Hi my name is Renee (24), my boyfriend is Alban (27) and we're both from Melbourne. We're currently renting in Fitzroy North but our lease is up on the 25th of January. My boyfriend works full-time as a Cook at Crown Casino and I work full-time as a Catering Assistant. We're pretty relaxed characters that love music, cooking, jamming and beers with mates whenever possible. We're looking for either a room in a share house or a studio/1 bed flat in the North Melbourne Suburbs. We also have a cat called Bob Marley that is a friendly outside cat. We're looking for a place for approximately 4-6 months. Please let us know if you think we would be a fit for your home/property so we can arrange to come check the place out :)
I'm in my early thirties and work as an events and music photographer and barista, and also studying event management online. I love going to gigs and galleries in my spare time, and have been sharehousing for 7+ years so definitely respect the concept of clean communal spaces and a stress-free home life. I'm keen to find a home (not just a new place!) to share with some rad peeps fairly soon. Thanks for looking at my profile :)
Hi my name is Megan, I am 24 years old and I'm originally from China, been living in Melbourne for almost 2 years now. I work 4 days a week in fashion retail, and I'm a freelance model. I love photography, art, writing and music. Right now I'm looking for a short stay before my mum comes to visit me. :)
Hello! We're a couple, in our late 30s, currently living in Fairfield. We like eating out, the cinema, going to concerts, cycling, and travelling. We're easy going, quiet and tidy. We have excellent references from previous rentals.
Relatively clean and quiet single looking for a place closer to work (in Camberwell). I work full time and my passion is drinking red wine and watching terrible reality TV.
Hi guys! We are three 22 year old Scots on the hunt for a 3 bedroom place not too far from the city. We are looking to spend at max 250 each per week. We are pretty chilled and cause no bother. We love chilling with some red wine, good tunes and being creative. If anyone can help a gal out or knows somewhere please give me a message. Thanks
Hey! I am a 27yo guy from London, England. Sociable, open minded and fully share-house trained, I will be an addition that comes with absolutely no headaches or dramas! I am looking for a tidy and relaxed house, full of a good mix of working professionals in their 20s/30s. I love all music (especially disco, house, tech, acoustic sets), anything sports related, getting active and keeping an eye out for cool stuff to do around the city. I am available to move in immediately but more than happy to wait around a couple of weeks for the right spot. Also very flexible on length of stay, I'll be working here in Melbourne for at least 18 months so I'd be happy to commit to something long or short term. I look forward to meeting you!
Hi, I’m 38 yrs old and looking for a friendly open minded house share to call home that is a good balance between being relaxed, social, independent and clean (all qualities I possess :-)). I have a natural curiosity, so love learning about and discussing new things ranging art, music, culture, society, politics, sustainability. Enjoy getting out in nature, hiking or just hanging by the beach or river. Big music lover / gig goer, good food and culture appreciator. Enjoying being back in Melbourne and rediscovering all it has to offer after a long time living and travelling abroad. :-) I work full time Mon-Fri at a NFP in the profit with purpose / positive impact space
My name is Maddy, I am a 23 yr old Canadian girl moving to Melbourne to undertake my Masters of Architecture at UniMelb. I'm tidy in common areas and my room is usually fairly tidy (never dirty). I have lived in roommate situations for the last 5 years so I am good at sharing spaces and cleaning duties for common areas. I have references if that helps too. I am new to the city and only know a few people so it would be nice to join a house share to have a social group. A bit about me: I am a fairly early riser (9ish) and typically go to bed about 10-11 but with school and the occasional night out it will vary. I enjoy Netflix and wine nights and being social in the house. I love fashion and I model occasionally and hope to continue this in Melbourne. I like to go to the gym every other day when I can and eat relatively healthy. In my free time I like to go to the beach, shop and explore the city. I am looking for a private bedroom (preferably with a double or queen bed) near transit (I will not have a car) to the University of Melbourne or near the uni itself. I arrive on the 1st of February and can view places after that. I would like to be moved in by March 1.
I'm a high school teacher starting work at a new school in Richmond this year, so I'm looking to set myself up in my beloved inner North. I'm going to be teaching French & English three days a week in 2019 and dedicating the rest of my time to getting a record label off the ground, so a room big enough to fit some instruments and work in from time to time would be ideal. I've been living in sharehouses for the past six years so I'm very good at working quietly! I'm from a big family so I'm really happy living around other people and fitting in with their habits. In my ideal sharehouse there's always something going on around me, and there are lots of friendly people bringing fresh ideas into the place who enjoy winding down together at the end of a big day or night. I've never had any complications with bills or other housemates in the past six years, I like to keep my own spaces tidy and I love my day job, so I don't anticipate having any trouble keeping up with bills or paying the rent on time. Look forward to meeting you!
Hello! I'm a Exchange student from the United States studying for a Semester Abroad at RMIT. I am a Mechanical Engineering student that loves cooking, traveling, and meeting new people. I am a clean roommate that likes to have fun when I'm not studying. I am looking for Australian roommates or other Exchange students that are social and willing to help me experience Australia to the fullest capacity.
I'm 22, from England recently landed in Melbourne looking for a roof to put over my lil head! I'm an artist with passion for queer art, classical European mythology, portraiture and usually make my living selling my paintings, taking commissions and working part time on top. But while I find my feet in Melb I'm working for a TV/film agency and part time in a bar before I can get back in the studio. I'm super chilled and easy going kinda guy with a love for good food and good wine (or Aldi $6 shiraz does the job). I'm looking for some good buddies to share a place and make a home. Ideally move in end of Jan/early Feb. I speak good Spanish and a lil bit of German and Korean too. Shoot me a message if you want to know more about me, or even if you just wanna hang out. I'm house trained I like going for walkies and I won't wee on the carpet
We are matured, traveling couples who are quite, clean, tidy and respectful. We are looking for short term fully furnished accommodation with PRIVATE/OWN bathroom & toliet for minimum 1 month/4 weeks to start... It can be anywhere in Melbourne but we don't drive therefore need easy access to public transports to CBD and surroundings.
I'm a 26 year old international student from the US studying for my professional law degree in Australia at Melbourne Law School. - I love being quiet and leaving people alone so not only would I be absolutely obligated to keep my living space tidy for my own mental well-being, but I am all about having personal space and respecting the assignment of chores and individual boundaries. - I also have a habit of disinfecting potentially bacteria-ridden locations/items on my person and around my living space (phone, laptop keyboard, doorknobs, toilet seats, faucets, etc.) in case that's a bother. - My friend, Ha, is 21 years old and studying psychology at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She's a polite and careful person who keeps to herself and greatly respects others' spaces. - We're both easy to communicate with and responsible about shared spaces--trust that we also hate leaving a mess in a shared space and will gladly keep things clean for you.
We're 4 girls looking for a place to call home, a place where we can have a glass of wine on a friday night while binge watching a netflix series.
Looking to move during the month of feb (flexible with dates). Looking for a place to move in with 1 or 2 people. I have been working in television on MasterChef for the past 5 years and now currently work in food product development at a food brand and restaurant group in Cremorne. During the week I like to keep active , cook and also chill a bit after work, happy to chat and hang out and also don’t mind some time to myself. Keep clean and tidy and respect others space. On the weekends I love getting out, and seeing friends/ chilling out a bit too. Currently living with 2 friends in south yarra who are looking to move closer to their workplaces.
I'm clean, respectful and keep to myself mostly. Although, always down for some beer and pizza, and I come with a ps4!
Recently returned from living in Canada for two years and looking for somewhere to call home. Chill 28 year old, working full time as a carpenter. Lived in heaps of share houses before so know how it all works. Social but know that everyone needs their own space too. Love getting outdoors in my spare time, hiking and biking, as well as making various thing from timber.
Hey! I’m Shanna. I’m fun, easy going and love meeting new people. Looking for a friendly share house where we can chill, hangout and do our own thing. I’m tidy but not ocd. Would love to live with other veg/vegans but I’m open to anything really ✌🏽
I usually live in Brisbane with my partner but will be heading to Melbourne with work for a month. I manage events for a charity, the Melbourne event takes place at the end of March so will be pretty busy with that most of the time. I'm tidy, respectful and generally keep myself to myself, however I do enjoy a beer and a chat now and then.
