Healthy and fit guy who enjoys sports in his down time. Very organised and tidy person who enjoys those around him to be the same, but can accommodate to those who aren't. Enjoys technology, cooking and music when he has time for it. Working full time/Studying to complete his pharmacy intern year. Good with paying bills on time, and generally pretty easy to get along with.
I work and study full time however if I'm not doing either of those I love to be at the gym or out with friends. I've been in share accommodation before and really enjoyed living with different types of people. As much as I love my privacy I also love getting to know my house mates and having the odd big cook up together or drinks after work.

I'm a socially conscious person, I like to have fun but I like quiet time and my own space as well. Love a good TV series. I clean up after myself and keep communal areas tidy (bedroom is a different story, I often have a bit of a floordrobe happening, but it's an organised one) I'm a bit social so won't be around all the time. Currently working as a temp in the healthcare industry which gives me a bit of flexibility. My sister and I have joint custody of my 10 year old kelpie x. Although my dog mainly lives with my sis, I'm looking for a place where she will be welcome from time to time.

Quiet guy, keep to myself mostly, very tidy, enjoy cooking, messing with computers, , born in Melbourne, currently on a support pension, looking for a quiet place to either share or seperated living, budget i have put is $200 per week for bills/internet inclusive(negotiable), looking for 6-12 months
Hi There, Here is a bit about myself: I work at Woolworth's, recently I finished a course in Business Administration, I am clean/tidy and easy going, friendly and quite empathetic. I am also creative and love art, I am from Melbourne and enjoy catchups with friends and family and having a good laugh !
pretty easy going and get along with others well. I have a slight ocd problem when it comes to tidiness and cleaning... I consider myself to be a trustworthy person which is an important factor to consider in a house mate. I'm also very respectful towards others and would like that to be mutual. I'm an artist so my work hours are all mixed up but will be out of your way most of the time giving you space and privacy.
I am a trades person and at work from early hours of the morning and back home by 4pm. I am social and also love my quiet time. I have a 4 yo son and have access every Friday and every second week end. I am a responsible and tidy person and enjoy cooking.
Professional female working in the communications and marketing, looking to find a cheaper place than my current unit. I have a great sense of humour (quirky), fairly neat and tidy sort of person, good with money and enjoy films, books, and art and culture around Melbourne. Can also cook! Would like to share with a similar sort of professional female, not really into the party scene any more but wouldn't pass on a good night of wine etc. every now and again, and am dog friendly too (allergic to cats unfortunately). Like my own space, including cooking etc., but also would like to share with someone friendly to catch up on the week/day :-) I have a large-ish queen sized bed and matching sides and tallboy so would need larger room rather than smaller.
Looking to create a new share or join an existing share with other positive, balanced, responsible flatmates who can cook a little, garden a little, are clean and dont take themselves too seriously. Cashed up as I work five days a week and also have a scholarship which funds my postgrad studies. Enjoy living in a decent home environment where everyone has their own lives and interests, and sharing an occasional meal together. This time around I'd like to live with people who are interested in creating a home environment and who also have a community outside of the home. I want to live somewhere with people who have their act together and expect a pleasant home environment together with mutual respect. After a larger unfurnished bedroom for QS Bed, plus a desk OR to bring furnishings into the living spaces if creating a NEW SHARE. Fridge washer microwave etc- most of the basics. Alternatively could look at storage if joining an existing share. Cat owner so after a place with an enclosed yard, not in a busy street and would prefer some room to grow us all veggies or at least a few potted herbs. Both myself and The Furry One would need a long term standard lease agreement. Bond and references available. Fitzroy North, Clifton Hill, Carlton North, Northcote, Ivanhoe East, Elwood, Elsternwick, Bentleigh, Brighton, Hampton preferably, but within about 20mins of the CBD.
I am a quiet yet friendly housemate. I respect ones need for privacy but would like to get to know my housemates. I like to live a healthy lifestyle by cooking good food, riding my bike and swimming. I am domesticated too - I am neat, clean and tidy! I am a kind, considerate and warm person. I work in Border Protection, have a passion for cycling and have lived in the Northcote area for most of my life. I love what the inner city has to offer.
Enjoy movies, cooking and keeping active riding, swimming and running. Maintains balance with meditation. Working as Executive coaching. Looking for next contract in IT Project management, after having renovated a house this year.
Lived with my best mate in the suburbs for the last 5 years and he's finally decided to bail out and live with his girlfriend. I work in Carlton so I think it's time to move into town! I'm a full time accountant, study a bit (CPA) and also part-time musician/singer. Do play guitar, piano, and sing quite often so be aware of that. People do tend to enjoy it, but if you like you're quiet, probably not the right guy! Don't cook so don't really make too much of a mess, unless it's toast. Don't mind a bit of quiet company, or loud works too, but either way, would love to make some new friends and give the city life a go!
I'm hardly ever home and I'm clean. I have enough good quality furniture to fill a 2 bedroom apartment. I come with 2 very friendly Burmese cats. I have 2 jobs so I'm not home much. I am a smoker and don't pry into peoples lives. I respect privacy but i am friendly. I also prefer off street parking.
I am a 40 year-old male working full-time at a university looking for a place for myself. I work weekdays and on the weekend, I may catch up with my daughter or go to play soccer etc... My length of stay is flexible. I would prefer a smoke-free, pet-free, and clean place.
Looking for long term term lease. Currently renting a granny flat in Box Hill North at $190/wk with excellent references. Single. Very quiet but sociable. Neat, tidy, clean.
My name is Marina and I'm an easy going 22 year old girl. I am currently looking for long term accomidation in a private room. I am very considerate of others and their privacy and I will always pay my rent on time. I like to go out most weekends and have the occasional drink, but I'm also quite a home cat and like to have a nice quiet night in. I love gaming, movies, music, drawing and spending time with my friends, these are most of my hobbies. I do smoke but not heavily and only outside so I dont bother anyone. I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for myself and others on most days. I do have a car and will be looking for some sort of on street parking. Im also always willing and happy to help with cleaning up the house when required. So, if you think I'd be a good fit for your house please give me a call, as I'm looking to move by the end of September :)
I am a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is a Health Promotion Officer. I respect each others space and down time. I love a good tv series and enjoy baking! I am not a party animal but do enjoy socialising.
I'm a social person but do prefer my own space. I come with two loving cats that are my little companions. I have a busy working week and like to chill on my days off. In the evenings I like to watch a little TV or movie. I have one grandchild and often see him on the weekends.
I'm very easy going. Love to have a laugh. Keep very clean and tidy. Easy to talk to. Love getting outdoors and going for walks. A keen swimmer. I'm a graphic designer from Melbourne. I'm an avid snowboarder for the past 16years always on the hunt for the next snow trip.
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
I'm looking to team up, females only please. I'm friendly and easy going, looking to share a place with another female of similar age (late 20's or thirties). I am not looking at going into a pre-established household. I am looking at moving into a place of my (and your) own, not into somebody else's home. Teaming up and going into a place together is what I am seeking, as I've had experience moving into others' houses, and it hasn't felt like my home. "My house, my rules" is not what I'm seeking. I'd like to share with someone friendly who likes to chat, but who also likes their own space. Ideally I'd like to share with one other female, maybe two. I have my own bedroom belongings, kitchenware, and tv/cabinet. I like living in a neat and tidy environment, so would like to share with someone who also likes a clean and tidy environment, as well as a relaxed environment. I'm looking somewhere preferably along the Sydney Rd strip/Upfield train line, ideally Coburg region, reasonably close to a train station (within walking distance). I would prefer to share a house that has a bit of breathing space. I like a house with good natural lighting, and a comfortable sized bedroom. An added bonus would be somewhere with a bit of a backyard & front yard. I drive a car, so also seeking off street parking. I like to go to the gym and live a healthy lifestyle, enjoy getting out on weekends as well as quiet days in front of the tv. I love watching tennis and am an avid lover of anything from the 80's.
Easy going sociable person. Weekends I spend out at the Yarra vally chilling with mates or going out hiking, camping, etc. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and having a laugh. I have a lot of great stories as well.
I am single, friendly and easy going, work Full Time, Mon-Fri in the CBD, and currently live alone in a one bedroom apartment in Hawthorn close to Swinburne University. I've lived in the apartment for about 5 years. I am open to two options: 1. To share my existing furnished apartment with the right person, ideally a working professional looking for a furnished place OR 2. To start a new lease or move into an existing share house offering a private room in the inner suburbs closer to the CBD. I prefer to meetup in person for a coffee to discuss further. Kindly get in touch if either option suits you.
I'm easy going, clean and respectful. I enjoy watching movies, shopping, cooking/baking. I work in a primary school but currently going through a career change, studying Vet Nursing which I am loving. I do have a dog (cavalier) who is just loving, sweet natured and snuggly, and obviously I would love it if he could come with me, however if I have to leave him at my parents house to get a place then I accept it may have to be that way.
**Please read before messaging me - Need two rooms as I am a single mother with a 7 year old son name Liam. Currently looking for a safe environment and place for me and my son to call home. Have separated recently and our current lease at the moment ends early next year. Preferably looking for a female to share with or even better with a couple with kids or a single parent. I am 30 years old and work full time in the city, so looking for a place not too far from the CBD will be preferred. I do have a beautiful Kelpie X absolutely adorable with kids, people and other animals and also well behaved. You will find me very easy going and easy to get along with. Do enjoy a good chat from time to time, I have a lot of respect for others and their privacy as well. I do enjoy cooking and I am also a tidy and clean person. If you are wanting to know more about me please do drop me a message and I would be happy to have a chat to discuss more :)
Hi all. My name is Jenny and I am a nurse working PT 8/shifts a fortnight. I don't work night shifts so that's a bonus! I like to keep myself tidy and respect the space I am in. I enjoy chatting and helping people yet will always respect your privacy and space. I also enjoy lifting weights and once I find a good gym nearby I will also probably be there a lot. I do like to just be out and about on my days off. I'm pretty quiet generally and thus would prefer a non-party home. ☺️👍 I'm looking for a room with an own bathroom, furnished preferably but if unfurnished it's ok also. Thanks 😊
My name is Ray, 30 year old boy from the Philippines. I've been in Australia for over 4 years now. I work full-time for an engineering company based in Heidelberg West. I've been in 2 share houses in 4 years so i know the drill. Spent over 3 years in the first one and just about 7 months in my current place. In both cases, I've had to move out since they are moving in with their respective partners. Gotten along well with both my housemates, male and female. I'm looking for a place since my current housemate is moving in with her partner. I would prefer to live with only 1 flatmate. Long term rental (1 year +) would be ideal since I will be in the country for the foreseeable future. Cheers!
Hola! I'm a 26 years old melbournian. I'm currently working part time as a behavioural therapist with little kiddies and also studying art therapy part time. I am friendly and clean. I enjoy a bit of art and Iove music. I'm an open minded and curios being. I love company and am a social butterfly but also appreciate my sleep ins just as much. I'm respectful of other people's privacy and space. I come loaded with an Italian pantry of many homemade goods... including Pinot noir 😛
Hi, I am looking to share with someone for the next 6 months. My current lease is due at the end of October so am about 4 weeks away from moving. I work in Preston so somewhere close would be ideal. I would much prefer to share with a female if possible. Im easy going, friendly and am a tidy person. I would look after your home as if it were my own :)
I am very friendly and easy to get along with. I like my own space however i also like to socialise. I will be studying psychology next year at Latrobe in Bundoora, which is why i want to live closer to uni. I like reading, music, gaming, knitting and i also love all food and trying new things. I will be studying towards my goal of becoming a social worker. I would prefer to share with just one or two other people who are like-minded and aren't too rowdy. I am clean, perceptive, and very considerate of others things and feelings. I am looking to move out possibly by the end of the year, or the beginning of next year. Anyway, if i sound like someone you wouldn't mind living with, then shoot me a message and maybe we can organise something! - Darcy
We're two friends looking to find a house in the near future. Ideally were looking for one extra roommate, preferably male, in their twenties. We're both easy going and sociable people but do respect your space. Georgia works full time in marketing and I work casually as a stable manager and study full time at La Trobe. We both enjoy having a couple of drinks on the weekend and getting in on the fun
Easy to live with - I enjoy my own space but happy to have a chat if you want I am busy with work and visiting my family so you will find I am not stuck at home for long periods of time Tidy and easy going, if you want a flat mate that you know will be stable and consistent with all aspects of sharing then I will be perfect for you
I'm a clean and tidy housmate. I keep to myself but don't mind an ocassional drink or a meal together. I need to leave my current house by the 15th.
I am ridiculously tidy and will on many occasions, procrastinate my uni work to clean the house (yes, I even dust, who knew that was a thing?). Unfortunately this can be a plus and a minus as I'm pretty anal so if you're a slob we may not get along. However, in saying this, the two 23 year-old men I currently live with are slobs but we've been able to co-exist happily for over a year now. Sadly we must part ways as our work/uni requirements mean we must re-locate to different areas. I am looking for flatmates to either rent a place with or for a room in a pre-existing share house to move into. I don't come with any pets, just a boyfriend who would occasionally stay over. This also comes with the added bonus that I will always pay rent/bills but you will probably only see me 3/7 days as I live part time with him (he's not ready to move out of home yet, I know.. lame). I'm at uni doing a Bachelor of International Relations (nerd) at LaTrobe in Bundoora during most days, and if I'm not there I'm at my boyfriends house or locked in my room studying. I work as a swim teacher most afternoons/nights so I'll be gone from about 4-8pm, which means dinner time the kitchen is all yours. Also the added bonus that I will almost never contribute to dishes as I pre-prepare most meals at my boyfriends house at the start of the week. Okay enough of the boring stuff. I'm super bubbly and have been told that I am incredibly mature for my age. I don't shy away from a conversation or a party in that case. This doesn't mean I like hosting rowdy parties every weekend, but my house-mates and I have had a couple of awesome social events at our place and its always been super respectful and nothing has been broken (woohoo). I love animals/pets if you have them, but have no interest in owning my own until I'm stable (not a uni student lol). I'm a non-smoker but I currently live with a smoker and have had no qualms, I just expect butts to be disposed of responsibly (in the bin - I'm a greeny) and doors/windows to be shut so the smoke doesn't drift in the house. I also enjoy travelling and will probably be overseas or out of the state for about 2.5 months in the next year. So as I've said, I'm like the invisible housemate, perfect for people who like their "me" time. I'm down to have a housemate where we just live under the same roof and that's it, as I have a hectic schedule and don't like being around fairly high maintenance people. Or if you sound fairly similar to me and you think we'll get along.. well then I'm also happy to have a housemate that becomes a best friend too :)
Working part time in recreation/entertainment. Student on a gap year. I am friendly and clean. I enjoy my alone time but am always willing to have a chat. I love animals, enjoy music and am physically active.
Hey My name is Josephine and I am 23 years old. Im currently looking for somewhere i can move into asap. I work causally any where from 15 hours a week up to about 25 hours; due to the work i travel quite a bit around Melbourne but mainly Geelong and I am currently training in my work to become a supervisor. Due to my work hours I can come home at all funny times but i am respectful of people when i come home from work. I smoke but more then happy to do it outside and i hardly drink (I mean i might have a drink or 2 a year). I have my own car so need somewhere i am able to park. I looking for a place in the western suburbs or north suburbs thats not going to cost a fortune (LOL), as it can get quite expensive. I have a max budget of $170 a week with out bills or about $200 with but would prefer cheaper if possible I am also open to team ups where we could fine somewhere. Please dont hesitate to contact me if you would like any more information but please only message through here as im not always available on the phone as my work can be unpredictable Thanks :)
Hello Guys! I am looking for a place to stay at Heidelberg. I will be working there as a registered nurse. I am looking for a team whom I can share or split bills in a house for rent. I am very sociable person and I am into fitness. I am also social drinker and has a good sense of humor. I am independent and a good payer. I will be working full time soon. So hopefully I can find a place to stay at the end of November 2016.
Hello. I work as a nurse during the week, and enjoy mountain biking and other outdoor activities over the weekends. I have two mountain bikes and need a secure garage for safe storage.
Hi I'm ash, I'm 21 years old and work full time at Bunnings northland, non smoker, no pets. Easy to get along with and mostly keep to myself :)
I'm a quiet, solitary type, give me a room and an internet connection and I won't disrupt you very much. Of course if you are up for a chat, that's fine too, I love chatting about the boring topics in life, politics and history. I'm originally from rural Victoria and I had to move down to Melbourne to complete my Honours degree in Geospatial Science. Essentially I make maps. Now that I am done, I want to stay down in Melbourne and get established in my career. Housework wise, I clean up after myself, do my own dishes, cook my own meals and I'm more than happy to do my share of the house work. Happy to do gardening if there is one too. And I don't own a car at this stage, so no need for garage space. I prefer to walk and use PT anyway. Not too much of a party goer, or a drinker for that matter, I'm pretty plain in that sense, so you won't have to worry about me knocking in the door at 4am with a half eaten HSP spilling on the floor and a trail of vomit from the curb.
Hi! We are looking for a room in an existing share house or with people aged 20-30 male or female to team up with to find a pet friendly house. We are looking for someone who will be up for a chat and the occasional drink but also respects privacy. My name is Jake and I love Film & TV and have the great chance to work in the industry as well! I'm dedicated to my craft and work hard in a lot of projects. I love to garden, cook and doing dishes is my speciality (dish bitch at three restaurants have helped). I'm very easy to get along with and very respectful of peoples space and property. Georgia is passionate about animals but currently works in retail (pet store) so not the usual mon-fri 9am-5pm job. We have most of the furniture needed for an unfurnished house, including fridge, tv, washing machine and dryer. Georgia has a 1yo Golden retriever cross called Kovu (bonus points if you get the reference). He would prefer a large backyard but could adjust to a smaller one with daily walks. He gets along great with people and most other dogs but is not a fan of staffies as he was bitten by one when he was younger. Jake has a 2yo Pug called Pugsley. He loves everyone and everything and especially food. He cares not for grass.
Hey! I'm Crystal and i'm currently on a gap year after finishing my VCE studies last year. I'm unemployed currently, but i'm a model and an artist and enjoy spending alot of my time working on my art or walking the catwalk. My partner and i are ready to face the world and find a place of our own. I do have a cat, whom is litter trained and also has a very pleasant, loving temperament. I'm a very clean and tidy girl, always happy to help out with anything you may need and of course i'm organized when it comes to payments on time. Being unemployed, i would need to be able to pay the amount set but i'm happy for discussions on the matter. I am looking for work and i am prepared to pay more p/w than asking as long as it fits my current budget. The reason i'm in need of a place of my own, is due to a recent death in my family which is making it hard to stay at home with my parents. The stress is putting to much pressure on me. I would gladly attend any meetings or interviews before you make any decisions. My partner is also currently unemployed, but he is waiting until we find a place together to start looking for work due to distance and not being able to transfer when the times come. Please don't hesitate to ask me any further questions! :) -Crystal
We are two friends (males) age 25 . Recently we have finished our uni and working full time. We are looking for 2 bedrooms and good flat mates with whom we can have good bonding and few beers on weekends
Hey there. I am keeping an eye here for suitable places so that I can live nearer to my workplace in Bundoora... Preferably at least a moderate sized room in a clean place. I am a full time employed professional who works long hours from Monday to Friday. I like to sleep in during Saturdays, and explore Melbourne on Sundays. I am not a party person and am fairly quiet at home. During the weekdays I usually like to retire early though I might come home a bit later during the weekends. I am a tech geek and audiophile, I like watching movies, playing video games, or listening to music on my gadgets, or sketching. I use headphones, so it's not going to be noisy. Looking for a peaceful and quiet place with car parking (street parking okay) and a decent internet connection. I cook my own meals, don't cook fancy meals, but would like to be able to use the kitchen. I prefer to cook meals that are simple to prepare, preferably there should be a microwave. Don't have any pets but my family has owned dogs, rabbits, birds and fish. I am a dog guy. Not really a cat person but don't mind if you have one. I am bringing along my bedroom furniture, so the room does not have to be furnished. Do ping me if you think I might be a good fit.

Outside of work, I like to keep active by walking around and going to gym. Additionally, I also enjoy watching movies/tv shows, going to the beach, bars and social gatherings. I like to keep things clean. I am respectful of other person's property and space. If you have any questions, please feel free to text me :)
Hi! I'm currently studying my last few months of Master of Engineering Management at Melbourne uni. I did my undergrad at UQ (Brisbane) and graduated in 2013. I'm a 25 y/o Australian permanent resident, originally from Indonesia. I need to move out from my current place on 31st December at the latest, so I would prefer to move in to a new place 1-2 weeks before that. I've lived in a college and a sharehouse before, so I'm not a stranger to communal living. I'm clean and responsible. You won't find me leaving dirty dishes in the sink for more than 10 minutes. My hobbies: trying out new restaurants, going out for drinks, playing video games, watching soccer/football, napping, and fiddling with audio gear. I'm an "extroverted introvert", which means I enjoy others' company but sometimes I just want to do my own thing. I'm currently looking for a place that's easily accessible by public transport. Budget around $150-$250 (still flexible). Please shoot me a message!
I'm looking for someone to move in to a new place with! I am clean, happy and bubbly. I travel for work so I am away at times, but when I'm home I love to hang out with people and I also enjoy my own time. I love a good wine and enjoy reading and cooking!
Hi there! I'm an easy going, clean and mature housemate looking for a room to call home from 27 October to 12 November. I'm originally from Tassie and have been renting in Melbourne for the last five years. I currently work full-time in marketing and merchandising. I enjoy a laugh and a chat but also value and respect personal space. I'm an active person and a big foodie, so in my free time I'm often eating out or exercising. I'm very mindful of energy use and recycling. If you think I could be a good fit for your home, please get in touch!
