I don't have a lot of furniture as I've moved around a bit, but committing to stay in the Illawarra for at least 3 years. I'm the sort of person that likes to keep to my self. Hi I'm Teresa. I'm a 40ish Female, easy to get along with, respectful of space (yours, mine & ours), working & trying to complete studying, seeking longterm, preferably nonfurnished room (flexible), non24/7party style accommodation $150-$180+neg. And I would like to park the bike off the street if possible. I have no problems sharing with the 20/30somethings crowd, outside smokers, dogs or cats or etc. Really just seeking somewhere down to earth, where I can relax when I am not otherwise attending to work/study, house/yardwork, or activities otherwise associated with accomplishing a healthy share/work/life balance, with the occasional wine or spirit thrown in for good measure. Thanks for reading and have a nice day (:

Hey all, my real name is Julian but have gone by Juz my whole life. I grew up in the Jamberoo/Kiama area and have lived in the Illawarra for most of my life. I'm pretty neat and clean, down to earth, easy to get along with, and work Monday to Friday. I have recently started a new Wollongong based position, so looking to get a bit more central once again. Being local, I already have an established group of friends, but looking for a flatemate/s that are like minded, friendly, social, have a good sense of humour and that we can share a meal, and have a good old chinwag over a beer. Hit me up with any questions you have at all!
I am a great cook and don't mind doing the dishes, I'm about to finish a business degree at uni as well as working 30+ hours a week at the leagues club. I'm very laid back and can quite easily enjoy a few drinks as well as potato on the lounge.

My partner and I are clean, respectful and hardworking people. I'll be studying a bachelor of environmental engineering next year at UOW. I am a full time student who will be changing courses onces I have moved. I will unemployed at first but I have enough savings to pay rent and bills for several months. I think of myself as a pretty easy person to get along with. . Noah and I are happy to keep to ourselves or if you like we are happy to be more sociable. Please contact us if you think we will suit what you are looking for. Warm regards Josh & Noah

Professional Teacher looking for a clean place, with balcony preferred on either the top floor of a unit or quiet neighbourhood with clean outdoor air and green surroundings. Prefer to share with professionals or mature people who are like - minded and want to keep the house / unit clean.
I am a full time student, studying engineering at UOW. I am clean, neat and tidy. I am sociable but still respectful of alone time. I can cook and am happy to share the cooking if that suits, otherwise I always clean up after myself once I have finished. I have my own bed, desk and gym, with access to a washer and fridge if required.
Pretty quiet, working full time so looking for a fairly chilled place during the week. Im a clean and tidy person, like to be active and social on the weekends. Went to uni in Wollongong and have a long term grad job just out of town. Looking to move back into Wollongong. Just bought a car so off street/garage parking would be great.
Full time journalist who just landed a new gig in Wollongong. Would love to hear from a few people. Originally from Victoria. Would love somewhere central and close to the beach, but willing to fit in with the right housemate! Easy going guy, who loves to keep fit!
I am a PhD student at uow. I spend most of my time there and tend to spend weekends with family. I am very clean and often do more than my share. I am quiet. I have a bird named Sammy.
Hay hay, looking for a room or some excellent people to find a place with for uni next year. Going into third year law and journalism, I enjoy hiking, live music, beverages and sun. Would love a sociable, doing things household, hit me up if you're similar :)
French student in mechanical engineering I am looking for a place to stay from February to June 2017. Found of sports and healthy food. I am quiet, tidy and clean but I'm also easy going and get along with everyone. I will need some quiet time to work my courses but I like to chat after the day and grab some beers once in a way !
Hey, I'm third year Health & Medical Science student. I have my own car, have a part time reliable job and can afford up to $200 with bills included. I'm pretty quiet, clean, healthy and don't party much anymore but do enjoy a glass of wine. Looking for: - Internet - Parking (street is fine) - Being okay with my partner staying over on the occasional weekend. Let me know if you have anything available :)
I am a French PhD student on cryptology who 's been there for almost 1 year and a half already. I will stay 2 years more or less in Wollongong but I might not be staying in the same place for that long. I don't mind to start late Feb or even March, I have some free emergency solutions available for not sleeping outside. Looking for a clean place (no cockroaches please !), close to CBD, uni, or Fairy Meadow. I adapt to whatever kind of housemates (of course there's extreme cases but we will see when we meet), if you want to socialize that's fine but I'm not often at home... Probably will come at night to sleep, or might not even come back sometimes. I consider my PhD studies as a full-time job (I'm being paid for this, contract stuff and all). I'm usually quiet unless I am confortable with the people around (and not tired or dead drunk). I'm clean and even tidier than a lot of girls... No nuclear war over the bathroom with me :) (I will probably take most showers outside). I usually get along better with 30+ years old people but I have no problem living with much younger people if they are relatively clean and tidy (asking for something that does not leave an apocalypse at regular intervals). My chinese sucks, my german even more, but at least I am fluent with English and French so communication shouldn't be a problem ! If you need other not too young (24+) international students of both gender to fill your house/flat I have some friends who might be interested to move in with me if you have extra places to fill ! Oh and by the way, I'm the guy on top in the picture :D Can't do house inspections at the moment, I'm in France and will be back end of December.
I'm tidy clean and tend to keep to myself however not shy to have a drink or a chat with anyone. I work long days so I usually just come home and watch tv and when I'm not at work I'm out and about with friends.

Easy-going freshly graduated engineer, moving down to the Gong to start a grad job in early Feb. Clean/tidy, love the beach and rarely opposed to a hang out or a drink, but also take my work seriously. Would love to move in with some fun people around my age. Somewhere with an off-street parking spot would be awesome but not a deal breaker.
Hi. I'm an international student looking for a place to live. I am an easy going person who loves to keep his room and house clean. I listen to music some times but normally very quite. Wont give any chance for complains from my future flatmates :)
I am a jolly and friendly person. A quite happy go lucky type of a guy who's looking for an accomodation near University of Wollongong. I love music, sports (Cricket) and football. Myself and my partner Brian are currently looking for a place to live for a few months. We both work full time in Wollongong and I also study part time as well. I'm currently living in Kiama and looking to move into a student share house or get some people to start our own for 2017 onwards. I may be looking to move out sooner, but that depends on if I find the right place in time. I'm a second year student at UOW. I also work part time 3 days a week. I'm very clean and tidy. I'm a mature, happy and chill person - down for a few drinks and getting to know more people around wollongong! I love cooking, going to gigs, out to town on the occasion and chilling out at home to netflix as well.
