I'm very easy going and independent. I love spending time on my own and appreciate "own space" for myself and other people. That being said, I am quite social as well when in the mood and love having a laugh or watching shows or going out. I have worked as a cleaner and a nanny in the past, which has made me a very naturally clean person with anything that I do. I have a lot of respect for other people including things that they own and hate invasion of space and privacy.
Keep a clean house, quiet, get along well with people, work full time, always pay rent and bills on time. Work as a nurse, have been in current accomodation for about 4 years (Ivanhoe) Living with three people. Usually go to the gym after work or watch trash TV. Also studying Love the beach, spending time out having meals with friends. Not interested in a party house
Hola! I have recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney. I just finished my under-grad degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. I am looking to move mostly in the Eastern Suburbs area. At the moment I don't have a car so living in walking distance (aprox. 20 mins) to a train station is essential. Preferably I would like a house of all females, but it is not essential. I currently work in Hospitality in the city (7am - 2:30/4:00pm Mon-Fri), and can move in as of tomorrow if you're really keen. I am a private person and like my space but I also like socialising over board/card games, TV, meals, and I do like the occasional kick around of a ball. I am a neat person ( got to have a clean kitchen otherwise I go insane) and like to bake when I have time. I am a hardcore reader and am learning the Cello, though you won't have to worry about noise cause I'm reluctant to play with any sort of audience. I also love my sport (Soccer and Roller Derby). Other things I like to do in my free time is play video games on my PS4, learn German, write and draw.
I'm looking for a quiet location, with public transport in walking distance, for 6-12 months, ideally near Box Hill or Blackburn. Must be LGBT friendly. Moving between now and March 11. I'm very clean, neat and quiet. I do not work or study due to diagnosed chronic pain, but my income is reliable. I have been sharehousing for 2 years so far and never had any trouble paying bills. I have my own mattress (it's a really good one), otherwise not a lot of stuff. I don't drive. I am single and I'm a very quiet shy person, though I'm fun once you get to know me! I don't drink or smoke or anything like that. Gluten free omnivore. Happy to share my cooking sometimes if you're up for that, I make great roast pork :) And of course I contribute to cleaning. I like to write and draw on my computer, I enjoy art and I love cats and birds. Am I right for your house? Please send me a message if you have any questions! Thanks for reading!
I'm looking for a new place as soon as possible! I will pay rent in advance for the first month as well as bond. I can also order a brand new fridge/washing machine/microwave or a piece of furniture as my contribution to the household! I'm easy going, friendly, house proud, reliable, and sociable but also like alone time and respect others space I'm very clean in communal areas and reliable with rent and bills also I love pets but have none of my own. Looking for fellow like minded, chill people to live with!!
Hey! My name's Hannah and I'm turning 21 this year. I'm originally from Bendigo but have been living in Melbourne since 2015. I'm in my third year at RMIT studying a Bachelor of Criminology/Psychology which I love! I also work part-time in retail so I lead a pretty busy lifestyle due to studies and work. In my eyes, animals are the best thing since sliced bread and I also love a good Netflix session (who doesn't!). Over the past two and a bit years I've had experience living with housemates, and respect people's needs whether that be for privacy or cleanliness. I love a clean house and also enjoy having a chat. I'm a bubbly and easygoing person, and am always available if anyone needs someone to rant to or wants advice! My partner is Alex. Alex is also turning 21 this year and works full-time. He is also studying a Veterinary degree online, so clearly a huge fan of animals! Alex also loves to travel and enjoys the warm weather. Like me, Alex has a positive personality and is super easy to talk to, but respects people's needs for space, cleanliness and privacy.
I'm a dental nurse working in Heidelberg, although the location of the house isn't a big deal for the right place as I drive :) I'm clean and tidy. Respectful of common areas and won't leave clutter and mess around. I usually like to stay in when it's colder and watch reality Tv, but I enjoy to be outdoors in the summer and couldn't say no to a beer. I do have a baby lorikeet that I could not seperate from. She is very affectionate. She is fine to stay in her cage if I'm not home or if she is being a pest, but she does need to be out to have a cuddle, sit on someone's shoulder, and she loves playing with her toys.
Can cook, Can clean, relatively quiet, happy with high contact or little to no contact living (communication levels) PC gamer, easy going, I do have a cat, she is very friendly, has never scratched anyone outside of play where your hand is under a blanket. she is an eastern shorthair, has been spayed and all cat care items I am happy to keep and maintain in the bedroom or bathroom if prefered. the products I use are an extremely low odour form to the extent I do not notice it in my bedroom whatsoever. at the present time I am home 50% of the time due to work and relationship commitments in terms of overnight stays, am happy to live with a family

We're a young couple in our mid twenties looking for a room to rent together. We communicate well and are lovely people to be with. We're not complicated and are happy with the simple things in life. We clean up after ourselves, and are a good team when it comes to the housework. We enjoy traveling, fitness (gym, yoga and running), having fun and laughing together. We like spending time with people but also respect personal space and time.
We are very friendly and two of us love to explore the city and surrounding areas. 1 of loves cooking. All three of us are Postgrad students at Deakin University and we have our classes starting pretty soon so we want to move in a location which is closer to Deakin. Don't be shy you can disturb us anytime, however alone time do matter to us.
We are a group of 3 students (Indians), studying masters in Deakin University. We are fun loving, happy go- lucky people, looking for accomodation preferably private rooms. If the entire house is available for lease, we would happy to take over the whole. Our budget is 160 max per week per person including bills P. S Lease transfers are also welcomed.
Hello everyone, My name is Owen I'm originally from Mornington but I've been living around Elsternwick for the past while. I'm currently studying games development and computer science full time at Swinburne whilst working at the Garden Gallery in Kew. I enjoy having a chat and bev with house mates but I'm also happy to hang by myself or study. If you think I could be a good fit for your house please shoot me a message. Owen
Hey guys. My name is Angie and I am a 32 year old Dog Groomer looking for a house to share with preferably one other person. I do like my alone time but I do also love having a social life. I currently work three days a week in a dog grooming salon and I also house/pet sit from time to time in other people's homes. I am a non smoker but I do like a drink from time to time on the weekends. I do not want a party house and I would prefer a house mate whom is tidy and clean as I despise mess. I do have a Border Collie at my parent's home and it would be great if she could visit from time to time, as long as there are no other dogs within the home. Furthermore, if this is not possible it would be great if I could get a dog or a cat, so an animal lover would be beneficial. One good thing about me is that I love doing dishes and ironing (yes, I am a weird one haha). I would prefer a female flat mate but male is perfectly fine too. I would prefer to have access to my own bathroom/ensuite if possible. If interested please contact me!
Starting out my full time professional job currently. I was born in Melbourne but raised mostly in Malaysia so I am open to people of all diversities. I absolutely enjoy sports, going to the gym, church and social outings. I am quite a mature person in that I take care of myself as i have been living independently for 3 years now and am quite a happy-go-lucky person. I am somebody who is easy to live with. I keep the place clean and make sure I tidy up after myself (this is not a subjective matter, clean and tidy is not a dirty mess haha). I respect other people's privacy and space but am friendly and more than happy to hang out. I am responsible as well, so when it comes to administrative things you will not have to worry. I believe that living in a enjoyable environment makes for a better quality lifestyle. I'm really looking for a place to call home for a while since I just started full time and want to settle into things. Plus points for me are gyms and being close to the M3 highway or central eastern suburb.
I'm 27 M, professional starting my Masters at #Swinburne uni. I am considerate of others and totally familiar/comfortable with other cultures. I am clean freak and highly organized guy who don't drink or smoke. looking forward to hearing from you.
