I am a very responsible person who values respect and consideration of others personal space & belongings at all times in life. I get paid fortnightly on a Friday & I am happy to set up direct debit for rent / bills. I do require a receipt of tenancy length & rent receipt (nothing fancy I can do these up if they are signed or formal approved tenant on lease ). I have a guaranteed income fortnightly indefinitely. When I first saw the photos and vibe of Brisbane online, I instantly fell in love. That’s why I chose it as my very first city to settle in. Now I’m looking for a cozy place to enjoy Brisbane life and some lovely housemates to share the experience with. I’ve lived with different roommates for over 6 years during and after university, so I’m confident about keeping a clean space and respecting house rules. I don’t smoke, and even if our lifestyles don’t perfectly match, I believe everything can be worked out through open conversation.
