Hi, thanks for reading! I'm studying at RMIT and working part time as an urban planner. Currently I spend 4 hours (!!) travelling to work so I'm looking for a place somewhere closer. I've lived in sharehouses before and I know the important things: paying the bills on time, keeping it clean, getting along with and just giving the place a good atmosphere. I am definitely not a party animal but I like a glass of wine or cider and a chat. When I have time I like to travel, cook, yoga, getting into jogging and getting out into nature. I'd like to find a long-term place, six months at least but a year would be great - happy to go on the lease and I've got references if you need them. If I sound like a good housemate give me a yell! Cheers Jenny
Work full time in sales in the steel industry, originally from Mexico but been living in Australia for 5 years now, I play a lot of soccer, love music and movies. I am easy going, happy person, talkative, love to socialize but very respectful of peoples space, clean and tidy, During the week I spend most of the day at work or playing soccer, on the weekends I usually work, sometimes play more soccer or visit my girlfriend, when I am home, I usually use the time to chill, relax and rest. I do not party much anymore (I m a little old) just enjoying the beer catch up. Dont cook much, probably twice per week and I cook simple. Like to live in a positive environment with happy people
I'm clean and know the balance between keeping to yourself and healthy mingling. I'm really bubbly and approachable but won't get it your way. I've just got a full time job teaching French. (I'm 100% ozzie though). It starts in Feb so can move any time from now until then. I work part time as a tutor currently. I like going to bars on wkends and going shopping with friends. I have a lot of clothes so large wardrobes are a plus!
I work in finance as a graduate full-time, and so enjoy my downtime after work with friends as well as cooking for myself and for other people. Looking up recipes and trying them out on Sunday afternoons is quite common for me, happy to share what I come up with. I am happy to help with keeping the living space clean and tidy, having done so regularly with my current room mates with vacuuming, washing up dishes and the like. My ideal accommodation is a private room with parking available (off-street preferred), non-smoker, with a train station being no more than 15 minutes walk away.
I am 30 years young ,male, Filipino and will about to start working as a full time nurse at Alfred hospital on 12 Nov. i am tidy, neat, organized, honest, kind, very friendly/funny and respect personal space and time. I have rented and lived with housemates before here in Aus, USA and Abu Dhabi and i knew everything on how to love and take care of the place and the housemates as well. I am currently in Perth and will be flying out to melbourne by the end of this month or 1st wk of nov. Looking for a room to rent accessible to alfred hospital that could be my home longterm. More about me, I am sure you'd love me as your housemate as I am very neat, loves cleaning and sometimes cooking. I am also a friend whom you can depend and trust on. I am into music, movies, travel and nature I really hope to hear from you. :) Sincerely, Joni You may know me more here: iG: jonigram FB: joni teofilo larde
Hiya. I am a full time uni student and work full time as a nurse. Love to be around people and cook, enjoy meals together occationally, but also love my own quiet time. I’ll generally either be at uni, work or home sleeping or studying or resting. My partner may be over on weekends to stay too, hopefully not an issue. Looking to rent a room or place somewhere between work and uni. Hit me up if you have any questions!
We are two sisters. Peaceful, neat and tidy to live with. My younger sister recently finished her Masters from Monash uni and on the job hunt, while I’ll be working full-time in Collingwood, so wanting to live in a location that’s close to the train station, convenient to commute from and affordable. We’ve been fairly financially independent so far with our incomes and savings, but have been supported by our parents every now and then. We’ve got timely rental payment records in all the places we’ve lived. Have lived in both shared and independent accommodations, so are very adaptable.
Hi, my name is Jacky and I am looking for a place to stay long term. I'm a primary school teacher that is relocating back to the South East suburbs after spending a year up North. I am open to a couple of locations. Ideally they would be the ones closer to the city. A little about me: Originally from Hong Kong, I've been in Melbourne for almost 5 years now (uni and employment). I am an introvert but I am always down for a good bev or two. I am a huge fan of video games, marvel movies, corny jokes, gym runs, hiking, edm and banter-filled brunches. While I will usually end up staying in my room after a long day of work with Netflix on, I am always happy to have a chat and hangout with whoever I'm living with. I enjoy living with housemates and becoming great friends with them. I rarely turn down bonding opportunities when they come by. On occasion, I do go for night outs but whatever happens outside stays outside and I don't bring any of that racket home with me. Rent is always paid on time and I am a tidy person when it comes to common shared areas. Always happy to do my part in our shared home. Ideally my home would be: - Bills included with rent - Close to shops and the train station (walking distances preferred) - Available for parking because I have a car (off-street is fine). - Budget friendly - please don't message me if you rent is way above what I put! My contract with my current living location ends on the 11th of December 2018 - so I'd love to be in my new home before then! I work full time from 7-5, so any calls will have to be after that. Best way to contact me is to message me on Flatmates! Thank you and I look forward to hear from you soon x.
Hi guys, I'm looking for a cool place to live with some chilled people! I'm super easy-going and friendly, pretty quiet through the week (I'm usually in bed pretty early like a nanna haha). I enjoy relaxing with a Netflix binge (crime docos, ridiculous reality TV shows and anything funny) or checking out new places. I work at a uni during the week (researching attention/perception kinda stuff). Most weekends I'm out trying new food/places/beers. And I go out of town every fortnight too, so I'm really not home that often :) I'm flexible on moving dates but am preferably looking to move at the end of October/mid November. Let me know if I sound like I'd be a good fit :) Cheers!
Hey there, I’m a full time uni student, who is presently working part time in the cbd. I start working full world in a couple of weeks, hence why I’m hoping to move closer to the city. I’m pretty laid back and quiet, I enjoy spending my spare time drawing, gaming or cooking.
Hi there! My name is Allyse and I am looking for a room to rent, preferably mid between the city and the peninsula! I am early 20s and currently work at Myer at two seperate locations, meaning I usually work 4-5 days a week. I have rental history, previously renting rooms in Seddon and Southbank this year. I am returning to study full time next year to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse. I love to socialise and meet new people, listen to music and play my guitar (quietly!), go to bars/gigs with friends and anything beauty related! I don’t mind living with smokers and am VERY LGBTIQA+ friendly! Would love to hear from you so don’t hesitate to get in contact with me! :)
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
Hi I’m Zac and I’m 22, I am currently employed as a Teachers Aid at a special needs school, I enjoy having a beer and talking about fan theories to movies and tv shows. I like going to the beach on a warm day and relaxing by a fire on a cool night. I am a tidy person and like to clean however I do like my lazy days. If you would like to ask anything just send a message, all the best -Zac
I am a quiet and neat, full-time worker. I am very easy to get along with, I do have a dog which I hope isn't a problem, she is a quiet, obedient golden retriever - she pretty much just sleeps all day. I am flexible with the length of the lease but ideally up to 1 year.
I’m a student who just finished studying at Deakin University and am awaiting to start my new course at JMC Academy in February 2019, studying film. I love music, I enjoy going out, but I'm in no way a party animal. I'm a movie buff, especially when it comes to superheroes! I'm fun and energetic, very easy to get along with. I'm neat and tidy, I'm organised and independent minded. Great listener, easy to talk to, very respectful. I am currently living in Northern Victoria with my family but am needing to find somewhere as soon as possible and within my budget. Hoping to move Dec/Jan so that I’m ready to go for February. If I sound like a good match for your place, or you’d like to team up, please don’t be afraid to send me a message! I look forward to hearing from you :)
