Hi, My name is Bec, I am 27 and work 4-5 days p/w in mental health. In my spare time, I love to get outdoors (e.g. beach, hikes, running and cycling), go to the gym, spend time with friends and relax (love a good Netflix sesh - life is all about balance ;)). Speaking of balance, I also don't mind the odd wine and night out. I'm currently looking to move to the South side to be closer to work and would love to find a like minded housemate(s) to move in with and/or team up to find a suited place together. My ideal housemate(s) would be other young professionals who are around the same age as me and are social but also respectful of each other's privacy/down time. I would love to find a place where I could stay longer term and be friends with my housemate(s), and that feels like a home rather than a share house. Other than that, I am tidy and reliable, and value these traits in my housemates. I bring with me some furniture (e.g. my own bedroom furniture, a large comfy corner couch, TV, microwave, quite a few plants *crazy plant lady* and a few other random house objects). Also happy to buy some more furniture/house items etc. if needed. My preference is to have my own bathroom and space to park my car, but these things can be negotiated. Please feel free to message me if I sound like someone you may like to live with. Looking forward to chatting :) Bec
I'm 24, currently studying and working part-time. I'm a pretty quiet person, but do like the occasional chat and wine. Most of the time I am out at work or at uni but I would be glad to make some new mates to hang out with. I generally keep common areas tidy and respect other's space. I'm looking for a house with a good vibe that I can share long-term because I hate moving. :) Give me a buzz and we'll see what we can work out.
Im a registered nurse From america Permanent resident Very respectful of house rules Tidy Quiet Keep to myself Never late on rent or bills Easy going and happy to help out with chores-"keep the common areas clean" sort of thing Play soccer and boxing. Try to stay fit. However i do enjoy a couple beers/wine on the weekends. Love going out to different restaurants Painter/reader Music enthusiast but will keep the volume low or put my head phones on :) Also, I have a lot of outdoor plants😬 hope that's okay!
Hi. Just a full time uni student who also has a stable job. I’m looking for a room and hopefully to call it a home. I’m quiet and keep to myself but wouldn’t mind a chat :) also I love to cook myself and would always try anything new
Uni student looking for 1 bedroom property or a room with a private bathroom for ~6 months rental period, furnished, air-conditioned, arranged car park or off on Street car park. I'm a bit busy on weekdays, chilling out on the weekend. My interests mostly playing & watching football, video games, movies & Netflix... Would be great when finding a place for less than 3 or 2 tenants.
Hello! I (Korean, 27yrs female) and my partner (Australian, 22yrs male) are looking for a place to be called home. Both of us had lived in Christchurch, New Zealand for the last 2 years working full-time but we decided to move to Brisbane for study. We are respectful, clean, not party animals and most importantly always pay rent on time ! Please message me if you are looking for housemates x
I am Full-time Monday to Friday employee, very respectable of others and their property, and I attempt to retain cleanliness at all times. My hobbies include outdoor activities, sharing time with family and friends, eating deliciously good foods, and keeping as active as possible.
I'm working as a full-time in a chartered accountant firm in CBD. I'm okay with my housemate(s) to have puppies or kitties as I love them too. I don't have my puppy in Australia but I have one in my homeland. I would like to chat on and off, and establish good friendship with my future housemate. I usually love cooking so I'd like to share a bit of my food whenever I have more than I could consume, but due to the busy work I don't cook that much nowadays. I'd prefer my housemate(s) do not smoke because I am a bit allergic to the smell. Drinking occasionally is fine as long as the house is kept clean or cleaned up after. My hobbies are mostly outdoor, like hiking on weekends or travelling during holidays, wondering around the old town to see culture things. I love scuba-diving, but haven't done that for quite a while. I used to go linear salsa dance but not very often recently. Museums on weekends with friends are also some nice thing I like. Overall, I am a very easy-going friend. (I started to see what are the elements of a places that will be essential to me, then I realised putting on more details will help the people to assess if I'm a suitable housemate so I hope you don't mind reading more things below: The key things I look for in a house are some furniture and good housemates: - a good size desk (maybe I should say, "large desk") is important tome , because I sometimes have to work at home too. A proper desk is much appreciated; - Bed or soft mattress is not a must. My back doesn't like to stay on soft mattress so I'm happy to even sleep on the ground if there is carpet and it's 2nd floor (ground floor in QLD is a bit humid); - I do have quite a bit of things/boxes so I would appreciate a medium-large size room or area; - housemates around my age 28-48 will be great; - I would feel inspired if the owner or housemate have puppies and kitties and I'm happy to help taking care of them whenever I can. - dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer preferable; - own bathroom is preferable but not a definite must, as long as if the share people are clean and we can set rules that we both agree upon.)
My husband/best friend Sam and I are new to Brisbane area - relocating from the Sunshine Coast and United States. We are easy going and and do our share to keep things tidy. We mostly keep to ourselves but are also up for a chat or a drink on weekends. We have a 2 and a half year old medium sized dog who will be joining us in Brisbane in August - he is fully house trained and always up for a pat. I work for a software company and Sam is a mechanical engineer.
Hey my name is Tegan and I am looking to team up with two other people to live in a sharehouse in September. I currently live in a big sharehouse and am looking to downgrade to a smaller three bedroom place. A bit about me! I am 23 and work full time as a nurse. I am a clean person to live with and always pay bills on time. On my days off you can usually find me binge watching TV shows on Netflix, spending too much money at Kmart or going to the coast. On weekends if you need a drinking buddy I’m definitely your gal to have a few glasses of wine and eat a cheese platter with. I don’t spend much time in my room I’m a pretty social person who likes to have friends over now and then. I love going to gigs on weekends and a festival here and there as well. I am looking for easy going housemates who are social and who become more of a friend rather than housemate. Preferably I’d like to live with at least one guy and one girl or two guys. I’ll be looking for a place in September so if you think we would go well living together please shoot me a message. Also feel free to stalk me on Instagram tegannuske 😊
Hi, I'm Valk! :D. Looking for a chill place to live in with my boyfriend coming up at the end of July, happy to team up with anyone roughly the same age (another couple would be nice). We're both outgoing but love to chill, watch TV and listen to music. Dusty and I are respectful, considerate and good with bills.
