I work full time in Varsity Lakes. My current lease I have had for almost 3 years so I am reliable. Very clean and tidy. I do have one cat that will be accompanying me. He's gorgeous and strictly indoors so he definitely won't be pestering the neighbour hood. I would prefer own bathroom but will consider rooms that have a shared bathroom. :)
Hey, I'm Brett. I'm just your average design student at Griffith Uni and I'm just looking to get a little closer to Uni. I'm a friendly and clean indivual, I'm pretty quiet at home and I'm not a huge party goer but I'll have the occasional drink every now and then. I'm a big listener of music and I love to watch movies when I have the time. Please message me! Thanks!
Hi Guys, I'm Sophie and I'm looking for people to live with somewhere on the Gold Coast. I am currently living at home and would like some more independence. I go to Uni in Coolongatta (SCU) studying nursing. I work in Mudgeeraba but am hoping to find a job as an AIN at the end of this year :) I have a cat and she's crazy and awesome, so you have to be okay with cats. I'll never have a problem with paying my bills on time. I have a boyfriend who is home 1 week out of 3 so he will be staying with me every few weeks. Let me know if it sounds like this suits you! Flexible with move dates. Thanks, Sophie

Hello, a friend and myself are looking for 1 or 2 females to team up with to look for a rental house (no apartments) in the Gold Coast regions (between Arundel and Worongary). What we want 1. A house, with backyard and where everyone gets their own room with 1 or 2 spare rooms for visitors. 2. 1 or 2 Female house mates 3. Can be a smoker (one of us is a smoker) 4. A lease of 12 months minimum (further details will be discussed because things happen and sometimes people have to leave, so that is understood) 5. Looking at finding a place and moving ASAP 6. Have already got regular funiture (beds for others will have to be organised), got kitchen ware. 7. Must be reliable in paying rent and helping out with house chores if needed. 8. Must pay a bond 9. Will recommend that any allegies or similar relevant information be told (for health and safety) Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions. For pricing- depending on the rental, a package (including electricity, water, internet and rent) will be calculated. The aimed maximum is $250 each for the 1 or 2 extra house mates but hopefully will not have to be that high. Overall, we want someone who enjoys a good chat and a BBQ. Perfect opportunity for student or single people who like to live with others. We just want to move but need 1 or 2 more others. NO OFFERS FOR ALREADY ESTABLISHED SHARE HOUSES OR ROOMS PLEASE.
Looking for a new place to call home. Do you have a spare garage space? Internet available? A quiet, friendly household? Unfurnished room and within my budget - please read on. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. But I am also open to the option of a furnished room as I am about ready to buy a new bed. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Thanks
hi there, my name's Danni I'm 20 and working full time in Carrara. I'm looking for my own space, I work full time and am very quiet. I don't smoke or have any pets thankyou for your time Danni
Hi! My name is April and I'm moving up to Gold Coast from Melbourne to do a post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy at Bond University ^_^ I am fully house-trained as a housemate, having lived in rental accommodation for 5 years now, ranging from sharing accommodation with 2-6 other housemates over the years. As it is a full-time course, I won't be home much during weekdays, other than at night to crash in bed. I enjoy a bit of banter and being physically active in my free time, but otherwise am an unobtrusive housemate. Looking for a place which is peaceful, quiet, and clean. Happy to share cleaning duties based on a roster. Not looking for a party house. Acreage would be a huge plus <3
Seperate dwelling or granny flat would be ideal, in a perfect world that is. Reliable No smoker Can cook House proud Healthy Multi skilled Work 5/6 days per week Early riser Early to bed I have a 9yr old boy, who would be with me mostly weekends. Plus I have a 2yr old blue Staffy Thanks
Hi everyone, Thankyou for viewing my listing. I will tell you a little about myself, I'm a quiet non smoker. I am nice and clean and tidy and very easy to get along with. I am happy to socialise, but sometimes you will not even know I am home. I love to watch Netflix. I am very into health and eating organic and love to go to the gym daily to train. I love bushwalking and adventures. I am looking for a room/grannyflat to rent that will allow 2 larger dogs. One is an older desexed female, she's just beautiful. She's been my best friend since a pup, I rescued her from being rocked. Looks a mix of staffy, pitbull, or something along those lines. Wouldn't hurt anyone, although not good with other strange dogs. And the other is a 3 year old wolfhound cross. He's a very good boy and a great guard dog. Both absolutely love attention and are very sociable, but will not destroy anything if left on their own. They are inseparable. They do require a secure yard however.
I'm a 29 year old journalism student at Bond University and working professionally as a journalist and producer. In my downtime, I'm lead an active lifestyle by taking dance classes, kickboxing, CrossFit, runner, occasional surfer and big on weekend adventuring! I've also lived in the US for a year and have a keen interest in rugby. What you'll get with me is a straight-forward no-nonsense kind of guy who is looking for a place with someone around my own age and with similar lifestyles. As someone very genuine with people, I'm also looking for a housemate who could be a potential friend and support each other in our individual pursuits. I can cook and clean, am responsible and respectful, a non-smoker but like a beer or two with a quiet night in over Netflix or a good book. If you think we'd be a good team up, let me know.. Chris
I’m a nurse, I work shifts and am often at the gym or love getting outdoors. I like to get on and have a good chat with my house mates but also appreciate my own space and quiet being a shift worker.
I work full time in Aged Care. I am Easy going, clean and respectful. I have a 14 year old Maltese that will also be moving in
Not just looking for a roommate/Teamups, but mostly looking for someone easy going, down to earth and ready to interact etc. I don’t really want to live with someone that always wanna keep to themselves aha I need someone I can trust and at the same time grow up to become best buddies. Like don’t get me wrong I understand personal space so I’ll give you that when necessary, but I’ll also annoy you sometime😂I know when to stop tho so don’t worry. Anyways with that said; I’m moving down to the Goldie for various reasons some such as; Football/Soccer, Acting, Dancing ect I’m very interesting to be around with so if you’re ever feeling down I’ll always be there for ya ( ride or die). I’ll happily talk myself up, but I suggest you find out yourself by asking me anything and I’ll try my best to give you an answer. No promises😜 P. S moving date is pretty flexible
I am a very calm, chilled out kinda girl. I am a to-be-student and pretty easy going, I dont mind sharing my space so long as you can be respectful of it. I am always open to chat and give a helping hand when needed. I am accepting of all people and I have only two rules. 1. Treat me how you want to be treated 2.No lies, games, scams or people who are unreliable ***Would prefer to share with three or less others
I'm currently living in Hobart and plan to start my journey to the Gold Coast on the 3rd of September! I'm an early childhood teacher, working as an educational/team leader at an early learning centre. I'm looking for a room to rent on the Gold Coast, preferably with a couple and/or females. I'm easy to get along with and super tidy! I know it's 4 months away - figured I'd get in early. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact me :)
Hi! I'm a friendly 19 year old female with a small fox terrier and a passion for animals. I work full time so you won't see me much and I love my own space but like to sit down for the occasional beer on the weekend. I'm very clean and tidy and just would love my own little space to call home. I love a bit of banter and binge watching netflix on my telly, and I also am quite active with my dog! haha. I'm very easy going so just shoot me a message if you'd be interested in me as a flatmate! If you're clean and respectful we'll get along like a house on fire. :) Please only contact me if you like dogs as my little pup and I are inseparable and he’s a beautiful well behaved boy :)
*Looking to move around 11th of July (ending lease at current home). Hello, my name is Jaki and I am 23 years old. I work full time (9-5 Mon to Fri) and also am a student at Griffith university. As a housemate I am very clean and have a high standard of keeping my home and area tidy, and I am more than happy to help with household responsibilities. I have great respect for other people, their home and belongings. I know that I am a trustworthy person and have consideration for the people around me. I believe that I am an easy going person that gets along with everyone. I just have one consideration, I have a dog (Koolie/Kelpie). He is very friendly and gets along with other dogs, and he is well behaved. Please let me know if you have a room available in your home for myself and my dog, Alph. Thank you, Jaki
