I'm looking for a nice welcoming place with 1-3 people living there who don't mind chatting a few times but are also respectful of privacy. Hopefully looking for a room with a double/queen/king sized bed as I am 6'6 Currently I'm in Norway and will be back in Australia on the 22nd February, So wont be available by phone
Hey guys I'm currently studying 3rd year full time (double bachelor of creative industries/business at QUT) and working part-time in retail. Looking to move closer to uni into a shared house or willing to team up with people to find a place. I'm easy going, keen to make friends, would love to live in a sociable environment where we can have a chat or hang out occasionally. But the introvert within me also loves my own quiet space to relax and recharge in-between haha. In return i'll be respectful of your space. Usually pretty busy with study and work but every now and then I like to have fun and go out to gigs/have some drinks/outdoor activities/anything involving food etc. If anyone wants a doggo around i have my 14 year old childhood pet, Missy the border collie who i'd love to bring with me (she's usually an outdoor dog). But if that's not possible she can stay at my family home no worries. My move date can be flexible If you want to know any more just ask!
About me: born and raised in Sydney; moved up recently for a new engineering role in the CBD; I spend most of my time working, gymming, playing sports and cooking; I am super tidy and organised. Looking for a place for 6 months - 1 year; willing to share with maximum 2 other people (depending on size of house/apt); need own bathroom. Let me know if I suit your preferences as a potential housemate. Many thanks, Martin
I'm a 22 year old Physiotherapist from Brisbane. I am looking for somewhere that is pretty relaxed but with people who are down for a chat every now and then. I love travelling and go for long weekends away every now and again. like socialising with friends but also enjoy my own company and watching trashy reality TV with a drink or two. I am pretty easygoing, respectful, reliable and and self sufficient to live with. I am flexible with move in dates too!
Just an 17-turning-18-in-April year old student looking for a place to stay and get to know people. It will be my first time living out of home so it will take me a while to get used to it, but I'm a fast learner. I love to eat, socialise, try new things and enjoy others company. I prefer chilling on the couch and chatting rather that going out and partying. I believe I am a driven person and will try my best in most things :)
I'm looking to team up with someone in l the newly built coorparoo square apartments. It has heaps of utilities such as a pool and gym. It's also super close to the city or carindale with a bus stop right out the front. I work full time during the week so keep pretty low key. However like to go out and about on the weekends. If interested dm me as I'm in the process of applying for a two bedroom and 2 bathroom unit
My name is Kat. I work full time in the city with QLD Police. I love being outdoors, active and eat healthy. I am pretty quiet until i get to know people better. I have a good sense of humour, honest, reliable and like my privacy and respect others. I like to keep fit and healthy and usually leave for the gym at 5.30am during the week. I love going for mountain bike rides on the weekend. I am looking for a place that has secure storage for my two bikes. I have my bedroom furniture plus a few extra items. I also have a small car but need to be close to public transport for work. Ideally I would like to live with only one or two people. Not looking for a party house as I like my space and down time.
Hello i am Hesam, 28 yr old and i will start my PhD at UQ this Feb. i am looking for a furnished room for 4 months, and possibly for a few years. i have been living in shared places for a few yrs and i consider myself a tidy and respectful person. most of the time i am in uni and very busy with my research. please let me know if you are interested. Hi I've just finished university and I'm seeking work in a psychology or justice related field. At the moment I'm working in Hospitality on the southside of brisbane so I'm looking to find a place in the same area. I'm extremely clean, tidy, friendly and respectful. I am a bit of a quiet person, not very social, but I'm always willing to have a conversation and hang out.
I'm 26, work Full time in an office 8am-4pm in Newstead. I like to keep relatively busy most days but don't mind catching up for a wine or two with the housemates! Clean, considerate and pay all my bills first. Love plants, travel, live music and movies!
I'm a 25 year old Registered Nurse looking for a roommate to rent an apartment with in Coorparoo Square. I'd love a roommate who is down for being social/having friends around, keen to share a cheeky drink or two or go for brunch, but also likes their own time to relax and respect my need for frequent hibernation. I'm really chilled, love going out to gigs, I work full time/do shift work (so if you understand the shift worker lifestyle that'd be a bonus) I have two gorgeous, playful cats (a bengal + an ocicat) so someone who loves cats would be ideal (*Random side note: there aren't fly screens at Coorparoo Square...so a roommate who likes aircon and is conscious about closing doors/windows so my cats don't plummet to their deaths would also be great!) The rent would be approx $200-250/week (most units are roughly $450 for 2 bed/2bath), there's aircon in all the rooms, your own bathroom and shared lounge/dining/balcony area, lots of street parking if you have a car...and a super nice pool, gym + tennis court on site too!..plus a few bars and cafes under the complex! I'm all about being open, honest and respecting each others space, and looking for someone who shares the same values. Feel free to make a mess in your own room, but shared areas need to be kept clean + tidy. I'm not in a rush to move, but ideally within the next month would be great! If you think we'd get along, shoot me a message and we can grab a coffee to talk about it more :) * please contact me via flatmates, not by phone

I would love to find a place with girls that like to socialise and wouldn't mind having a couple of drinks on the weekends! Would prefer to find a place with my own bathroom but I'm not too picky on that. So if you reckon we would be great housemates, hit me up!

Hi there, I am looking for short-term accommodation in Brisbane so I can find full-time work before signing a lease there! I'm a tidy, bubbly young person who has been travelling for the last two years but I am now ready to find somewhere to call home! At 17 I went from boarding school in Rockhampton to a houseshare in Melbourne and lived there for a year. I have since been working on farms and living in hostels a lot. I love meeting new people and making friends. I am an active person, enjoy gym and being outside - the Glasshouse Mountains is one of my favourite places in Australia! It would be super great to help someone out, so if someone is planning on going overseas and looking to rent their room for a while, please let me know! My dates are approximate so I am open to a longer or shorter stay!

Hi! Sean was brought up in Zambia and myself in the Lake District - we both relocated from UK to Australia in 2015 with the company we worked with at home. We work full time so are rarely in but looking for sociable housemates / clean and fun!! We work in the city so looking for an easy commute. - we're used to living with people having both travelled all over the world but really looking to live with people that are also working full time but also enjoy being sociable with housemates. We are clean and come with our two super friendly cats. We have been renting solo for the past 18 months in Brisbane but we do not wish to take another long term lease.

I'm looking for somewhere to call home for six months to one year. I am a primary school teacher who lived in Japan for three years and now I'm relearning what is cool in Brisbane. I enjoy live music, yoga and poetry slams. I don't party that much and definitely prefer a quiet night in watching Netflix and cooking or playing board games with friends. I am a very tidy person who is respectful of personal space but I don't mind socialising with my housemates. I am looking for the same in potential housemates. Allergic to cats.
Hey, My name is Cassie, I'm 21 years old. I'm currently studying veterinary technology at UQ, but will only be studying part time this year and working more. I'm pretty easy going and tidy, I'd be looking for someone with these qualities too so we get along well. A little bit about me, I watch way too much netflix, love cooking and eating haha, and enjoy going to music festivals or a fun night out on the weekend. I do have a cat that would be coming with me. Her names Bella, she's very timid at first but once she gets to know you is extremely sweet and cuddly. I also have a fair bit of furniture which I can bring.
