Hey! I’m moving back from Sydney and am looking for a share house close to town but also easy drive to the hills for work. I am a tidy, easy going person who likes drinking coffee, cooking and relaxing at home (sometimes with a glass of wine), but also enjoys entertaining or going out for live music. I like to play my guitars and music but am respectful of others space and downtime. (Non-smoker)
Hi Folks, I, Bhuiyan, a brown Asian guy, am going to start my master's at the University of Adelaide from Jan-2018. I am a full bright scholar here. I prefer to stay in comfort and luxury possibly in the city or nearest suburbs. I could easily effort a 2 room apartment on my own but I hate to stay alone. Hence, I am expecting a sensible, fun-loving, cool, adventurous and responsible mate. Looking for a partner who can help me to make the place like home. I am serious about study, besides I am a fun guy and love to go out for a drive, drink together, out for long trips and play poker. I am conservative about my privacy and helpful with mates. I prefer living in private with 1/2 mates who likes privacy, comfort & ample of freedom.
Hey I'm Freya. I'm 29 and I work full time as a Family Law solicitor. I work real damn long hours so I'm only home to sleep during the week but I am always keen for a beer or a red wine on the weekend! Love to have a laugh and a chat over a coffee, social time as well as down time. Always lived with friends but biting the bullet and trying something different! Not looking for a furnished room; I've got a mad bed :) I'm all about living with people who are fun but are also work hard too. My lease is up mid Jan so pls hit me up if you seem like we'll get along and have a lovely room available! :)
Hi I'm Jess, I'm 30 years old and work as an Event Manager in the Adelaide Hills. I'm full time and work a lot of weekends so often have a day or 2 off during the week instead. I'm a happy, social person with a busy lifestyle- always happy to chat over a glass of wine, but like to unwind by myself a bit too :)
Hi I am an easy going, friendly and hardworking high school teacher. I am from the country looking for something to rent for about 6 months. I am looking for something quiet where I can relax during the week. I will not spend many weekends in the house. I enjoy a good coffee and a good wine!
I am a student at Adelaide uni with a casual job (noramlly 10-15hrs/week). I can cook and like to maintain a clean and tidy house. Pretty open minded and love to make new friends (maybe too much?) but can also keep to myself. I currently live with my parents and have been in Australia for 11 years having immigrated from South Africa. I like to play basketball socially and squash for club but enjoy almost every other sport as well. I normally go out with mates on the weekends after work but not a HUGE drinker and don't smoke (not averse to it either). Looking to grow and flourish out of home into the beautiful butterfly that my parents think I can be :)
I'm an easy going professional. I work full time and am really committed to my job. I love running, wine, my dog, netflix and G-rated chill nights, interior design, travel and the Adelaide Hills. I'm looking to either start a new share house or slot into a great home with another independent professional.
I have just graduated university and start working as of the 8th of January in St. Morris. My ideal room to rent would be a large sized room, with all bills included in the price for ease. I can't cook, but can provide serious banter.
I'm a non smoker/drinker, clean and tidy, I have a passion for food and can cook up a storm. I'm told I have a great sense of humour and get along with almost everyone. I have a small strange cat we both are easy going and mostly keep to ourselves but dont mind a stimulating conversation (me mainly... sometimes the cat) when not studying or attending evening book studies I like to unwind catching up on my favourite tv series or listening to music.
I am 20 years old and currently studying Architecture at UniSA, and going into my third year in 2018. I am very studious and have experience in living independently. I am a tidy and organised person who would take good care of your place and get along well with the other tenants as I am very approachable and friendly. Enjoy cooking food for myself and others and am generous with my time and money. I work as a casual at Drummond Golf, and therefore have a passion for sport. I'm a very driven person and enjoy challenges, and love the opportunity to meet new people.
Hi I am coming on work visa to Australia in mid Jan. I am a friendly, vegetarian, teetotaler and peace loving person. Though I like going out with friends. Looking for a sharing apartment with a female and one room for myself.
Hi, I'm looking for share accommodation close to the city, I'm 51, very responsible, mature, non smoker, professionally employed in real estate. I have a maltese dog (10) and my own home in the country, so I would only be there during the week. Thanks!
i'm very outgoing and sociable, however if you need your space - I'm cool with that. because I'm very sociable, I won't necessarily be home a lot henceforth i'm looking for somewhere that's kind of like a basecamp for me to chill out at, on the days that i do nothing. i'm into fashion, art, just living life to the fullest that you can possibly live it and believing in the power of the universe.
27 year old female looking to move back to Adelaide next year and perhaps study. Clean and tidy, respectful, hilarious. I'm good with money and enjoy a coffee and a red wine. Happy to move into existing share house or rent somewhere new with interested people.
We’re best friends who moved to Adelaide this year and looking for people similar to us, to become flat mates with! We’re really chilled out, clean and respectful, and love a chat but mindful of peoples space. We both work with one of us studying. :)
Hi there! I'm Mel ... F, 41, single, employed, studying F/T and generally happy in life and myself ... I work a lot! And it's shift work and I work all shifts in one week (government - Youth Worker) and study a double degree at Magil Uni full time so am pretty busy. Looking for a nice place that is like home, I can enjoy in my down time (rare) and chilled housemates - ones that you can have a drink with at the end of a busy day / long week but also respect each other's space and lives. Would love a place with a great vibe going and friendly atmosphere. I'm very relaxed, honest and easy going. Very down to earth. I'm tidy and respectful, clean up after myself and know how important it is to respect space, items, belongings and ultimately each other. I go with the flow of life .. I do love music - and I'm aware not everyone does! I am prepared with portable speakers and headphones. Internet coverage & supply is essential and prefer it to be factored into the weekly living amount (amenities/bills also in that amount) Looking for a place to move into by about 16.12.18 - long term arrangement is my ideal. Sincerely appreciate your time, Mel
We are both very laid back and friendly people who like to keep a clean home. We both study full-time and enjoy playing board games and watching movies. We enjoy the occasional wine or beer over dinner and going for bush walks when we get the chance. We are looking to live with people who are clean, polite and easy going like us. Please leave us a message if you would like to ask us any questions or organise a meet up.
Hey Everyone! My name is Thomas and I'm moving to Adelaide next year from the Barossa Valley to continue my education. I'm a part time Instagram blogger and a full time student! I'm a men's fashion and lifestyle blogger and it truely is a passion of mine! I'm always really fun to be around and I love a good laugh, I'd love to become friends and get to know my roommate/s too. If you're more of a quiet person, that's totally cool as I'm very respectful towards that. If you're interested in becoming roommates or teaming up to find a place, please message me!
I am bubbly and fun, looking to live with someone who is respectful, clean and tidy as I am. I love to cook and experiment with food and flavours. I work full time in the Finance Industry and enjoy what I do. I enjoy keeping fit whether it's a work out at the gym or a run up Mt Lofty. I love the outdoors and heading to the beach!!! Family and friends are very important and I enjoy catch ups over brunch or dinner and a glass of wine. I love the Adelaide Hills and enjoy all the little wine bars Adelaide has to offer. Oh and I love to travel..........
I am a very clean person who knows how to clean a house and keep my belongings to myself. I enjoy cooking both savoury and sweet, so if you see cookies or cakes on a kitchen bench feel free to take some to work/lecture/uni. I play rugby union for 11 years now and have played for Hong Kong internationally in both 7s and 15s and currently determined to go play for Australia. I am a 19 year old student who is studying International Hospitality Management (ICHM), managed to get one of the 4 spots for the scholarships. I have got my own car so a place that allows me to park my car would be brilliant. I would be coming to Adelaide in January 17th 2018 Please feel to contact me Regards, Shona Robertson
Hi there, my name is Alice and I graduated from Adelaide Uni this year. Zoe and I met through uni as we studied the same degree. Zoe and I are working part time now, in Adelaide Oval and Art Gallery. Zoe works 3-4 days every day and I work almost full-time, therefore we wont have problem paying rent. Also, both of us are planning to settle down in Adelaide so we are unlikely to end the contract unless something really bad happens during the rent. I play Ultimate Frisbee and both of us go to gym so we'd like somewhere that has a Goodlife within walk distance. We are both pretty chill people and like looking for good coffee in Adelaide. Zoe cooks very well and always keeps everything clean and tidy.
Hi, I'm Vanessa! I'm currently working in the city while studying at Adelaide Uni. I'm laidback, open minded, tidy and responsible. I’m half Asian, half European and I love learning about different cultures! Send me a message if you'd like to get in touch :)
Hello! I'm Beth, I'm nearly 30 (I'll be 30 when I get to Aus) and I am a musician, AV tech and aspiring fullstack web developer. Right now I am touring with a circus in Northern Europe and I'm very excited about not walking up in 0 degrees Celsius! My partner, Aleks and I are headed across the world on January 25th (land 26th) 2018. He will stay for a month before going to work off-shore on Timor Leste on a marine expedition. I will stick around in Adelaide whilst he's gone (until at least June). So we are ideally looking for a place where we can both stay for February then I can keep on by myself after he leaves. If needs be we could find a place for both of us for February then I could move once he's gone although I'm really keen to find a home to live in rather then a temporary stop. We both love to keep healthy and feeling good. We are (usually!) early risers and like to get a good night's sleep. We practice acroyoga (keen beginners), I practice and teach aerial yoga (I am hoping to ship over my portable rig so ideally I'm looking for a place with an outdoor space I can setup - all housemates VERY welcome to hang/practice whenever you like of course!). Other interests include: comedy improv, learning new things, chilling at home, exploring the great outdoors, singing (badly...)... We don't have pets but I would LOVE to be in a house with a dog/cat/chicken/pony :D I eat plant based (vegan) but am totally fine being in a meat-eating house. I don't judge other people's eating habits, I appreciate it when people don't judge mine either :) I do need to practice my instruments (clarinet, saxophone, recorder) but I am very respectful of quiet times and make an effort to play when I'm not disturbing other people. I will be working at the Adelaide Fringe Festival but also work online and will be studying online also (programming). We're looking for a bills-inclusive price to avoid surprises. If bills are not included, please let us know what the average is for your household so we have a solid idea of what to expect! Very much looking forward to finding our Adelaide home! Beth and Aleks (oh we're both from the UK and between us we also speak fluent Serbian (Aleks), pretty decent Spanish (me) and some basics of a variety of other languages incl. French, Korean, Japanese, Danish... Practice opportunities always appreciated as well as chance to learn more!)
I've just arrived back in Adelaide after the spending the last 4.5 years living abroad in Germany. I am looking for a place where I can get my bearings back after being away, and settle back in. I'm considerate, reliable and a bit of a nerd. I'd love to have housemates who I could hang out with, but also understand the need for privacy and space. I love to be near the beach, but I've got my own car, so it's not a necessity. I'm currently staying with my parents, so hoping to move into my own place as soon as possible. Hope to hear from you!
Hello! My name is Casey and I’m a full time waitress so I’m pretty busy working all the time! I get along with everyone, I love having a good conversation but also love my own space and rest. I’m not a messy person and Im keen to make some friends as well as housemates :)
