Having to relocate to Sydney from Brisbane I am looking for shared housing, apartments, etc. Note: I am required to drive into work, so I will have a Kia Rio to park either off street or garaged. I love Salsa dancing, playing guitar in bands, volunteering at youth groups, keeping fit, engaging with new people and making friends. I am looking forward to settling long term into Sydney and sharing a new home locality with a great bunch of people.

Hi! We're a newly wed couple, both engineering/IT professionals in their late 20s from the Philippines. We're easy going, friendly, and totally respect the privacy of others. We're looking for a tidy room with heating and air conditioning. Preferred to have our own bathroom/ensuite but it's not a deal breaker. We can consider a shared bathroom, as long as the bathroom is clean. We are looking at an initial 3-6 months rent, but could extend up to a year if we liked the place.
Hi there, I'm Eduardo, originally from Spain but living here for a while. Now working in Channel 9 (I know, shitty programs). I consider myself a cool guy to live with and enjoy socialising with others and beers or wine. Give me a call/text Thank uuu!!
I’m Kate, 26 yo from Bathurst. I used to work as a musician so I come complete with a host of instruments and a burning desire to perform again one day. (I recently acquired a xylophone, so, that's useful to have around, right?) I will be around the house a fair bit, I'm usually listening to a podcast and doing something creative. I love gardening, having a laugh, a spot of toilet humour, and all things creative - crochet, sewing drawing, painting. I have many art/craft supplies in tow. I’m a non drinker, non smoker, non partier, I'm looking for somewhere that isn't a party house, but housemates that have the occasional drink about the place or friends round is fine by me. I’m looking for housemates that are comfortable with communicating. It’s really important to me that my home environment is relaxed so I'd rather talk face to face than have things brewing. I tidy up after myself and like to keep things clean. I would ideally like housemates who are willing to do their share of cleaning too. I'm a fan of the cleaning roster. I'm hoping I can find some folks with similar interests to me.
I have recently located to Sydney and I'm working full time as a Podiatrist at Hornsby so will be going out early mornings and will come in the late afternoon/evening. I'm always up for a chat and keen to have a few beers in the weekend, but also happy to give people their privacy. I'm a pretty organised guy and very neat and tidy and will pull my weight around the house. I love animals and I'm happy to share a flat with pet owners and will be more than happy to take care of them when you're outside the house. I'm also a massive sports fan! Flick me a message and we'll go from there.

My hobbies are travel, walking, swimming and generally keeping fit. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Jen

We only have two requirements for the new flat, one room with ensuite bathroom, and the second one and most important, we are a couple that is not looking to find new flatmates, we're looking to make new friends! My life style is very stable, I like to go out half the time of the week to meet up with friends, and spend the rest of the time just chillaxing at home. I love to paint, cook, swim. Watching my favourite tv shows with a glass of wine would be a good tuck in night for me. I am easy going, I can range from having share dinners to cooking dinners for myself every night. Happy to share chores around the household to keep it clean and tidy.
We are very compatible with different situations. We are also very socializing and friendly. You'll have a great time living with us.

My wife, currently she is in India, I am planning to call her in Sydney after my internship begins. I am a person who does not like interfering in anyone's personal life, I sometimes need my own space and an occasional drink with flatmate would be good one.
Hi, I'm an easy going guy working in the automotive industry. Originally from the Northern Beaches but moved away to focus on my career. Now looking for a change to sharing a place with some friendly like-minded people. I drink socially on occasion, do not smoke, and work long hours. During the week I enjoy a quiet meal and some Netflix, or to chill out and listen to music. I'll try to get some jogging or cycling in if I can. I often work long hours and also work interstate and overseas every now and then.
I’m a tidy, considerate male in my 40s seeking a room in a house (or in a granny flat) to rent from the owner in Frenchs Forest, Belrose, Davidson, Narraweena or Dee Why. The house needs to be in a quiet location - far enough away from any main roads like Forest Way, Warringah Road or Pittwater Road. I want to rent from the owner instead of sharing a house with other renters so that I have some predictability and stability with the tenancy. The maximum rent that I want to pay is $200 per week including electricity. However, I’m happy to do chores such as weekly or fortnightly lawn mowing and edging (with the owner’s equipment) and garden clean-up to make up the shortfall in the rent that the owner is seeking for the room. The room needs to be unfurnished and rectangular in shape with vertical, non-sloping walls. The minimum size of the room that I’m looking for is 3 metres long and 2.5 metres wide. A room with this minimum size would need to have the door on one of the shorter walls. A room of this size would mean that I would need to store 20 plastic, stackable storage cartons containing belongings somewhere else in the house, which have a footprint that is 152cm long and 56cm wide when stacked in four columns of five cartons each. The room could also be larger. The ideal size of room for me would be 3.5 metres long and 3 metres wide with the door on one of the shorter walls. A room of this size would allow me to store these 20 plastic cartons inside the room. Whatever the size of the room, I have two steel toolboxes that would need to be stored outside. The footprint of each toolbox is 116cm long and 38cm wide. The room needs to have a minimum of two 240 volt power points. Four would be ideal. I would want to put a small fridge in the room on a wooden base to store my food. I cook very simple dinners - steamed vegetables and rice (with things like tomato cut up on top) - and I cook three nights' dinners in one go. I need internet access so it would be great if there's an opportunity to share the owner's internet access and pay an extra weekly or monthly amount. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I also don’t have any pets but I love animals - especially cats. If you have a suitable room, please let me know. Thanks a lot.
