Moving to Sydney for a job in Rhodes. I'm clean, quiet and tend to keep to my own personal space.
Hey guys!! We are looking for an awesome place to live, with like-minded people. Mounisha: I'm studying full time at MQU doing Science/Law (yes, I'm aware I'm a nerd :P) and also work part time at a driving school. I love my wine and netflixing, but if you are keen on horrible jokes and watching me lose at board games, I make decent company. I also really love puppies. Like, a lot. Isham: He didn't want to write his own bio, so I'm gonna write whatever I want here. This dude is a full time Commerce/Law student (how boring can he get????) and works part time as tech support. He's pretty quiet, but also really awesome once you get to know him. We're just looking for people who are fun and weird and love food. We're also saving for a wedding soon so looking for somewhere affordable but not too far from uni. If you think you've got room for us or want to start a teamup, shoot us a message and we can grab coffee sometime!
I'm Clint. I'm 23 years old and am looking for a positive change! Currently living here in Lidcombe and am wanting to move around the area due to lifestyle and work. I enjoy exercising and going on adventures as much as I can in my spare time. I'm looking for a place with mature individuals who respect one another and know how to take care of themselves. I'm extremely friendly, well mannered and responsible. I have a quality sense of humour (so I say) and I'm highly social but also know when to have my 'me' time and keep to myself. I'm quite immaculate so keeping the place clean is no issue. I like to think we can become great flatmates so give me the opportunity to prove that.
Newly graduated healthcare professional, working part-time at the moment. Competitive cheerleader and gym junkie, so usually busy and not home a lot during the week. Love being social with housemates, but also appreciate 'me' time. Bit of a clean freak, love keeping everything neat and tidy. Don't have a pet, but would love it if housemates had a dog as I'm a massive dog person! Also love coffee, movie nights in, and also the occasional night out. My ideal housemate would also be clean and tidy, social, and someone who doesn't mind if I have friends over every now and then for dinner/drinks :) Looking for a room in the Ryde/Meadowbank/Ermington area, please don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested in something similar! :) Thanks in advance xx
I'm an easy going and friendly Aussie girl and well tested house mate. I'm clean and tidy. Hoping to find a good fit with people so similar tastes and interests but happy to keep to myself. Would prefer to live in the Ryde area but also around North West Sydney. I have a house-trained cat but if she & I can have some garden access would be very happy!
Im a fun easy going guy who respects others and loves having a good chat but also respects the idea that people need their individual space. Clean and tidy guy who is happy to keep the place neat.
We are a super friendly and fun couple, and would definitely want to be friends with whoever we live with. We are really clean, tidy, and respectful. Ben works full-time and Margaret works part-time as well as studies full-time, so are rarely home during the day. We're hoping to find another couple which is similar to us! :)
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Perth to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 4 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats.. prefer room furnished maximum of $450 including any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of North Rocks, North Mead, Parramatta, North Parramatta Carlingford, Epping, Rhodes, West Ryde, Sydney Olympic Park. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.
I am an easy going , neat and tidy person, working 5 days a week , weekends with my friends and family, prefers my privacy and does respect to others privacy as well. I am from India and living in Australia since last two and half years.
I am full time employed, clean and quiet. I am currently living in uni accommodation currently and I am now looking for a more permanent place to live. So those are some of the basics about me besides above I quite enjoy cooking together and having a bit of a social time with flatmates once I get home (beer, movie or whatnot). I like to stay busy during my free-time so if you like to go out and hike or do things when you're free that would be a bonus. I like to find a place where I could host friends if they were to visit from overseas and will of course cover utilities if they do. If you need to know anything else please don't hesitate to msg me. (I am still in exams till the 23rd of November so I might be slow with a reply sometimes
I am a clean and fairly quiet person, and am happy to chat or keep to myself as necessary. I am currently studying full time at UTS and part time at TAFE, and work part time as well. I don't have pets or smoke or anything like that, and am very respectful of your privacy and property. I currently happily live in a sharehouse, and am accustomed to reliably paying rent, but am keeping an eye out for something that better suits my needs.
Hi Guys, I'm an Australia-born (Peruvian heritage), full time working professional looking for a home to share. Looking for a long term, responsible and reliable flatmate; i in turn will be the same. I'm 26 and this is the first time i'm moving out of my family home (lol i know) so i'm really unsure as to what kind of feedback i'll get from real estate agents regarding any applications i submit as i do not have any kind of rental history. I'm laid-back and very easy to get along with. I'm also very sociable if need be, but i do also enjoy time to myself. I like to think that i'm a normal person but sometimes i feel that is not always the case. Please refer back to my profile picture as evidence to confirm that i am at least not a complete social awkward. I unfortunately don't watch any TV or TV related shows/series; i do however enjoy going to the cinemas or downloading the odd movie every now and then. I'm and early riser and i prefer to go to the gym during this time before work. I'm very tidy and respectful of others and I do not have any pets. I also have a car so i would preferably need secure, undercover parking. I'm super flexible if your living arrangements differ from mine. That's right, super flexible. NB: I'm not very active on social media so please excuse any stuff my friends may of tagged me in; or stuff my younger self may of posted... lmao STATUS UPDATES 18/11/17 - Discovered Flatmates.com.au - Shelled out $25 for a 10 day trial (facepalm) 19/11/17 - Submitted my 1st rental application for a 1 bedroom apartment i really like. (fingers crossed). - Reaching out to my people for rental property team-ups. Still interested in this option as well. - Submitted my 2nd rental application for a 1 bedroom apartment which i like even better. (toes crossed). - Tee’d up my 1st share house property inspection for this coming Sunday.

I recently switched jobs and so I am I'm looking for a place that is a little closer to work (which is in Eastwood). I would like to stay until Christmas. I am a friendly, easy going Canadian who loves to chat, read books, cook meals, watch movies, exercise, and generally going to bed early haha. I'm great to live with because I am quiet, respectful, and easy going.
We are an Indian couple looking for a super clean place to live in. I am a student and my partner is a permanent resident relocating to Sydney in December. We are looking for a furnished place with a private room and own bathroom and preferably close to train stations/bus stops. We are an easy going and friendly couple but we will respect your privacy.
