Heyo! I'm a 26yr old primary school teacher. I value housemates who can kick back and socialize together, but still respect each others space. Pros of living with me: - I can cook - I love interior design - I can flawlessly rap several Biggie Smalls songs Cons of living with me: - I can't walk the ice-cube tray from the sink to the freezer without spilling it everywhere - Terrible at shuffling cards - Bad habit of whistling *** Only interested in moving out mid-year (July/August)
Hello everyone. I'll just start off with the bad and get it out of the way. Recently separated and looking for a room or team up for a new place. Don't really know how long I would stay but happy to commit for 3 months min. Won't be bringing any emotional baggage as I'm looking for a fresh start. I am very friendly and outgoing and work full time. A lot of my work I do from home I can go into the office daily if needed. I'm easy to get a long with and I like to meet new people and socialise when I can. Any questions or queries would be happy to tee up a coffee and have chat. Look forward to meeting some new people :)
Easy going, fun, friendly and sociable, tidy/clean. From Perth, 28, work full-time Monday to Friday, like sports, going out for food and drinks, relaxing etc
Hi, my name is Stefan, 27yo male, works full time as a webshop manager for Cash Converters (I sell stuff online). Firstly I'd like to make clear I'm only interested in Team Ups; I have a house full of furniture, am looking to move, and would like to start my own share house with someone else, preferably just one other person. My idea is that I could find someone cool, meet up and get to know each other and then we could both search for a new place. i've only been in Perth for 18 months, I moved up from Bunbury for work (lived in the South West most of my life - I'm a country boy) I'm educated (have a Bachelor of Arts degree, worked previously in media), intelligent, introverted, quiet, deep, but love social interaction and connecting with people on a deeper level (If anyone is familiar with Meyers-Briggs' personality, I'm an INTJ [the architect ]). I work Monday to Friday during business hours, am highly clean, bordering on OCD, I cook my own meals, have a cooked breakfast every morning (willing to share) I work out at the gym regularly and always pay rent/utilities on time or often much earlier. I am looking for a someone whom I can not only be your housemate, but also your friend. My current housemate has become my friend and I developed a close friendship pretty quickly, hanging out, sharing about life, relationships, etc, so I wouldn't mind finding others like that. In my spare time I like working out, visiting family/friends, watching movies/TV shows, cooking, journaling, browsing online, and going to occasional events (don't hit town too often, but open to it). I am very open, honest and can come off as blunt and a bit full-on when you first meet me, but I'm a decent guy who's got his head screwed on. I also have a 4-year old ginger cat named Zoe. My current lease expires on May 25, so just seeing what's out there.
22 yr old makeup artist who's works two jobs in claremont! i have a little french bulldog & I am interested in teaming up with someone in June when i come back from america to an apartment or house!
I am a friendly easy going person looking for a room...I am respectful and clean. I keep to myself but am sociable also. I enjoy outdoors activities, nature walks , the beach, camping, keeping fit am an avid reader and creative type. I like boxing and sports and love music of all types
Pursuing a career in creative Advertising and Graphics design Easy going and very social, love having a drink (or 10) Playing social sports, volleyball, netball and touch Gamer, dog lover, deodorant user Harry Potter head whats not to love: Occasionally forgets to replace toilet paper roll and raps eminem poorly in the shower
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi there, I am looking for a place with someone nice. I work a lot (6 days a week) so I am not home for the most part but when I am I'm fairly quiet. At home I like to be able to relax. I also like cooking up new things when the mood strikes. I like cooking healthy food and experimenting with new dishes along with my friend in the kitchen (my thermomix) If you have a dog or any pets that is a bonus to me as I love animals, especially dogs. I would be more than happy to look after them if you are going away. I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and catching up with my friends. I have an active social life so I'm quite often out socialising and dancing on the weekends. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and have a respect for other people, their space and their things. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so ideally i would like a place with an empty room. I was hoping to get a place with some storage as well. I am looking forward finding my new home to settle into and meeting new people.
Hey there, I'm a 21yo female who is currently studying full time and working part time. I would love to stay in Applecross or surrounding areas, in an apartment or house I don't mind. Looking for one or two friendly gals to move in with, I am a friendly and cheerful person who loves hanging out with friends but also enjoys chilling at home and having quiet nights in. I'm clean and am happy to not bother you if you want full privacy but also would be happy to cook meals or hang and be friends. I also love food and travelling! Drop me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Marci

Hey! I'm Tahlie, I'm 20 years old currently studying towards my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care as a trainee at Little Peoples Place, Spearwood. Very easy going person and enjoy having some drinks on the weekend, but also enjoy my own company and can pick up when people need their own space too! I am a tidy person and will always clean up after myself, but not a complete neat freak who will be on your back about dishes or washing etc! Looking to move in any time after June 3rd, doesn't matter how long after as I can stay with my partner until i move in. Unfurnished or furnished, but would prefer a medium or large sized room. As I am only working part-time I am hoping to find something $130 p/w or less! Please give me a message if this would suit you Cheers :) Tahlie Wansbrough
Howdy. I think I could be ok to live with. Because I dont mind a bit of cooking & cleaning. Allways clean up after myself I enjoy trying to grow a few herbs ect also a bit handy around the house would have a go myself first if something needs to be fixed together with my piles of old jokes can & do enjoy a gr8 big belly laugh Ha!!!Ha!!!He!!!He!!! How do you say your laughing your head off ?
Im very clean, pay bills on time, not noisy, dont smoke or do drugs, or drink in the house, I hardly ever invite friends over. I do chores ontime, and im not dirty or messy looking for a house anywhere in or around the suburbs listed above I CANNOT pay more than $120 a week bills
Going to be taking up a new job FIFO, only thing is never been to Perth before so have absolutely no clue where anything is! I'm looking forward to new adventures, don't think I'm having a mid life crisis, just excited at getting the chance to have a crack at new opportunities! I've lived in share houses for majority of my life and am keen to find one that creates lasting friendships and memories, but also open to a short term arrangement that might help someone out of a bind... I'll be great to live with cause I'll only be there for 6 days at a time and every possibility that time will be spent interstate or exploring WA. When I will be there I will try(no guarantees) to be funny, witty and charming. I do like a good drinking session watching the footy but tend to get a bit vocal about my opinion on the umpiring. Happy to join in an occasional wine during/after dinner conversations or equally go out partying on random occasions. Not seeking a party house though as quite over cleaning up with a hangover! I love art, playing sport(very competitive) and fishing(pretty ordinary at it). I am keen to learn how to surf at some stage and take some proper cooking lessons too... I've been on central coast of NSW for past 6 months with family and have spent previous 6 years living in Adelaide but working on and off out bush in SA, NT and NSW. Before that I worked security @ Art Gallery of SA and security @ bars/nightclubs for 10 years whilst living solely in Adelaide. I'm keen to find somewhere near Fremantle as I've been a mad Dockers fan since day 1(long story) and admittedly would probably end up being one of those supporters who watch every training session! I've been told that Scarborough is very similar to Glenelg way of life back in Adelaide, so finding somewhere there would also be a bonus for me. Note also the date of moving and preferred length of stay is flexible at this point. I still have to do a medical and accept company offer so potential timing could be closer to mid June, however, I'm trying to fast track proceedings as much as possible.
Handy in the kitchen (raw vegan treats), love a cuppa tea and chats, into intrinsic values, meditator, tech savvy, not a party-dude (been there), looking to make the world a better place — starting small :-) Self employed Graphic Designer and sometimes filmmaker. Allergic to cats. Like dogs. In my 40s. Single. Ideally looking for vegetarian/vegan household but that doesn't seem to be so fashionable in Perth (yet) so may have to compromise there (hopefully not too much!).
I am 21 years old, easy to get along with. I'm neat and keep my things clean. I working in a restaurant so will possibly be working most nights. I am also a Remedial therapist so will be possibly doing that when I'm not at the restaurant. I will be going travelling towards the end of the year (Oct/Nov), so looking for something for the next few months to save 😊 I can move in the next few weeks if I find the right place.
Must be large room (roughly at least 3x4m) and ensuite/private bathroom. $180 is my maximum budget including bills. I'm genuine and reliable - have been renting for 10 years without any issues or money taken from my bond, and I always pay my rent and bills on time. I'm a super chilled, easy-going and friendly 27yo. I'm clean, quiet, and respectful of my environment. I don't drink much, I don't do drugs or smoke. I'm looking for a quiet house. At the moment I'm studying and working part time, but I finish in October and will be looking for full time work. Until then I'm on Centrelink for my studies and will transfer to JobSeeker until I find full time work. That along with my current employment means I have a steady income. In fact I just has my second interview for another job yesterday with more hours so fingers crossed that went well. I have two small-medium birds (Cockatiels aka Weiros) who live in a big cage in my bedroom but I do let out in my room when I'm home. I have been renting with them for over 3 years now in 3 different residents without any complaints or issues. I'm happy to pay a pet bond and have never had money taken out from the pet bond (or standard bond) in all my renting history. I supervise them 100% when they are out of the cage and they have plenty of their own toys to keep them busy. They're pretty quiet most of the time, but my boy does like to whistle the Addams Family or some other random songs sometimes during the day. But they sleep when the sun goes down so are quiet (and so am I) from around 6pm-8am. I bring carpet with me to keep the floor clean and I clean up after them. I studying online and work part time. I'm also on Centrelink so my income is steady. I've been renting for 10 years and have always payed rent and bills on time. Look forward to meeting you!
I am an easy going, chilled out girl with a 3 year old staffy x ridgeback who is very loving and loves a cuddle/pat. We are looking for a great rental close to Freo for us to call home. Very clean, social but enjoy my own time too.
Hi there! Luke here, a 21 year old Perth guy on the lookout for a new place to live. I work as a Deli Attendant at Coles, so I know how to handle a block of cheese and many varieties of olives. Next year I'll be starting a Uni degree in criminology and law. That said, I'm very good at cooking awful food. On my days off I like to cycle and relax. Apart from that, I'm clean, tidy, respect people's space and privacy, and get along with pretty much anyone. Looking forward to meeting new people and finding some cool housemate(s).
I am in the process of selling my own home so looking to rent for a period of about 6 months. I am super easy-going, clean and tidy and spend most of my spare time at the beach or over at Rotto on my boat. I'm very young at heart and I love good wine, good food and great music ...but my heavy partying days are definitely over! I am respectful of other people's space and wouldn't be home all the time. I'm a dog lover but currently have no pets (my staffy passed away sadly last year). I'm really into swimming, fishing, camping, gardening, cooking, pilates and running. I own a nice car so would be looking to preferably keep it in a garage / carport.
Hi! I am a french student and I am arriving in Perth in June the 20th, for an internship, until December. I am looking for a room for 6 months in a share-accomodation. I like sports, going out with friends and spend days at the beach !
I am a 19 year old McDonald's worker and a soon to be enrolled nursing student at Murdoch Tafe campus. I am very clean, friendly and respect other people's privacy. I am great to live with as I am reliable with payments, very clean and I love to have a good chat. I'm not looking for somewhere to have parties all the time, just somewhere close to tafe for convenience.
Hey all, Im moving to Perth in a few weeks and am in need of somehwere to live. Im unsure of areas that are good or bad, hence a large selection of suburbs. I'm currently looking for a team up, where we can rent a place together, as I have half a house worth of furniture, and would prefer to use it rather than put it into storage Id like to get a sharehouse with 1 or 2 others. I am looking at getting a dog soon after moving, if thats not your thing i understand, hence being upfront about it. Ive lived in sharehouses before, and enjoy the lifestyle. I spend alot of time at work, so u get alot of time and space. However i like some level of socialising/ house dinners. I like to keep the house relatively clean and tidy, but im not a neat freak. I dont smoke, and occasionally have mates over for a BBQ and a few beers, but most of the time its a quiet lifestyle. If you would like to chat further shoot me a message. Cheers, Adham (Its not a typo, there is actually a 'H' in the middle of adam)
Quiet, Geeky Book lover with two cats. Looking for somewhere for me and my indoor cats to live. I have a fair amount of furniture so I can help set up a new house or fill an empty one! I am quiet and keep mostly to myself, friendly and my cats are indoor only and trained to stay Off kitchen benches.
