Hi! We are two friends whose leases are coming to an end and are looking to join forces with one or two more people to complete our home-to-be. A bit about ourselves - Annie is a full-time student studying exercise and sport science at Deakin Uni. She also works part-time as a nanny and has sporting commitments which keep her on the move. Alice has just finished her science degree at Monash Uni and will be working full-time next year at Monash Clayton campus. We are easy-going, friendly people who are looking for likeminded people to join in on our Netflix binges, sneaky wines on days ending in y, housemate adventures and family meals. We are also respectful of each others’ space and quiet time. We appreciate having a clean and tidy house and sharing household responsibilities. We are looking for an unfurnished 3 or 4-bedroom place with a garage or that has access to on-street parking. Between us, we have a 58” TV, dining table and chairs, couches, a TV cabinet, kitchenware and a microwave. We have a budget of ~$200 each p/w (before bills) and are relatively flexible with move-in dates. Anywhere around the end of December to start of Jan would be ideal! We want to do everything by the book so no one ends up out of pocket. Please help us find a house to make a home! Let’s meet for coffee and get to know each other.
Hi there! My name is Marcie and I'm obsessed with art. That's why I'm keen to move from Brisbane to Melbourne and be engulfed by the culture and creative community over there. I'm a very clean, respectful and polite housemate who loves to cook. The social aspect of share houses is very appealing to me too, as I love to be around people. At the moment I work full time hours at an ALH pub and plan to get a transfer to Melbourne, so I would have a job as soon as I get down there. For fun I like to read, make art and go to gigs. Can't wait to meet you xo M
I'm 22, from the UK and I'm spending this oncoming year In Australia on a working holiday visa. I'm looking for a place in Melbourne until at least March next year with some friendly people who are relaxed and outgoing. I'm not a party animal but I do like socialising with friends at the weekend, enjoying a night in and getting out to see the city. I work in hospitality in Brighton, I'm very used to shared houses and I have great references if needed. I have a background in dance but have been managing a busy bar for the last 2 years. I'm an open and friendly person who loves to have a laugh, and I'm looking to find like-minded people with a good sense of humour who I can have a bit of banter with. I'm happy to live with both guys and girls. If you sound like my kind of people, or I sound like yours, drop me a message to arrange a viewing.
I come from Chile! Advanced-fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese Completing a master of education by research at monash, so I spend heaps of time working hard on my thesis. I play the guitar, sing, dance, swim, skate, cycle, climb, work out, meditate, do yoga, drink red wine, chat, laugh, create. Vegetarian and I'm okay with others preparing meat in the same kitchen. I'm mostly positive vibes (i do try!). I'm looking to share a home with people who appreciate diversity in others. It'd be nice to find a communal home.
Hola como estas? I'm Emma, I'm currently working full time as a physiotherapist at two locations. I recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane 4 months ago and reside in St Kilda. I own a cat name, Milo. He's a gorgeous tuxedo cat who has been brought up with dogs and cats. Umm what else? I'm looking for someone who is respectful, honest, and can clean up after themselves AND doesn't take themselves too seriously :)
We are a very understanding and easy going couple. Love exploring/discovering new places but also enjoy a quiet day at home watching movies. Both of us are studying and work part time. Specifically looking for a place with an ensuite ( Sorry, no compromise). Wish to move in ASAP if we get the right place.
Hi, my name is Phoebe! I'm 33, and work full time as an Account Manager in St Kilda, and about to commence my yoga teacher training. I am a home owner, and have rented for many years, with and without flatmates, so would consider myself very respectful of others and communal spaces, tidy and really easy going. I work long hours and practice yoga most nights, so am not frequently home. I spend many weekends back home on the Surf Coast, which is where I grew up. I am looking for somewhere to call home, not a big party animal but love being social and escaping to the beach or outdoors whenever possible. Let me know if you're interested in teaming up or looking for a new flatmate!
Hi Guys! We are two Monash IT post-graduate students looking for a nice clean place to move in. We are friendly and organized people to live with, who always pay their rent and bills on time. :) In our free time, we enjoy cooking, hanging out with friends, watching movies/TV shows, reading and travelling. We are looking to move from mid-December, and would prefer a year lease, however 6 months is also fine. We would also be interested in a team up. If you do have any questions, please contact us! :)
Hey I am Madi! I'm 24, work at a sick cafe in Sandy and Study Film at Waverly. I love film, music, coffee, drinks, walks, the beach, the sunshine and many, many other things, a cliche I know! I am at work and school a lot, so during the day i'm not home much, aside from holidays. I like to get an early nights rest throughout the week but i've never had trouble with other housemates being too loud and doubt it would become an issue in the future. I smoke. *spoiler alert. I enjoy a pleasant looking house and appreciate people cleaning up after themselves. I always do my dishes, I don't steal other peoples food, and I pay my bills on time. *I like to do the housework with fun music playing* I think I would be well suited to a house full of people who enjoy socialising as a house every now and then but also live their own lives. Ambition, positivity, laughter, independence and communication are all qualities I hope my housemates will have. I come with enough furniture for my own room, maybe more, and I can offer a fridge if required. I don't think I'm hard to get along with, some call me nice, some even call me funny. So long as you don't start your sentences with 'i'm not a racist but'-we should get along just great. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you'd like to meet. Thanks heaps! -Madison.
I'm moving back to Melbourne from Geelong after spending a year working there. I'm pretty laid back, funny, friendly, respectful and clean. I'm looking for a modern place with private bathroom and to be part of a friendly household.
I'm from Perth, coming to study at Deakin university in Melbs. Looking for 1 or 2 people (male/female) to share an apartment (long term) with. Preferably between the ages of 18-26. Must be reliable. I'm friendly and fun to hang out with, easy going, and I love my sports. Looking for flat mates that are responsible but can also joke around and have some fun!
I am Originally from South Africa and have been in Melbourne for 5 years, so I still have a heavy accent. I am more of home body than a party animal although I do love a glass of red wine. I am not a morning person - I can't cope without my morning coffee. I am more of a night owl. I am always up for a relaxed night in watching movies or TV series - especially Game of Thrones! Would be nice to meet some new people and I love animals.
I am looking for a share house with one other person only. I keep to myself and I am very clean. I am looking for a environment where I can relax and feel at home. I am intelligent and very friendly but also very shy. I don't have many visitors, just my adult children once a month or so. I am happy to more than my share of housework. I spend time in my own room reading books or playing games like Battlefield and Horizon because I am on a Disability Pension. I love watching ABC and SBS and am interested in science and science fiction. I hope to find a mature person that I feel comfortable with. I am 48 years old, mature, high IQ, high EQ, interested in all music, philosophy, literature and star trek, books, books and books. I have a very dry sense of humour. I smoke and would prefer to be able to smoke in my room. I also smoke a bit of weed now and then. Good to be honest. I am not particular about the location as long as it is near public transport and shops.
If you're looking for someone who is pretty laid back and chill, I am the one! If you're looking for someone dancing-in-undies fun, well, I assure you I'm the doing-yoga-in-undies fun person. But don't worry, I do it in private so you don't have to witness me doing hideous yoga poses. I lead a very simple and active lifestyle. I work full time in the CBD and I spend most of the day outside during weekdays. In the weekend, I'd prefer to stay in, cooking or learn how to bake (so you will likely get an edible treat!) I'm into exercise mainly because I love food. I'm also into yoga and spirituality. When I'm not working, I enjoy having a quiet day reading, writing or binge Netflix as well as having a drink or two over a good conversation. I'm organised, clean and tidy (I may like cleaning a little bit too much). I’m always up for an adventure, going for a walk or hiking. In addition, I've been on a lease so I pride myself for being reliable when it comes down to paying rent and bills on time. In saying that, I ensure that you don't have to chase me down the road asking for rent (although it could be a good exercise for both of us). Now, down to the business. I'm looking for an affordable room, something around $150-$200 pw plus bills or up to $230 including bills. In order to keep the environment clean and livable (I'm joking), I rely heavily on public transports. Therefore, a house close to train station or tram stop is definitely a champion! The room itself can be furnished or unfurnished as I have bedroom furniture. My current lease ends in December so I'm looking to move in late November or early December the latest and stay until April 2018, with a high chance for further stay and into long-term. Looking forward to meeting fabulous roomies so ping me if you have a room and are fabulous!
Friendly female, working full-time as a social worker looking to move out of my current granny flat in to a share house set-up to share with one other person, or start a team-up. I have my own bedroom furnishings and some other lounge, kitchen furniture which I'm happy to store or bring to the new home. I enjoy socialising but I also value and need my own down-time sometimes as well. Pretty chilled out, easy to live with and tidy.
Hi I'm Bec. I work in Highett in a full time government job and I catch public transport so looking for something located near the Frankston line. On the weekends I love getting outside going hiking or to the beach, and in my spare time i mostly just exercise or watch netflix. Would love to live in a friendly atmosphere but also keep my own space, I don't mind cleaning and I am learning to cook. I'm pretty quiet mostly but don't mind having a few drinks from time to time.

Hi potential flatmates! We are two good friends who are looking to find a place in December. We are easy going and fun to hang around, either at home or going out on the town. Expect cosy evenings, BBQs, netflix watching, along with drinks on the weekend and fun gatherings with friends. Both of us have had experience living with others before - we are respectful of personal space and are good at keeping things tidy. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
