I'm 28 year old student who is coming back to Australia from Poland after one year. In Poland I work for LOT Polish Airlines as a flight attendant which became my passion. I also love dancing which I enjoy doing during my time off. Flying, helping people, and dancing is something I could do all the time. I find myself very affable that's why I thought I'll give Australia a go again and chase my dreams somewhere else than Poland. In Australia I used to work with EXCEL Building Management- a leading building and facilities management company in Sydney. Excel provides first-class Concierge services. From February I'm gonna work with them again as Concierge. I am respectful of others privacy and possessions and expect the same in return. I am clean and tidy and quiet. I would like to live with other friendly people that I could get along with and hopefully occasionally socialise with.
Hey, I'm a 30 yo female who recently relocated to Sydney after living and working in London for 8 years and Malta for 1. I lead a pretty chilled life, enjoy a chat but also like my own space. I work as a Director for a creative agency in Rushcutters Bay which keeps me busy during the week and I like to spend my down time reading, swimming, painting, going on walks etc. I love to travel and will be in Europe for a min of 4 weeks, twice a year to see family and friends. My home is my sanctuary, I love cooking and It's important for me to have a clean and calm environment at home. Looking to find a place with a nice, easy going flatmate.
Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm 28 and work and study in the Natural Health scene. I grew up in Perth and moved to Sydney 3 months ago. Some of the things I love are cooking, nature and animals. I also love natural remedies and currently studying my Naturopath Diploma. I would like to live with someone that is genuinely a positive person that consciously creates a healthy mind, body and lifestyle for themselves. I'm looking for a well kept open place where I can open windows and let the sun shine in. I would like a roommate that enjoys living in a clutter free clean house with smooth vibes and of course has no issues with maintaining the upkeep and cleaning up after themselves as they go along. I like to keep happy & relaxed vibes through the house. I am very respectful and have always cleaned up after myself and contribute to the household duties.
Lawyer. Moving to Sydney soon for my PhD so I will be studying and working full time. Easygoing and sociable. I don't organise parties at home but don't mind if you have dinner parties and the like. I got along really well with my flatmates in London and Cambridge.
Hi everyone! I am Spanish lawyer who will be working for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Sydney. I am outgoing and I like to chat/socialise but I am also easygoing and know when to respect others personal time and space. I am also very active and visit the gym almost everyday after work so you would rarely see me at home. As a Spaniard, originally from Madrid, I enjoy football (I am a supporter of Real Madrid) and surf (even though I am a beginner). I also love travelling around and have visited more than 60 countries. You can count on me to keep the place clear, tidy and peaceful, even though I enjoy hanging out and would join any plan you propose! Looking forward to make new friends! Alvaro
I am looking for a place to live in Sydney for some months. I work full-time in law in Tokyo and will be moving to Sydney for study. I am looking for flatemate(s) who is/are friendly and out going. Like to go out and do any out door activities (snowboard, mountain bike, scuba dive etc). Friendly and laid back.
I have just finished studying on the Gold Coast and am moving to Sydney to start full time work in Investment Banking. I work long hours during the week so you will hardly see me but on weekends I like to socialise and catch up with friends. I am a healthy and outgoing person. Looking to live with likeminded people.
I'm a Law/Science graduate from Queensland and am relocating to Sydney for an inner-city career. I will work long hours during the week, so I am preferably looking for 1 or 2 female young professionals (or students) to live with, who have an understanding of this lifestyle. On weekends, I like to go out and socialise and do new things. I'll be moving to Sydney indefinitely, so looking for at least a 6-12 month lease. I'm very tidy. Not a great cook, but always happy to do the dishes if you want to cook instead! ;) I enjoy trying new sports or activities, and I'm always keen to go for a run or a walk. I also love having discussions about cinema and books.
We are a outgoing, clean and social couple moving from the Blue Mountains. We like going to the beach, keeping fit, checking out the local music scene and the occasional drink. Looking to meet some new people in a share house. Feel free to message us with any questions. Please note: we cannot move in until late January/early February.
My Name is Julia, I am 20 years old and from Germany. I am searching for a room in a flat not too far from Sydney CBD (max. 30 min drive) with young people. I think I am a nice person to live with because I am not loud, tidy, helpful and friendly. I like to be by myself sometimes to relax, but I would be more than happy to have some friendly, open minded flatmates to hang out with sometimes. When it comes to leisure time, I am really open to many things: I like to go shopping in the city; chill at Darling Harbour, Hyde Park or the beaches; go to bars to have a drink, play games, sing Karaoke; eat Asian food; enjoy the city at night and generally get to know all of Sydney with all its beaches and suburbs. Generally I love to spend a lot of time outside, but I love a stay-at-home-night-watching-movies too.
Hi guys, my name is Sukashini (yes, I know it's a mouthful!) and I'm an Aussie working professional just returned to Sydney after a two year stint in London. I'm easy going, fun, clean and tidy and always up for doing something new but wouldn't mind a quiet night in with Netflix either! I'm looking forward to the Sydney summer after not having had a decent one in a few years ;) Looking to find like minded housemates! Sukashini
We are jumping the ditch (from NZ) in January this year and are currently looking for somewhere to live in Sydney, the more central the better although also very open to living near the beach! We are both young professionals (lawyers but please don't hold that against us) who enjoy keeping fit, eating out, and socialising in our spare time. We are both well travelled and love meeting new people. We are also planning on bringing over our cat Archie, so are looking to live somewhere that is pet/cat friendly, and with people who are animal lovers. He's a sassy tabby cat who loves a good cuddle and is everyone's best friend (unless you're a bird), so isn't difficult to have around. If you have a room in your place/are also looking for somewhere and think we sound like a good match to live with then please get in touch!
We are a happy, outgoing couple looking to find our new home for a while and hopefully make some new friends when we do! We are clean and don't mind doing our share of the housework of course!
Am a team player! I have a good sense of humour & don't mind a bit of banter & a drink after a long working week. Very respectful of others space & privacy. Have a happy disposition and very easy going. As I have a very demanding job - am an interior designer - (which sees me working mostly a seven day week) I enjoy hitting my local yoga studio of an evening to unwind. Household chores are never a problem, I'm always there to pitch in. Life is about a happy balance - I would love to hear from anyone out there who would like to share a great home/apartment especially around the Woollahra / Mosman vicinity ☺️
Hi, I am a professional 29 years old French girl. I have been living and working in Sydney for 4 years, working in the design industry, I'm respectful, considerate, non smoker, clean and tidy. I'm passionate about arts and design, love yoga, travelling and I enjoy a glass of wine and great food.
We are two friends who study and work in Sydney, chilled and open-minded, ready to face new challenges.
Hey! My name is Danielle. I am 24, from England and currently on my 2nd year WHV. I am moving into a new place on the 29th January but looking for somewhere short term from around 8th/9th Jan - 29th Jan. I am easy going, clean and enjoy movie nights, going out to cafes & bars, cinema, shopping, beach days, road trips and festivals! I'll also be working Mon-Fri.
I've been living in shared accommodation for over eight years now, so I think I have this whole 'share house' thing down pat. I'm also one of eight children, so having grown up in a large family, I'm used to sharing space with others. As a housemate, I'm pretty easy going, I definitely prefer to keep a clean house and am very tidy. I'm courteous of others and I'm always willing to pitch in and help out where needed. I'm a fairly social housemate as well - i.e. I like to get to know the people I live with, rather than being strangers who have the same address. At the same time, I respect other's privacy and need for 'alone time,' and I would expect the same. I'm currently based in Canberra and am relocating to the big smoke in January for work. I've also applied for my Masters, but I won't know about that until early next year. Given that I will be new to the city, I'll be looking for a nice group of people to share with as I try to find my way around the city and make new friends! Please note: I have all my own bedroom furniture, so only looking for properties that have unfurnished rooms available. If you think I'd be a good fit for your house, let me know.
Canadian-born with Irish parents and have grown up in 10 countries. Mid-thirties, I work in Pre-Sales for a large tech company and I am neat, quiet and don't smoke. I enjoy running, cycling, movies and meeting friends and need to get going to the gym again and would like to live closer to the beach.
We are a very nice couple of French Students happy to spend a year in Sydney. We are looking for a place to share with people. We are fun and sociable but can be quiet too. We will be pleased to have some time with you.
I'm Lindsay, 25 year old from Queensland. I have lived in Sydney for the past 6 years and will be starting a new job in Rosebery mid January. About me - I'm friendly, clean and love a chat but also respect others space. I love being outdoors and visiting family on my weekends, I live a healthy lifestyle and love spending time with friends. My past room mates are some of my closest friends so I'm looking for room mates I can get along with in an easy and fun household. I look forward to hearing from you if you think we'd get along!
Hi! We are a young couple (29 years old) from Barcelona. Looking for a nice and quiet place were we can relax and chill. Love outdoors activities but not much in to partying.
Hey! I'm about to become an immigrant and am moving down under. I've lived and worked in London for the last couple of years and my company has offered to relocate me to Sydney in February. I'll have about a month to find a place, so am open to moving any time between 23rd February and 20th March. I'm a generally clean person and apparently am easy to live with. I live and breathe sarcasm, so if you're not a fan of that we probably won't get along that well. I love to cook for others and so if you're looking for a culinary expansion, I'm your guy! I also play field hockey and go bouldering every week. I wouldn't say I'm a fitness freak (I wish..) but being outdoors is important to me. Not quite as important as food, but almost. Anyway, overall I'm pretty decent I think, and I'd really like to find someone cool to live with. My main hopes are that you're not a serial killer, like food, and enjoy the odd glass of wine or 3. Owning an animal & speaking a second language that you'd be willing to teach me would be welcome bonuses. Let me know if you have any questions, and I hope one help me not be homeless!
Hi, I am 26 y old and I do come from Italy. I am looking for a private room cockroaches free :). I am friendly and clean. I have to leave the room where I live now on January 5th so I need something ASAP! Cheers
Hello! I've just moved back to Sydney from a 4.5 year stint in London. Looking to move out mid-late January. Will be starting a new job in Marketing Recruitment in North Sydney. I've lived with flatmates before in London, preference would be living with 1 other person in a clean flat. About me; I'm really easy going, clean, chatty flattie! Love a bit trashy tv and cosy nights in and equally enjoy a spontaneous night out! Not a big drinker but enjoy a social drink every so often. I like the outdoors when the weather permits - something I am most definitely am looking forward too since coming back to Sydney. Looking for a double room with wardrobe space. Any questions please get in touch!
Hi I am Rosie, I am 26 and from Ireland. I am looking to share an apartment/house with likeminded people. I work 8-6 Monday to Friday but at times it can be longer. I enjoy the gym being social and love good wine with great food.
Hello, I am a 23 year old female moving ''Down Under'' from the Big Apple. The best way to describe myself would be an animal loving introvert, although I do love to go out every once in a while. I am looking forward to all the beaches and a break from the city life of New York.
We are a lovely swedish couple who are easy to live with. We are in Sydney to settle down, work and enjoy life for a couple of months. We are clean and tidy and love having a good time aswell.
Hi, I'm Taryn - a 28 year old working professional looking for a more permanent home. I'm currently living in Woollahra, in a week-to-week agreement in a shared flat. Originally from Perth, I have just returned to Sydney from spending 4 years in Toronto. I work in advertising, at an office in Surry Hills and can pull long hours. To unwind from the long days, I like to keep fairly active (yoga, running) and enjoy cooking and baking, although I can't promise it will always be edible. Ideally, I'd love to live with 1-2 other people in a home. I prefer a tidy, quiet home... not a party house. I'd love to live with people who'd become friends; sharing dinners from time to time and up for drinks. If this sounds compatible with you, I'd love to hear from you! Thanks, Taryn
Clean, neat, organised, social & considerate. Can cook, pet-friendly.
Hi I'm Jade, 26 and I'm ideally looking for a room in the eastern kind of area although I am pretty open as long as public transport is easily available. I'm originally from Essex, UK and here on a working holiday visa. I have not long completed my regional work (it was awful) and need a cute and comfy place to call home to enjoy my second year while I try to figure out a way to stay here forever. I will be looking to move in ay sap if possible! I'm currently working full-time in the CBD in administration and pretty much every day will meet with friends or attempt the gym straight from work. I'm a clean and organised (some might say a little obsessive) non smoker, part time drinker here to make friends as well as house mates. Peace. ✌🏼️
Hey im a 26 year old British girl looking for a new place to call home. I'm looking for a private room in an existing house share or would be happy doing a team up and finding a new place.I work 9-5 Monday Friday in HR so my evenings are pretty chilled during the week. I enjoy socilaising as well as having my own space. In my spare time my hobbies consist of playing sport, going to the gym and going for dinner and drinks with friends. Im always up for trips and adventures checking out new places.
My name is Miki. I'm Japanese student and studying English here. I love clean and quiet place. And now I'm looking for new apartment. Because I will move from Brisbane to Sydney. in Sydney for 7 months. I require from 8th April.
I'm 31, originally from Perth and work in HR. I'm friendly, social and enjoy keeping active. I'm clean and tidy but not over the top about it either :) Looking to share with someone like minded who enjoys a laugh and doesn't mind sharing a glass of wine, or 3!
Hi All I'm looking to find one or two other similar down to earth, friendly and honest professionals (no roomsharers and ideally not a couple in a 2 bed) who are looking for a home rather than a simple share house. My preference would be a modern two (cost up to ca. $1000/wk) or three bed property (up to ca. $1500/wk) with outside space in or around Darlinghurst (where I live now), Surry Hills or the CBD but am open to other areas. More specifically on cost this would be from $400-500/room/week plus bills whilst I can pay a bit more for the master bedroom and my own bathroom. I have most of the furniture for a 2 bed place in storage as my current flat came furnished but am flexible on keeping/using this. About Me I'm a 36 year old accountant originally from New Zealand. I've been in Sydney for four years having spent the previous six in London. I would describe myself as a responsible, tidy and easy-going person who is always happy to socialise with my flatmates when appropriate or to do my own thing. Typically my work can involve long hours Monday to Friday so would prefer somewhere quiet and chilled to come home to during the week. On the other hand I do like to make the most of my weekends and also enjoy reading, going to the gym, travelling, and catching up with friends & family when I can. Cheers Shane
Hey, We're George and Dan, Two lads from the UK, currently living in Melbourne. We're looking for a place to live in Sydney for 2-3 months (Feb 1st - April). Both easy-going, interested in travel and keen to see as much of the City as we can! Drop us a message if you have any questions :) Thanks!
Hi My name is Oak. I’m looking for a privet room. I’m a student study in IT College. I need a place that quiet at night and peaceful on the weekend so I can study for a little. No baby or kids in the house/apartment. I’m easy going, socialize, drinking but not smoking. And I don’t cook because i can cook a little bit :p <3
HNY, OZ! I am looking for a private room to stay near CBD or Chatswood. Meanwhile checking sales role in town as my 2017 brand new start. I am a person who like to cook everyday and go out with friends to salsa club or night club, bar,...etc. I don't often bring guest home but I do sometimes. I need a place which is more flexible with this living pattern. Please don't message me if your room doesn't match with what I said:) Btw, I have stayed in Japan and Singapore for few years for work and study. Originally from Taiwan. I would like to live with someone who also have a travel mind like me:)
I have been living in Melbourne for a year now, having come over to work for a management consultancy. Social, outgoing and keen to have a good time. I have traveled a fair amount through Asia, Europe, North America and Africa. Ideally looking for a flat that is tidy but not necessarily spotless and flatmates who can have a good conversation and want to have fun.
Top Reasons why I should be your housemate: - I'm a pome. - I've been at this traveling game for a long while, I left England in March 2015. - I've spent over 10months in Australia already split between Cairns, Perth and Melbourne. - I work hard in the week as a removalist normally out the house from 6am-5pm so won't be making the place untidy during the day. - To unwind after work I hit the gym then enjoy just relaxing, cooking up some food, watching a movie, going out occasionally for dinner and drinks etc.. - Over the weekend in the day if the sun is shining I'll be by the beach topping up my tan, kicking back to some music, or just simply having a beer and a barbie. - At night I'm pretty relaxed, I'm not your typical non-stop drinking pome. I'm up for the occasional night out or chilled few drinks with good company. I like going to music/live events and festivals etc.. Going out to the movies and having dinner. I also enjoy staying in, cooking and chilling; I'm pretty laid back and easy with anything. I've been in living and working in Sydney since early October currently staying a ten minute walk from Central train station in Redfern, in a hostel. However I want to unpack my bags properly and call Sydney home till at least May 2017. As stated earlier I already have a job and working full time so paying the rent will be a piece of cake. Ideally I'm after a houseshare with a chilled set of people who I can just hang out with after work, chill together some weekends and have a good time and call it home for the next 6 months or so. I also own my own car so ideally looking for some near by parking too! Looking to move in ASAP. Thank you.
I'm a Registered Nurse working full time in Double bay for allergies and part-time Cosmetic Nurse Injector at Potts Point. Looking for a quiet place near my work and a professional flatmate who also can socialize with a glass of vino but respect some alone time and space especially on weekdays (work days). I love pets! so having one in the household is no issue! Cheers xxx
I'm easy going and chill, I'm looking for a home to make my sanctuary after a long day at the office. Love to have a chat and a laugh over wine and good food, however, also love to have time on my own watching Netflix and doing a bit of work.
I am 32 and work as an Account Manager for a digital design agency, based in Pyrmont. I love to keep busy and active - enjoying catching up with friends, eating & drinking out, beach, gym, Pilates, Barre and fun day trips & weekends away. I like to come home to a friendly and tidy home, and to share with someone who has a similar lifestyle to me. Always up for a chat and a glass of wine. I am pretty chilled and also very organised and clean.
I am very considerate and easy-going person. I am an architect who enjoys surfing, and now am moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I am super easy to live with, unless you are a total mess and do never clean up after yourself. Im looking for a place either close to my work (CBD) with off or on-street parking or at the beach, but close to a train or ferry.
Hi all, My name is isabella (bel perferably) I'm 23 and have just started working full time and am looking to reduce my travel time and move a bit closer to work. I'm really easy going and as long as your clean and up for a bit of banta every now and then I'm happy. I can't cook so sorry but our lives will consist of lots of take out and left overs. Budget is around 250 a week so if you have a place that you think would work please send me a message! Thanks, bel.
Hey people! My name is Stine and I'm from Denmark. I'm a law student at University of Copenhagen, and I'm going to study a semester at University of New South Wales in Sydney from 7 February 2017 to the end of June/July 2017. Therefore, I'm looking for accommodation for 5-6 months. I would love to live with both Australian people and/or other exchange students. I'm open minded and I love meeting new people. I'm good in social contexts, but I also like to be alone sometimes. Even though, I would love to live with people who would like to do things with me both at home and in the city in generel. I hope that I will be your new flatmate :-)
