I'm a Cosmopolitan guy, peaceful, decent, Non smoker full time working professional, who respects mutual privacy. I enjoy nature, greenery, non-extreme adventure sports & cricket, volleyball. I've very high personal hygiene. I'm no party animal, but enjoy socializing & intelligent conversations.
I am friendly, tidy person and respect privacy. Easy to get along with. Currently full time IT professional in India. I am also an Australian Permanent Resident.
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
I am a highly respectful and honest individual who is very sociable clean and approachable. I love to cook and bake and clean. I am a very chilled fun person too!!
Hi my name is Pat. I've just recently moved back to Sydney after living in Melbourne for a few months. I'm easy going, laid back, clean and working full time. work takes up most of my week and weekends I'm either relaxing at home or out a bar somewhere having fun with friends. just looking for some like minded people to live with if all that sounds good then feel free to message me
Very flexible, self reliant, both have lived in many community/shared houses before. Easy going and keep to ourselves but also like to make friends. Naomi is studying a bachelor in Music and very involved in church. Brooke works full time.
I have a very good but somewhat bent english sense of humour, I'm very young at heart and am really easy going and easy to get along with. I am very clean and tidy - I even put the garbage out without being asked ;o) I fancy myself as a bit of a handyman and love to fix things, even if they're not broken :o) I am a non-drinker except for on the rare social occasion. My interests include spending time with my two sons who I am very close to, going to karaoke and having the occasional game of pool. I really enjoy going out to a good restaurant, Italian, Chinese, especially Indian. I enjoy watching sport and can even stay awake watching cricket! I am very responsible financially and always ensure that my bills are paid by the due date.
Grew up in hills district and am currently a Service Analyst for a bathroom company. I love movies, love Gogglebox, I can have a deep and meaningful convo or I can mind my own business. I respect my home and want to live in a clean quiet sanctuary. if you do to... We should have a chat!
Hey future housemates! We're looking for a room anywhere from Parramatta to Gladesville. Basically between/within 30 minutes of WSU Parramatta and Top Ryde City would be ideal. Please be within walking distance of pubic transport. Drew is a full time professional and Kim is a full time student working part time. We are both in our very late twenties (haha). We have a cat who is friendly and wouldn't mind some human or furry friends to talk to. P.s we need the room unfurnished as we have our own furniture and access to (street) parking for our car.
Im a new full time student at macquarie, arriving in sydney in start of february from Pakistan. Im a very friendly and cooperative guy, particular on deadlines and always willing to help. I'd want a friendly, decent person to live with or alone if not. Want to get a place before I arrive. Im really good at making friends from different cultures and would love to have a nice person to live with.
Hi, I am a structural team leader with Persian background. My new job is in Silverwater. Previously I was living in Chatswood but I need to move to a place closer to my work place (Somewhere in Ryde, West Ryde, Rhodes, Meadowbank, Rydalmere, Wentworth Point and Ermington). I prefer to be close to my office to be able to run or ride to the office. I love sport and hate smoke! Generally I don't drink, except in very special occasions. I need a quite place to live and a work in weekends so a very small bedroom doesn't work for me as I need a desk in my room. I need a furnished bedroom with a desk. I have some good references (either the owner or flatmates). I'd rather find a share house with the owner than living with quite few flatmates. I am clean so if you are very easy going and happy to leave with cockroaches, please do not call me :) The date of start of the contract would be 1st of April
Prepared to spend more for the right space. 35 years young, single, simple respectful gentleman. Easy going and able to get along with people of all ages. I'd love to team up with someone clean and hygienic to rent a place as I am relocating for work. I exercise regularly (trying to get rid of this spare tyre) at the gym, I'm a professional in the property industry and find Krispy Kreme doughnuts ironically liberating. I'd prefer to live with a female mainly for hormone balance. I do try to eat well and am an amazing cook. I respect privacy, can take a joke, occasionally smoke (never inside) and maintain a clean criminal record for security vetting reasons. I have a kind heart and believe in being fair to my fellow humans. Don't do drugs or party hard so prefer that sort of behavior be kept away from our home, am totally up for socialising though. Would be awesome to make a new friend and hang out during mutual down time. I'm reliable and respect privacy so looking for the same. A secure parking space would be ideal. Oh, and I cannot stand when something smells in the fridge, if it's rotting, lets chuck it out shall we?! Best of luck to you all. Cheers :)
University educated. Long term experienced renter so I have a good idea of what I want and how to live with other people. Quick summary : I am looking for quiet, non smoking, considerate, furnished with bed and study table, clean, parking, long term with bills included. Private rooms only! I am very quiet and keep to myself. Spend most of my time in my room since I will be working hard! Open minded and always happy to have a little chat. I clean the bathroom weekly or more as needed, prefer to share cleaning on a schedule. Eat out regularly so don't require use of kitchen often. Have stayed at my current place for 2.5 years, have been paying my rent fortnightly without fail. Just looking for a change to a location to keep things fresh. Everyone cleans up after themselves in the kitchen every meal. Stacking dishes in the sink and leaving food lying around is a no for me. No laundry line/laundry hogs. Looking forward to meeting you!

Mostly looking for a place to share with considerate people with the ability to foster mutual respect and a friendly demeanour. Hi! I've previously stayed in Sydney for a year..would be moving again in march. I am a professional working with a big4, love the city and prefer to stay near by. Weekdays I take time out for running or swimming and prefer quiet evenings. For weekends I usually plan ahead and mostly out. I appreciate keeping the house tidied up, cook 4-5 times/week and occasionally entertain friends over. Like confining to my own space and don't mind catching up over a few drinks. 😁 Keen to team up with another person and look for a two room house.
I'm 24 and I work full time; moving to Sydney in April for work for a minimum of 1.5 years. I'm a VERY tidy person, who wants to move in with like-minded people of a similar age. I currently run a warehouse shift in Melbourne, but will be moving to Head Office in Sydney for three six-month rotations for my graduate program. I will be working the usual 9-5 during my time in Sydney, and that means I'll be unwinding most weeknights. Love a night out and getting stupid on the weekends, but that's few and far between - I'm down for clubbing but prefer drinks at a bar or a chill night of BBQ and drinks at home. I'll always be down to socialise with roommates, but I do like my own time to myself too. I also have a miniature dachshund called Obie who's housetrained, but makes the odd mistake here and there. I will be trying my hardest to find accomodation to suit, but family are more than willing to take him in if I can't find a suitable home. I have all necessary furniture and can bring a 50" TV with a wii and an xbox to sweeten the deal.
Hi, Easy going and friendly person. I'm currently studying full time and working part time. Super clean and tidy like to help around the house clean. Also I do respect people's privacy. I enjoy watching Rugby and a social person.
I'm a friendly and cheerful 30 year old early childhood educator. I prefer to live in an all female place or with families/couple. I'm clean and tidy, keep to myself usually but wouldn't mind a glass of wine and a chat every now and then, especially when it comes to topics like food and travel! I enjoy cooking, crafting and gardening. I love cats (although I don't have one) and am very good with young children.
My name is Ardy and I'm a 32 year old office manager working in Sydney CBD. First time using flatmates. Looking for a place to stay for the next 6-12 months to get a feel for the areas I'd like to live in. Friendly, very easy to get a long with and very low maintenance. Love a good chat but also know when to respect time, space and privacy. Hoping to find a good place to live with like minded individuals. Feel free to say hi!
I am a 25 year old professional working full time in the Sydney CBD. I'm open-minded, friendly, clean and tidy. I'm often out on weekends doing outdoor activities, so I like having a space to unwind. I'm up for a chat with my roommates but I also respect mutual space and privacy.

Hi we're four girls looking for a house/flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a year. We are students here, doing our post graduation. We keep the place clean and are accommodative. I enjoy going out and making the most of my weekends with my friends and always love going out and having a beer or two. Hi, I'm Anton. I'm a 22 year old male who works part time in project management and also studies at UWS. I can speak Russian/Ukrainian fluently. I enjoy partying on the weekends so living with a fairly sociable housemate who is also a dedicated working professional would be ideal. I also have my own car so it would be important that there's space for my car, at least on the street. I do need my 'alone time' and I am a pretty quiet person. I am currently dating so it is important that I am living with someone who can compromise when it comes to having my girlfriend over a few times a week (she's really lovely btw). Please hit me up if I am not able to contact you. Cheers
Im working full time as data consultant in circular quay and looking for a place of my own or share with maximum one other female (need my own bathroom) in suburbs with easy access to circular quay.

Hey everyone! I'm a young professional in the finance industry. I work full time and see clients late into the night. Which means I'm not home too often. I am "clean and tidy" like everyone else on here! I am responsible and tend to do my own thing. I am very social once I get to know someone and can easily become friends with new people. I am looking for some sort of share house or a room to rent. Preferably a team up where we all can benefit by getting a newer place! I enjoy company of others however like some alone time as well. There's much more to me once you get to know me and I am looking forward to meeting new people! Let me know if you live in an existing share house and need someone to rent a room or if you would like to team up to find a new place. Thanks.

Hello! I'm a single 32 year old professional looking for a place to call home for a few months. I do not smoke, and will not have any parties at your home. I prefer a private suite like a bachelor or 1 bedroom apartment with secured parking, not shared accommodation. I can pay up to $500/week. Maybe I'm on the wrong website for this? I can move in anytime and start paying you rent!! Thank you for your consideration! -Henry
