Hello! I’m on the lookout to join an existing sharehouse with friendly, easy-going people. I would love to live with some like-minded housemates in a tidy place where everyone respects each other and is keen to have a laugh and a chat. I’m a social worker, currently working in youth mental health. When I’m not working I love spending time with family and friends, cooking, dancing, going to gigs, and getting out and about in nature. I’m looking for a new home and a nice space to live in with people I can get to know and have a glass of wine with every now and then. I’m a pretty independent person, and my ideal housemates are considerate, friendly, clean up after themselves and have their own stuff going on ie work, friends, interests. I’d love to hear from you if you think we’d be a good fit! 😊✌🏻
I'm a working professional with a passion for dance and yoga. I work as a researcher and evaluator on social, health and environment projects - while it's flexible, I'm likely on the 9 - 5 M - F vibe, only occasionally working from home. It's a full time role that I love, and it takes up quite a lot of my mental energy. I'm mostly vegetarian, like to keep and clean and clear space.
Hi I'm Josie this is my first time moving out of my family home I'm shy at first but I am really easy to get along with and also friendly too. I'm also clean and tidy I respect you're privacy if you needed.I like my own privacy too. I love to try new things on the weekends and go out to places with friends and catch up with friends or make new friends or chill at home have movie nights and sometimes bake things. I am also going to be studying full time. I also like art and music and dance and I'm a creative person.
I'm a creative who works in production in video, audio, theatre, and photography. I have been on the road touring with the theatre, and travelling OS with music since June 2017, but now that era has come to an end, so I am looking for a great spot to settle in exuberant Melbourne. I have lots of friends here, and love the city, but need a permanent base to setup from (as I have been staying with friends on and off over the last 2 years when I've been in town). I'm able to live to suit a house, you're tidy, I'm tidy, you're a bit messy, I'm a bit messy. I can live fairly quietly and out of the way, or can be part of a communal place and get right into the spirit of a creative house. I can cook and clean, don't need to be house trained. I also don't smoke or have pets (although I can help look after yours if you have one). I do sometimes work unusual work hours, so can be heading off early, or can get back really late after the theatre etc. I also work on projects all over Aus, so can sometimes be away for a week, or days on work things in other areas. I enjoy live music, and creative things, being involved with events, and seeing exhibitions or going out Swing dancing sometimes... If you are groovesters or need a bit of creative spice in your vibe contact me! Looking for people who in enjoy the same sorts of things, and great conversations! Young at heart, and been through a lot, and just enjoying life, music and working on creative projects.
Hi, myself and my friend are looking for a share room to rent or 2 rooms to rent until the end of January in Melbourne CBD or inner suburbs area. We are both working full time mon-fri in the city. Thanks in advance 😊
Hi guys, My name is Gemma and I’m looking for a new home! I turn 27 this year, currently single and work a 9-5 job in content marketing at Disney. I’m a seasoned house-sharer who’s easygoing, friendly and loves to have a good laugh with great company (I apologise in advance for all the terrible puns). I’d love to share a place with people who are open to socialising but also enjoy having some downtime alone. I’m not a big party animal but definitely appreciate a relaxed wine or beer every so often with good company. My weekly routine typically involves an 8:30-9am start for work in Cremorne, gym afterwards until 6:30pm, then either grabbing a bite out or coming home to cook/prepare a ready-meal (definitely open to the occasional communal meal and taking it in turns cooking). I usually then chill out, shower in the evening and head off to sleep around 11pm. On the weekends, I love finding new things to do in Melb (think the latest NGV exhibit, nature hikes and newly open ramen joints), hanging out with friends, skateboarding, playing the occasional video game and inevitably buying yet another indoor plant... I’m also all about a good Sunday nap. So that’s me in a nutshell! I would love to organise a time to catch-up and get to know you so please shout out if you want to find out more about me. Thanks, Gem
Moving to Melbourne next year from Tasmania to study, so making this account quite early. In my spare time I love going to gigs, spending time with my mates and trying to make the world a better place. I have previously lived in London as a Nanny so pretty good with all the domestic stuff :)
Hi. I'm looking to live with one or two females aged 35-50 ideally. I'm down to earth and earth friendly neither a vegetarian or a carnivore but leaning more toward the veggies (ie happy not to cook meat at home if that is your preference) I like to write, sing, play the guitar (just a beginner) speak French (a little) and visit the sites and delights of Melbourne. Like to recycle bottle tops and bread clips and REDcycle. Hold a special interest in theatre and music and enjoy discussing this interest with others. Listen to community radio mostly PBS, RRR, RN, INNER FM, JOY and watch very limited TV as there is not much on free to air that interests! Enjoy listening to Podcasts of Science shows and new Musical theatre in particular. Looking for a place that really feels like a home where I can relax, unwind and share a cuppa or something stronger from time to time! I'd like to live with a non smoker who has no pets (allergic these days) Working part time and looking to compliment this with a second job. Move date can be negotiated. Have references from current and previous housemates. Look forward to meeting you. :) Thanks
Hey Hey. So this is the weird part that we all hate where we talk about ourselves haha but I'm a 31 year old chick who has an absolute wacky obsession with all things fashion so I run a Vintage Clothing business from home. I'm always cruising at the Market's with a stall or at any other art/community events I can get my hands on. I also work Casually at Platypus Shoes selling some kicks a couple days a week. So, I'd be working from home maybe 2 - 3 days during the week and weekends I'm usually always out at markets for the most part. I've been living in Newcastle for the last year (originally from the Central Coast) and became so close with my roomies (absolute legends) that I am following them to Vic to start on a new adventure. I love to be a part of the local art/music scene and looking forward to a Summer full of wild fashion, markets, gigs, events, and just some really valuable chill time with the special peeps and fellow friends that I hopefully get to make! I've lived in share houses my whole adult life, I love living with a really down to earth easy going crew, will respect your privacy, and will clean up after myself. I do enjoy being fairly social and going out to enjoy things when I feel like it, but I respect the fact that I am sharing a house and you won't find me in the way, and if you find yourself up at night needing a glass of wine and a D&M, I can be that girl for you. I am super open-minded and get on with pretty much almost everyone that I meet. I'm keen as a bean to meet some cool cats in Melbs, so, if I sound like ya girl and you need a new roomie, hit me up, especially if you are a fellow 420 friendly spot!

My name is Stephanie, I work in Maternal and child health policy and can be summed up as: ‘Steph, chatty public servant with a lot of house pride and warmth to share. Enjoys puzzles, cups of tea, gardening and a host of outdoor activities (from cycle touring to half marathons!)’ In addition, I love to play viola, cook feasts for my friends and make jam, relish and other preserves. All in all, I am a bit of a home body who likes to create a positive and healthy space whether it be in the house or in the garden.
