I am a Chemical Engineer and work full-time at Downer in Hexham. I am preferably looking for a place under 20 minutes' walk to a train station. I have lived in Sydney for years with many people from different backgrounds, and love meeting new people. I am a friendly and social person and looking for flatmates that are up for the odd chat or a drink/ beach bbq (or anything fun) on the weekend. I am also very respectful of others' privacy and of course enjoy my me-time too. On weekends I like to be out and about although sometimes you can find me at home if there's a good game of something on. STRICTLY NO PETS.
I am extremely tidy and like to live in great style. No mess Im super easy to live with as I keep I love tidy and keep my home well. I am a very positive and energetic person, living in a chilled manner. Able to socialise and also keep to myself and live very independently. Im vey healthy and live an active and busy life so at hoe I dont like to entertain much and love to just cook, read and chill : )
I’m currently studying a B. Teaching (Mathematics) and work in a Wallsend. I will be going on my final internship throughout Term 3 so I’m just looking for a clean, social and respectful house of people to share with! I’m a very fun and easy going person, typically only home at night or for short periods of time due to my exuberant social life 😅😂
I'm a busy and independent person who likes working, being outdoors, and sharing a meal or red wine now and then with housemates. Into healthy living, friendly vibes and being free to each be completely ourselves :) MUST HAVES in a home - dog friendly - nice inclusive/open-minded people - able to work from home - cool to have a friend over for a cup of tea or sleepover now and then DESIRABLE but not necessary - another dog for my dog to be friends with! - my room and bathroom accessible without going through the whole house (work reasons) - a bedroom with an ensuite or a bathroom close by - a sunny garden or balcony to enjoy (and even to grow things, as I love growing food) More DETAILED DESCRIPTION about me: I have a dog who is super chilled and lovely - a mature aged border collie - she mostly comes everywhere with me! So ideally you are dog friendly and even have a dog yourself so they can be friends! She comes with incredible references as is even trained as an assistant dog. I work alot, both from home, out and about, and in Sydney, as well as occasional travel stints for work. I have my own business. As a housemate you would need to be comfortable with me working from home now and then (which would involve a few clients a week coming by the house). It would be ideal if my room and a bathroom were accessible for clients without having to go through the whole house (for everyone's privacy) but not totally necessary. When I'm not working I love being outdoors, walking, swimming, hanging in the sunshine by the beach, practicing yoga, time with friends... and studying personal interest stuff at some cafe lol. I would make a great addition to your house because... I'm relaxed AND clean, independent AND friendly, and always respectful and considerate of others. Get in touch if you think we'd be a good match! :)
Moving to Newcastle to start a PhD in conservation biology. I have been living in Canberra for the last 4 yrs and am keen to move back to the coast. Have lived in share houses for 3 years and keen to find a nice easy going place.
Hi there I'm Tony and really easy going and clean and tidy and pretty much get along with just about anyone and really need a place to stay as it will make my life easier for working as I work full time and am in a bit of a hurry to settle in. Can you please help me Tony.
I am a student at the University of Newcastle doing my bachelor in IT and Business. I was in Singapore and came to Australia last year. Currently, I'm residing in Birmingham Gardens but I would be moving in with my girlfriend by the end of this month. I am friendly, social and outgoing fella but understand personal boundaries very well as I have mine too. I am neat, tidy and organized. I don't keep a mess around and stay high on hygiene. I work 7 days a week but my job allows me to be flexible on availability so taking off is usually up to me. I love to cook and share. Most of my meals I prefer preparing by myself but who doesn't love a night out. I am into traveling and photography (landscape and portrait) and I love to capture moments as much as love to live them through. I have lived by myself as well as with flatmates (every kind of) so I know the drill first hand. I am flexible with the length of stay. 6 months is a general preference. I can stay longer than that or vice -versa. My girlfriend studies in Sydney pursuing Social Work and will be commuting from Newcastle. She works part-time here and is high on cleanliness.
