Just looking for a chilled out home, I’m easy going and don’t really party but do like a drink every now and then. I’m pretty open and like to keep people to do them :) I currently work FT 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. I am very clean and tidy (a little OCD if I’m honest), I am very caring of the environment and am a serial recycler and minimal waste kind of person. I love to cook and can sometimes just sit in my room for a whole day practicing yoga, reading or just watching Netflix. Either way, I’m easy and simple :) I am looking for a place with only 1 housemate, this is preferred for me as I do work and study and want a space where I can do that comfortably.

Hi there, I've been renting for about 6 years, mainly as a tenant on a lease however I've decided to give subletting a go as I've grown a bit tired of being head tenant, especially in the current market! I'm a violin teacher/conductor and I make a living teaching primary school children how to play the violin. I work six days a week so I'm really busy and I usually teach onsite at different schools so I won't need to teach from home this year. I don't often have friends over and I'm not really the house party type although I'm a pretty open and social person so I'm happy to live in a social house. I pay rent and bills on time, keep my space tidy and also like to put effort into keeping shared spaces need and tidy. I'd ideally like to be friends with the people I'm living with 🙂. I think it's important to talk openly about expectations and issues as they arise and I think that seeing another person's perspective is an important part of resolving conflict and living with people. I'm also studying a masters in teaching this year so I'll be very busy but I do need to practice the classical viola from home a few hours a day. I usually do an hour during the day and sometimes hour in the evening. I don't practice much these days because I'm busy with work and study but I do need the freedom to be able to so do.
