Hi, I'm Marcel, 24 years old and from Germany. I'm studying Mechanical Engineering for one Semester at the Swinburne University. I keep my room and the flat clean and tidied up. Futhermore I like to meet new people but also respect the privacy of other flatmates. I like to go swimming and running or just hanging out with friends.
Hi, my name's Justin, I'm a 38 year old barista, and musician in my spare time. I'm pretty quiet around the house, but like to make a little noise with my guitar when no one is around (I have weekdays off, so this usually works out pretty well). I've been renting with a married couple in a house they own for nearly 4 years, and moving on due to upcoming renovations of my room. Always considerate, tidy, clean, think communication is important (like to know if I'm doing something that annoys others around the house, yet pretty tolerant of other's quirks). Always on time with rent, and like to keep on top of my share of house chores. Friendly, love a chat, but sometimes keep to myself for a while to rejuvenate after a day of working with people in hospitality. I'm looking to move within a month, and am free to move pretty much as soon as something suitable comes up. Thanks, Justin.
Hi future flatmate, Danielle and I are both young professionals that have just relocated from Perth to Melbourne and looking for a place to call home. Danielle (from Perth) is a qualified teacher currently working for the council in Camberwell so a place near there would be ideal. I (from England) work in retail and previously managed a store selling outdoor equipment. We like to come back after work and enjoy a healthy meal and maybe a walk in a park. We love sports and outdoors so generally incorporate this on our weekends. We are both very clean, tidy and respectable, always cleaning up after ourselves and can provide many references from previous flatmates, landlords and even houseowners from housesitting. Ideally we would like a place that is clean, reasonable size and sharing with a single person/another couple. We can commit to at least six months but with the possibility of extending. Shorter leases would be a plus. Preferably furnished, or at least everything but the room furnished, and it would be nice with our own bathroom but not a necessity! We have also considered renting a two bed and getting someone else in the other room which works out very cheap. Let us know if you have anything that may suit us or want to find a flat together! Cheers, Maria
Hey, I am a musician who plays guitar and sings as well as play piano so would be looking for somewhere preferably with thick walls so I can practice full voice singing. My music is contemporary pop and happy to schedule a time around the rest of the house mates before 9pm that is best to practice music. I am also a model and actress but travel lots with my profession. I have traveled all of Australia and touring in NZ with plans to travel in UK, Canada & USA. I don't drive so public transport would be great to have near by. I've lived away from my parents for almost 2 years now in 2 different homes from the 1 I grew up in but I've never lived in Melbourne before. I don't smoke or do drugs & have no pets or serious allergies. I would prefer a furnished place & if you have a shower instead/as well as a bath, that would be great. Please let me know the bed size too. I'm happy to share a house but I wouldn't like to share a room with someone. I've shared houses in every place I have lived. If you are a guy, you will be like my brother so please don't try hit/get with me. Please note the areas in Melbourne I'm only looking to move to are listed. Thanks, I will be in Melbourne on the 29th Jan - 11th Feb to look at places in person.
Friendly and fun guy working full time in the city and studying marketing at Swinburne. Originally from Geelong, but lived in Melbourne since graduating high school quiet a while back, and recently returned from a working holiday in London and traveling Europe, lots. Clean, considerate, quiet, but social and enjoys a few drinks.
I'm a masters student from Pakistan commencing studies in February 2018 at Monash, Caulfield campus. Looking for a long term contract. I'm really into football and enjoy working out. Love watching good films and occasional cooking. Also very organised and friendly.
38 Years old male, professional manager, works in Project Management firm in the Docklands. Also a MBA student. Clean, tidy, organised and responsible. Quiet and want to have my private time, although I always like to have good chat and solve the world's problem over a drink :-) Regards
I'm easy going, friendly, clean, polite, honest and reliable. I was born in Tasmania, and recently moved over for university. I'm a farm boy and enjoy cricket, snowboarding and travel. I'm a huge camp goer and spend every summer volunteering on kids summer camps.
Studying full time, enjoy gaming, I love to make people laugh, but otherwise respectful and tidy. Non smoker. Hi, I'm Rory, looking for accomodation for my first year of uni at Swinburne! I come from country Victoria, (about a two hour drive from Melbourne). I have moved many times in my life however, and so I'm excited and ready to start a new chapter. I am a mostly quiet person. You will often find me on my computer, playing games or studying. Assuming all goes well, I'd ideally be staying for at least a year. While I hope to get established with a job once in Melbourne, but I'm also very thankful to have parents who will pay rent and bills in the meantime.
My name's Adam and I'm better at lists so here's a brief list of things about me: I'm a recent uni graduate working as an engineer. I don't mind the odd social beer or meal. I enjoy sports, I play basketball, footy and snowboard when there's enough snow. I try to be as clean, tidy as possible, and enjoy a bit of cooking.
My name is Dino, I am a 31-year-old male Australian Citizen who works full-time in Fawkner, Victoria, Australia. I'm originally from Adelaide but have successfully worked and lived in Melbourne since 2015. I am always clean, tidy, professional, responsible, good listener, excellent rent and bill payer who pays on time, friendly, polite, happy-go-lucky and easy going. Always cool, calm and collected, anger is never part of my vocabulary and seeking a flatmate/s who has the same temperament. Knows how to adapt to the person next to me (ie when to be quiet and serious and when to have fun and be social). My closest friends tell me I'm successful, enthusiastic, generous person who makes them laugh. In my spare down time I love to keep fit through swimming, study, read books, play guitar (love my music but I know when to put my headphones on and time it so as not to disturb others around me), cook, play basketball, gym, and go out with best friends some weeknights and weekends. A big bonus if you are into the same sports, look after yourself, fit, polite, don't complain much, great verbal communication skills (you know how to help people without insulting or looking down on them), preferably educated and employed, enjoy going out whether it's travelling, coffee, dinner or nightclubbing and just overall enjoys their life with passion (we only have one life after all) and a cool person to have around. If you're also interested in the same things as me, feel free to drop me a message, I respond to every single one. More than happy to meet in Fawkner on either: my lunch break, immediately after work or weekends. I'm the best flatmate you will ever have! ;)
Currently studying engineering at Swinburne going into my second year. I enjoy socialising but also appreciate some privacy. In my spare time I enjoy playing and listening to music, gaming, and reading. I am clean and tidy and respectful of others.
Second year uni student (deakin) Looking to relocate back from the country. Looking to stay for 3 months or more depending on whether or not I travel overseas later in the year.
I am a uni student who will be getting a job as soon as i move down from gippsland where i was born and bred. I do a decent amount of acting when i can and am reasonably handy. I can deal with spiders and other insects. I'm a good cook and am happy to help with anything

Very social guy, neat and tidy, happy to hang out but also to keep up some personal space, currently studying my undergrad in nursing and working in hospitality. I'm looking for a place to live preferably near public transport and hopefully with a room large enough to fit a desk, and also queer friendly, more than happy to pull my weight around the house and also to lend a helping hand when possible!
Hi my name is Tim, I'm 26, single, I'm a recovery educator, designing and facilitating mental health workshops through Alfred Health's Discovery College program. I'm training with Headspace and Monash Health to be a peer support worker and on any other spare days I am a labourer. I have a cat called Luis Suarez, I'm passionate about music and in my spare time I write lyrics and sing. I love reading and I play football. I am a relaxed, honest and positive housemate, ideally I'd like a long term stay because I'm sick of moving but that's not a deal breaker. I hope you'll consider me :)
I’m caring , trustworthy and also a very clean and respectful person. Have been looking after my grandparents for the last three years and now are in palliative care , So I’m looking to either share or team up with someone for minimum of 12 months . I’m quite busy with work and other commitments - usually work 7 days a week , I will also be going back to study part time mid year, I also volunteer for the RSPCA . I have 2 (cats) /fur babies of my own they are well behaved/trained and like to be outside, so somewhere with some greenery would be nice. I prefer to live with mature people/students/professionals/animal lovers
I'm Igor, 29 male, working full-time as a video content producer in the automotive media industry. 9-5 at the office weekdays, also work from home occasionally. Currently staying in a studio apartment in Richmond, but looking to move into a larger 2 bedroom house with one flatmate. I'm super chill and easy going. Keen to hang out but also respectful of your personal space. I value a fresh, clean and tidy space - think IKEA catalogue. Bills will always be paid on time - will setup automatic transfer for your peace of mind. In my down time I rewatch movies and shows on Netflix for the nth time, attempt to do some form of physical exercise, strum the guitar and go for short random drives in my car to relax. Weekends are half spent on catching up with the parents and friends, half for sleeping in. Oh and I also like food. Apparently I cook a mean carbonara. I'm interested in teaming up to look for a 2 bedroom house/apartment. Must have off-street parking and at least cable internet - NBN preferable. I've got furnitures, fridge, washing machine, 55inch TV and a 3 seater couch. Easy with sharing these so we can work out the details later. Prefer a quiet house but occasional parties are cool too. If this works for you, send me a message!
Hello future housemates! I am a 22 year old medical student/future doctor currently on placements completing the final year of my degree. When I'm not studying or at the hospital (this is rare) I'm probably watching netflix, out with friends, or playing guitar in a bar somewhere. Almost all of my practice can be done through headphones so I won't be making much noise in the house, if that is a concern. I've been living in sharehouses for the past 5 years, so I know the drill with regards to cleanliness, general etiquette, and paying bills on time. All that said, I'd love to find a share-house of easy-going, friendly individuals who have a good balance between socialising within the house and having their own time/activities. I don't smoke, have any pets or other dependents.
Easy going guy in my mid-twenties, recently graduated from Monash uni and looking to move slightly closer to where my girlfriend works in Coburg. I'm a big sport lover, particularly AFL and cricket, and am tech-savvy. I work full-time at the moment as a labourer and am looking for graduate jobs anywhere I can. I'm originally from Tasmania and have lived in Melbourne for 6 years.
I am a very mature minded, optimistic bean of fun who is very easy going. I work as a swimming teacher, I have a passion for the performing arts. (Musicals, Theatre, Film and music) In my free time, some days i like to stay inside and just jam out on my guitar or i like to go out and see my friends. Im an independent person who is willing to do their own thing, but im always up for a chat or to hang out. I clean up after myself and will always be willing to help if an extra hand is needed.
Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
Hi, My name is Paolo. I'm an Architect and I work full time for a building construction group. I describe myself as tidy, clean, respectful and easygoing. I'm looking for a long term stay on a single room in a shared house in the north and east suburbs of Melbourne (Clifton Hill - Thornbury - Northcote - Preston - Ivanhoe - Kew - Hawthorn - Balwyn - Camberwell - Surrey Hills) or nearby. I look forward to hearing from You. References available upon request. Paolo
Hi, my name is Donna and I will be moving to Melbourne December 14. I'm very easy going and enjoy socialising with anybody. I have friends of all ages. I'm a tidy person but not obsessively so. I'm currently working in disability but am looking for work with special needs children. I returned from Vietnam 1 year ago after teaching English there for 3 years. I originally went for 2 months but didn't want to leave. I love travel, animals, socialising, Richmond FC, meeting new people, and learning new things. I may be 57 years old but I have a young attitude and easily mix with people of all ages. I would be very happy if there are pets in my new home as I will miss the 2 beautiful Boxer dogs where I am living now. Richmond area is my first priority, being a keen supporter and also close to all the great Vietnamese food, but other areas are ok too.
