I'm a 24 y/o British traveler working full time in construction. Not a serial killer, although I killed a fly yesterday and felt awful about it. Anyway, I'm looking for a house with lots of people to enjoy the summer with. Im easy going, tidy, all those good housemate things. Outside of work, my time is mostly split up between the gym, going out, and chilling back at the house to recover after a hard day! If you're in a house full of backpackers, students, or otherwise cool, open minded people then I'd love to meet up and sort something out!
Hello! I'm Dani, a 23 year old Australian female who is looking for a share house to call home for 6 months–1 year. I have good rental history :) I am just about to finish my Masters of Communication Design, I freelance and I work part time at coles, which means I will be looking for new full time work over the holidays and into the next year. I am looking for friendly people who love to learn, laugh and explore. I like listening to podcasts, enjoying film, art, music, going out for a dance, and general banter. I am progressive, LBGTI friendly and come with one extremely cute cat, called Ned. Looking forward to meeting you?!?!?
22 year old masseuse looking for a place to put my stuff while I spend majority of my time at my boyfriends house I am an organized, openminded and easy going girl looking for an UNFURNISHED room around Bentleigh/Mckinnon/Caulfield/ Brighton area I have a small cat so looking for somewhere pet friendly
*Looking for 2 separate rooms* Hi guys! My sister and I are looking for a place to move into at the start of November (can move sooner). Budget is up to 220/week each. Ideally the rooms will be furnished. Looking at east/inner east/bayside basically anywhere from Richmond through to Caulfield. Close to the Frankston train line would be ideal (Richmond, Armadale, Caulfield North, Prahran, South Yarra, Malvern, etc) We're easy-going, very clean, social and both enjoy a bit of adventure! Would love to move into a young professional and social household, respectful of others space but keen to hang out here and there. I'm 24, work full time in Sales and am starting a digital agency on the side so will be working long hours 5-6 days a week. I'm into the gym, eating healthy, reading and love to chat some shit over a few drinks on the weekends. My sister is 20, works as a hotel reception supervisor, she's super friendly and social and likes to cook. Also enjoys a wine and a laugh. A cheeky bonus to living with us is that we have a holiday home in Phillip Island we love to stay at, which is obviously awesome during Summer and you'll be more than welcome to join! Look forward to hearing from you!
i am looking for a clean bedroom with kitchen and bathroom facilities available. i work part time to full time in hospitality. I'm into health and fitness so ill be out of the house on adventures most weekends.
I'm a 28yo chick who has spent the last few years studying nursing in Ballarat (so I don't mind the cold and have a fairly good sense of humor) but I am flying into the city life and full time work in Caulfield South. Studying nursing full time hasn't left much time or money for hobbies lately but I'm a bit crafty (think crochet and watercolour painting) and love to ride my mountain bike and head off camping. My most prized item is my guitar that I still can do no more than strum a few on but love no less. I am fully house trained and love the idea of sharing an occasional meal, though neither of my current house-mates can cook so it's not been a thing in this house. Looking forward to hearing from you!
My name is Ben, I'm 22 years old and I have a working holiday visa in Australia, basing myself in Melbourne. I just graduated from university in Canada and I'm taking some time off school, what better place to do it then on the other side of the world, right? I'm real easy going, love to have fun, meet people, go out, travel and explore, and I'm just looking for some cool people to live with while I stay and work a bit in Melbourne. I'm also a musician, so anyone looking for a jam or just to be creative with, I'm your guy.
Originally from Perth, I'm currently studying teaching at Monash. I'm a quiet, low-key person at home, and when I'm not studying, I'm either baking or watching the footy. I've been living in a 4-person share house this year and definitely appreciate the need to be quiet, clean and tidy!
I just moved to Melbourne from Israel for 6 months on a working holiday visa. Will work full-time and party on weekends. Looking for cool people to share a home with, cook and go out together. Lived with roomates for over 3 years, I am tidy, fun and easy to live with.
Hello friendly faces! My name is Allyse, I'm 19 and I live in Mount Martha on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. I'm looking for a room to rent until March 2017, preferably in the south eastern suburbs! I work two jobs local to me and planning to study Nursing at uni next year! I'm a bright, enthusiastic and very friendly girl. My main passion is music so I love going to gigs in the city and banging down a few beers every so often with my friends! I've been wanting to move out of home for a while and would love more than anything to live close to one of my favourite cities in the world, Melbourne (of course)! Feel free to send me a message as I would love to hear from you!! Allyse xx
Im a full time carpenter so I'm up early and home early some days, bonus is i'm pretty handy and can fix just about anything. I'm easy going love a chat but also respect peoples space and want for alone times. A tidy home is a calm home, not a clean freak but will do dishes and vaccume. Never late with rent or bills.
Hey! I'm Tess, a full-time fourth year Monash engineering/commerce student working part-time for Monash HR. I'm about to finish two years of house-sharing in Caulfield South (ending Nov 30 so move-in mid/late Nov ideal!) with two awesome girls and am excited about meeting like-minded, fun, reliable, independent and intellectual individuals in my next house-sharing adventure. Previous to that, I boarded with family friends for two years (I'm from Queensland) so am very accustomed to supporting myself. I'm generally quite an outgoing, forward and assertive person who loves a great time with family and friends. On top of uni and work, I'm heavily involved with sport (handball - wooh!) and volunteering and tend to prefer the busy lifestyle - #achievinggoals. I tend to be out most of the day because of it. You will either find me on the absolutely serious, mature end of the scale or the absolutely 100% ridiculous end (what can I say, I like extremes). I spend far too much money on eating out, concerts and travelling to play sport; LOVE Italian food; will speak Italian when inebriated; and have a weak spot for salted caramel. I think Spotify and Uber are two of the greatest things and I aspire to play handball for Australia. As a roommate, you'll find in me a friendly, honest, genuine individual who is open to being your friend. With many interests, you'll catch me dancing to jazz with a glass of wine; out smashing half-marathons; watching TED talks or Q&A; attending free public forums; or learning a dance off YouTube. I value independence and accountability and will respect your home, and do tend to be OCD with everything but my room. Unfortunately (or fortunately maybe) I rarely cook.... But I will clean 100%. Much preferred. One of my current roommates will tell you I have FOMO. I take this to mean that I'm very good at saying yes to things and life and love to try new things. (Still working on the #worklifebalance thing). I get intensely focused and closed off when busy with work, however love the chats with wine and cheese on the couch or over (you) cooking dinner (and me cleaning up), a team Netflix sesh, walks in the park, a beer or two at a bar or random drives to find adventures. How good are weekends. In my future roommates, I'm looking for individuals who are genuine, kind, don't take themselves too seriously but take life seriously, who are either studying and/or working professionals and who are willing to live with me (probably key). Having interests in music, fitness, adventures, tech/sci and business/world in general means we'd probably get along even better! Understandably no one has to be anyone's best friend but I would like to live with those looking to form genuine friendships with the people they're bunking with. Re. the place I'm seeking. Ideally, I'd like to live with more than one other person in an established, clean, modern and welcoming house with more than one bathroom between 3+ and plenty of green about the area. My current lease finishes Nov 30 therefore I'm looking for a place I can start migrating to in mid-late Nov. Presently, everything is communal in my share-house (groceries, cooking, housework etc.) so am comfortable with that (pending agreement and alignment of tastes of course) however am perfectly capable of looking after myself. If you'd like to know more about me or have a proposition to make - please feel free to let me know! #findtessahome #findtesssomefriends Best, Tess
We are a couple moving from Brisbane to Melboune. We are both active and sociable, like to go to the gym, go out for dinner and to the cinema. We also like to cook and are very clean and tidy who will repect your property. We would like to get a room with our own bathroom.
18 year old, female Malaysian student-to-be at Monash Caulfield. Taking a double degree in design and business. I'm a decent cook, will laugh at your jokes easily. Looking for a flatmate to possibly share a 2 bedroom apartment at student lodging. Currently looking into Dudley House's apartments and hoping to find someone to share it with! As long as you are cool with asian food and willing to clean up after yourself, I'm fine with that!
We are a Vietnamese and British couple who are moving to Melbourne on the 3rd of November. My boyfriend will be working and I will be studying at Monash University. We are currently looking for a private room/ studio to stay. We are very friendly and out going, and we can always keep our place clean and tidy.
Hi, My names Anna, I work for Hoyts and Amnesty international. I'm looking to find a room in a share house or someone who would in interested in finding a place with me. I'm a ballroom dancer, I love wine and cheese nights and naps
My name's Jude Perl, I'm a 27 year old female looking for a room around Caulfield/Malvern/Carnegie area. (Or surrounding areas) I'm a musician/comedian so I normally work evenings (usually 3-5 nights a week in summer, a bit less in winter), but I am used to entering a house very quietly when I come home late at night from gigs :) I am tidy and always try to be respectful of people's space, not a party animal, but happy to hang and chat with people, especially those who enjoy tea and sarcasm I am flexible with moving in date, and with length of stay
Hi everyone! I just returned from living in India and travelling around Asia for the last year. I was previously studying science and engineering at Monash Uni, but now am changing courses and universities next year. I currently study by distance through Open University, so I will be a study bug some of the time, but I love the odd wine and cheese night as well. I'm happy to make friends with whoever I live with, but I am independent so if you'd rather mostly keep to yourself, I am ok with that too. I am staying with friends as I just arrived back a couple of weeks ago, so finding something furnished where I could move in ASAP would be ideal. Thanks!
Jessie, Ben and Pat are three mates looking for a fourth person to start a chilled 3 bedroom share house with. I am currently at Monash halls and am looking to permanently move out around the middle of November. I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Hi my name is Steven and i am a 41 year young Perth boy who moved to Melbourne in 2008. I lived in Sydney with work for a few years and Perth is very quiet so i decided to make the move to Melbourne. I have friends and family here and love this city and all that it offers. i currently live in Elwood and have been there for over four years and looking for a change. I work full time in a community organisation for the homeless based in hosier lane in city. I love my job but it is full on. When i am not working i enjoy catching up with friends and family and seeing movies. I have been told by previous flatmates that i am kind, caring, considerate and fun. I am looking for a home not a house. I am looking for a place i can chill after a busy day at work. I have shared in the past and i am still good friends with previous flatmates. This is enough about me anymore just ask. Thank you :-)

Hi, my name Elisa, I'm 32 and I'm a PhD student in Geophysics. I come from Rome (Italy) but since 1 year and a half I have lived in Camerino because of my PhD. From 17th of September to 15th of December I'll be in Melbourne for an informal training at Monash University and I'm looking for an accomodation for that period I'm looking for a room in a shared house or an homestay near the university (in one of the followed neighborhood: St Kilda, Elwood, Caulfield north and south, Carnegie, Oakleigh, Chadstone, Huntingdale, Hughesdale, Bentleigh, Bentleigh East, Ormond). Thanks Elisa
I'm a full time student studying sports journalism at La Trobe University and I work part-time as a stablehand at Caulfield racecourse. I'm very clean and quiet and I keep to myself a lot.
Hi All, Jack (dog) and I are weighing up our options for the end of the year - we're looking for a nice place to call home for the foreseeable future and lovely, laid-back people to share with. Last year I went back to uni full time studying design (Swinburne) so I'm usually either at uni or working from home, I also run a little bakery business on the side. Outside of this, I keep busy with friends/hobbies/life/dog/relaxing. Over the years I've lived in a few different share houses so am well versed in flatmate etiquette and am always reliable with rent. I come with great airbnb, uber and personal references. Looking to either join an existing flatmate family or find people to start one up. In terms of location, I'm really flexible and open to different options - I'm in Balaclava at the moment but happy to consider going more Hawthorn direction and closer to uni. If you have a similar time frame (Nov/Dec move) and are interested in joining forces to look for a place then get in touch. Similarly, if you already have a place and you think we might be the right human/dog combo for you then we'd love to hear from you. Jack Bio/FAQ: Jack (Russell) is around 3 years old and a shy little fella. At home, he splits his time between following me around and waiting for me to come home. He's housetrained and very quiet. He'll bark at the doorbell once he's learnt what it sounds like but he's just trying to help us out. He does have little white furs which sometimes fall out but don't worry because we come as a package deal with an excellent dyson vacuum and take care of it.
21, law and finance uni student, work a lot, clean and keeps to herself.

Let me know if you'd be keen on starting a home with me and I'll tell you more about myself! Also just a side note, I'm not really interested in taking a room in an existing sharehouse. I'm really hoping to start up my own place with someone so I'm really just interested in team-ups at the moment. I have a few nice places in mind :)

Since I started my Master Degree I've always lived in shared apartments/dormitories, so I am used to accept compromises and share space and time. I am looking for friendly flatmates and there is no problem if you have pets, I love them. I love diving, sailing, swimming (essentially anything related to the sea), reading, and photography! I'll move around the 15th of October.
I'm a pretty relaxed open minded guy from Tanja (I put money on you not knowing where that is) near Merimbula on the far south coast, I've been living in Melbourne since 2013 where I've studied classical history and archaeology, and started a masters of cultural material conservation. Also completed visual arts in Wollongong majoring in sculpture and photography. I've discontinued studies to pursue my own artistic career. Currently in Europe getting some inspiration for 3 months, then when I return I'll continue working for Man with a van to cover life costs until drawings can do that for me. I love to cook (happy to go vego also), animals, photography, art, table tennis, yoga, keeping fit, space documentaries, pretty decent at FIFA, all sorts of things! Really I'm just keen to focus on completing a series of drawings in a relaxed space. Also number may be Polish, I'll change that when I return in late October
I'm an easy going guy who loves meeting new people. I enjoy a beer and a good time but also work very hard. I've just moved to Melbourne from the UK as I'm playing cricket and working in the city. I'm hoping to find a place or homeshare in the St Kilda/Caulfield area. Feel free to give me a message if you want to know any more! Thanks!
Hi, I'm 22 years old and work full time as a scaffolder. I rely on public transport to get to and from work so ideally would like to be somewhere close to a station or tram stop. I'm relaxed, clean and tidy. During the weekdays I like to relax when I get home from work just by watching Tv and playing xbox, and on the weekends I usually go out for drinks around the St Kilda area or Chapel. Anyway looking for a nice place to stay with good people!
Friendly, happy, funny people. Always up for a chat perhaps even a drink. Other than that when we're not working we like to hang out in our room and watch movies or listen to music. Both clean respectful people, whom are very easy to communicate with. Looking for a private room, close to the city. A private bathroom as well would be an awsome extra. And hey if its turns out you dont like us you can enjoy the company of our 8 month old kitten Tinkerbell!

Steph is a Graphic Design graduate and Troy is a Industrial Design student. We both have jobs working in a deli and hospitality respectively. We have two pets, Freddie and Crackles, who are our little darlings. They are small, cage animals and are the sweetest, friendliest and cleanest little things. We love board games, the beach, family and being with our friends. One of our favourite things to do is share meals with friends/flatmates, Steph often brings home goodies from the deli. Steph has lived out of home for 8 years and Troy, part-time, for 2. We are both hard workers and are clean and easy-going. We both have travelled quite a bit and love sharing stories about our adventures, we'd love to hear about your adventures too. In our spare time we enjoy watching netflix and having a few bevs, going out for food is always a welcome suggestion too. Troy likes playing video games as well and is happy to share his consoles (N64, Xbox 360, Xbox One) and variety of games. Steph is often working on a project but loves reading and handicraft, her pinterest page is her pride and joy.
