Hi there, My name is Kris Wason. I am from Brisbane & am looking for a place in Sydney as soon as possible. I am currently working full time in Brisbane as a musician for the past 3 years, I will be securing a full time role asap in Sydney whilst I kick start my music career in Sydney. Being a musician doesn't mean I have band members coming over making excessive noise, I don't work like that. I have a small dog, a cavalier/shitzu. A very well trained indoor dog. His name is Thor, he is super friendly & loves to spend hours at a park playing fetch. He is very well behaved & toilet trained. I’m particularly looking for something like a granny flat, or at least somewhere with my own space as. I am pretty private, don’t mind a chat here and there but generally like to have my own space. If you think I would be suitable please don't hesitate to contact me. Regards, Kris.
Hi potential flatmates, I'm Alex!!! A little about me and what I am looking for. I am a laid back, genuine and honest person that enjoys healthy banter, having a chat and a good laugh even if it’s at my own expense. I have solid full time employment in the Hills District that I have held for the last 5 years. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, listening to music, mountain biking, kayaking, weekends away, having BBQ’s and dinners, watching movies or enjoying a good boxed set (bonus points for Californication or Breaking bad fans!!!) I also enjoy cleaning and maintaining the house (yes I know that’s weird for a man) I don’t have furniture or appliances, as I have been lucky enough to always have flatmates that have provided these. I am more than happy to buy things to contribute towards creating a homely relaxing environment for all of us. I would best suit an owner occupier or people that are house proud, I am very clean and considerate to my flatmates and like the same in return. I currently live comfortably and happily with female flatmates, that have become close personal friends and are happy to provide references for ladies that may be dubious about male flatmates. I am hoping to find a room and preferably but not essential a garage space. Within a friendly, social and tidy household. I respect privacy but believe it’s a much more welcoming environment to live in, if everyone is of a similar mindset. It’s not fun for anyone exchanging awkward small talk in the kitchen and then retreating back to your room, or walking on eggshells around each other. Because of this I only want to live with people that are westernized and not of any strict religious beliefs. I have no preference to ethnicity, I just would like all flatmates to feel comfortable over the long term. If you want to find out more about me, or think I would be a good fit drop me a line. Alex
I am a professional male who works full time in recruitment for a large company in Parramatta. I am a non smoker. I would like to move closer to work as I currently live out of Sydney. I am Friendly, easy going and tidy. I like going out to movies and enjoy watching sports.
From Adelaide, coming to work on the construction of Sydney Metro as a Project Engineer. During the week will be focused on work, will hit the gym or go to football training but up for a chat with housemates when home. On weekends will like to get out of the house, have a drink and explore what Sydney has to offer. Busy, active and outdoor person who doesn’t mind a bit of banter. Jasmin will be flying in/out every alternate week basing herself in Sydney until she's able to find a fulltime job, and is also looking at doing some study once settled. Jasmin is much the same as me, enjoys a drink and also loves her food, keeping fit and looking forward to having fun in the sun on the weekend in Sydney. Jasmin also likes time to relax and take it easy, particularly on her week off to recharge her batteries while on her current roster.

Hey there :) I'm Luke, a 23 year old guy currently living in Windsor, working in carpentry and waiting for my security license to be processed after studying. I'm a pretty busy guy but when I am home I like to become friends and have a good laugh whenever housemates are around. If you aren't mates it's not fun :) Don't have my license at the moment but it's in the goals to get it ASAP. Living close to a train station is preferred. I have a bike and like to keep fit so it doesn't have to be right next to a station :) lol Been at shared houses for a while and I'm looking for a good place to stay for the longer term where everyone understands each other's situations and we all work around each other to make it a good environment :D (at the moment it seems like dream to find the perfect housemates!) I'm pretty easy going and chill about a lot of stuff. I don't care who you are or what you do if you're not an a-hole then I will treat you with respect and do what i can to be there for you! I've lived with a bunch of different people in the past 5-6 years including women so I understand that everybody's different and yeah...if your house is badly unhygienic then don't even bother contacting me !!! I set my date to move as Today, but i honestly don't mind if you have a bit of waiting. I'm not going to rush these things anymore, need to find the right fit for everyone so we can live in harmony :) Hoping to hear from some Awesome people soon so we can get the ball rolling.. Cheers Luke.

Hey I'm Evie I am looking for a place to call my sanctuary. I cook, clean, I'm social and toilet trained ... I have 2 pets (cats, who are also toilet trained) .. and they're never home mostly - they wander the streets like cool cats (pun intended). As embarrassing as it is, they have a better social life than me. I work full time at a cushy desk job (i joke - can't stand it but it pays the bills) and I'm hoping to get back into riding a motorbike. I don't have a massive social circle but that's the way I like it. I'm really easy going and hoping to find a place/people to suit. Please note - looking for a property where I can have visitors, be they men or women. I'm not a party animal but I do have friends and I do date so if visitors are an issue, please do not contact me. Thanks in advance. Evie
Hello, I'm a working health professional currently looking with another female to find a third to go househunting together. Looking to live somewhere in the medium-Long term (a year or two) I am only looking for female Flatmates who are easy going and ideally Christian but not a must. I'm looking to make friends too not just share a place! If you have some appliances already it would be a help. It's hard to get to know someone online so it would be great to meet and chat if you think this is also what you're looking for thanks :)
Hi, I'm Victoria! I'm 24 years old and a full-time professional. After living at home again for over a year now, I've decided it's time to leave the nest permanently. I'm clean, tidy, social and respectful of others' space :) All I'm looking for in a housemate is someone who is employed, cleans up after themselves and pays rent and bills on time with no fuss. Would preferably like to team up with one or two housemates and sign a lease together as opposed to moving into an established home :)
Hi All! I moved from Perth to Sydney 7 months ago and loving it! I work for Commonwealth Bank. I am a bubbly person and somewhat of a social butterfly but tend to keep to myself at home. I like to keep things tidy but am not a clean freak either! Non-smoker.

We are both studying at the University of Sydney at the Cumberland campus in Lidcombe, myself to study Physiotherapy and my sister to study Radiography. We are from country Victoria and have previously studied a Bachelors degree in Melbourne. We hope to have a great time in a new city.

I am a full time student who will be changing courses onces I have moved. I will unemployed at first but I have enough savings to pay rent and bills for several months. I think of myself as a pretty easy person to get along with. . Noah and I are happy to keep to ourselves or if you like we are happy to be more sociable. **Looking to move in early December** Young professional gal, looking to build a relaxed pad with some like-minded company. Please send me a message if you have an apartment or would like to find somewhere. Thanks
Hi : ) Looking for somewhere to rent from approx. the 1st of December! I am Vanessa. I am 31 year old, came from Ukraine, living in Australia permanently. A friendly and sociable lady. Non-smoker, non-drinker, not a party animal. My son was born in December 2015. He is a quiet and very friendly toddler. I will be studying nursing starting from March 2017. I need my room to be pretty large and unfurnished and rather light in daytime. Looking for a totally non-smoking environment (even a “smoking outside” place isn’t an option, sorry). An unfurnished room is really preferable. Good quality Internet connection is essential for my studying (need to be able to stream videos online). I strongly prefer a place where most other adult tenants are female.

Hey we are an easy going and friendly couple from the UK & Ireland here on our working holiday visa. The past 1.5 years we have been travelling around Australia & Asia. We will be in Sydney for the next 4-5 months working and want to experience what this amazing city has to offer I currently work as an EA for the University of Technology and my boyfriend works in construction. I love cooking/eating out and spending evenings sitting, chatting with a glass of wine, and who doesn't love to party (occasionally) !! He likes sports, fitness and beers. We want to be in a social house as we want to make new friends ☺.
Hi, I'm new to Sydney from NZ and looking to move in to a flat or even better team up and start a new one. I love cooking, building/fixing things, movies, the NRL & at the moment just trying to get out and about and explore Sydney more. I work Mon-Fri in an office job in the city so am generally quiet during the week, all though a cheeky drink after work isn't out of the question, I wouldn't want to live in party central. I am also a very clean & tidy person so would like to live with someone who values the same. I have 2 indoor/outdoor cats so you would need to be fine with this. They pretty much keep to themselves and toilet outside, so there wont be litter boxes/smell around. I am open to starting a place together and getting another person in afterwards if that is what is needed. I also have a car so driving around to look at places wont be an issue. Being new to Sydney I am open to living anywhere, as long as I can get to the city relatively easily for work. I do not want to live in an apartment and cant due to the cats needing to get in and out. I am ready to move any time now. Alternatively if you already have a place and I sound like a good flatmate then let me know!
Hi ! I'm a french student designer in Sydney for 5 months! I'm intern from sept. to end of january 2017 in a product design company. I'm a professional and I'm fairy neat and quiet. My interests are cycling, squash, hiking and swimming. I also enjoy the occasional board/chess game. Really enjoy going out for drinks when I have the time. I have a friendly cat that would like to join me but that is negotiable if you don't like cats. I would like to live with people in a similar age group.
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and who needs to relocate from Brisbane to Sydney by Oct 2 due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. In addition to being a BDM, I have an International English Teacher Licence (TESOL, TEFL, TESL), and am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Would initially prefer the room to be furnished and would pay a little extra. Maximum of $250, including or excluding any outgoings. Due to the office relocating from Meadowbank to Rydalmere in Nov, I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs but am flexible with this. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. My intention is to drive down the week of 26 Sept to settle in by the weekend of 1st / 2nd Oct. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in a nice café on weekends as well as the movies (Foreign, Comedy, Thriller, Drama etc), in addition to numerous other activities.
