i'm a physio from newy relocating to brissy next month. i like to cook and bake so you'll be fed well. i love a clean and tidy house, and am looking for the same in housemates. have lived in share houses for over 4 years so know the game. not a party person; i generally like to do my own things but would love housemates who are up for a meal and chill/hang together from time to time, and go to the markets together. Looking for a non-smoking house with quiet neighbours. A dog friendly house will be a huge bonus. My budget is $200/week including bills and internet
Time to sell myself! I am a tidy person currently studying full time in combination with also working, so I am often out of the house so you can trust I do not make a lot of noise. I am an amazing baker and when I get stressed I clean so it is safe to say the house will always be pretty spotless!
Hi, my name is Johan. I’m in my third year completing a Bachelor of Music (performance) at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and also completing a Bachelor of Commerce. Currently living in a single bedroom apartment in West End but looking to reduce my living expenses and looking to meet new people. Some of my hobbies include, photography, travelling, catching up with friends or just relaxing at home. As a housemate, I am clean tidy and respectful of privacy. I’ve had to furnish my current apartment so more than happy to supply it ideally looking for an unfurnished apartment/house so I don’t have to sell the furniture.
Hey there! My name is Chelsea. I'm a part-time uni student in the Health faculty at QUT and am about to start placement. My current housemates are moving interstate for job opportunities after our lease ends in November - all good things must come to an end - which leaves me essentially homeless. My hobbies include basketball, gaming and finding new dishes to add to my 'dishes to cook' list but never really getting around to them. I enjoy having a chat but generally like chilling out at home and having privacy as I respect other's space. I am tidy and clean up after myself. I enjoy having a few drinks once in a blue moon or hosting a gatho when it's called for, but I normally enjoy a quiet night at home. I have a bunch of house furniture available for use so if you need some, I'm your gal! If not, no stress, I'll just bring my bedroom furniture. Hope to talk soon!
I work full time and I am a keen runner so spend most of my mornings and afternoons training. Usually spend time at home to chill out/recover/sleep. Looking to live with someone who is friendly but is happy for me to do my own thing
Hey there potential house buddy! My name is Sam. I'm an easy going creative-type guy who enjoys laying in my hammock under the sun. Despite this eating the majority of my free time I also like working on creative projects, going on outdoor adventures, and socializing. I like a clean and tidy house, the occasional chilled out party, and having dinner with my fellow housemates once or so a week. I've lived in Brisbane my whole life. My last tenancy was with a couple of friends and I lived there for 5 years. Only recently moving out for an adventure in Europe. Now I'm back, working full time in Brisbane, and looking for a nice place to live for the foreseeable future :)
I'm a 29 year old lady working full time in real estate, likes reading, video games, Netflix bingeing and DnD with friends. Very chill and friendly and happy to be social but also cherish my alone time and privacy. I'm clean and tidy in shared spaces having lived in share houses previously. I love animals but have no pets of my own (Sadly). Ideally looking to rent somewhere for 12 months min.
I am a 21 year old Hairdresser working full time in Carindale. I am friendly and up for a chat but I do enjoy my space. In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening and bingeing netflix. I'm looking for a couple of like minded pals to share a space with.
Hi All, I've probably created this profile a bit prematurely as I'm not looking to move until most likely January - but I'm nosy and like to browse! Please do drop me a note if you're on the longer term train like me and will have something in January -if not apologies, I'm just seeing what's about at the moment! I've just moved back home from a 4 year stint overseas so back at Mum's currently until I find the right place (and save some money!!). I love cooking and a glass of wine - especially when paired with a cheese platter! I'm all about a clean shared living area and enjoy a bit (a lot) of banter! I work in Milton in a sales management role for a telecoms company and am definitely looking to shorten up my current commute. I'm hoping to find a friendly share house where everyone gets on and likes to hang out and have a drink, but I'm not looking for a full blown party house, my time in London very nearly destroyed my soul in houses like that haha so I'm wanting to get back to routine. In an ideal world, the house will be quite large and have a great outdoor entertaining area, nice big kitchen and two living areas. I know I might be dreaming on the 2 living areas - but I like the idea of having a second space to chill if some of the house wants to have some drinks and others don't, or if friends come to visit and stay a few nights. My absolute ideal suburb is Kangaroo Point. Close seconds are East Brisbane, West End, Coorporoo (Near train station), New Farm and Paddington. Then slowly moving out from there with hopefully good links to get to Milton for work. Hope to meet you soon :)
Hi! I'm Holly, a sociable, respectful, friendly human. I love getting into a good veggie garden and watching plants thrive (I'm getting better at it). I am a student and freelance graphic designer, looking for a large room. I like living with people who are go with the flow types, but need to live with those who can communicate their needs in a household assertively. I am not looking for student housing, I am looking for a home, and a bunch of cool non judgmental humans who don't mind chatting over dinner/morning coffee and socialising every now and again. I am conscious of personal space though and quite happy to chill in a corner with a book. I like food, cooking, and bubble tea. I am also making more of an effort to be sustainable or at least a tonne less wasteful, I recycle and want to compost, I avoid buying plastic stuff. I am not vegan, but i have been reducing my meat consumption a lot. I eat pretty healthy as a celiac (can't eat most of the junk food anyway). Go to produce markets for food on Saturdays, and enjoy kombucha but don't make my own haha. My guilty pleasure is Nandos. I can clean a toilet, and keep common areas tidy. I am not a huge party person, (I come home to relax and study, so looking for a fairly quiet household) and don't have any vices outside copious coffee consumption. I'd love to get to know you and your housemates :D
Hello all, Looking for somewhere east of the river and close to the city. I am originally from South Africa and also lived in Mauritius for 6 years. I have been in Brisbane now for over 17 years so I consider myself an aussie with the accent to match. I get along with others very easily and always interested to meet new people. I am a big fan of keeping a household clean and tidy, I believe it really contributes to a positive feeling and mood toward your surroundings. I mostly keep to myself but love to socialize and get out and about on weekends. I am the sporty type and have always maintained a healthy lifestyle however if the occasion calls for a celebration..hand me a drink! I consider myself to be a polite and respectful person and have lived in share houses so I'm well in tune with giving others space and privacy. It would be awesome to find like minded people!
