Hi there! I'm moving from Brisbane to Adelaide in August for work and am looking for a sharehouse (and good people). A bit about me I'm originally from country NSW but have been living in Brisbane (amongst traveling) for the past 7 years. I'm 28 and work in banking and finance (although studied environmental science and law; not sure how I ended up in banking..?). I'm quite active, have too many interests (good for conversation sake) and am into outdoorsy things like mountain biking / hiking / motorbikes (although I don't have one) / red wine, etc, etc. As a roommate I am: Clean and tidy, can (or at least try to) cook, am active and always up for an adventure. What I'm looking for I definitely believe a good sharehouse more of a home, as opposed to just a place to live. Most of my best mates in Brisbane have been made through living arrangements and I'm hoping to keep that trend going when I move to Adelaide. So, as suggested, I'm looking for a social sharehouse where I can meet new people in my new city. Shoot me a message if you think I'd be a good fit.
I respect the privacy of others and you have most of the time the accommodation for yourself, because I'm in the lab from 9 to 5 in the week. I would like to socialise, also I would`t mind to keep the commune functional.
Hey I’m Loz! I’m from Sydney but am moving to Adelaide to study wine at University or Adelaide and work. I’m a laid back kind of gal who is always down for some class banter or sharing some beverages after a long week. I don’t know the area at all and I know nobody in Adelaide, so it would be awesome to find some roommates who don’t mind going out for the occasional brunch or dinner at the pub. I’m a bartender so I’ll more than likely be coming home quite late but I have mastered the art of being silent. I’d really like to live in a house rather than an apartment, fully or partially furnished, and I’m looking for long term stay. Cheers!
I work as a recruiter in the construction industry and moved down from Sydney a few weeks ago as I started a new job. I'm into acting, I surf, play golf and planning to pick up mountain biking now that I live in Adelaide. I am looking for a share house/flat with other tidy professionals. I have done my fair share of house sharing over the years and I am very considerate of other peoples' needs / habits. I love dogs so if you have one it's a bonus :)
I clean up after myself, contribute where needed and most importantly - I cook a particularly MEAN spag bog! I currently live with my parents and looking to move closer to Adelaide CBD for work. I have a black rag doll cat called Pepper that is loving, doesn’t create mountains of hair from malting and is the perfect cuddle buddy, particularly if giving him a treat here or there - he’s yours forever! I would ideally like to move into a house where housemates are open to having pets there but have not currently have pets already residing at the property. I work full time in the city, so will only really be home after business hours and on weekends. I love to make new friends and make a house feel like a home!
I'm a French student who is doing an internship. I'm a happy person who likes to discover the world and new lifestyles. I'm easygoing and I want to meet new people. I like to hang out, to cook, be outside. So during the week I will be working but during the weekend I will try to enjoy as much as I can, Australia, the landscape... I'm always smiling and I am very excited to come in this country. I am open-minded.
Howdy comrades. I’m looking for a commune, socialist utopia, or in lieu of that, a share house. A modest room is needed for board, and may also serve as a distribution centre for Bolshevik propaganda. Looking for a cosy place with an open fireplace, wooden fixtures and a large windswept garden to remind me of my days in the Gulags of the Siberian Tundra. Needs to be close to Glen Osmond where I work in serfdom at a golf club servicing the Bourgeoise. Note: I am willing to make an ideological comprise and will not requisition housemates’ leftovers. I am a 25 year old Occupational Therapy Master's Student. I am respectful of other's space, but also happy to socialise with housemates. I enjoy playing music, hanging with friends, exercising, and seizing the means of production.
I'm Clarisse , an agronomic french student ! I will be doing an internship for 4 months ! I'm looking for a room in a sharehouse near the university of Adelaide, Waite Campus from mid- april to Mid-august ! I 'm easy going, I love outdoor sport in nature ( run, slackline, climbing...)!
