Will join Melbourne as a student of University of Melbourne in July. Looking for a room with single bed option, no bunk beds (coz I'm kinda claustrophobic). An easy-going person and pretty friendly. Love a good chat but also respects personal space. Can't wait to meet my new roomies. See ya soon! :)
I'm a music producer/artist/DJ from San Francisco and looking for dope people to team up with and possibly find an apartment! Perfer anyone in a creative field and someone with a lively personality, lets make it our home!
Hi there! :) I am a health-professional looking for a long-term accommodation. I have done a fair bit of travelling and living in shared accommodation over the years and truly appreciate sharing space with nice folks. I am respectful of your personal space, very easy going, and looking forward to a clean and comfortable home to come back to after a long day's work. I do not drink or smoke, but always love cider-fueled conversations over a lazy weekend. Depending on the weather and my work schedule, I would head down to the beach and try to catch some dinner. Otherwise, I might be in the mountains for the snow during the winter months. Please drop me a message if I sound like a decent housemate to you. Thanks. Sito
Hey there! I'm Mavin from Malaysia. I am doing a BSc degree at Melbourne University. I'm a fun person, super sociable, very open minded and i love a good laugh. I know and understand the importance of respecting the privacy of other people and more importantly (to me at least), the cleanliness of the places i use. I'm also really responsible and an early bird on days that I have classes, even more so when exams are around the corner. I love dancing, yoga and cycling. I try to keep active and wish i never had to sleep. I'm looking for a place to move in by the 27th of June, a private room preferably. Send me a message if you think I'm suited for your listing. :)
I'm a 38 year old animator who's moved back to Melbourne 6 months ago after a few years working abroad. I found a place to live in January, and have had the grand fortune of having had the owners decide to sell not long after I move in, so I'm on the hunt for another new place. I'm pretty easy going, respectful of housemates spaces, generally clean (though not a clean freak) and am happy to socialise, but do also like my own space. For fun I enjoy grabbing my camera and getting out for a walk or a bike ride either in the city or, if i can arrange it, out in the country. A good long roadtrip is ideal, but daytrips are way more manageable! I also enjoy getting out to see shows (art, film, etc) with friends, finding a good new (quiet) bar that you can still talk in and generally enjoying the easy life. I enjoy cooking (though not every day. who has the time for that?), sharing a tasty beer/wine/whisky/gin and a good, slow, lazy charcoal bbq. If there's space I'd also be getting a little bit of homebrew going, though not always beer. Gotta mix it up and keep things interesting!
Hey people. Looking for like minded people/person to live with. I’m 26, I work full time but enjoy good company and chats. I like music and I like to play music. Also get around going out to bars and gigs or staying in and relaxing. I enjoy the outdoors and excersice as well. Also I have a cat who is a legend and some furniture. Very clean and respectful too!
Hello there! My name is Monique, and I'm looking to share a home with some open minded and friendly housemates 🙂 A bit about me: I am 25 and work as an financial analyst 8-5 Monday to Friday. I am originally from Geelong but have been living and share housing in Melbourne for the last 7 years. I am all over housemate etiquette and like to keep communal areas clean and tidy. I enjoy staying active, salsa dancing and singing/songwriting. I am a pretty social person and enjoy going to gigs and hanging out with friends, but I usually prefer to head out rather than host. I enjoy an occasional housemate beer and hang out but equally respect others' privacy. I like to keep it low key during the week as my job can be pretty demanding. If you think I would be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!
Hi, I’m twenty one and I study part time, although currently in between jobs I have a fortnightly income. I’m outgoing, respectful of other people’s privacy. I’m clean and easy to live with. Would be hoping for a non shared room and available to move in ASAP
Hello! I'm a 27 year old youth worker. I’m easy going and clean. Always up for a chat but also enjoy my space. I love spending time in the garden, looking at my indoor plants, watching tv, going to gigs and trying to skate. I've lived in share houses for many many years and I reckon I’m a 9/10 housemate.
I'm very tidy and I love living in clean places. I'm very friendly and just love meeting new people.
We are a group of three looking for our own house. We are a couple and a single female, we are in the process of purchasing a puppy and want to live near a dog park with an outdoor space. Our jobs are landscaper, project coordinator for telecoms company, and a lawyer.
Bonjour Mate, I am really interested in your ad. I am 25 years old French man. I freshly arrived in Melbourne and I am looking for an place to live and share good moments. I am reading to move in now. The last years I have lived, worked and studied in Switzerland (Geneva) where I finished my psychology master degree. I am in Melbourne in order to improve my english and get a new life experience before starting my PHD in psychology next year back in Europe . I love travelling, doing sport and to meet new people and also enjoying a lot time on my own. I am chill, easy going and tidy person. I wish to find a clean houseshare where people have their own busy and cool (re)creative life and are still up for sharing diner, vine, good conversation and fun & smiles from time to time. I am definitely up for meeting you and visit the place, Lilian
I am a friendly academic/nerd. I am usually a clean and quiet person, and am happy to do my own thing but I also like to socialize once in a while. I am into research, reading, traveling, photography, live music, and bush walking.
Hey everyone! Marina here! I'm a brazilian biologist, currently studying Park Management, and Frazer is working full-time in retail. We are a pretty easy going couple, we both enjoy the outdoors (I'm very into hiking and Frazer loves fishing). We are always up for a beer and a chat, but also value some time alone (mostly me, to be honest). We want to keep a homely environment, so we are looking for tidy people and a friendly vibe. Also we are hoping to adopt a dog eventually, so you must be an animal lover too :)
Very easy going, clean, tidy, friendly, and considerate of both people and spaces. I work in a number of jobs in both the arts as well as research. I enjoy all kinds of music, art, jogging, cycling, reading, writing and am a slight film fanatic.
I have been living in Melbourne for the past year but I have currently moved back to NSW. I am looking to return to Melbourne ASAP as soon as I get a better job. I would prefer to live in the inner north or the city in a studio apartment.
Hi there! I'm an artist from New Jersey, USA relocating to Australia! Looking to make new friends and enjoy my year abroad as much as possible. I love theater, music, film, books, art, good food and good beer/ wine/ whiskey :) As a roommate, I like a clean space and I do like some personal private time but I'm also very social and would love to live with people who are open to hanging out and having a few beers when we are free. I'm very easy going and only ask that my roommates respect the space we live in. Excited to meet ya!
I can easily adapt to anyone. Also, I respect other people's privacy and beliefs and I expect the same from others. I will be studying full-time in Melbourne and I will need a place to stay for a little over a year. As I will just be on study leave from my work, this means I still get paid which will enable me to afford the rent and other expenses.
I'm a friendly guy looking for somewhere to call home. Love to cook. I keep pretty tidy. I work in and study community services.
I'm 29, work full time in public health, very easy going and well- sharehouse trained. Melb born and bred but moved back from a working holiday in the UK earlier this year. I'm normally out a couple of nights during the week for dinner/yoga etc and busy catching up with friends on the weekend. Not looking for a party house but also looking for a nice home with 1 or 2 others who are up for the occasional dinner and/or wine! If I sound like a good fit id look forward to hearing from you: )
Hi! I'm a happy, outgoing 23 y/o Danish girl, looking for a place in Melbourne to call home from July to November, as I'm going to be an exchange student at UniMelb, Parkville! So preferably close to either uni or cdb (or both!) As a current housemate w. 60 American students, I love being sociable, having movie nights, brunching (apparently, that's a verb now), having a cup of coffee, going out for a couple of beer, throwing a great barbie, or just hanging out - you name it, I'm down. That said, I'm also a big fan of personal time and respect that everyone need their privacy (myself included). Aside from that, I'm tidy and clean, I'm quite, I loooove animals (all kinds!), and I think it's really hard to describe myself. But I'm GREAT! I Promise! Really! As a bonus, I can cook and teach you naughty words in a language that only a few million people in the world would understand - preferably not at the same time, but hey, I'm flexible!
I'm Alaa, I'm 31 years old working as a full-time software developer in the city. I'm looking to move in on the 1st of July with people who are fun, respectful, friendly and also tidy + clean as I'm pretty much tidy and clean myself. During the week, I like having chats over wine/dinner, or just find something good to watch or read if I'm trying to relax after a long day at work. On the weekends, I’m usually doing outdoor activities or hanging out with friends. I’m an artsy person who enjoys most forms of art, whether it be live music, art galleries, dancing classes or good movies. I’d love to find a place I can call home and make friendships with the people I love with, rather than just co-exist.
