Howdy! I’m a 24 full time retail manager in Chatswood. I also come with a 2 year old cat who is very well behaved and cuddly :) I spend most of my time binging Netflix and occasionally enjoy bushwalking if the weather permits. I’m not really a party animal but do love an occasional wine chill

I’m a clean, respectful and easy-going housemate. I enjoy brunch, walks, chilling out with some Netflix, and sharing a coffee/meal/drink with friends. Originally from Melbourne, I’ve been in Sydney for 2 years working in tourism marketing in the CBD. Looking for like-minded females to live with - no pets, non smoking.

Easy going, chilled out person that enjoys a laugh. Very respectful of others and their space. Rather live with people that I can enjoy dinner or a bbq and a drink with at the end of the day as opposed to being strangers living under the same roof. Work full time from Wednesday to Sunday. Also building my own business and am an ambassador for a men's mental health charity, so generally keep myself very busy. Definitely enjoy a beer, but far from a party animal. Moving to Sydney after 7 years in Darwin, and looking forward to experiencing a different lifestyle and beaches that aren't filled with crocs!!

Hi! I’m an accountant working in Barangaroo and I try to work from home once a week, usually on Fridays. Been living in Sydney for 7 years now. Currently working from home due to Covid. I would prefer a one bedroom or granny flat, unfurnished. If comes with parking space would be better. Thank you!

I am an operations manager for Secom Technical Services, a national electronic security company located in Chatswood. I am originally from Melbourne and have been living in Sydney for the last 2 years and Sydney has now become my home. I normally start work early and finish sometime after 5pm. At times, I travel interstate for work and during the festive seasons (Easter/Xmas) i find myself back in Melbourne with family and friends. I would describe myself as relaxed and easy going, sociable and traditional in values and morals. I own a home in Melbourne and therefore understand the importance of respecting peoples' property. I would rather treat my place of stay as my home, rather than a house share and happy to contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of it. Outside of work, i enjoy relaxing at home, exercising or out to dinner with friends. I don't drink alcohol but can appreciate a good red or a Corona in summer, though I still struggle to finish a whole bottle 😏 Location is important to me, but more so, I want to make sure that I am comfortable with the people i live with and of course, vice versa. I hold a current NSW Security License and national Police check.

Easy going, non smoker and social drinker currently in a life transition, therefore seeking mid to longer term accommodation till I find my own place to purchase either on the northern beaches or consider the sea / tree change out of the Sydney hustle and bustle.. Working part-time by choice, involved in volunteering work, keen cyclist, still play weekend sports and love the general outdoors. Currently in a relationship, so I spend a fair bit of time with my gal mid week and weekends. Prefer to have a self contained granny flat / bed sit for just myself or with just one other person (female) though would consider alternatives. Social person and house proud (prefer clean and tidy rather than cluttered and messy), I do like my own space and pay the same respect to others. I'm professional, courteous, understanding and respectful person. Very handy around the house as I know where to find cleaning products and how to use them, also know my way around a kitchen. I'm a bit of a general handyman come Mr Fix-it - don't mind repairing stuff, painting and redecorating either. I'll be moving from my current home around late May / early June. Thinking my new place will need a lease of minimum of 6 months though could well be 12 months or more. Am prepared to commit (with the $$) pay in advance for the right place, people and environment.

Hi! I’m a recently qualified mechanic embarking on another career pursuit. I’ll be starting a psychology degree part time in August with the view to study full time next year. I like to cook most of my meals and don’t watch much TV. I’m a social dancer and before COVID would spend several nights a week at salsa classes and clubs; I’m also training to teach classes. When restrictions are lifted, this is where I’ll spend most of my free time outside of work and study. If I don't get enough dancing in and need more exercise, jogging and bush-walking are my go-to. I like to party a couple of times a year but it’s not a priority for me. Most weeks I just have a drink or two with housemates or at a dance event. I like to get to know the people I live with and meet their friends too. I’m looking for another person or two to share an apartment or small house with me in the lower north shore area. With over 6 years’ experience in shared living on the northern beaches, I’ve lived with all kinds of guys and gals. I enjoy living with both extroverts and introverts. My ideal flatmate is tidy, respectful of others and doesn’t have difficulty communicating clearly and frankly. This is more important to me than the perfect location, so I’d like to feel comfortable with the right person before looking for a property to rent. I come with living room and kitchen furnishings so there’s no need to be concerned if you’re looking for an existing property. The gas, electricity and internet accounts for my current share house are all in my name so they can be transferred easily when I move – these costs are shared evenly. Happy to provide references on request and looking forward to meeting you!
