I'm a part-time nurse and a part-time nanny. I'm needing to find a home for myself and my 1 year old chocolate labrador, around the Applecross area and surrounding suburbs. Would love to share a house with 1-2 people who are friendly, easy going and who would love to share a wine with. Must love animals as my pup loves a good cuddle, but you have no responsibility to do anything for him. Would love to meet up and see if we get along :)
My name is Finn - I am an 8 year old Poodle Maltese (non shedding, clean, great fun, well behaved bordering cute, sociable and live with my master 2 nights a week). I would not be left alone in the property. He however is a lot older - over 40, a single, non smoking; professional manager in a boutique global emergency management company in the CBD; social drinker, very clean, neat & tidy, well travelled, great cook, also likes his downtime and mucks in with chores and shared tasks. Spends a lot of time at weekends with Volunteer Sea Rescue. Can you please find me/him somewhere to live in East Perth, South Perth, Applecross, Como, or Subiaco. Apartment ideal, house good, garden brilliant not essential - I like sunbathing and am not a hole digger. Preferably not an old building and an ensuite or own bathroom - Aircon essential. Many thanks
I'm a 39 yr old single Female (sounding a bit like a dating profile hah), looking for a quiet comfortable space of my own to call my habitat, to crawl into whenever I need to (hopefully not literally as i like spacious, bright open spaces) and have kind, respectful housemates to hangout with every now and again. My background is in Organisational Psychology, however I am in that space of rediscovering myself. I volunteer at Perth City Farm and looking to get back into full-time studies in the coming year. Farming and horticulture seems to be my new passion. I'm also into eating and living healthy, pursuing a diploma in Pilates Instruction. I hope to have a stable, safe base to live from, so I can continue my pursuit. I currently live in South Perth. My housemates are all moving out and onwards at the end of the lease in mid- February 2017. I'm obligated to give a 30-day notice. The other option is having 2 people to team up with me on signing a new lease on my current place on Banksia Terrace in South Perth. Also another great option with both rooms @ $165 each plus bills. House will be furnished, rooms aren't. Amazing location and I don't want to leave :( Look forward to hearing back from you.
I am a self employed Bookkeeper looking for a quiet rental. Preferable a granny flat. I do require a good internet connection. Can provide great references. My 11 yo daughter stays with me on Friday and Saturday nights. We are clean, respectful and quiet. I dont socialise alot due to work commitments. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm moving out from my parents' in May so I will need a house or an apartment to myself. I'm a research student at Curtin and also working as an engineer. I have a couple of cars so I'm looking for a house that I can park them safely. I will move in with my furniture so an unfurnished house would be perfect. I live in Booragoon and I'm happy living in this area. I'm a clean person and I will take good care of the house. I don't intend to keep any furry pets. I don't smoke nor drink, so don't worry about getting the house trashed. :) Cheers!
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I like to keep to myself but also live cleaning and we randomly clean the whole house. I love have conversations with people Especially about random things. I love dance and all things performancing arts. I love pets as well. I'm super friendly and kind.
Hey! Looking for a move so i'm closer to work aswell as being closer to friends. I am kind, polite and respect the privacy of others so I would like to live with people who are like that too.
Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live in a fairly central location (Western Suburbs, Melville area, South Perth etc). I'm studying photography online and I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy (I play soccer and go to the gym, but enjoy all sports!) I'm a non-smoker/drug user and very respectful of others. I don't have any pets at the moment but there's nothing I love more than dogs so I would prefer a place where pets are considered! (I am also planning to apply for an assistance dog, so this is quite important) Ideally I would like my housemates to become like my family. I am a very friendly and sociable person, and like to hang out with my housemates, watching tv and having a few drinks together. I'm not a total party animal, but I do love having fun and enjoying being 20 - I'm a bit of a geek and an excellent drinker of cheap alcohol, will turn up at any party/bar/club/beer pong competition a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me as I am quite laid back - I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places, but I'm looking for more than just a bed in a house - I'm looking to make lifelong friends as well! You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine. If youre looking for someone easy going who's always up for a TV/movie marathon, a drink, a chat, a laugh or a nap, Im the perfect housemate for you! ***i have a queen sized bed and various other pieces of furniture (including a desk) so the room would have to accommodate this*** PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME VIA PHONE, MESSAGE ME HERE :)
I'm a personal trainer who is friendly and respectful of others. I am also a qualified chef so you may get to try my food from time to time. Looking for a private room with own bathroom/ensuite. Thanks
Hello :) I'm 20 years old and currently work full time. I'm a fun person to live with, love a drink here and there, not a messy person at all! I love to socialise with my friends on the weekend and I love spending time just to myself

Single employed male seeking furnished room. I don't smoke or do drugs. Currently employed in the automotive industry, and I also teach English online. I do generally keep to myself but don't mind socialising. I also love travel and learning. Only left because the owner moved overseas and the house was sold. It was a family setting and today we are all still in contact and good friends. hopping to find similar. Viv

I'm a 25yo queer female from Melbourne relocating to Perth. I'm about to start a bachelor of Animal science at Murdoch Uni and need a place to call home! I take my study pretty seriously so close to exam times I'm usually at the library or in my room with copious amounts of tea. But in my down times (i'm very good at taking breaks!) I thrive on good and/or silly conversations, good food (mostly home cooked (coz student)) and a trashy netflix show! I'm looking for a house mate (or several) who have a good balance of socialising and chilling out quietly and can share some hot tips with me of what to do in Perth. I come with a rag doll cat who can be pretty cheeky and at times forgets she's a cat (not a dog) but can mostly be found sleeping on my bed or purring in your ear. My ideal situation would involve housemate who are happy to feed her if I'm away or home late. I'm looking forward to getting away from Melbourne's crazy 'four seasons in one day' weather and hanging out at Perth's beaches!
I am a clean, reliable tenant with many years of rental experiance. I work full time and soon to be a student at Notre Dame. I like to go to the gym, and relax with friends. I keep to myself, but also like to socialise. I am looking for fully furnished places, but also flexible if you have your own furniture. Flexible with move date! Please message me if you are interested!
I am an easy going person who is moving to Freo in February to start studying. I will be working part time as well so possibly wont be home much. I am more of an early to bed and early to rise person. I enjoy having people around for meals or BBQ's but am not a big party person. Look forward to hearing from potential flatmates. :-)

I am a very easy going, kind and patient person. I love to hang out with friends and go out occasionally. i love the beach and swimming, I used to do it competitively. I enjoy running, music and cooking. I look forward to meeting you guys!
I'm friendly, I clean up after myself, and don't throw loud crazy parties! I'm half extrovert, half introvert, so I'm good either socialising or staying in my room reading or sketching 😊
I am currently studying nutrition full time and working part time in the health and fitness industry . I am laid back, easy to get along with and clean and tidy. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and a vino or two and lead a pretty busy lifestyle. I consider myself a bit of a social butterfly but also enjoy my couch time. Looking to rent with someone who enjoys a good laugh!
Hi I'm Kimberley. I've just returned from a year travelling and I'm looking for a great house to move into with some fun, easy-going and respectful people. I study post-grad medicine and am based in the hospitals for my last years of study, which will involve pretty long hours. I'm active, friendly and social but happy with alone time to unwind and relax. I try to make the most of my weekends to get outdoors, usually down to the beach or river and catch up with friends. I really enjoy healthy cooking and love animals so would happily move into a place with a dog or cat.
I'm an engineering student at Murdoch Uni looking to move closer to uni. I hope to find some people to share a house with. The house must allow pets and have a large backyard because my beautiful Australian Kelpie, Luna, will be living with me. I consider myself a tidy, respectful and independent person who likes to socialise but I also like having some time to myself. I enjoy regularly exercising (running, cycling, swimming, beach volleyball, squash, any sports really), I love listening to and playing music and I love the outdoors (camping, hiking, kayaking, diving). I hope to find some active and ambitious people to share a house with.

I'm Stephanie, 25 years old :) I come from Belgium (Brussels). I study multilingual business communication in German and English. And I'll be doing an internship in a real-estate agency in Perth for the last few months of my masters degree. I'm really looking forward to it ! I'm very friendly and calm. I am used to living with flatmates, I enjoy chatting and cooking with others. I always clean up after me ;) I'm also very into sports.
I'm a quiet and courteous person and I like to keep to myself. I can be very sociable and fun when I'm comfortable but I won't be throwing massive parties. I'm studying to become a teacher, play multiple instruments and have two cats. I keep clean and tidy as best as I can and I do the same for my pets.

Hello there! I am Christopher, a German student, coming to Perth to join a research group at UWA in February. I programme plant models and I am very fascinated about the complexity of nature and I love to reconstruct it. That is what I will do at UWA and the work is part of my master thesis. I am very interested in understanding the world and its components. You can easily have a good talk with me about politics, Big Data and more. I also love to do sports and listen to a lot of different music. I travelled a lot and I lived in many places in Germany, I lived in Copenhagen and recently in Prague. With other students I shared flats before and during travels I lived together with many different people. I like that and I think I am a very fair and flexible person, who cares about his fellows. Now I am looking for a room with nice flatmates around and where I can get some rest at night. I really want to enjoy my free time, to do sports, going out to meet people and I love baking! I must admit that this stay in Perth will be very important work for my future, but I experienced Australia as one of the best places to combine good work and a nice lifestyle. That is what I am looking for and I hope to share a nice time together with you!
Im a mexican guy studying at UWA. Im relaxed and friendly. Im into sports and music, I'm not really a party guy. Neat, clean and organized. Speaking Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and a Little French.
I am a super cuddly ball of fun! I'm 19 but most people mistake me for 15 - but that's okay BECAUSE when I get excited I seem 15 anyway! I am an EXCELLENT cheap wine drinker (love a good glass or four of passion pop), though I do enjoy my double blacks and a solid spirit here and there. I am an avid beerpong/slap cup/drinking game enthusiast - though my shit fine motor skills and shaky hands mean I am not as good as I like to proclaim. I am very pro-sleep!!! sleep is food for the soul oh my goodness! !!! I'm not much of a party gal BUT if you give me a bit of a warning ( like 3-4 days bc anxiety) I will TURN UP in the club/bar/whatever!! ummm I am a second year psych student at UWA. I'll hopefully be doing honours and then masters and PhD - so looking for a stable place to live!!! I am a neat freak and often stress-clean (see this is good for you). I will clean my room then I will clean the kitchen then vacuum the house and sanitise life. (I hate germs) (so much). Dirty bathrooms (in terms of dirt/hair/dust/other yuck stuff on the floor/in the shower/IN THE AIR/anywHERE) are my pet peeve - I will be so uncomfortable and distressed that I won't use that room!!!! (can't do germs I am sorry) I do have a pup BUT I'm doubt I will be taking him with me when I move out, I am thinking of adopting an old old old dog to give it a happy home to live out the rest of its days in warmth with the safety n love it deserves :))) (but if the house is no pets it's not a drama) I coach kidlet gymnastics (3-10 year olds omg) umm I was working at bakers delight for 4 years but I'm in the process of finding a new job, there's only so much bread one gal can deal with. I also tutor two primary/high school girls so yay. I've had about 9272719 interviews so I'm hoping to have another job soonish 💁🏼 i have no idea what else to add in here so YAY none of that makes sense enjoy deciphering it xoxo
I'm quiet to live with, keep to myself, but social when it is a mutual arrangement, i.e. a glass of wine and a chat etc I'm very neat, clean, tidy, minimalistic, non smoker. I work part time but the rest of the time I'm usually out playing tennis or something. I would prefer to live with One other person around my age and no shared bathrooms
Hi guys! Im looking for a place to share or for a teamup! I am a 20 year old female uni student studying Sports Science, Exercise and Health at UWA! I would really love someone or some people around the same age and preferably female so please hit me up if are keen! :)
I'm an easy going, mature person, about to make the move to Perth to start postgraduate study at UWA. I'm a chef by trade, and often cook at home. I'm social but not a party animal, clean but not a nazi! Looking forward to meeting like minded people to share a house and maybe make new friends.
Hello, all! My name's Ati, 23yo and will be starting my Masters at UWA in S12017. Ideally, I'm looking for a house with all girls(negotiable) with max 3-4 housemates. As for the location, walking distance to uni may not be necessary, but it'll be great to have public transport(accessible to uni) close to home. A little more about myself. I am from Singapore, previously a Murdoch student for 2 years and lived in Freo. I am very open-minded and a reasonable person who may come off as shy and quiet in the beginning but can be quite chatty and bubbly once you get to know me. I appreciate basic cleanliness and good hygiene. Not into a party house as I'm getting down to serious business here (tho end of semester parties are ok :P). Above all, what's most important for me are positive vibes and great people. Ok, that's all :) Regards ATI

Hi there, My name is Umar, medical student at UWA. Along with my mate (with whom I am trying to find a place) I am a down to earth easy to get along with guy who is serious about studies. I am in my clinical training years which means, its kind of like going to work every morning, then coming home to study...except we don't get paid! I enjoy my privacy and sleep but at the same time also enjoy good company and a chat over some tea or coffee. I like to spend as much time as possible at the library studying but sometimes resign to the bedroom study desk when I have had a long, exhausting day at the hospital. Myself and my buddy do not drink or smoke and are not the party type. We are hoping to find a nice, peaceful, clean, tidy environment. We will not disappoint :-) If you would like to know more about my friend or myself, do not hesitate to flick me a message. Cheers

We are an Italian/German couple coming to Perth in mid-February for six months. Alex will be a full-time student at UWA and I (Sylvia) will work part time. We are looking for a double room in a shared house/Flat, which is within a suitable distance to reach UWA. We are reliable, clean and tidy and we love to socialize. At the same time we respect other people’s privacy. Both of us have experience in sharing accomodation in an international environment. We are quiet and are not looking for a party house – but we appreciate casual dinners or drinks with our housemates.
Melbourne boy making the long trip (by car) to Perth for the sake of completing his postgraduate studies at UWA in the field of (*suspense*)..... isotope geochemistry and metamorphic petrology (not as boring as it sounds). Contrary to the popular belief that scientists don't like sport , I enjoy going for a surf, hitting the gym most days, and if my body can handle it, playing some football. Looking for somewhere chilled out and relaxed with maybe one or two other housemates, Would love to get in touch if you reckon id fit well into your place.
I'm neat, organised and laid-back. Finished honours in genetics and will commence PhD at UWA. Would normally prefer something more chilled rather than loud parties/clubs. I do things like play ultimate frisbee, exercise, read, etc. Pretty good at cooking.
Hello, Myself and my girlfriend and looking for a share house to stay in for the start of Uni. We both will be working part time and also studying at UWA. We are looking for a house near UWA with nice and friendly flatmates to move in with. A bit of info about us. We are pretty active people who love the outdoors and going on runs and the gym. We are currently in our final years of study. Myself finishing off my undergrad in biochemistry and Eilidh undergoing post grad studies in Science Communication. We are easy going, responsible and friendly and are keen to find a place with like minded people. We are not really party people, and at the moment being third years we are really more wanting to concentrate on finishing our degree's more so than going out. See you soon
