Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
Hi I'm Sam, I'm 25 and Looking for a new home. I work in the city's east, which I'm looking to be closer to. The rest of my time is spent out and about, trying to be fit or searching for my new favourite eatery. I'm looking for an easy going flatmate I can feel comfortable around. Cleanliness is a massive plus for me, especially in common areas of the apartment. *move in date flexible*
Sales guru and Personal Trainer, I have a lust for life and possess a positive outlook. I love to laugh, smile and make others smile too. Originally from NZ I have lived in Sydney over year and am in love with it! I am tidy yet not OCD and am the kind of person to carefully shut a door rather than let it slam. I love to cook and am social yet have my own life. I am an entrepreneur so among my other work endeavors I am usually very busy and will always be out of home one weekend day working. I'm not a party girl so am not looking for anywhere where that fits a party house. Rent and bills always paid on time. I'd love to find somewhere that I could make a home and not just feel like a house. Hope to hear from you soon! :) Chelcie Cookson
Looking for a place by the water and my search is based around The Bay Run area, Eastern Suburbs or Lower North Shore along the river to Lane Cove. I'm clean and tidy, laid back and looking for a similar environment. Off-street parking is essential. Some steep driveways and drops to the road, my car won't handle, it's low. I also work from home. I'm flexible on the location in Sydney, but I would love to be by the water, and have a nice view for working. I hardly ever drink and don't like living with people that drink every night. Looking more for a home, not a "bed sit", or a "social" boarding house. I get along with people that are really career driven, entrepreneur types without the pretentious attitude. My requirements are: off street parking and a solid internet connection and a trustworthy household.
I am a 27 year old who moved to Sydney from Adelaide 18 months ago. I work in North Sydney in a full time professional role for a Telco and travel once or twice a month for work. I am really easy to get along with, have no issues with sharing or cleaning and am looking for housemates I can get a long well with. I have friends in Sydney already. I love pets, but unfortunately can't bring mine, and have the added bonus of netflix and plenty of movies I'm looking for friendly people who are easy to get along with and lots of fun to be around. I am a really easy going guy who loves to socialise, but respects other peoples privacy at the same time.
Young professional looking for a clean, modern one-bedroom apartment in the Eastern Suburbs. Require easy access to public transport in to the City, and ideally not a studio, but would be interested if the kitchen was separate. Super tidy, and responsible tenant looking to make somewhere home for 1yr+
My name is Andrew and I'm 23 years old. Young professional living in Sydney working in commercial property. I am also finishing off study as well. Happy to live with either guys or girls. I'm clean and more than happy to help out with any household chores/bills.
- 22, from Melbourne - Single - Up in Sydney interning at a PE Fund for 3 months from June 19 to around September 19 - Can move in any time from June 12 to June 16/17 - Will move out within a week of when I finish the internship - Due to finish my Commerce degree from Melbourne Uni at the end of this semester in a few weeks - Have had prior shared living experience on exchange last year in Amsterdam. Everything went really well and I made some great mates from all over the world - Would classify myself as a weekend warrior: Work hard and chill at home during the week but can shift gear and have a big one on the weekend if required. But if your house isn't inclined that way I can very respectfully stay out of your way and socialise elsewhere - Very easy to live with, I'm not agitated easily and I do my best not to do anything that may agitate others - Passions are music (listening, attending and playing) and sport (following and playing) but nothing beats being around your mates, doesn't matter whether its on the couch chilling or out and about ;) - Not much of a cook, keep it pretty basic so if there's some sort of housemate dinner roster etc its probably best to make me dishes man - Only know 10-15 people in Sydney including my brother, some relatives and some old mates so very keen to make some new mates to enjoy my time in Sydney with - Open to living with people ranging anywhere from 19-32, any gender

Chilled but clean, need a dishwasher! Work full time and have 2 mini bunnies and hopefully soon to be a small dog. Up for just about anything, drinks, dinner, movies, exploring and so on. I keep to myself and very very rarely have people to the house-I tend to go out to socialise. I love baking and cooking, so expect some awesome food. I'm not big on sharing food and such unless have placed in a communal space. I guess it's just a common courtesy thing. I love film, so tv series and movies are my go to. Also hoping to start playing hockey or touch footy again soon. Sorry, I don't usually write an essay^ But please make note of the bunnies I wont put them up for adoption
Hi I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security. I currently work from home however I'm very active. I've always had my own place so I'm looking for something big and spacious or to share. Please feel free to ask for more information.
I have been living in shared flats since I was studying at Uni. I am friendly, respectful, easy going and generally a smiling person. I work full time in law in the city which keeps my weekdays quite busy. On the weekend I try to be as active as I can with ballet and pilates. I also enjoy good coffees and brunches, going to different events and markets with friends on the weekends.
I'm from San Francisco in California and I have an internship opportunity with a neuroscience research institute in Sydney from May through July. I'm very organized and tidy, I'm easy-going, and I like to interact with the people around me but also respect their space. I plan to be working at my internship during the week from about 9-5 each day, and I hope to explore Sydney in the evenings and on the weekends.
Hi there, My name's Alla, I'm a 25 yo project manager based in Bondi Junction. I am currently looking to team up and create a new house share in Sydney's Eastern Subs. I'd like to furnish the place and create a nice home to live in. I'm quite active during the week, and happy being out or in on weekends. I'd consider myself tidy and relaxed, and love a good chat with a glass of wine. Happy to chat Alla
19 yr old student at USYD! I keep very busy with work and uni, and when i have time off usually at the beach or out with friends. Clean and tidy, friendly and happy and easy-going :)
Here I am! My name is Ileana and I am an italian architect migrated to join in the australian architecture scenario. Keen of this new life, I usually spend my time through pencils and sheets, but when I am at home I like cooking (as a good italian) and relaxing. I am a quiet person who enjoy to talk with people, share dreams and adventures with them. To be honest I am not a party person :) and non smoker. I am looking for a house to share where people who live in consider that as THEIR house, keeping it clean and cosy.
Hi, I'm looking for a lovely long-term home with a great sharing dynamic. I've spent much on the last 5 years on the move, living in Paris for European summers, housesitting when in Sydney, being a minimalist suitcase nomad. Ready for the next chapter! I am super clean, eco-friendly, considerate, completely reliable with rent and bills. Friendly, willing to share meals and vino, yet also independent so I'm not always in your face / space. I'm well-traveled, always learning something (currently, Danish!), and into cinema, music, literature, design, sustainability, social justice, and occasional trashy internet tv. I'm in career transition (formerly music management) so I currently work part-time but have plenty of funds and will likely resume full-time work soon. A happy home is so important in life, and I love sharing with respectful flatmates who I can spend time with, yet also enjoy my independence. I am a clean, considerate grown up. I'm told that I have a nice calm energy and am great to live with :-) I don't have any pets but I absolutely love animals, if you have one!
Hey! I am a young professional looking to either team up with other like-minded people, or find a friendly, clean, social flat/house, to call home. Ideally, I am looking for housemates who are in their mid-late twenties, working full time and like to enjoy a meal or wine together, rather than just use the house as a place to sleep. Monday to Friday I keep pretty busy with work and the gym, on the weekend I like to be pretty social and catch up with friends, go out for a few drinks, head to the beach, do something active, brunch or just enjoy a few wines at home over pizza! Let me know if I sound like a good fit and I'd love to come and inspect the house or grab a coffee sometime soon. Thanks!
Hi, I'm Tamryn. I am looking to move into an established house with a group of good humans. I work full time and have been living in Sydney for 10+ years so have a relatively active social life. I am looking for a home where people are happy to socialise but don't feel the need to live in each others pockets.
I'm a 26 year-old accountant moving to Sydney from London. I'm quite active (running) and enjoy watching most sports. I also like to make the most of my weekends, going for drinks with mates and hopefully a few visits to the beach! My plan is to live in Sydney for at least a few years, taking plenty of trips to get out and see the country while I'm here. The majority of my savings end up being spent on holidays...
Hi, I'm currently working full time in the city and spend my weekends with friends and family. I'm fairly quiet however like to have a wine and share a dinner here and there. I have a small Pomeranian X Mini Poodle who is house trained and very well mannered.
Ideal requirements: Own bathroom and clothes washer/dryer in flat Hi! I'm Daryl, and am a 29-year-old female from the US, and have been in Sydney for almost 2.5 years now. I'm originally from Atlanta, Georgia, but was living in Chicago, Illinois before moving. I work full-time in Saas Sales at a Technology company. Although I am typically up for going out and having fun on the weekends, I LOVE to relax and have my quiet time during the week. Being in Sales and talking to people all day can take it out of me, so usually I just want to come home and chill. I am very organized and tidy and am looking for someone who will be respectful of that. I enjoy working out, being active, hanging out with friends, shopping, the outdoors, and cooking (although, not great). I am looking for easygoing, social, and considerate individuals. Also, someone who is neat/tidy/clean, and will be respectful of the common areas of the household. I am up for having people over, hosting dinners, etc., but am definitely not looking to have a party house. Although, two years ago would have been a different story ;) My most recent Netflix/iTunes history consists of Riverdale, Stranger Things, GoT, Suits, and a few others. I also love live music and trying new restaurants! I'm friendly, outgoing, and love to travel - I am always planning my next holiday!
I am Pauline I am from France and I am 22. I'm currently having roommates and I really enjoy it, we have some fun and laugh a lot so I can not way to meet other people in the same context. I love doing and watching sport. I am very openminded and I can not way to discover and try ne things!

Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.
I am an easy going, full time worker who enjoys good conversation, a tidy space and kind people to spend my time with. In the Summer months, you'll find me out at the local beach or going for walks. In Winter, you may catch me in the corner of a local cafe or bookstore. Please contact me if you think I'd be a good fit for your place!

Hi there, my boyfriend and I are looking for a place to move in. We are both studying (IT and Travel/Tourism). We are from South America, really clean and friendly :). Please let us know if you have something available for us.
I'm looking for a room in a house/flat with clean, social and considerate housemates. I'm an easy-going, social and considerate individual who works in the Financial Services industry. I like traveling, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. I enjoy good food and wine, going out for dinners, and brunches with friends. Please get in touch if you have a room in my preferred areas or would like to team up to rent a house.
Despite being social out of the home, I am really quiet and respectful towards others I live with and neighbours. I would never compromise others comfort / peace. Myself and my 1.8 kg teeny tiny Pom spend most weekends away with friends. I am house proud and keep my surroundings clean and tidy; as it's the way I like to live! Having said that I'm really easy going, happy and drama free! I've lived with so many lovely people since arriving in Sydney and had no problems, maintaining good relationships with whomever I've resided with! I am happy to answer questions, have taken on leases and never missed or been late with a rental payment. I'm trustworthy and would rather be upfront about circumstances to determine suitability! Teddy and I love beach walks and getting outdoors as much as we love eating scrumptious food and exploring new areas! Even people who describe themselves as 'not dog people' fall in love with Mr. Ted so there aren't issues on that front! He's hopelessly adorable! I'm pretty flexible with move dates etc I am trying to keep as much of my furniture with me as possible! I love it all but may consider storage or selling for the perfect place! My cloud bed is none negotiable though and is a king size, so a room able to accomodate that is a necessity 🤣 Thanks for taking the time to read! Any questions, fire away!
Hi! My name is Ellen and I'm 20 years old. I have recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne and am looking for a place to move into short-term. I'm very friendly, laid-back and easy to get along with. I like to socialise and go out with friends but I also enjoy spending quiet time at home. I work nights at a restaurant in Balmain and spend my days modelling, swimming at the beach and going to cafes and bars. I am honest, organised and completely responsible. I'm more than happy to help cook and clean to maintain a happy, tidy house! I don't have any pets of my own but would love a place that has a cat or a dog for me to cuddle and love. I'm looking to move into a place with housemates that are happy to hang out with me but where I can have my own space too.
