We are Fabian and Barbara, couple for 10 years. We have spent quite a few days looking for the perfect place to live in Sydney, and we will continue searching until we find it, we know it exists. Barbara is Hospitality Supervisor, and I Public Analyst. We are very neat, clean and respectful, so we look for a place like us. No parties (Sydney has many, many places to have fun), no smoking inside the home. We look for a private room in house or studio (NOT APARTMENT), where we have quick access to use our bicycles. Another important aspect is that it should be a place with few people, less than three, it would be ideal.
Hey there! I'm Cam, a New Zealander who's just arrived in Sydney at very short notice. You might have seen me skating around, in a yoga class, running/jumping/climbing on things, or looking for some cooking inspiration around the local hot-spots as I get settled in the city. Programmer by trade so I know a bit about computers.
Hi everyone! I am Sara. I come from Italy and I will studying to the University of Sydney this semester. I am searching a room to share with other students or young working people in order to join my stay here. I am friendly and clean. Love traveling and hang out with friends. I am quite good at cooking and also define myself as sporty, so I would like to learn surf while here.
I'm Brazilian. I'm going to Austrália to study english. I'm a very quiet man. I accept living with smokers, animals, men or women, sharing bethroom or not. Summing up: no problems. I like to drink and go to parties, so I probably will arrive late some days.
I am a international student from Norway, 25 years old. I am social and active looking for some cool flatmates, other than that I am helpful & tidy. I will attend at the UTS, and might look for a part-time job as well. I am in Sydney now, looking for inspections asap Cheers
Hey, I'm a Scottish exchange student studying at UNYD for the semester doing my degree - primary education. I have a busy timetable so will be out quite a lot, but would love a friendly house to come home to. I'm fun and bubbly, but also like to keep to myself. I love to travel, listening to music & watching movies, always up for a good chat with or without drinks and like to meet new people and explore new places :)
easy to talk to and get along with. I work part time as an electrician, sales executive and I work in hotels in darling harbour. I ALWAYS Enjoy a beer and a laugh and some yoga. I live at the beach in summer! Not afraid to break the law and bring an esky full of brews down! I have a dog at home. Maybe some place where. I could bring him over every now and then would be appreciated. Im looking for a social place I have no problem cooking or cleaning. I'm looking to move around the city with people like minded that enjoy sports and a beer. Have good banter and don't mind a party now and then. I am professional but I love to have a good time! Most of the time it probably impacts my professionalism... If your rum people your my people!
I am moving to Sydney to start a new job at the University of Sydney. I am also still studying part time (almost finished!!) this keeps me really busy so more often then not I am falling asleep in random places after trying to chill with some Netflix. I am really clean and tidy and like my own space as well as socialising with others when everyone is keen. Looking for a room that is big enough for my queen bed and desk as I still need to finish off my lay few uni subjects. I love to cook, walk and nap. I will be moving down to Sydney around the 27 August so move in time after or around that would be great.
Looking for a private room. I am a student, in my fourth year of study. I'm Australian, and have lived in Sydney for 3 and a half years. I like to socialise and get to know my flatmates, but I also enjoy my own downtime as well. I am friendly, tidy, respectful of privacy, and whilst i'm on-the-go quite a lot during the uni semester between uni and work, I love a comfortable home space. I am studying a double degree of Law/Criminology, so I can get pretty low-key during busy parts of the semester, but I do like a wine and movie night, or beer and the footy is cool too. For the past two years I have shared an apartment with a friend and its been sweet, but I am looking to move closer to the city in August, can be flexible with dates. Also keen on teaming up.
I'm an easy going and friendly girl who loves to make new friends! Looking for a place to stay for 6 months. I love to cook and go out for a few drinks with friends during my free time! Full time student in Sydney :)
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
Hey there! ** No landlords or agents please :) ** + Professional guy here who works normal office hours. + Fairly fit and active (I'm a Body Balance instructor in case you know what that is). + Get around everywhere on my bike. Looking for a friendly, social flatshare - would be great to become friends with flatmates, but also have separate lives. + I'm very clean, tidy and feel I'm very considerate, and would be looking for the same in a flatty. + Don't party at home, but like to entertain. Weekends I usually spend exploring Sydney and surrounds! Things I like: Dogs Cycling FOOD & Drinks!!! (eating out) "Have you been paying attention" Pop/chart/dance music Good luck peeps!
I'm a Sydney-born 40 year old working in the education sector who has lived abroad and now back in town. I've been fortunate to have my parents accommodate me since being back but now that I've regained employment, I'm looking into having some space of my own again. I'm generally an easy-going, quite independent and open-minded ambivert of Portuguese ancestry. I do like to bake and cook but haven't done so in quite a while. When I'm not working, I do like to stay at home but also go out to catch up with family and friends. My privacy and personal space is very important to me. As I have a car, I'd prefer to have a car space OR on-street parking nearby. A personal bathroom would be ideal but not essential and this goes for internet access as well. Although furnished/semi-furnished is preferable, I don't mind moving into somewhere which is unfurnished since I'll be renting long-term. Although I'd prefer to have a place of my own, I'm open to moving into with 1-2 other people. (can be flexible) If I end up sharing with others, they'd need to be independent, mindful and respectful of one's privacy and personal space, contributing to maintain a clean and harmonious household. I don't like a lot of noise so a (somewhat) quiet place is preferred.
Hi there xx We’ve been in Sydney for a few years now. We are looking to team up with someone/with a couple - and to move at the same time - in a house/apartment. We think it encourages a sense of ownership for both; plus it will be a fresh start for all. We love to laugh and eat! We like the gym too and would prefer to have clean and lovely flat mate/s. We enjoy going out but like staying at home too. You’ll experience a mixed European-Asian culture (eg. food) . We’re definitely open to having pups at home ^.^ If you are looking for something similar, perhaps we could all meet and take it from there:) Happy to share our furnitures xx
Hi guys! I am French and I will study in Sydney this semester. I am looking for a room in a share house. I am a social and easy going person, I like to have a drink but I am also quiet and I respect privacy of others. I will enjoy discovering Australian life style or living with others international students and share my French culture! Please, don't hesitate to contact me :)
I've been living by myself in Sydney for 4 years, and I'm ready to enjoy avocados once again and try the housemate scene. I am a full time musician, so I sing a lot but I am a quiet tenant. I don't smoke, I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. I enjoy sleeping and me time, and also enjoy the occasional drink or two. I'm the worlds fussiest eater so I won't eat your food. I'm looking to live with someone who isn't too noisy, doesn't smoke, and who won't eat my food. Ideally I'd like the main bedroom and ensuite (I have a lot of stuff) and I need a wardrobe and washing machine. I also need a secure car space in the vicinity of the building. My lease is currently month to month so I just have to give a couple of weeks notice and I can be ready to move then.
