Laura and Fabricio

Hi! We’re Laura and Fabricio. We’re originally from Brazil and have been in Australia for a while now.

I am an educator at Varsity College and Fabricio is a full time carpenter doing renos.

We’re easygoing, respectful and have a pretty steady routine during the week. In our free time, we enjoy simple things like cooking, going for walks or hikes, spending time outdoors (camping, 4wd..) or just relaxing after work. We’re not party people, but we’re friendly, approachable and easy to live with.

We like to keep the house clean, organised and comfortable, and we’re always mindful of shared spaces. We treat the house as if it were our own and are always happy to look after it and make thoughtful improvements when/if appropriate. We value privacy while maintaining a friendly and respectful relationship with house mates, neighbours and landlords.

Fabricio also enjoys carpentry in his spare time, and would appreciate a garage or workshop space where he can work on small personal projects.

Also, we love animals, so we would love to live in/near a pet/animal friendly environment.
