Hi! My name's Ash and I'm a 26 year old Aussie girl currently residing in Brisbane, Queensland but moving to Sydney to study a Bachelor of Entertainment Management at the Australian Institute of Music in Surry Hills. I will also be looking for part time work once I've relocated. Preferably looking for somewhere close to a train line as I don't have a car and will be commuting to and from university/work on the daily. I'm a big creative geek/multitasker and prior to my studies have worked as a photographer, makeup artist and web designer. I love to travel and go on adventures either locally or overseas, lived in Europe for 2 years and also 6 month stints in America and Japan. I can't function without coffee and am a big foodie, love exploring cities via their cafes and restaurants but also enjoy cooking at home, especially for my house/guests (always more fun than just cooking for myself!). I'm super friendly, very chilled and am guaranteed to laugh at all your jokes (and my own). I enjoy socializing but I'm not a party girl, I'd prefer to be playing video games (I come with a PS4) or watching Netflix with a bottle of wine then out in a club on a Saturday night. The only person I would have staying regularly sometimes would be my partner but he is staying up in Brisbane so it wouldn't be very often. I do enjoy personal space, so would be looking for my own room rather than shared. I'm very clean and considerate - the home is a sanctuary where you come to unwind not to be stressed by mess. I also find cleaning quite cathartic, throw on some sweet tunes and get into it. Currently I am looking for a place for about 6 months but if I feel really at home I will definitely stay longer. I also adore animals and will love any furry friends you have! Feel free to message any time on here or my socials :)
I'm Agustin from Argentina, recently got a new job located near the CBD so I'm looking for a shared flat or house, ideally with my own room. I'm a computer engineer so I will be working full time from Mondays to Fridays. I'm an easy going, relaxed person, love to meet new people. Some of my interests are music, sports, movies, animals, technology, food, traveling.
I'm Alex from Los Angeles. I work in Marrickville in TV/Film. Always down to head to the beach, grab a coffee or make a family meal. Definitely a seeker of cheap fun: nature, festivals, exhibits, parties, etc. Love to surf, run, travel, watch movies and go see live music. I'm here for a good time not for a long time as I'm here on a Working Holiday Visa, so 3 to 4 months is my commitment. I'm very respectful of my flatmates and I clean up after myself. Really I'm looking for some nice, fun people who can have a drink/chat with me and explore Sydney outside the 9-5. Cheers!
Neat, organised and pretty quiet. Will be finishing my degree in hotel management during the 6 months and working part-time as well, but also up for some movies and drinks once in a while. Big respect for privacy, but am also great company when needed! Love discovering new areas and soaking in Sydney's culture.
Hi I'm Tiffany, i was born in the states, moved here with my 2 best friends who are leaving in the end of may. unlike them i want to stay my full visa which is until end of January. I'm a back packer but I've been working since i got here, i'm easy to get along with, always down for chill nights but always ready to go out. i clean up after myself so mess shouldn't be an issue, love pets but don't have any here. any other question just ask.
I'm from the United States and came to Australia to learn more about the culture and myself. I like to keep my living space clean and tidy. I also keep quiet during the evenings. I typically keep to myself, but I'm always down to have a beer or two!
*Due to contract ending I'm looking to move somewhere in or near Sydney CBD vicinity by end of March. Please get in touch as i'm currently residing in 2047 area, so won't be an issue to visit available rooms or know of people who like to team up.* I'm Berto from Gold Coast of Macauese descent , wishing to find a room/place or team up within Sydney vicinity. I'm friendly, clean, tidy guy who likes travelling, food and more. I'm happy to cook for myself or others on odd days and up for occasional night out or just stay in and chill on sofa with others watching movies/tv shows. Not only will i be your housemate but also want to know all well so we be comfortable around each other from the get go. Indeed I also respect others personal space and privacy. I embrace diversity and up for making new friends as I am new to Sydney surroundings. I've studied and worked in U.K. since teens but recently back Oz to settle. I'm a self employed mixed media guru although open to many other interest as i like to learn new things. Cheers! :)
Hiya! My name is Emily, I'm 19 and from the UK. I'm moving to Sydney on the 8th April and will be looking for both a job and somewhere to stay. I'm easy going, pretty laid back and love meeting new people. I'm tidy and reliable and have just finished 4 months travelling solo around Asia so have plenty of stories to tell! I look forward to hearing from you soon :-)
I'm very easy going, down to earth person. Originally from Cambodia, however, I grew up in Singapore. Currently in my second year of Bachelor of Business in Hotel management at the Hotel School Sydney in the CBD. I also work at the Intercontinental Sydney part-time (4 days a week). I usually work night shifts on Wednesday to Saturday. I enjoy cooking and a very good cook as well. Would love to share my meal with you. I alway clean after myself and would consider myself to be a clean and tidy person. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going to the beach, hang out with friends or just relax at home.
Hi everyone, I'm French and I'm looking for an apartment share for 3 months. I will be in Sydney from 15 April because I begin an internship on 17 April in the district of Chippendale. I'd prefer an accommodation not too far from this area. I'm tidy, easy-going and serious but I also like having fun with my friends so I'd like people not too "strict".
Hi there ! I moved from France over 4 years ago. Loving the life in Sydney. I'm half french half kiwi … ! Hopefully it won't turn you away .. ! :D I work for a French fashion brand. I have been working for this brand for over 7 years (in Paris, London and now Sydney) I'm currently living in Coogee and the lease is ending 15 May. I am available to move in around 26th April. I like exercising : yoga, running and also boxing ! I like to have my private space but also I like to spend some time with my friends/flatmates and chat around a glass of wine on the weekend or week days after work !
Relaxed, reliable, considerate housemate, looking for a room in a sharehouse with likeminded people, and open to teaming up. I'm social, into travel, snowboarding, and I'm an amateur stand-up comic. I work full-time in policy at Optus by day, and I tend to have a fair bit on in the evenings. I like to stay active playing soccer, tennis, squash or rockclimbing. I also enjoy social boardgames over a couple of drinks, or heading out to comedy gigs, theatre or art exhibitions. * Don't need a carspace, but need to be near a train station. * Not looking to live with couples or children. * For team-ups - I have access to most of the furniture needed to set up a new home. (I also have another ad on here for the house I'm moving out of... I'm helping the landlord find new tenants).
We're a couple looking for somewhere amazing to live! We're Irish, down to earth, friendly, very clean, respectful, always up for hanging out but also love our own space. I'm a full time student and working part time, my boyfriend works full time. We're hoping to move in within the following week or asap :)
Hey, I work part-time in mental health and study nursing. Very clean (!), tidy, respectful, nice, calm, and considerate I've been in Sydney for just over a year. Lived in NZ for 16 years prior, originally from South Africa
sociable, enjoy getting to know our housemates over a drink or meal, both very clean and tidy and willing to chip in to keep our home in order. Chilled out and very easy to get on with.
Hey, 2 guys (British and Hungarian) from Manchester looking for a double room close to the city centre. We are a friendly easygoing couple.
A bit about me, I'm easygoing and talkative, always keen on sharing a nice conversation around a good meal (did I say that I love cooking?). I also like travelling, hiking and I'm a nature lover. Currently, I'm studying and working in Sydney, and I'll be here for another year and a half, before coming back to Europe (I'm Spanish). If you have any questions, shot me a message 😊
Hi, my name is Juan and I´m a 35 years old Engineer from Argentina currently studying a MBA in Sydney CBD. I’m clean, respectful and like animals. I would like to find a room in a shared flat or house with down to earth flatmates who likes to have good conversations . Moving date is negotiable as I'm staying in a friend's house at the moment.
I'm a very relaxed guy from Mexico in my 20's currently working in media, and music events. I've been living in Sydney for a bit more than 3 yrs, and consider myself a very sociable and respectful person. I enjoy doing climbing and being outdoors when I have the chance. Interested in living with like minded and considerate people.
Extremely clean and english student from Colombia. room must be furnished. Non-smoker. I love taking pictures, I enjoy very much reading, I like doing any kind of sport, but I prefer running.
Hey! Michelle is an actor from NZ and currently doing freelance/temp work. Loves cooking, watching movies, exploring new outdoors and swimming. David is from Sydney and is a delivery driver for a plumbing company and has been organising DJ nights called Swarm Takeover for the past few months. We also have heaps of house plants and they will happily green up the place. We're currently living in a temporary room in Haberfield which is awfully small for two people but have plans to move early April to a more permanent place. We were living on our own in a studio apartment but I was working nights in hospo and the opposite timetables meant that being at home on our own got really boring. I'd love to live with people who are social, creative, engaging and ambitious. We are free from early evening most days and would love to check out the place and meet you! Michelle & David
I am a professional, female design engineer aged 42 and seeking a modern room preferably with own bathroom or one shared with another female. I am mature minded, humorous, warm hearted and respectful of others. I prefer to share with other mature-minded people, probably between 30 and 65 years old. I am a AAA rated engineer and take construction design contracts from agencies. Most of my work can be done on my own computer. I tend to rise at 7am, breakfast, make lunch sandwiches and then go to work. My workplace varies - sometimes a clients office, a library, a coffee shop or other social work space and sometimes from home. Contracts may be anywhere between a week and 2 years in length. I have confirmed work in Sydney until 8th May; thereafter my contracts may enable me to stay in Sydney or may require me to move. Its not predictable but I can say that my physical location does not matter for most of the work I do and that I shall endeavor to stay in Sydney. I am flexible on location - any suburb within the region roughly bounded by the north and east coasts of Sydney, Ashfield in the west and the airport in the south. I would be very pleased to talk with you about sharing. Kind regards, Kellie
Hi, I am from Amsterdam and moved to Sydney to work full time at a startup in chippendale. During the week I'll be busy at work, but during the weekends I would like to go out to explore Sydney. Always lived with many kinds of people which I always enjoyed and can easily adjust. I like to cook a good diner, drink some wine and have a good chat but of course also respect each other's privacy. I just like to hang out with nice people, live in a house to call a home and enjoy life in Sydney.
Hi! Tam here! I am an architect, enrolled in a Master's Program at University of Sydney. I am 33, been working for over 10 years and won't be bouncing off the walls as I will busy studying and working!
Hi! I'm a student from the US moving to Sydney for a fashion internship. I'm looking to stay for about 2 months (June-July). I'm very friendly, easy going, and adventurous. I love meeting new people and want to explore and experience Sydney!
Hi , My name is Anmol and I am 25 years old. I am working full time in Sydney CBD. I am looking for a place to share from 1st April 2017 onwards. I am fond of reading, travelling and watching movies. I am quite easy going and open minded and like company and privacy in balanced amounts and am looking for a like minded person to share an apartment with. Thanks
Hi, I am Will. I'm currently looking to join a share house with like minded people in their 20's or 30's. I'm clean and tidy, i work full time and i'm very reliable you will have no problems when it comes to paying bills/rent. I'm a relaxed guy who is happy socializing or locking myself away watching a tv series. I'm into skateboarding, live music and having the occasional beer.
I'm a young software developer fresh out of uni who is moving to Sydney, and I'm looking to share a house with some great people. I'm fairly outgoing but respectful of people's space, and into chilled out gatherings more than wild parties or nights out. I believe tidying up after yourself is just part of being a considerate, decent human being. My ideal housemates would be friendly people who are willing to share housework and enjoy chilling out together in the evenings.
I am a Mexican-Canadian studying a Master of Sustainability at the University in Sydney. Looking to stay with other respectful, friendly and clean students or professionals of a similar age. Looking for a private, furnished room that I can call home.
Hey guys! 29 years old, working full time looking for a private (don't wish to share with someone else) roo. Looking for somewhere close to a train line direct to CBD (or bus if it's not far to the bus stop) would prefer to live as close as possible, but open to rooms out of the city. Budget is 350 a week (bills included) and can afford bills or something more on top of that if it's a really nice room / place / location. I am clean and respectful, not someone to throw a party every weekend, but won´t turn down a shared dinner/ dinner party with some friends. Cheers
I'm Malthe, 23 yrs, out of Denmark 🙂 I'm a likeable and outgoing person and I have my feet securely planted on the ground, to put it short I'm easy-going and flexible when it comes to how much contact to have with flatmates. I like being social, cooking together or the like (I cook a mean curry!), but I do respect a closed door, as I myself from time to time need some alone time. I'm orderly and neat, having lived with my girlfriend and other flatmates away from home for three years I'm used to taking care of a household, though I'm by far not a prune. I like going out for drinks once in a while but I respect it if my flatmates need a quiet evening. I'm here on exchange until July. Back home I study full-time at Aarhus University. I study Digital Design and I'm really interested in the way so-called digital artifacts shape our reality, and how designers should be concerned with finding a sweet-spot between aesthetic quality and pragmatic usability (I like to call this 'technopoetic design'), but I figure we'll talk a lot more about that once we meet in real life 😉 Hope to hear from you!
Hi, I'm a chef working full time in the CBD. I'm quite friendly and social but also enjoy my time to myself and am respectful of others space. I often work until late and my days off are usually on weekdays, when I enjoy cooking at home for myself and whoever wants to join! I love to go out for a drink but I also cherish my down time. I clean up after myself, and I'm always keen to hang out or have a chat. I'm looking for a beautiful place to call home that is a positive environment with great housemates.
Hello everyone! I am an Italian girl, very clean and tidy. I like to socialise, organise trips around the city for my free time and to have fun! I love cooking and I am looking for a nice share house to meet new friends and make new experiences.
Hi, I am looking for a place to live for the next 6-9 months (possibly longer). I work full time, Monday to Friday and every second Saturday. Most nights I go to the gym, then enjoy coming home and cooking a nice healthy meal. I keep to myself but also love a good chat and glass of wine.
Hello, I'm Mitch, 34yrs, Australian, a 2016 arts graduate from University of Sydney and now a full time worker. I spend as many afternoons/evenings as I can at the gym, and I like to pursue my dilettantish interests in music and literature when time and energy allows. I'm clean, mature, respectful and sane (so far as any of those categories can be assumed to bear a shared meaning between strangers on the internet who, for all they both respectively know, may have completely different notions of cleanliness, maturity, respectfulness and sanity). Still, i think most people would find me pretty easy to get along with, so do feel free to get in touch. Cheers.
Hello! I'm Tommy, a filmmaker and photographer who is moving back to sydney after a brief 18 month sojourn in Melbourne. I'm returning to Sydney to work full time at an advertising agency in Surry Hills. I love live music, reading, red wine, nice food, travelling, taking photos, getting out and about to gigs, Art/Photo galleries and catching up with mates.
We are three fun, loving friends who are looking for similar souls to create a lovely home environment together with. We all love doing stuff together as cooking, going for a drink or five, outdoor activities, watching movies, dancing etc. About us; Tin 25 yrs old from Sweden working as full time manager in a restaurant. Here on a sponsorship. Juliana and Andrea 32 yrs old from Brazil, both studying part-time and work part time. We are looking for a two bedroom flat or two rooms in a flat, where the budget is around $620 for the three of us. (single room $300 and shared room $160pp/week), all negotiable.
Hi! I'm Kate, I'm 28, and I'm originally from Melbourne. I've lived in Sydney for about three years now, and I work full-time managing a retail/hospitality business and write freelance on the side. I like to think I'd be a pretty cool person to live with - I'm clean and tidy but not obsessively neat, I'm social but I won't talk your ear off or try to live in your pocket, and I am a vegetarian but I promise not to try to convert you! My wild party days are mostly behind me now, so you're probably more likely to catch me getting up early to go to the farmers market than coming home at dawn from an all-night rave - although I do enjoy a wine or two after work sometimes! My ideal living situation would be with friendly, warm, and open-minded people (or just one person!) who will hopefully be a bit creative, fun, and engaged with the world around them. Oh - and I'm available to move in around the 20th of April! I even bring free Netflix and Stan. How neat is that?
Hey There! I'm 27 and originally from Essex / East London. I work in the charity sector and I'm planning to be in Sydney for the next 7 months (Potentially longer if things work out sponsorship wise). I'm looking for a sociable house with people who like to have a laugh. I'm hoping to meet people who could potentially become mates rather than just people I awkwardly say hello to in the morning. Saying that, I'm definitely respectful of peoples privacy at the same time. I like to think I can get on with pretty much anyone as long as you're not a trump supporter / homophobe / tw*t. I love to have a good time, if that's going to bars or just watching a film and chilling with mates. I pride myself on my pop culture references and ability to successfully lip*sync to most songs. I do smoke, but it's not 1995 so obviously I wouldn't expect to be doing that in the house ;)

Hey there! I'm a 25 yr old, pretty social & considerate housemate working full-time (mon-fri) Generally prefer to chill out on weeknights, tv series & keep up to date on recent movies (pretty much every fortnight), love to go for a feed & cheeky bevvy and roam about on weekends depending on plans with mates. Hit me up for a team-up for a new place and we can go lease it out together or if you have a place that matches. Cheers!
