Hi I’m a 38 year old female with a beautiful kelpie x staffy female 18 mth old dog. I’m a huge dog lover and looking for a pet friendly place preferably with a large yard that’s either on my own or granny flat/bungalow self contained or at least with an ensuite attached. If I am to share then I’d like the house to be large with multiple living areas. I need somewhere without other pets as my dog is friendly but not when it comes to her food as she’s very protective over that and had issues at my last place with this when someone brought his dog after we had already been there first so I know for sure this does not work!! I am looking in the Manningham, Whitehorse and Maroondah, Plus Montmorency, Eltham North eastern areas. Looking for a chilled out, respectful household and homely environment as want a home not accomodation. I want to be close to my family who live in Doncaster so that’s why these areas are where I’m looking at...
I'm a country girl from South Australia and have been living at my current place in Doncaster for 3 years, but the property is being sold. I'm a mature age student studying full-time at Latrobe and a qualified teacher, teaching part-time at St Helena's SC. I have an adorable 4 y.o., fully trained, female, (inside) pug. I need to bring my own furniture and/or have a place to store it. I have everything, but can store unnecessary items. I'm quiet and spend most of my time working and studying, but I don't live/hide in my room. I'm easy going, like to have fun, am considerate and respectful. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. If I find the right place I can move out as early as 22-30 Sept, or as late as 27 Oct - end of November (end of Oct/start of Nov is preferable).
A little about myself. I’m pretty social and love my down time when I get home as my work can be high pressure. Patient Transport Officer, (Ambulance Attendant), . However love a glass/or 5 of wine (Red) and chat after work. Enjoy/love my food and a wine - watching movies, reading, sport-(watching) also exploring. Happy to share cooking or not - not fussed - same with grocery shopping etc. I’m friendly and easy to live with, very clean and tidy, looking for someone similar not the "Party" house type. Regards Pete
Reliable, fun, quiet, flexible, happy
Easy going guy. My partying days are well behind me, lol. Quiet, tend to keep to myself, but sociable when in passing. Tidy and considerate. Looking to find a place to call home. Currently work for a bank, with tv extra and modelling work on the side.
Hi i'm Josh, I work full time at Aldi and am doing Animal studies full time at box hill institute. I have 8 years experience living in backpackers hostels and share houses so i'm very familiar with sharing communal living spaces. I'm very clean, polite and independent but also love to be social and have a couple of drinks. I'm looking for a share house with good people around the same age who are clean and also good fun to be around. Ideally I'd like to move in by the end of October. If you would like to know more about me I am more than happy to answer questions and provide references.
Hi future housemates, I am a hospitality worker who just moved down from Brisbane. I am looking to live near some sort of public transport. I dont mind living a bit further away from the city. I have the cutest ragdoll cat who just kind of follows you around everywhere and likes to get under blankets. She is litter trained. I am friendly and easy going but still neat, tidy and responsible. I am looking to live with some like minded people. Thanks for reading!
Hi there, I'm looking for a large room to move to when my current lease expires and my landlady is planning to sell the house. I won't be moving out or inspecting places till Mid-October though! I'm a relaxed, clean, sociable 27 year old who loves to sew and craft. I'm pet friendly though I don't have any myself. I also work very long hours at my full time job (I'm a travel consultant) but I'm always up for an occasional chat at the end of the day and I'm very open minded. I'd prefer to live with housemates who are similarly friendly, clean, with good communication and respectful of space and noise. Ideally I'd love something around Heidelberg, Doncaster or Bulleen as that's close to work!
I'm a generally quiet bloke who's respectful of others. I work full time, and am fully house trained :) Although i'm quiet i'm also a drummer and really looking for a place where i can practise. My kit has had some muffling so it's not quite as loud as a normal kit
Hey my name is Lachlan I’m 25 years old work full time with 2 jobs. Very busy lifestyle and would probably spend most of my time out of with my girlfriend or the boys. I go to the gym 6 days a week so I live a healthy lifestyle and I love to cook (meal prep) and I always make a habit of cleaning up after myself so don’t worry I don’t leave a mess! I like to be social but I also enjoy my down time where I’d just like to hibernate in my room or in my bed watching Netflix lol
I am looking for a new place to live preferably closer to where my family and friends live, for the convenience sake. I am 22 turning onto 23 very soon. I am a very respectful person and expect the same in return. Im also a very clean person, I like to keep everything around me neat and tidy, even while I own 2 very cute dogs! that are also going to be moving with me. They have such a gorgeous nature to them and will try smother you with kisses and affection. They are both very well trained!.They dont chew things nor do they dig. They might bark once or twice if they were to see another dog but that's about it. And NIETHER off them have NOT one bone off aggressiveness in them. Myself I am currently unemployed, that's because ive been caring for my sick nan for the last year BUT have already started looking for work (with already a couple opportunities) I am on Centrelink but DO get payed enough to pay for rent and bills and also support myself and my 2 dogs.. I also like to socialize and go see my mates and on the odd occasion go out and have a drink or 2. If you can give me a chance to come for an inspection i promise i wont let you down..
I am a hard working Services Operations Manager in the engineering industry, a home body, and my daughters and l are house proud, clean, very busy and quiet. We love to cook, and make our house a home. Our pet cat is a darling too, she is quiet, house-trained and friendly. We are looking for a whole property if possible, or to share with another female.
I'm looking for a private room, long term, quiet house, no smoke, parking, bills included if it's possible, no more than 3 living in the house. NO share toilet with men, thanks :)
Hi I'm looking for a place with friendly and honest people to welcome me into their home. Seeking a place in the Eastern suburbs to be close to work but I'm also happy north side too. Nature docos are my thing at the moment since I started studying horticulture so if you've got a nice garden or enjoy the outdoors we should get on well! I have no pets but if you have one that's a big plus to me. So of course I'd enjoy walking the dog or tending to the garden or even growing some veggies :) I've got bond and first months rent ready to go plus I'm tidy and pay my bills on time.
I am a very organize person who always clean up after using anything within lovely sharing house, responsible, decent, enthusiastic and caring. As a international student, I work as part time PCA at nursing home. Normally, I take night and PM shift which benefit my study. I consider clean and responsible housemate to live with. As I need to seperate my time to contribute my study. Thus, party house won't be my best choice. However, I am a responsible person who will pay rent in time. In terms of minimum stay, I put 3 months for beginning because I want to make sure I can get along with new circumstance and housemate as well. After this introduction and you consider I would be the best candidate for your house, just give me a buzz~ Cheers, Chelsea
Hii, I’m looking for a nice sharehouse in Templestowe Lower (near to Macedon Plaza, my job is here, and I haven’t car,I work from 3am to 11am, Monday to Friday) I’m quiet and respectful, so I looking for something clean and quiet as well Cheers 👍
I’m easy going, neat and tidy. I’m not the parting type but do enjoy having a few friends over for dinner every so often. I like going out and exploring what’s on offer outside of home! So I won’t be there all the time. I’ll respect your space but also hope we get along and can have a chat when sitting around the place. I do have a little dog and cat! They’re pretty well behaved, the dog knows to sleep in his own bed when inside and not to enter the kitchen! If it sounds like we’d get along, send me a message!

I'm quiet in the mornings and evenings as needed and tidy. My passion is hiking and the outdoors and one of the reasons I have chosen to move to Melbourne.

Hi there, time to move on from my old share-house. I feel like a fresh start! I'm self-employed full time as a printer and graphic/web designer. I work from home and am happy keeping to myself if need be. I'm also a musician (hip hop/electronica) and a bit of a gamer/nerd. Love standup comedy. Genuinely silly person. Easy to get along with. Enjoy a beer or three. Can cook and clean. Am toilet trained etc... I'm primarily looking for a granny flat type deal so I can be a bit more separate and self-sufficient, happy to look at any situation though. I've got a super well trained dog called Myrtle. I'm a lover of everybody. Many stories to tell!
My names Mel, I'm a full-time student studying psychology and working part-time! I like to balance by work/study load by being social so I'm looking for a house where everyone is able to do their own thing as we are likely busy but also looking for a warm welcoming environment to hang out and enjoy each others company too :). I clean up after myself and pull my weight with chores. I think communication is key especially while living together so am open to anything anyone needs to get across to keep the house dynamic harmonious !
I enjoy cleaning. I don't smoke and drink. I have no pets but don't mind helping look after one. I work full time as a machinist. I play tennis and Pokemon go.
I'm nice, friendly and also considerate of others, also I keep to myself. I have lived in share in the same share house for a long time. I pay rent on time
Hello there. I am seeking a home to share with community minded, creative beings who are interested in co-creating a peaceful, harmonious, easy-going, tidy, respectful, loving and nurturing space together. I am currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and as well completing my Kundalini Yoga training program. My hobbies and interests are in : spirituality, philosophy, healing, well-being (meditation, yoga, nutrition, kirtan, natural therapies, etc..), conscious dance, sacred music, films, art, reading, being in nature, eating out, travel, singing and pretty much any workshop or book on self-development that allows me to learn more about myself, others and improve who I am as a person. I am honest, mature and respectful of others space, and also seeking the same from others. I am also drug and alcohol free, and would prefer a home of open, authentic, conscious connections and communication with one another. I am not fussed about living with others who enjoy a wine over a meal, but definitely not interested in a party house. I am interested in a quiet space where I can study, as well as, re-charge and unwind. I would enjoy a conversation, meal or outing with fun-loving housemates every so often. As well as a tidy space, where we all contribute in keeping the environment clean and tidy for all. A home near public transport services is a necessity, preferably train and tram services. An unfurnished room and additional storage space would be ideal. I am vegan and would prefer a vegan and/or vegetarian household. I have lived with meat-eaters before though that are respectful and understanding. I also volunteer in assisting with and marketing events within the conscious Melbourne community, as well as activism for the welfare and rights of animals. I am more than happy to live with cats, and the more the merrier :)
Hi, my name is Jen and I work as a nurse. I work all different hours as a shift worker. I am a down to earth, flexible, friendly and busy person. If I am not working, I am dancing or hitting the gym. I do respect peoples privacy and hope that people would respect mine in turn. I am a social person and love a chat or coffee. I am tidy and clean however i am not pedantic about it. If you want to chat more do not hesitate to contact me :-) Thanks!
I’m looking for a studio for rent or bungalow or 1bedroom unit or granny flat.im very chilled laid back down to earth, very clean and quiet,I’m not a party head I like to chill or will be working or studying.
I’ve just moved to Melbourne from Brisbane and need a place to live! At the moment I am looking for furnished room, for the short term so I can get myself set up here without having to rush. At the moment I'm thinking 2-3 months term, possibly longer too but listings that are okay with short term options would suit me best for the moment. A bit more about me: I currently work in IT as a support engineer/web consultant for a software and web hosting company. I work from home, and very occasionally from library/cafe. I understand if this is a deal breaker, from being home too much.. I am looking for new work but that may take a few months anyway. I’ve lived in share houses before and also lived alone. I like my alone time, but I also like the idea of being friends with my housemates, having dinner parties as I really love to cook! Watching movies, going out on adventures, etc. I love going out for dinner too so I'm in foodie heaven being in Melbourne haha. I like the outdoors a lot, in particularly snowboarding, just got into mountain biking. I also like going to see bands play, having conversations about the state of the world, and doing what I can to live as sustainably as I can. Message me via the Flatmates and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers.
Hi, I'm Theo (I'm female/androgynous - disregard male name), I'm 34. I have been a social/environmental activist all my life, but am pretty anti-activist culture these days (specifically I'm not judgemental and am looking for non-judgemental folks to live with). I'm starting a political blog from a radical centrist angle, and work pretty random hours, mostly from home. I don't have an income at the moment, but have substantial savings, so no need to worry about me paying the rent. I'm into hanging out with friends, working out, going out dancing, playing table tennis, personal development, serious and light hearted chats, netflixing, keen to get into skateboarding and parkour soon. I'm looking for a place that's relaxed, friendly, clean, non-communal (although I'd be into sharing meals occasionally if it feels right), meat friendly... I've got a lot of experience growing food, so if that's something you're into I could help, might be keen to make it happen on my own, but also not fussed if there's no garden/it's not an option.. I've got a partner (also female) who might be around a bit, although I'll probably be at her place more - she's lots of fun. I'm polyamorous so there would likely be other lovers at times also...
Hi future houseys, My name is Shauna, I’m 26 years old and work as a Registered Nurse. I’m looking for a new humble abode to call home. I’m house trained and come with some great cooking skills (more than welcome to share those skills). I am currently very invested in the Bachelor, I love going out on adventures on the weekends, brunch, coffee and the occasional glass of vino. If this sounds like a good fit. Be sure to send me a message. All the best, Shauna
Hi I’m looking to move out some time next year and just getting an idea of what’s out there.. I am a genuine, kind, bubbly person keen for a chat and always open to making new friends, although I still like my own alone time. I currently have 3 jobs, part time at Woolworths on weekends and a casual primary teacher during the week I also do freelance makeup artistry on the side. I am looking into getting a more full time position as well. I clean up after myself and usually keep very neat, I also love to cook and bake and don’t mind sharing.
27 year old who start will start PhD in Cancer Biology (from the middle of Oct '18). Last two years I have spent in the US, where I did cancer research too. This time I lived in shared accommodation, hence I have an experience how to live well with others ;) I am very easygoing laid back guy. In the past few years, traveling has been a big part of my life so been doing that, seeing the world. I'm a sociable guy who can always be up for hanging out or talk, but on the other hand, I enjoy my own time too. Always looking for a little adventure, starting from walking down the street and ending to road trips. I like exploring cities and also wild nature! In case of flat/home, I would like to find not just a shared house kind of thing, but place where I feel like it's a homey where I would live with good find housemate(s) that I get along with and can become mates.
