So it's kinda awfully difficult to just jump into telling somebody why you're fun, or like are you supposed to tell them that you're not fun so that they're more likely to give you a place cause you don't party? #justsharehousethings I'm Toby, I'm a professional musician/tutor and I love a house that smells like Jazz first thing in the morning. My hobbies include listening to hip-hop and wondering how somebody as ethnically ambiguous as myself could have turned out so white, looking at memes and trying to understand the whole "why" behind wine. I'm not the sort of guy who really throws party (legitimately have like 5-10 friends max and I work a lot, but most of them are really good looking and if not, they definitely have nice hair) but I really like going to them so am totally fine if you ever have them going on :) I do also have dope speakers for if a party is ever to be thrown Mostly spend my time at home listening to music/practicing but I can do all of that with headphones on so it won't disturb anybody. I'm a big fan of most animals and totally LGBTQI+ supportive so lowkey please don't ask me to live with you if you're hella transphobic because I'd like to live somewhere I feel comfortable taking my friends back to. But yaass, hit me up <3 xoxo Gossip Toby
Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a 23-year-old looking for some reasonably long-term accommodation so I can stay in Sydney (originally from Perth). I work full-time at an advertising agency, and when I get home from work I like to relax with a book or the TV. Happy to be social with you (although not exactly a party person) or give you space if you need it. Keen to get out and explore Sydney a little more on the weekends. Quiet, easy-going and neat. I don't have any pets but would be more than happy if you do!
Hi, my name is Mel. I am 26 year old Australia working full time in social work. My land lord is moving back in so I have to vacate. I've lived in the area for nearly 2 years and I love it. I like to take pride in where I live so I do like to have a clean home. I spend a couple of nights out a week catching up with friends etcc. I'm always up for a glass of wine and a chat but I understand that everyone needs there on space. I like to have our separate food cupboards and spaces in the fridge but yet saying that you are welcome to borrow anything of mine if you have run out. Non smoker and I have no pets but I am a big animal lover :)

I travel a bit for work and to see my family, so come and go a bit. Usually only away for a couple of days at a time. I have a car, so a parking space or reliable street parking is a must.
I am very easy going person .. Being clean and tidy is very important for me .. I am full time working and don't spend much time at home but I sometime like to watch movie and chill at home .. Quiet and nice ..

I enjoy exploring the lovely area of Sydney, a healthy and active lifestyle, meeting new people and enjoying all life has to offer! My personality is really easy going and enjoy the outdoors! I'm not afraid of hard work and I love trying new things. I would personally love to travel more and experience new cultures. I love to have a good laugh and spend time with quality people. I like cleanliness and will be happy to do my part of house work and will keep my room tidy, of course. I would ideally like to live in Surry Hills or Darlinghurst area :) Anything else - please ask!

I am looking to team up with one person to start a new share house around Neutral Bay/Cremorne or Elizabeth Bay/Darlinghurst. I work full time in a corporate office in the CBD and gym most nights, so pretty chill during the week, however on weekends, love to unwind at the beach, go out for drinks or get out of Sydney on a weekend road trip. I am very clean and considerate of others, I like to keep active and healthy during the week, however am also keen for a cheeky beer or three. I have a couch, entertainment unit, dining room table and chairs, fridge and all kitchen appliances/utensils - pretty much a whole apartment/house. I'm looking for someone to share, preferably two bed, two bath with outside area. If you're interested would love to hear from you :)
Hi I'm Cassie, I am a young professional working in Accounting/Audit. I am originally from Wollongong, however I have lived on the North Shore for the past two years. I am clean, tidy and very respectful of peoples space. However I am also happy to make friends along the way. I am easy going, and in my spare time I usually catch up with friends, or relax at home with a book/new Netflix series.
I'm looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom accommodation somewhere around the lower north shore area with another young professional or 2. Someone trustworthy, respectful and fun. The accommodation would need to have a decent amount of space as I would be doing some work from home at my computer and need space to store my work equipment. I enjoy living in a clean environment and am very respectful of others. I'm very friendly and like to be social. I keep busy with work and fitness.
We are a hardworking, sociable, clean, tidy pleasent and outgoing couple. We want to live around North Sydney/Cremorne/Mosman/Crows Nest etc for the remainder of our holiday visa as we have fallen in love with the city. We are both from the UK. Before quitting our jobs, Carolyn was a primary school teacher teaching 9-10 year olds and I was an operations manager for a UK based tool manufacturer. We are both sporty and active people. I play soccer and golf and Carolyn plays netball. We hope to get back into sport once we settle down. As well as this we love going to the beach and going on walks. We are not lazy people so we won't be messy or untidy around the home. My girlfriend and I will have completed our farm work days to obtain a second year visa by the time we would look to settle in Sydney so we may look for a 18 month stay.
Hello! I'm American from Boston and lived in Australia for over 10 years now. Speak fluent French and some German as I also lived in Europe. I'm doing a graduate law degree and work part time. I spend a lot of time in the law library and also study at home sometimes so a quiet environment is good. I like, nature, beach, horse riding/polo, yoga, good healthy cuisine (I like to eat out often), and relaxing music. I'm into cafe culture and designer shopping. I'm friendly, open-minded, cosmopolitain, fashionable and like to socialise and meet new and interesting, intellectual, positive, open-minded, people from many cultures. I am honest, trustworthy, considerate and kind. ONE ROOM AVAILABLE/FLATMATE DESIRED I have a clean, neat (non-cluttered), welcoming living environment with natural light and positive feng shui. It's a tastefully designed beautiful modern contemporary nicely renovated 2bed/1 bath house in the Lower North Shore. LOOKING FOR ONE FLATMATE ONLY.
My name is Gaby, I am a 24 yr old female professional osteopath. Non smoker, clean and easy to get along with. I am looking for a private room with own bathroom in the Sydney area to move into- preferably with all bills and internet included but not a deal breaker if the place is right. I like being social but also like to have my privacy at times and respect others privacy also. If you have something that could work for me, let me know! Look forward to hearing from you! Gaby :)
Looking to move any time around mid Feb 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hi, I'm Bec! I teach Design and Technology at a public school in the Lower North Shore, and am looking for a room to rent in the area from the middle of January. I am an open minded individual who is happy to live with anyone that I get on with. To me it is important to have a relationship with my housemate that goes beyond passing in the kitchen every now and then, and I'm keen to find someone that I can share cooking with once or twice a week and head out for a drink or walk/run with every now and then. I like to be able to have friends visit every now and then, but equally see a good share house as a respectful and cooperative place. I am quite a social person but also like to have my own space. I have many passions and hobbies including a number of crafts, cooking/baking (I used to run a small cupcake business), sewing, boardgames, exercise and the environment. I like to head out often (trivia, dancing, rotary meetings, pub) however am anticipating this will be a busy year for me work-wise. What I am looking for is a room big enough to put a desk in, ideally with a built in wardrobe and a unit with a balcony as well as clean bathroom and kitchen. Looking forward to meeting you!

I'm looking for somewhere with clean and tidy living spaces, someone I can chat to, have a glass of wine with and hang out, but also respect each other's personal space.

Tim works as a full time carpenter and I work in sales and am in college part time as well. We enjoy living in a flat with someone that we can become friends with but at the same time we respect personal space. If you know of anything that would suit this add please get in touch with me. Kind regards, Morag
Hi! We're a friendly couple, easy going, clean and tidy and looking for a house share so we can meet new friends who would be up for a Friday night drink after work / enjoy a good BBQ on weekends :) We have been living in Sydney for 1 year and are looking to stay in Sydney for another 1 year or so at the moment. No preference on whether it's a couples house share or not, just a friendly household to be a part of. Any questions just give us a shout!
Hi, I'm a 28 year old male looking for an unfurnished private room to move in late January. I am fairly flexible in terms of location but my current preference is the North Sydney / Neutral Bay area. Love sport, live music and traveling and I am pretty keen to get out and explore Sydney and surrounds. Equally happy to look into a team up or a room in an already established house.

I'm looking to move closer to work and social opportunities in Sydney, I'm originally from the Central Coast. I work full time in a library and I'm also studying online for a masters of information studies. I have a lot of interests such as writing, music, art, and fire twirling. I enjoy playing music, so if you have a piano I will definitely use it! I enjoy board games nights and hanging out with friends, but I also need a lot of quiet down time as well. I'm looking to make more friends, especially those within the arts community. Ideally I would love to live in an artistic household, but being around any people pursuing their passions is a priority for me. I'm the type of person who likes a tidy environment and I understand the murderous 'dirty dishes' rage that can be induced by housemates. I respect my environment and possessions a lot and would expect the same attitude in others as well. I can also bring a fair amount of house items with me if needed.
