Moving to Sydney to start a full-time position with the Government. Clean and considerate of other people and their space. Quiet during the week, more social on weekends and looking to live with people who are similar. Ideally looking for somewhere with parking available either private or street and walking distance to Double Bay.
Hi there! I've recently moved from Melbourne to take on a new job in Sydney, and am looking for a place to call home. I work in the Fashion Industry, love my sport (real sports like AFL) Golf, and spending time on Sydney's unreal beaches. I'm a tidy person, keep to myself but enjoy a chat after work and a beer or two on a friday night. I'm handy with a paint brush or a hammer, and have been known to change many a lightbulb. I look forward to chatting with you about your space!
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 50 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and silence. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
I am a qualified professional, reliable, trustworthy and honest. My apartment that I have be leasing for over 4 years has been sold and I only have a few weeks to find a place and I don't want to rush. I swim most days and enjoy going to the farmers markets. I also do volunteer work so I am not always around. I am respectful of other people's homes and privacy. Saying that...I am always up for a talk (or not).
I've moved back to Australia after an amazing year in New York City! Arriving in Sydney 21st August. I'm looking for a room for up to 6 months while I get settled and explore all Sydney has to offer - preferably furnished but not a deal-breaker. I'm friendly, clean, social, and I'm looking forward to beach walks, wine and cheese nights, and communal netflix binges. I have a car that I'll be getting sent down from Cairns (QLD) at some stage so I need a car park or street parking. I will be starting full time work as a psychologist in Sydney CBD August 28th. Look forward to hearing from you!
Reliable. Fun Can workout a suitable nanny, housesitting, agreement depending on place. Ie if its entire place I'll , do things around the home either whilst you're away or look after kids & pets ! Yes its kinda a job, share arrangement if it suits your needs. If you need a pa/ concierge perhaps I'm the person for you !
Chilled but clean, need a dishwasher! Work full time and have a puppy Up for just about anything, drinks, dinner, movies, exploring and so on. I keep to myself and very very rarely have people to the house-I tend to go out to socialise. I love baking and cooking, so expect some awesome food. I'm not big on sharing food and such, unless have placed in a communal space or have verified . I guess it's just a common courtesy thing. I love film, so tv series and movies are my go to. Also hoping to start playing hockey or touch footy again soon. Sorry, I don't usually write an essay^ But please make note of the puppy I wont put her up for adoption
Easy going, always up for an adventure :) I work full-time as a Director of a tech start-up (used to work in law) and study full-time so I'm always busy but love being social and having a laugh or sneaky wine :) I'm extremely tidy and organised and enjoy reading, drawing/painting, playing ps4 and road trips. Message me if you would like to know more :)
Hello! I am moving back to Sydney from 19 September for work after two years working in Malaysia. I am looking to pay rent from this date, not any earlier :) I will be working hard during the week (long hours and travel) but definitely enjoy having a balance - gym, movies, cooking, going out, trying new things, walking, exploring new bars and restaurants. I enjoy socialising over a glass of wine, meeting new people, swapping stories on the couch and having a good laugh. I am not one for hours in front of the tv or having people over every night of the week. I am outgoing, relaxed but not slack (drama free!), clean, minimalist and easygoing but courteous. I have lived and worked in 8 countries, making me very personable and comfortable with people of all nationalities. I have friends in Sydney but it would be nice to live with someone or people who also enjoy going out with their flatmates occasionally. You won't see any dirty dishes left behind, find randoms sleeping on the couch or music blasting. I would expect the same from the ideal flatmate. I would prefer a non party house and no more than one other flatmate please. I am looking for a room (master bedroom) with my own bathroom/ensuite. Thanks. If I sound like someone you could share a place with, drop me a line.

Hey Guys! I'm 24, from the UK and looking for somewhere new to live .. I'm currently in a share house in Woollahra, but I'm ideally looking for somewhere around Double Bay or even Darlinghurst/Surry Hills - I'm open to teaming up too and finding somewhere together, perhaps even a new apartment/house that we can jump on the lease (I've found some nice places in Double Bay but can't afford them on my own..). I'm around until January 2018.. I work full time during the week and love going on adventures at the weekend as well as a few drinks with friends or a big cook up/bbq and drinks at home or a chill day at the beach .. I don't have a dog, but would absolutely love one - I can't commit to one with leaving in January, so i'm more than happy if you have one!
I can cook, I clean up after myself, and I play well with others. Chill, social, and a great on road trips. Sometimes I need inspiration to get out and do stuff. I come with a keyboard and two guitars. I have headphones and won't be loud or play at midnight, but if you're not into music it might be weird. ENFP, Sagittarius, Texan, dogs , crunchy peanut butter, work to live, and Beatles > Rolling Stones (but only by a hair). Oh, and Family Guy and South Park.
I am a very relaxed and happy single female, vegetarian non smoker non drinker with no kids, no pets. I am a massage therapist and a caterer, self employed. I am trying my best to live a very simple, spiritual life. I like to garden and grow food, I enjoy dinner parties with like minded people, I am open minded and inquisitive, I can be very social and I also can be very quiet. I am looking for someone/s like minded to share with , to create a nurturing home with where we occasionally share food, where we share the chores and the space and hopefully become good friends. I have shared with lots of other people and have had great times, and I am still very friendly with nearly all of my previous house mates. Get in touch if you are looking for a housemate like me.
We have recently moved from London, and are looking to settle somewhere near the sea. We love outdoor activities including running, climbing and sailing. I'm moving from Melbourne to Sydney for a new job and I'm really looking forward to exploring what Sydney has to offer. I'm a clean, tidy and organised housemate. I treat others and their property with respect and I would expect the same. My ideal accommodation is something close to Sydney CBD at an affordable price range. I won't have a car in Sydney so convenient access to public transport is a must!

My Labrador Turner and I are experienced housemates. Reliable with rent and bills, clean up after ourselves and friendly towards other housemates. We would like to live in a house where housemates interact and care about each other whilst respecting each other's privacy and need for down time. I work full time at a restaurant in the city. I enjoy spending my free time with Turner and other friends, live music, movies, good food, road trips and days at the beach. Turner is an inside dog and enjoys belly rubs, park time, walks and trips to the beach. He is also a great kitchen assistant, napper and door man who will always greet you with a smile. I have been told by other housemates that he usually hangs in my room or outside in the sun when I am not around, however he will be happy to keep you company if he knows it's allowed. He is well socialised and used to living with other dogs. I am not attached to living in a specific area, just looking for a comfortable home in a nice area that offers a good lifestyle for Turner and I. I do have a car, so require easy access to parking and don't mind if it's on the street, but prefer to use public transport where possible so a train station or good bus route would be great. We are able to move within a week of finding an appropriate place and I have my own bedroom furniture.
I am relocating to Sydney for work in the CBD. I have been living in Perth however am originally from the UK. I like to keep things quiet during the week and go out and socialise at the weekend. I am happy to share a glass of wine/beer with house mates and have a chat after a long day at work, however equally happy to chill out and watch netflix. I am looking to find a place within easy access of the CBD which I can call home.
Hello! I currently work in buying for a fashion label based in Alexandria. I am originally from southern NSW where my parents still live on a sheep and cotton farm. I love to get back as much as I can which means I am often away weekends. I have lived abroad for a couple of years and in Melbourne for 3 years also. I love to soicalise with friends during the week for dinners and am always out and about on weekends. I would say that I am not a house lurker by any means, I love to be out enjoying Sydneys amazing outdoors. I am looking for a housemate who is also social and enjoys a meal together on occasion but also is looking for their home to be a quiet, relaxing and a comfortable place to unwind. I am extremely clean, I hate clutter and mess and am big on always having a particularly tidy kitchen and bathroom. At risk of sounding like im pumping my own tyres, I would say I am a fun person to be around, respectful of others, very relaxed and a huge fan of all food and a good time with friends. :)
I am originally from Germany but have lived in the Netherlands and Dublin, Ireland for the past 3 years. I currently study International Hospitality Management in The Hague and I will be coming to Sydney at the end of August where I will be completing a 6 month full time Sales Internship in the Central Business District. I am therefore looking for a private, furnished room in a shared apartment. I am open, tidy, responsible, easygoing and love to socialise while exploring the city and everything it has to offer. Sometimes I also like to have my own time, and I fully respect others private time. If you think I could be a match as one of your flatmates and if my timeframe suits you, I am looking forward to hearing from you! :)
