Hi, my name is Jess. I have recently moved down to Sydney to work full time as an Occupational Therapist, and am looking for accommodation in West Sydney somewhere. I am looking for an already furnished place that allows pets as I have a blue heeler. His name is Jeep and he is very well behaved, loyal dog and would make a great guard dog. I'm a very friendly and easy going person. I like to socialise but also appreciate a bit of 'me time'. I'm very clean and reliable in regards to rent payments. :)
Hi, I'm a 20 year old male university student who works part time. My interests include reading and cycling and i am looking for a new place to stay in a small while as the owner of the shared accommodation i am currently staying in has decided to sell the property. I for the most past like to keep to myself though i would be up for a chat or game every now and then. My view on cleanliness is that the space outside of my room should be treated as a public type space and as such be kept clean and tidy. While the room i reside in can be kept to a standard i am comfortable with. I'm looking for a private room in a house which has. - A stove top - A fridge - Decent internet speeds - A non-smoking household* (smoking on a balcony is fine, just nothing inside.) - People who respect your privacy
I’m looking for a long term “private room” with medium size inbuilt, I have my own bed (KS). I need access to kitchen with space to store my food. Close to frequent public transport, close to main shops. My budget is limited to $160-$180 inclusive of all bills with unlimited wifi. I’m looking for a place to share with responsible “humans”, no mind games allowed. I also need to store few boxes where I store my journals approx 1sq meter, they could fit neatly against a garage wall. The odd locations are places I could go, once I inspect the room, I’m free to move wherever I feel comfortable and safe. I'm Non-Smoker, responsible, respectful, friendly, constantly busy, quiet, pays rent on time, a day person, keeps busy during the day, loves the internet, loves pets but do not have any, love a bit of gardening when time allows it. I’m organised, love cleanliness. My initiative flares when I see you busy but it becomes shy when taken advantage of. I don’t keep secrets and I respect privacy, I expect the same in return.
I'm really cruisy, pretty quiet. Just moving back down to Sydney after staying on the central coast. I can bring anything I need for furnishing but I have a really friendly Neapolitan mastiff named Tytan. He's a big softy, a true gentle giant. I take him to the park multiple times a week so space is really no issue. He's so lazy, sun baking is one of his favourite pastimes. I take him out a lot, he's social and extremely well behaved. I'm easy going and straight forward so if there's any problems or questions don't hesitate to bring it up.
I am looking for one or two people to team up with at the end of feb/start of march and create a fun but clean and respectful living environment. I am currently renting but my lease is ending and I am looking to start a new share house. Im super considerate, like my own personal space and am very respectful of others space and super tidy! I tend to stick with myself but love to chill and have a good chat now and then. I'm currently studying and working so tend to be very busy. I've been living out of home for a while now and have a lot of furniture for an unfurnished place which will save a lot of hassle. I'm looking for one or more persons who are willing to put the effort into beginning a new 2 or 3 or 4 bed house and creating a friendly environment and sharing responsibilities. I also like to live in a spacious environment as I hate to be caged in. If you are interested feel free to get in contact!
I am a working professional looking for a residence within walking distance to my work. I am easy going, tidy and friendly person. I value intergrity and honesty in my interpersonal relationships. I am currently enjoying getting back into shape with running and going to the gym.
Easy going, clean and a professional working mon-fri 9-5.
Hi I am a friendly and organised university graduate from Brisbane who will be working at the Westmead Hospital for at least 12 months. I am quite flexible, easy to get along with and respect that some people prefer a quiet flatmate hence will be able to accommodate you and your needs. I have commitments most evenings and weekends hence leaving the accommodation vacant during these times. As I will be working full-time, I would prefer a long term contract for a furnished private room and MUST have off-street parking. I don't mind sharing a bathroom as long as it is kept clean and tidy but would prefer my own if possible.
My job has just moved to Rydalmere, I'm looking to find some place close to there to cut down on my commute. An ideal room would have space for a double bed and a desk, with an attached ensuite or private bathroom. An ideal house is clean and friendly with clean and friendly housemates. Also somewhere I can put my car. I like to occasionally cook and to have a chat over dinner but aside from that I'll be keeping mostly to myself. References from current and previous housemates/landlords on request can be provided on request. Flexible with move in date. I can move in any time on or after the 20th of January.
Full time working in construction so out early in the morning and like to relax in the evenings. Prefer a smaller place with only 1or 2 housemates. I'm tidy and clean but not a neat freak. Non smoker but don't mind housemates that do as long as it's outside. I'm up for a few sociable drinks with housemates but no party houses please. More likely to find me chilling with a book of an evening or prepping some meals for the week. Just moved over from Ireland and am staying airbnb til the 12th Jan so hope to find a place by then. Feel free to message on here if you are looking for a friendly, easygoing housemate.
Seeking a furnished room in a home / apartment. Off-street parking is preferred (ideally covered parking) as I have a late model car. Work in Auburn. Walking distance to train station will be helpful for commuting. Open to duration but hope to begin with 3 months. I'm very easy going and respectful of others. Not noisy, especially if people are sleeping. Enjoy time at home with flat mates but also live my own life. Tend to be quiet during the working week and get out a bit at weekends. Clean up after myself and keep common spaces clean and tidy.
Mainly at work or studying, love to cook at home, enjoy a kick back chill session or a few drinks with a social vibe, love to keep fit and like to keep clean. I also don’t mind teaming up to get a place as well so hit me up if that’s also a option.
My name is Jason and I have started work in the Parramatta CBD on a full-time basis, having relocated from Newcastle. I am looking at finding a suitable comfortable place that is clean with respectable housemates. I am a considerate and respectful person and will always consider the privacy of others. I describe myself to be clean, tidy and I like things to be organised. I am into fitness/exercise, love to cook and I enjoy relaxing by either watching some television, playing games (PS4) or just chilling out during my down time. Although I do like my quiet time, I am quite a sociable person and love to chat to others, and would be keen to get to know other people and hangout whenever! During most of my weekends, I will generally commute back to Newcastle to spend time with family and friends there and will come back Sunday night. On the occassion that I do stay in Sydney, I will see my friends who are in the area and most likely go out with them somewhere in the City. Please let me know if you could help out, would be much appreciated!!! Cheers
I am moving to Sydney from Melbourne to help open a dance school in Parramatta but will also be working steadily as a personal trainer. I have spent the last 5 years living in Spain studying flamenco and am excited for this move to meet new people and explore the area. I have lived in shared accomodation for most of my 20's and understand that respect and open communication are vital. I am friendly, bubbly and reliable. I am a creative person and love to pursue my passions - I will be getting involved in the live music scene (singing solo and in bands). When at home I'll be playing keyboard and singing in my room or chilling out with a series. I love having a laugh with friends and a few drinks every now and then.
I am an easy going and friendly person originally from Brisbane. I will be moving down to Sydney for a one-year job contract at the Westmead hospital. I'll be working full-time and will have church commitments on weekends.
Just a sort of a clean-living, inside out, Filipino lady who will arrive on the 12th of January. Needing a place to stay for the required bridging program for nurses. Basically supports the mantra of doing unto others what you would like them to do unto you. Loves music but prefers to maintain the quite environment that others also deserve.
I am in my first year of nursing at WSU Parramatta, I work as an AIN at a hospital in Macquarie. I have rented with people before so this wouldn't be my first time, I am a very social person and very easy going, I can get along with just about anyone. I'm very open-minded. I can cook quite well, and I know how to clean up after myself. I am usually not home too much, as I'm usually with my friends a lot of the time or at work.
Arriving in Australia around April or May 2018 to attend school at the Parramatta area. I'm usually quiet and just mind my own business, but I do interact and carry a conversation. I love music and don't mind dogs or cats (as long as they're not hostile). I would say I cook decent food, depending on which type of cuisine. I'm also a neat freak, so you can count on me keeping things clean. :)
