I'm a student from the Netherlands and from July I'll be studying at Monash University for one semester. Although I will be following units related to mathematical finance, I'm mainly coming to Melbourne to see more of the world and meet new people. For this I'm looking for a nice home base, preferably as close to the Caulfield campus as possible, such that travel times between Caulfield and Clayton campus are limited and there are enough opportunities to do many things in the city (center). Currently, I live in a house with four other students, where we often eat together or drink a beer and do some activities with each other. In my free time I like to chill out, or to play and watch sports (which I do quite often). My favourite sports are running, skiing, tennis, F1 and football (you call it soccer I suppose ;) ). Because we have a shared living room, we often invite other people who live elsewhere in the city. This often leads to a lot of spontaneous activities, which have produced many unforgettable moments. This is not necessarily a requirement for me in a new student residence and I am certainly open to everything that comes my way. It does, however, give an idea of how I currently experience my student days and that I am looking for meeting new and nice people. On the other hand, during the working days I can also be busy and serious with my studies, so I know (and like) both ways.
My name is Adrienne, I am a 26 year old female working as a Practice Manager of a Collins street Dental Practice. I am a very clean, respectful, mature & friendly person & would want my housemate to posses these traits too. I would prefer to live with someone who is aged between 23-35 & do not mind whether my housemate is male or female, however I am not looking to live with a couple. I am open to moving into an existing property & I am happy to supply all of my own bedroom furniture. I would be looking to live in a property that provides me with a private bedroom & either my own bathroom or en-suite, to ensure that I have my own space & that you have yours :) I'd be happy to pay between $200 & $300 each p/w for rent, not inclusive of bills. I am very much into keeping healthy, cooking, baking & during the week I will either be at work or at Yoga. On the weekends I am often catching up with friends, family, cooking or having a Netflix/Stan binge! I would love to share a home with someone who would like to go out for the occasional meal & drinks & is looking to form a friendship, as well as being roommates. Last but not least - I do own a pug named Marley, so whoever I move to a place with must be comfortable around pets! Marley is completely house trained & very affectionate & basically just loves anyone who will give her attention! Ideally I would love for the property I move into to have a court yard or a small yard for her to have some space to run around on the days when I'm not home & she's not at doggy day care. It would be an added bonus if there would be another dog living at the property too, as she would love to have a little playmate. If all of the above sounds good to you - I would love to hear from you! - Adrienne

I'm a relaxed, witty, socially conscious 37 y.o guy. I'm clean and tidy without being OCD. I leave home around 7am M - F and return after 6pm. I spend at least one night of the weekend at my partner's place. I prefer the path of least resistance and avoid conflict. If I'm doing something that bothers you, let me know and I'll endeavour to change. I pay all bills well before they're due and I'll test the market periodically to ensure we're not getting hosed on power/gas/intarwebs :) Note: I can move in any time from early July to late August
I spend my free time cycling, watching movies, reading, and catching up with friends. During the week i do a typical 9-5. I'm pretty laid back, funny, friendly, respectful and clean. I'm looking for a modern place with private bathroom and to be part of a friendly household.
I'm a young professional moving from the US to pursue my Masters at Monash Uni (Caulfield Campus). I love to stay active (yoga/hiking) and go on adventures (music festivals/road trips/beach days) as well as have casual wine nights or enjoy a nice dinner with flatmates. I'm very tidy and have lived both on my own and with roommates successfully in the past. Paying rent on time is never an issue. My ideal accommodation would be within walking/biking distance of Caulfield Campus.

I am a small business owner and enjoy cooking, listening to music, reading, weekend adventures and going to the gym. My background is half Japanese and half Australian. I am a very respectful housemate who is tidy and considerate. I own a property so I understand the importance of keeping a place in good condition. At the end of the day I like to unwind with a drink and am more than happy to chat and socialise but also enjoy my alone time. When I have days off I like to catch up with friends, eat good food and go explore in nature. Accepting of all people and full of love, so tolerant and kind people preferred. Most importantly, I have a beautiful puppy called Max. He is a Kelpie x Blue Heeler, loves playing soccer and giving you lots of love and attention. The property will need to have a secure yard for Max, and you will be someone who loves doggos! I am happy to move into an existing location or team up to find a new place. Hope to hear from you soon :)

I am a student moving away from my family for the very first time. Safe to say, I am thus bound to be careful. I do not shy away to help in chores. I have a bit of an OCD, so I keep the place clean and ensure everything is in place. I am adjusting and flexible, and do not fuss about anything much. Food preferences are also not an issue.
Hello! I’m looking to join a social share house south side. I play hockey, am vegetarian and work full time 🍷❤️💃🍎 I’ve recently returned to Melb from a working holiday in Japan. I’m no longer a Monash student (graduated 2016) but still play for Monash Uni hockey club so want to stay south side. Majored in Biochemistry and Japanese. I’ve lived in larger (7+ people) share houses before and loved them all!
Hey! I recently started a PhD at Monash, and I am looking for a room closer to Caulfield campus. Just a bit about myself. I am 29, originally from Latvia. My work experience and education are related to the energy industry and climate change. I worked and studied in Ireland, Denmark and the UK. I also spent some time in Kenya and Nepal developing solar projects for remote communities. I am an easy-going and responsible person. I love sports and arts; not really a party person, instead prefer to go out for a concert or dinner. I always treat people with respect, and I like to keep the house clean. Besides doing a PhD, I am involved in several other projects that keep me busy, but I know there will be some lazy days when I would be happy to chill out with my housemates. I would like to move in on July 20th. I am currently in Denmark, so please send a message. Cheers, Peter.
