Hey! I'm a gq 24 year old Melb Uni student looking for a room or to start up a sharehouse I'm well housetrained after living in sharehouses for 4 years, knowing how to clean and respect communal areas, and be conscious of other people’s needs in a house. I’m also looking for similar in housemates. I love cooking/hanging w housemates so that’d be great but I’m flexible, I'm also vegan and queer. if anyone else in the house is that’s amazing but as long as you’re cool with both it’s perf. I study sociology and anthropology focusing on gender studies and digital ethnography so am a v social justice oriented person. If it sweetens the deal I also have a car for late night food runs/being a 3am pickup when ur too broke for uber and don't trust creepy old dudes on trams. Also I'm in temporary accommodation at the moment and have some $$$ saved so can move whenever works for you! I do have to be out of my current place fairly soon tho. I'm Trans/SW/Mental illness friendly too and want the same in housemates. If you wanna know more feel free to message me :) Have a great day!
I am a fun, bubbly and happy gal! On a working visa and excited to explore Melbourne for a few months :) I trained in musical theatre so I love the arts. I am clean and tidy, and super sociable!
I am looking for someone to teamup with to rent a 2 bedroom apartment within 15-20min of St Vincents Hospital, where I will be working as a graduate Nurse next year. I am looking at the $560 price point. I'm a easy going person and would like to find someone who is like-minded to live with, (ive had some shocking housemates over the years) I love the outdoors and animals (I have a cat that will come too). I am a closet geek and love Harry Potter. My cooking ability includes BBQ meat and veg or salad (thats about it). I enjoy a beer and occasional social gathering, but I am moving from Lakes Entrance and don't know many people in Melbourne. Any potential housemate would have to be ok with the occasional family member crashing on the couch for a night here and there.
Hey there, I just recently moved to Melbourne from Alaska and am looking to settle here for the year and work in the hospitality industry. I consider myself to be very respectful of others and my housemates, chill, sociable, and well house trained. I'm also fully capable of paying rent on time. I like a wide range of music, tea, making attempts at cooking dishes outside of my skill level, and going out for drinks on the occasional evening and weekends. Generally looking to live with others who are social and like to chill together in the evenings occasionally. I can move in any time! I'm preferably looking for something longterm, but am open to subletting if it's for 3+ months. Also would prefer the room to be furnished. No share rooms please! Feel free to message me with any other questions! Cheers, Trever
I just moved back to Melbourne from overseas. I'm looking to live with one or two other people that are interested in a clean house. I'm super respectful, positive and laid back. I'd love to live with people I can become friends with rather than just co-existing in the same place. I love to cook and eat, have a laugh over some wine and am always up for a chat. Whilst I'm pretty social, I also enjoy doing my own thing. I work full time but with odd hours so usually not home most weeknights. In my spare time I'm usually exercising, visiting friends, enjoying eating everything Melbourne has to offer, looking after my niece or binge watching netflix! Hopefully get to meet some cool new housemates soon!
I am 27yo, I work full time , I am french (but staying long term), I like to keep myself busy doing muay thai, rock climbing, hiking, yoga. But also really enjoy to take some time off to chill with a nice glass of wine, plenty of cheese and good company :) Brunch on the week end is a must! Moving date is flexible
Sal and I are looking for a fun summer in the city of Melbourne. Would like to see the highlights of what this wonderful city has to offer. We love live music, outdoor activities but also like to enjoy a chilled night talking over delicious food and wine. I love to cook and explore new food options and well Sal loves to eat. We love meeting new people and easy to get along with. Hope we may get a chance to have a chat together.
I'm 28 years old and I'm moving from Adelaide to Melbourne. I work in ecommerce (pretty much making online shopping great). I'm really easy going, respectful and I always clean up after myself. I'd love to live in a house where we all feel comfortable to hang out together and look forward to seeing each other. I'm really into movies, music and also into my soccer. I mostly ride my bike everywhere and love to get out and be surrounded by some greenery. I also love to cook for more than just 1 so I'm always good for a house cook up!
I'm returning from 3.5 months travelling overseas in mid November and looking for somewhere my turtle Shazam and I can settle on my return. Shazam would need a bit of space for his tank, preferably in a common area because he loves attention! I've been working as a lawyer and will be looking for a new job on my return (don't worry I have savings). I'm also going to by studying my masters next year so somewhere I could put a desk would be great. I like to cook (although it's lame plant food) and bake.
I'm working as a project administrator and also finishing off my degree. I'm ideally looking for a house where the flatmates are social, and happy to hang out and I don't have to hide away in my room.
Work in Construction, Fitting out shops and Apartments, living down the coast in geelong just looking to make finally make the big move to the city and see how it goes, not really into the hipster life style but in the same sense very random and spontaneous. Love to Golf and hit up the slopes when possible, keen traveler aswell hence not wanting long length stays, but with the right awesome housemates who knows. My last share house was in kensington that lease finished up as house was being sold, so looking for a new place in a different area to experience all Melbs has to offer

I am a full-time uni student studying mathematics and I work part-time in a cafe. My hobbies include karate, running, listening to music, YouTube, Netflix and having a good time with friends. I like to make awful puns and meet new people. I am respectful of other's people's space and I don't make much mess. I am also quite relaxed chilled out and I know how to have fun. If I sound like someone you want to live with, please hit me up :)
Grace is 23 and works full time in Marketing and Sophie is 22 and studies Nutrition at University whilst working part-time at a cafe. We have lived together for the past two years and are looking for another housemate/friend as our old one has moved up to Brisbane. We would love to team up with another person (or two) to find a house in Richmond, Fitzroy, Brunswick or Abbotsford. We are both super fun people and love chilling out, cooking delicious food and having a few cheeky wine and platter nights. We are both clean and organised and have lived in share houses since we were 18 - so we know the deal with pulling your weight. We have a cat named Poppy that is very well behaved and looked after. Let us know if you'd be interested!
I am a friendly and caring 26 year old female professional moving from Sydney to Melbourne for a new job in the edutech sector around the 4th of November. I taught as a high school teacher for three years, and am currently working in an education not for profit. Although I will be out of the house often for work and play, I am seeking a friendly environment where I can relax after work, interact with housemate/s, and have some down time. I enjoy cooking so am seeking a place where occasional meals with friends and housemate/s is the norm. I have a good rental record lasting 4 years. During this time I have always kept my spaces clean and tidy, and equally contributed to the upkeep of communal areas. The perfect space for me would be within a 5 to 30 minute commute to my new work address in Fitzroy with one or two fellow housemates. I am also open to alternative arrangements. I’m in Melbourne this coming weekend (21st and 22nd October 2017) and keen to meet up with potential housemates. Please let me know if you are interested in applying for a place together or have a room that needs filling?
I've lived in share houses for about 3 years in Melbourne. So I already got the gist of cleaning up after myself and do general cleaning around the house. Respectful of people's spaces etc etc. I'm a laid back girl, who likes watching movies and the occasional cheeky glass of cheap red wine every now and again. I have a steady job and income. On my time off I'm usually doing something different, like random beach trips, endless amounts of brunches, binge watching a tv show, hikes or taking my 3rd nap of the day. Currently overseas and wanting a room from mid November onwards.
hej :) we are an easygoing couple from berlin. we are tidy, clean and reliable. we both love good food, cooking, art, plants and going to small concerts. we love to have nice chats or dinner from time to time with our flatmates but also like and respect privacy. we are funny and sociable and easy to live with.
Hi, I work full-time at Latrobe University as a researcher. I like going to the gym (to the group classes mostly) and also take classes of ballet for adults. I am very easy going and tidy.
My name is Anja. I have a permanent job but am not a workaholic. In my spare time I cycle, do yoga, catch up with friends and love living life. I eat clean wholesome food and don't smoke. I respect other's space but love to chat and drink wine or share a meal with housemates. I have been travelling the past 3 months and so now require a new home. A home that is relaxing, kept clean by all and where we can both have a party or chill out as housemates (I don't like drama but reallyblike honesty). Hope to hear from you 😀 Anja
Hi! I'm 31, from Sydney originally. Trained as a lawyer, I'm moving to Melbourne in November to take up a job with the state government. I returned to oz in 2017 after four years in Europe (France and Switzerland) so naturally I'm pretty obsessed with cheese and French cinema. I have a raclette machine, not sure I need to write anything else... Other big loves include hanging out at all night bookstores, ocean pool swimming, being a creep at dog parks, France, Debussy, Miyazaki and hummus. Having primarily lived in share houses for the past 11 years, I'm a considerate, respectful and responsible housemate. I enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine but I can also appreciate that people need their space. I love cooking so would be great to live in a place with an oven. I'm pretty friendly and easy going and enjoy a sweet house party every now and then but mostly I'm looking for a chilled house with progressive people in their 30s :)
