I am entrepreneur self driven and excited to make my own path in Sydney. I was born in Mexico and barely arrive here; I love sports, eating well, resting well is important for your brain, love techonology and ecommerce and create websites. I'm easy going, fun, respectful and very introvert because I am behind schedule and i need to focus in my work, so please don't take personal if sometimes i just want to be alone in my room doing my staff. Someone does my meals because i have IBS. So I need to eat clean, FODMAP´s, vegan, organics, not GMO. I wish how to cook :( I also bought everything but haven't used it :( I have small time .... and looking for a like-minded person to live with and also has his own interesting path, someone can get out with their friends and on weekends away preferably, without insisting me in inviting me because in this early stage in my project i need to be pretty focus !!. I am a single, I dont pretend in any way get in love of any of my roomies PLEASE, clean, fairly quiet. However I am hoping to find some great people that make me feel comfortable so that I would want to chat with them some days. For the moment i am working remotely = im at the house many of the time = need someplace calm to be creative and productive .. The main things I need are: 1) my own private bathroom. I also when im changing and grooming in the bathromm im working with my laptop at my side lol. I love dogs but only if they are well educated please because some pets are very spoil and sadly as our children they are not well educated .. 2) Quiet, peaceful and has privacy. A quiet street, not an arterial road. But near of then to get transportation when i need. No hearing people through walls, no dogs barking constantly, very quiet after 10pm, quiet neighbors and no loud aircraft / train / traffic / noise. 3) Can we pay for cleaning the house every certain time? each 15 days perhaps? 4) Did a i mention again a private bathroom? : P with bathtub if is possible! Also VERY important: * The bed needs to be at least matronal or queen bed size. *the bedroom need to be as big s possible and with my desktop to work inside if possible. * Respectful, * big own bathroom is possible and with bathtub * washer and dryer * room if is possible in the night could be very very dark because i have certain level of insomnia * very bright house with many windows :). * spacious closet please !! * air condionioter / A / C * Dishwasher. * My own desktop, place to work remotely. * Must be non-smokers. I just quit smoking and i can not deal with the temptation yet ...! * Please don't push me drink I don't like .. * if this going great we can extend to long term! :) * I may need space somewhere for my own fridge / freezer unless yours is huge / has plenty of space (mainly freezer). Or we could negotiate on sharing certain foods to reduce space. * Fast, unlimited internet. * Someplace near a gym 24/7 plus fitness preferably because i already payed, i have upper back issues and need to strong it. *some balcony with beautiful coast view because i love to do yoga and feel the sun in my face.! :) *My budget is including bills and internet. No extra charges. * Walking distance to public transport, ferry, 24/7 plus fitness gym. Thank you for reading all my loooong description! :D
Hi! I work in health, moving from the northern beaches to be closer to friends in the inner west and work in St Leonards. I love the water - coastal walks, swimming, etc.. I am sociable but also like downtime. Would be happy to socialise with housemates sometimes but also like to do my own thing. I’m respectful, straight-forward, and not into drama. I have a little dog who will be moving with me. She’s a gorgeous 7 year old shih tzu jack russell. She was rescued from a pretty horrible life so she’s quite timid but so well behaved and everyone who meets her thinks she’s pretty great.
I am an enthusiastic product designer and a permanent resident whos been in Australia for 7 years. I work 4 to 5 days for a design company in Crows Nest. I like my privacy and respect other people's privacy too. I am well houseshare trained and I look forward to sharing a place with sorted people that are laid back and like to have a calm lifestyle. Not big on watching TV. I rather like to work on my own design work on my laptop or go for a run in my spare time. I like to cook although I don't do it very often. I am outgoing and a reliable housemate when it comes to bills and helping out when needed.
Relocating to Sydney, govt cyber lawyer, quiet, non smoker, easy going, no one will be staying over. Early riser 5am (quiet) work long hours, good conversationalist, well travelled, grown up daughter in Melbourne.
Hey there, I’m an exercise therapist who works with children, in st Leonard’s. I just got back from 5 months of travel and am looking for a convenient spot close to work. I am a super chilled person, who is out and about most time but also loves relaxing too. I am easy to get along with and respect personal space. Always down for a laugh and have a chat.
I'm David. I grew up in Sydney (Parramatta) and lived for many years in Marrickville before I moved over to Adelaide in late 2018. I used to work full-time as a teacher and librarian (unis and TAFE). Now, I work part time doing the same stuff - just less of it. My family still lives in Sydney. I have to come back to Sydney for an extended stay, so I'm in the process of renting out my place in Adelaide while I'm away and looking for a share place in Sydney - close enough to the city, and not too far from family.
Moving down from Brisbane for work by Feb 2020, looking to rent my own private room and would like my own bathroom if possible. I study part time as well as work full time, so mid-semesters and end of semesters are a little bit busy for me! I am 31 years old, I work as a Digital Producer, just the normal 9-5 job. I like to socialise, keep healthy and fit, relax at the beach, or with a wine with great company.
Hi, our names are Tariro and Jacob, and we are looking for a private room in a friendly household (no room sharing offers please:) I’m a chartered accountant by qualification & Jacob works in construction:) We are usually always smiling, consider ourselves fun and chatty but always respect other people's space. We enjoy hiking, gardening, going out for dinners or watching movies & we go to Hillsong church:) We are tidy, always willing to help others and try to be polite at all times. It would be great to stay with some friendly like minded individuals but we also embrace diversity and the things that make us different (variety being the spice of life after all)! If you have a suitable place or know of one, please get in touch.
Hi there, My name is Manrico, I'm a young man in his 40's and have been a full time professional photographer for 20 years. I have been living in Australia since 2012 and I'm an Australian permanent resident who is going to relocate to Sydney by the 25th of November 2019. A clean and tidy person, I enjoy cooking and socialising with a glass of good wine on my time off. I am tidy, very clean and respectful of privacy and communal spaces. Love having the occasional meal and drink together, but I don't depend on this. I am open minded, honest and trustworthy, chill, caring and cooperative. I prefer to cook my own meals and don't mind sharing it with my flatmate. I'm often out at meal times, so I tend to look after myself but depending of the situation I am open to sharing food. I don't have furniture or appliances at the moment but I will definitely need a double/queen bed and large wardrobe able to fit my suits and shirts I use for work.
I'm super tidy and like to keep to myself but also like being out and about. I do like going out and being social. I love being out the house . Super Active I have emigrating to Australia in June 2019 and looking for a flat with people who i can connect with and make friends with. Looking for a place to call home!
