and balanced. I require a furnished place to stay for 2-3 months, after which my wife will join me and then we will move into an apartment. The ideal place would be conveniently located close to public transport, shops, library, park and the pool.
Great location, next to the park, 25 minutes to city by public transport, 20 minutes drive to the famous Brighton beach. Simple breakfast is provided - cereal, toast, tea, coffee. Monash University Caulfield campus is 3 train stops away, the bus stop to Clayton campus is 5 minutes walk.

Hi I am looking for a pretty fun, chilled and easy going sharehouse with one to two people who are looking to team up to find a place around the chadstone, camberwell, bentleigh or surrounding areas. If anyone has any rooms available in these areas please send me a message. About me: I am a young professional working in retail store management full time. I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed and friendly type of person who is neat and tidy and always happy to help complete jobs around the place, be supportive of my flatmates, be respectful of everyone, enjoys a good chat and happy to cook and share a meal with my housemates and don't mind staying in and having some quiet drinks with friends. I like pets, going to gym when I can and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, please send me a message!
Welcome to The Mansion! Great big house in a cool location, a 4 minute walk to Ormond train station, just down the street from all sorts of shops, restaurants, and services. The house is big and sunny, with a large lounge downstairs and a smaller one upstairs. There are three bathrooms, two showers and a big bath, and a kitchen and laundry. There's a huge backyard, with an outdoor fire. There's parking in the driveway, as well as plenty in the street, and a second drive out the back. The room is insanely big, right now I have in it a queen sized bed, a wardrobe, a two-tiered desk with a painting easel, a keyboard piano, a bookshelf, a dressing table, and a sofa, and I still have a ridiculous amount of floor space. We reckon it used to be a lounge. It has a door leading to the courtyard/garden too, and is easily the best room in the house. (also, if you want the room furnished you can buy my stuff off me, they're too big to fit in any other room, plus I'm moving overseas) The train runs to the city, only two stops from Caulfield, and there's a bus stop 1 minute away that runs to Chadstone/ Elsternwick, Monash/Elwood. Bills are on top of rent, but are shared with four people so they're pretty low.
Originally from South Africa and been in Melbourne for 5 years, so I still have a heavy accent. I am more of home body than a party animal although I do love a glass of red wine. I am not a morning person - I can't cope without my morning coffee. I am more of a night owl. I am always up for a relaxed night in watching movies or TV series. Would be nice to meet some new people.
Hey there! I'm looking to move out at the start of June to either a room in an established sharehouse, or in a new sharehouse we create. My ideal suburbs are from Ormond to Mentone along the Frankston train line, and the closer to a station the better as I don't drive :) A BIT ABOUT ME: I'm 18 years old, work in hospitality and am hoping to begin studying nursing within the year. I'm a big triple j fan, love a good Netflix/Stan binge and can cook a couple meals pretty well, but most importantly I'm an easy going and respectful housemate! REQUIREMENTS: I have two (very cute) cats that will need to move with me, but don't worry they are outdoor cats 95% of the time - the other 5% would be in my bedroom for cuddles. So they'd need some grassy area to hang out in and wouldn't mix too well with dogs but could be okay with other cats. Thanks for reading, message me if you have any questions or think we'd make good housemates!
large room available in 3 bedroom house very close to all facilities and 2 stops from caulfied university on frankston train line, very safe and friendly area make food outlets in close proximity.2 other male students $250pw for a couple
Hey there! We are Em & Kym, two wine buddies looking to find a third person to flatshare with or potentially fill two rooms (but we know that expectation is very unlikely!) I'm currently working full time as a Executive Assistant in healthcare and Kym works full-time managing a retail store. We won't lie and say that our jobs don't consume our lives because half the time we feel like we live at work, and our weekdays are very quiet filled with dinners/menulog and netflix, with the weekends being more of our social highlights out and about with friends. We are friendly, respectful and tidy flat mates looking for a mature environment to rent for a minimum of 6month period, however we would like to find someone who is looking for long term commitment on a lease. We would ideally like to live with people who don't mind having the occasional conversation/ dinner and a glass of wine when everyone’s free but are also respectful of each others space. We are looking to spend around $200 pw each but welcome cheaper options as well. To be clear we are looking for two rooms, not twin share rooms :) If by chance we sound like someone you/ your housemates would like to share with, we would love to hear from you so please feel free to get in touch.
I am a 43 year old woman working part time in my own business, part time shift work, and studies and hobbies on the side! I enjoy being around people so would like to house-share. I'm happy to be social with housemates but also enjoy having time to myself. As I have bedroom furniture I would prefer unfurnished (at least an unfurnished bedroom).
Reliable, respectful, flexible, friendly, work thur-sunday nights and other sources of income, creative and cook . write/perform music and sell my painting GS every 3 months at markets.
