Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: *Wollongong x 3 *Cessnock x 1 Couple *Gregory Hills x 2 *Cronulla x 2 *Manly x 2 *Kirrawee x 4 *Gymea x 3 *Swansea x 1 *Coffs Harbour x 2 *North Melbourne x 1 We now have the following visas APPROVED and are planning deployment to Australia: Mona Vale - looking for twin share room for 2 females - arriving Saturday 14th October Please note: we are unable to commit to a move in date until the visa has been approved. I'm very nice & outgoing girl. I don't go clubbing or drink, it's not my thing. I'm very chilled out girl and love outdoor things. I'm into sports & I also do modelling. I'm clean, organised & good company to be around. I'm very mature for my age and love meeting new people. I'm also very career driven to be successful.
I'm a teacher so I'm very patient, laid back and flexible. I grew up on the northern beaches and, while I like a social drink, I'm not young enough to go too hard anymore. I'm looking forward to getting back into surfing again but I have very diversified interests. And I love good coffee ☕.
Typical girl. Love socialising, exploring Sydney, beach days, wine nights. Would love to find someone who I get along with both inside and outside the flat - looking to live with a friend. I have a car so parking either on or off street would be great I am also interesting in team ups as I have found some wonderful flats along the Northern Beaches
Howdy I'm a 28 year-old Northern Beaches local that is looking for a shared house with roommates. I have a great sense of humour, I'm easy-going and I am extremely respectful of other people's property and shared spaces. I have a full-time job and I pay my bills on time. I'm hoping to move out of my current place by the end of October, and find a place with a 12 month tenancy. P.S. I am not a serial killer.
