I am a Canadian student coming to the University of Sydney for an exchange. I am looking for a place with a mix of Australian natives and internationals. I would prefer to share a room with no more than one other person.
Hi! I am Vivian, a female 34 years old Peruvian lawyer studying a Master in Environmental Law at USyd. I am looking for a place to call home for the next 4 to 5 months since I will be going back to Peru after my Master finishes. Looking for a place close to Uni or if far compensated by lovely surroundings (close to water area, or green areas.. which are the reasons why I love Sydney!). Def has to be an airy, clean place with good sunlight. Love to meet new people, cook, share a glass of wine, but also respectful of privacy. I am looking for a 4 to 5 months rent. In July I will be travelling for 25 days (hoping to get a discount for those weeks) and my boyfriend would stay for 7 days. So please let me know if that's ok with you. Would prefer a female flat and own bathroom but open to options. :)
Hi guys...I'm Carlos (34 y/o) looking for a room from July 9th for staying for about 3 months. I'm busy working and studying. Preferably near to any train station. I'm a 'Good music' lover (just not too loud) and like sports and sharing sometimes a glass of wine with friends. We are very social but calmed, tidy and respectful.
Hey Future Flatmate, Hey, you! Yes, you! Famoso here. Fam or Fammy (very endearing though) for short. Well, that’s how my friends call me. I will be moving to Sydney as an international student to earn my masters degree in University of Technology Sydney. Truth is, it's funny how equally sanguine and choleric I am. I tend to be lively, sociable, carefree, talkative at times but also sensitive enough to listen, and pleasure-seeking. I am warm-hearted and optimistic. I can make new friends easily, be imaginative and artistic, and often have many ideas. At the same time, I can show leadership, good at planning, and most of the times, practical and solution-oriented. Which is why I am really going to give my best shot at earning this degree. But regardless, I am very tolerant and loving on people. I work out quite often and by quite often, probably everyday would sound sufficient. I also live a very active life, do yoga, and love to sunbathe in the beach. I’m a photographer who’s quite daring on social media so please don’t be shocked. I’m actually prim and proper in real life. More so, I like to take things seriously but wait! Seriously fun. So we can laugh our hearts out everyday. I really do think it’s an amazing thing how the world can be very big yet meeting like-minded people who like to see this big world make it small. I like being in an avenue where I can see the world at least through the lenses of other people's eyes. It gives me such an adrenaline rush meeting people from different races, cultures, and perspectives. So hit me up, who knows, we could have the most memorable time as housemates! Cheers!

Hey future flatmates! I'm coming from Stuttgart, Germany to Sydney for a semester at UTS and I'm looking for a place to stay from July until the end of October. I'm easy-going and really into meeting new people, especially in a new exciting city. I'm in my masters degree (Energy Engineering) and have lived with quite a few different flatmates by now and we've always had a good time together. Some I haven't seen so often and that was okay anyhow and we had a good relationship and from time to time some small chats in the kitchen. But in others I've really found good friends and we've spent more time together, barbequeing, cooking or sitting on the hallway floor talking for hours instead of doing our studies. I like it tidy and clean where I want to feel at home and I'm doing my part to keep it that way I'll also go and get an australian number once I've arrived there on Monday. See you soon, hopefully!
Hey there! Looking for a longterm place from July 17th onwards. I'm a 23 year old Australian Cinematographer working in Annandale. very recently moved to Sydney. I'm lucky enough to have an incredible job that allows me to see some pretty amazing places. Outdoors guy, love shooting photography (if this is something you've wanted to learn, I'd love to show you the ropes!), international travel, snowboarding, NFL, cooking and gym/powerlifting training. Having Travelled extensively, I know how to live with others and always very respectful of others space. Very responsible, laid back, fun, clean, tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Will be overseas or travelling for periods for work (including working overseas from mid August for a month) so you might not see me all the time. Looking for a place with on or off street parking available :) Thanks, Talk soon!
Hey everybody, I am a business STUDENT at Usyd - Indian - 21 - NonSmoker, looking for a private room. Prefers to live in peace within my room but loves to socialise otherwise. I have been in Australia for past 2 years. Cooks basic stuff that helps me survive :P Looking to move in around 30th of July, 2017 near University of Sydney!!! :D
Hi folks, My name is Kieran and I am returning to Sydney after a month back home in sunny Scotland. I work in construction. When I'm not working I like to play different sports, mainly basketball, chill at the beach, watch movies and have a few beers. I'm a pretty laid back guy, I like to socialise, but also like to have my own space as most people do. I find it hard to sell myself in short profile as opposed to in person but here goes. Some of the reasons why I am a good room mate are..........Firstly I am very clean and tidy. I never leave any mess. I also like to cook so there is the possibility of getting some dinner cooked for you. I am very tall (6ft8") which comes in handy. I can reach those high up places, and act as a platform at gigs and stuff. Overall, I'm a pretty chilled dude, and I can get along with anyone. I love animals too so if you have any pets that is a plus for me. I will even walk your dog if you have one. I'm looking for a place I can come home to and unwind and relax. I'm pretty flexible on where I can live, the places I have listed are just my preferences. If I sound like someone you could stand to live with, please get in touch. ***I also have a friend looking for a place as well, so if you have more than one room available that would be awesome. He is cool too*** Cheers Kieran
SHORT-TERM STAY FROM 4TH TO 26TH JULY Hi, my name is Michelle. I will be studying at the University of Sydney during the winter period from 4/07 to 26/07 (3 weeks and 1 day). I'm searching for a private room within WALKING DISTANCE or accessible via public transport to the Camperdown campus. Ideally it would be furnished with unlimited wi-fi available. I have lived in shared accomodation before so know how to respect the space and privacy of others. I also like to keep things clean and tidy, and am willing to do my share of the household duties. Please contact me if you have a suitable place. I am currently in Melbourne and will be flying to Adelaide from 24/06 to 3/07, then Sydney from 4/07 to 26/09.
Hi everyone, my name is Lydia. I'm currently working full time as a teacher in ACT, but I got accepted into University of Sydney to do master's. So I'm looking for a place to move in by 30th of July (preferably before). I'm eligible to teach in NSW as well. So I hope to work part-time while studying full-time. I'm tidy and considerate. I will respect privacy and maintenance of the communal spaces, but I would appreciate the mutual respect and responsibility too :) I am easy-going, non-smoker and most importantly, drama-free!
Mature adults. Clean. Respectful of others. Come with a sense of dedication to study and live peacefully in this beautiful place. We are looking for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom place near UTS. We can start living around the 18th of July. Cheers !
Hello! I am a business administration student in France (originally Ukrainian) who is looking forward to having an unforgettable experience studying on exchange in Sydney for the next year. Extremely tidy, easy-going, open-minded and always happy to meet new people. Passionate about travelling and learning foreign languages. Vegetarian. I'm looking for a private room only, no shared rooms.
I'm 25 from the UK and I'm on a working holiday visa. I work full time in the city in recruitment so I work long hours in the week. I normally chill out after work in the week and have a few beers on the weekend. I'm very sociable and easy to get along with! I'm looking for a private room.
I'm from Manila, Philippines, will be doing my masters at the University of Sydney. I love engaging conversations about the way the way the world works (learning about different food, cultures and communities, different fields of work or specialization), especially if it is over dinner and some drinks. I enjoy being outdoors (especially to the beach). Would also be fun to find people to surf with during the summer!
I like eating pasta, patting dogs, and dancing. I'm looking for a pretty chilled house where people are reasonably clean, but it's not going to be the end of the world if a cup gets left in the sink for a day. I have a lot of indoor plants.
Hi, Im Ben (26, single). Im a young professional already living in Sydney and looking for a new place as my current flatmate is moving on. I own a company in Darling Harbour so ideally looking for somewhere close to that. I work a fair amount so enjoy chilling at home when I'm not. Im friendly and enjoy meeting new people. Im also very respectful of the people I live with (not a smoker, wont have parties) and happy to live with either gender. Ideally looking for something long term and prefer living with less than 4 people... 2 bedrooms/bathrooms would be ideal. I do enjoy TV shows, and gaming when I'm not working. ... also the company I own is Flight Experience in the Harbourside Shopping Centre, so if you have ever wanted access to a certified Boeing aircraft simulator let me know :)
Hi! I'm currently doing a Master of Teaching (Primary) at University of Sydney and work part-time at an outside school hours center. I’m into yoga, basketball, running, hiking, and cooking delicious dinners. I have lived in share houses and flats in Milan, Canada, Jindabyne, and most recently Niseko in Japan, where I shared a small house with 14 other people. I’m really good at keeping common areas clean and tidy and respecting other’s personal space. (Even when it is somewhat limited!) Let me know if you think I’d be a good fit – I’d love to come check the place out and meet you! 😊
Aussie Interior Designer who moved back to Sydney after working overseas for a couple of years. Although I enjoy shenanigans every now and again, generally I keep to myself a fair bit, and love a quiet home where I can cook, watch Netflix and read in peace and cozy comfort. I love wine and eating out, but am also trying to get fit! Let's do this!
I have been a landlord and a tenant living with females and males for the past 3 years. I am looking for a clean and tidy place where personal boundaries are respected. I am sociable and happy to hang out with fellow housemates but not looking for a party house. I work full-time in sales and spend the rest of my time training Muay Thai or running and hanging out with friends. Also enjoy eating out and exploring more of Sydney. Moved here last year from Melbourne where I was born and raised. If I sound like the right fit feel free to get in touch.
I ll be travelling from India to sydney in the last week of july possibly. I have a long time experience of working in a multi-cultural and a multi-national environment. So getting comfortable around me and knowing each other will be an easier task. I am a kind of guy who loves to read about history and politics around the world. I am going to pursue my master's in structural engineering at University of Sydney and its going to be an year and half long stay for me in sydney. So the greatest thing about me would be that most of the times, I would be in my university campus :P. I live a vegetarian life and I m an occasional guitarist on the sides also.
I've recently moved back to Sydney after living and working abroad the last few years. I'm a nurse and am studying a masters degree full-time. I'm self funded but also applying for some casual nursing work to fit in around the studies. I'm pretty easy going and like living with people who are happy to share a meal and a drink from time to time, but are also respectful of each others space.
My name is Jack I’m 24 currently live in Canberra and I’ve just accepted a job in Sydney commencing on the 17th of July. In my spare time I enjoy watching / playing sport, going to concerts, playing computer games and hanging out with friends.
