Hi, I'm a 28 year old female looking for share accomodation. I am friendly, tidy, honest and fair. I am also social but independent. I am looking for a share house with people my age or above and somewhere with a maximum of 4 people including myself. I am a non-drinker, whom is looking to live somewhere which fosters this lifestyle. This is quite important to me so please don't contact me if you drink most nights and/ or go out most weekends. My hobbies include reading, yoga, watching movies, seeing friends, cooking and chatting. I just returned from a 2 year period of working and living overseas. I'm currently working in hospitality whilst I apply for positions in Social Services. I'm waiting for the right job for me and in the meantime having some well needed downtime! I look forward to hearing from you, thanks for reading this. Rochelle
Coming to Australia as a UofA international postgraduate student. I have traveled abroad multiple times, but never visited OZ. Reaching Adelaide on the 12th of February. Looking for a well lit furnished room with a desk. I have no scruples with bathroom sharing. I dont require a bed, as I enjoy sleeping on the floor. Im a very clean person and enjoy tidy living spaces. I love taking responsibility. I consider myself a mature and friendly person. Love pets in general. I respect your privacy and expect others to do the same. (Pretty much a golden rule scenario) I love exercising and martial arts. Ill be your running partner. I am a boxing and Muay Thai practitioner. I really admire John Wayne Parr. Im not a party person and never consumed drugs and alcohol. Big fan of music. I usually enjoy Rock/Metal and Soul genres. I can play multiple musical instruments. I'm happy to give guitar lessons to my flatmates for free. Oh, my favourite band from Australia is Parkway Drive. Would really love to see them someday! Thank you for your time :)
I am 50, single, young for my age (in my opinion!), and I work full time in retail at Kilburn. I'm quietly spoken and responsible, but enjoy socialising and I have a slightly quirky sense of humour. Some of my interests include walking, cycling, reading, eating out, going to the cinema, and road trips. I'm an active participant in Meetups. I can be flexible with the move date for the right property. Ideally I am seeking a place which is both close to my work, and near to or in the city. I have ten years' experience in share house living.
Friendly and polite girl. Very clean and tidy. Non smoker and does not have children or pets. I am looking for a private bedroom in an existing shared house (preferably with own bathroom) in any suburb near Adelaide University. I would like to live in a quiet house in order to be able to study and sleep. I will be studying (full-time) and working (par-time) at the same time. So I would be out of the house most of the time.
Cool Calm Considerate Studious (full-time student) Relatively tidy
I am very social and easy going. I enjoy meeting new people and travelling! Always up for a laugh and good food/fun with mates, but I also know how to respect other people's space :) Currently working full time until returning to my degree at Adelaide Univeristy.
Single IT professional migrating from India to Australia in first week of February 2017 and I am looking to move into an accommodation around 22nd February. I don't smoke or drink. Love to read and watch movies. Not a party person. Thanks, Magan
I'm an easy going housemate that is respectful of others. Generally quiet but always up for a chat, a laugh and a glass of wine. I like to eat well, cook and try to keep active but do also enjoy my down time. Im looking for a new housemate to start a new lease with in March/April in the norther or western suburbs. I work in West Lakes so somewhere close would be ideal. I work full time in hospitality and currently studying, so I keep pretty busy.
Hello,I am Davis.I am 23 year old Taiwanese.I am going to study in Adelaide from 21 March 2017,I am a non smoking, non drinking, casual and easy going person that I believe most I can get along with most people.however I am a heavy internet user so I prefer a place with high speed internet. I can be a little quiet around new people. I love food, watching movies, playing video games (especially with friends),
My name is Hayley, I am a 30 yr old part time bartender looking for a room to rent for a minimum of 12 months to try and save myself some money (as I have been renting on my own for the past year - so expensive!) I am easy going, friendly, bubbly, social, love to share a beer/meal and a chat, NOT a recluse (so I don't stay in my room all the time and like to get along with my housemates). I love all the normal things in life - movies, music, hanging out with my friends, food, coffee, beer/wine, art, binge watching tv shows, quoting Seinfeld and The Simpsons regularly. I have shared plenty of times in the past so I have lots of experience in keeping common areas tidy and being respectful of people's personal space. I'm not a party animal (definitely got that out of my system a long time ago!) so don't have lots of people over and am not loud. I am very clean (read: bit of a neat freak), always pay bills on time, honest, respectful - all the good things you would want from a housemate! I do have a cat and a dog - a 6yr old cat who basically just sleeps on my bed all day or eats, and a 2yr old Kelpie x Lab who is house trained and very friendly and well behaved (does not dig, chew, scratch, bark etc etc) I am available to move any time from now so if I sound like the perfect fit for you then hit me up with a message or a text! :) Hope to find my new housemates soon!
Hey, I'm a 3rd year product design student, and i've been in Adelaide the last few years. Pretty social, but enjoy my own space every now and then. I've been living in shared accommodation for the last few years, and am quite considerate. I'm also a musician, but i tend to know when to keep it down. Would like to be within walking/bike distance to UniSA City west campus. Also looking for somewhere with Flexible/Unfurnished
I am a trainee doctor currently attached with Royal adelaide hospital icu . I am clean, very respectful and soft spoken . For me mutual respect is very important. I like occasional wine and like to cook food once in a while . Looking to make some new friends !
Hello! I am looking for short term accommodation/sublet for the full month of March (and possibly the last week in Feb), as I will be in Adelaide for 4-6 weeks for a jewellery design course. I am a down to earth 31 year old Canadian girl, creative, easygoing, clean, and respectful. I am friendly and sociable, but tend to live quite quietly at home. Ideally my perfect situation for the month would be a small furnished room in a share house fairly close to the city, with internet and access to laundry for a max budget of up to $200 incl. per week. Extra details - I like animals (but don't have any), and I'm LGBT and vegetarian (not that you have to be either of those things of course!). Send me a message if you think I would be a good fit for your house! Cheers! x Michelle
Hi all, My name's Jack and I'm currently studying at the University of Adelaide and working part time. I'm friendly, respectful, and clean, whilst enjoying being a social and also having my own space to retreat to. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, play board games, read, watch movies, cook, and build projects. Currently, I am on a study tour over in Europe, and will be unable to sign rent agreements. I am strictly able to move in on the 19th of Feb or before, but would accept tenancy before then. I am more than happy to help organise team accomodation for people without a current room to rent. As far as skills go, I'm good at fixing things, cooking, and cleaning, always willing to lend a hand. Thanks for your help, Jack
Hi ! My name is Mathilde, I am 22 and I am French. I currently study Management and I will arrive on 17 February in Adelaide to study at Unisa for one semester (3,5 months). I am looking for a furnished room, with a rent of $170 per week, which is not to far from the Unisa City West Campus in bus. It will be my first experience in Australia and then, I think sharing a flat is the best way to meet people and to integrate :) I am sociable, energetic, curious and a good cook. Please, don't hesitate to contact me for any information ! Best regards, Mathilde
Hey guys! My name is Lauren, I'm 25 and currently studying Nutrition & Food Science at Uni SA. I'm also working part time in a cafe in the CBD. I'm usually really busy with uni and work so in my down time I just like to hang out at home and just watch a movie or listen to some music or read. I also like going to yoga when I can (although I will be honest it's not very often! Haha.) I've lived in share houses for the last couple years now so know the drill when it comes to good housemate etiquette :) I'm looking for 2 or 3 other people to find a sharehouse with. I'm not fussed about gender or anything else, as long as you're friendly and clean and reliable :) I would prefer non-smokers. I've become really good friends with all of my past housemates and would hope that this would become the case again :) Ideally I would love to live near the beach, but am pretty flexible with location as long as it's not too far from the city/close to public transport. I have a cat called Theo so am hoping to find a pet friendly house/housemates. Any other questions feel free to message me :) Thanks! Lauren
Friendly & outgoing individual, who is also good at being independent and respectful of others. Finished studying and working as a preschool teacher. Decided 2017 is time to move out and make a change. My interests include health & gym, cooking, movies, music. I am also very neat and tidy.
Hi, I'm employed full-time in education sector, easy going, quiet and respectful, enjoy sports, fitness and making the most of the outdoors, not a party guy, don't do drugs, social drinker, non-smoker, low maintenance, happy to have a chat.
Hey! Just moved to Adelaide from sunny Noosa. I love to keep fit by cycling or running. I like to keep a clean house. I'm open minded and get on well with most people. Always up for a chat or a wine/beer on the weekend. Currently working in the CBD Mon - Fri 9-5. Prefer to move in with a good crew who are all mates rather than temporary student digs. Preferably a furnished room. p.s. not my dog :( But I love dogs!
Hi! My name is Natalya and I am from Russia. I am going to study at the University of Adelaide. My program is Master of Planning. Firstly, about location. I am looking for place, private room in shared house, when I can have space and opportunity for study. If there are bed, desk and wardrobe in the room, it is a perfect room for me!) Also for me one of the most important thing is heating and cooling system in the house. And it will be perfect, if my brother from Russia can stay in my room no more than a week!(of course with extra $). Secondly, about me. I am clean, tidy and responsible person. I was a volunteer's chief in Greece, and we helped in Wildlife hospital. All was fine!) All animals always had food and water) And territory of hospital always was clean!) So it will be OK if you have any kind of animals in the house. I really like drive! I have drive license and will be glad to help with driving if it is nessesary) Also I really like bike and swim. And long walks. I am easy going and open person, it is OK to have a little friend parties in the house, but just sometimes) Sometimes I prefer to spend time alone in my room with book or good film. Thirdly, I looking for house in any surburbs, but no more then 30-35 min to Uni by bus! So, please, don't be hesitate to contact me or write me any options and questions!
We are a young laid back couple that both work full time. We have an adorable Chihuahua X Maltese dog named Charlie whom lives primarily outside. We are clean and do keep to ourselves a lot but would like to have a friendly relationship with housemates :)
Hi :) I’m easy-going, grounded and accepting of others. I’m a health science student pursuing a career in dietetics. As a tenant I am considerate, respectful and will happily contribute to the cleaning and up keep of a household. Having been raised as an only child I naturally like having my own space and time to myself. I truly love the outdoors, fashion and having a laugh. I am the kind of girl who will keep her room clean, stop to say hello and always be happy to lend a hand. I’m flexible with my move-in date however looking preferably would like to find a room that’s available around the 25th February. I currently live in Adelaide but am looking for accommodation for 2017 either in Adelaide or the Gold Coast. Feel free to message me for my contact details to talk further :)
Hi, Im Dave. Im looking to move out of my apartment into a place with a bit more space, and for a change of scenery. I am currently studying a bachelor's degree at the University of Adelaide. I also work quite long hours, which does not leave me with much free time. When I do get time off however, my interests include gym/ fitness, reading, web development, business, travel and movies. I am a fairly social person who is neat, tidy and respectful of others. I am mainly interested in either joining an existing share-house or teaming up and establishing a new one. Please leave me a message if you would like to know more!
Greetings! So I’ve just finished a Bachelor of Software Engineering at UniSA and am looking to move out. I’ve been offered a PhD but have deferred it to the end of the year as I’m working on some of my own projects at the moment, as well as applying for the Royal Military College. I’ll be working casually at UniSA as a researcher and am financially secure. I’m a pretty non-dramatic person and will happily compromise and calmly discuss any issues to find solutions. I like to be hygienic and organised, but am not pedantic about it. I’m introspective but outgoing and hence conscientious of others; socially progressive but non-confrontational, so accepting of other viewpoints. I enjoy time alone to recharge, and understand when others need that too; always up for chats about interesting topics though! At heart I'm a geek who loves puzzles and over-analysing books and films, and I train in martial arts. While it’s always fun to meet new people, if you’re just looking for someone to split the rent with who won’t bother you, I can be that person. Short version: Looking for the perfect housemate? Choose dis guy! *Thumbs pointed at self* :)
I'm a Dutch / Australian med student heading to Adelaide for a research internship. This is my first time living in Australia, so I'm looking for a nice house with some fun house mates to socialize with and who can show me around! I'm from Amsterdam, and lived with and without roommates. So I like peace and quiet but also enjoy spending time together, having a few drinks and go on trips! I'm easy to live with :)
I'm 28, and working full-time. I have a small, old female dog that mostly just sleeps. She is very well behaved and i have had her in rental properties before with no problems. I'm quiet and friendly, love a good TV marathon & a glass of cheeky wine or two.
I'm 18 years old, working part time and about to start at university. I am easy going and friendly, and love people I can chat and connect with. I like my own space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and go out with friends sometimes. I'm clean and tidy, easy to negotiate with, and really respectful of other people's needs and quiet time. I'm looking for somewhere in mid January, with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. Places with majority female housemates is preferred.
Hey! My name is Madison Lynn and I will be studying at the University of Adelaide. I am coming from Canada and will be arriving on February 16th. Ideally, I am looking to live with students who are also enrolled at Adelaide Uni!! Some characteristics of mine include: - Clean - Easy going - Organized - Respectful - Fun!!
Hi! My name is Chloe (or Cleo) and I'm a clean, respectful, and relatively quite roommate. I have a medium domestic lop eared rabbit named Buttercup (that's her in the pic!) She's adorable and is an OUTDOOR bunny, she's pretty happy in her hutch (which is secured and raised of the ground so she wont destroy your lawn) and she'll be your best friend if you give her sultanas!! I'm a friendly person and I like to have a laugh with my roommates, though I do also tend to lock myself away so I can study. I work for state gov and study Psychology full time (at this stage, I might go part time with study). I spend a lot of time with friends but don't tend to be the kind of person coming home at all hours of the night. I like to cook really simple but delicious meals. I love reinventing leftovers into something new and scrumptious!! 6 months would be my minimum stay at this stage :)
I'm looking to sharehouse in and around Prospect and Enfield. I'm hoping to share with two others to keep the costs down. I work part time and I'm looking for full time work as I recently graduated from uni. I am originally from the country, 23 years old, and keep my space very clean and tidy (I know everyone says that but I actually mean it!) For fun, I like to watch netflix and cycle. I'm the one in the middle in the photo. My move date is flexible Flick me a message if you're interested :)
I'm clean, responsible, fun and Scottish :) Moving to Adelaide in February 2017 (still in UK at present) for a new job at one of the universities. Hoping to find a flatshare for a few months, in an area close to brunch haunts and bars for weekend frequenting :) I'm looking to share with someone 25-40, friendly, who can have a giggle, is tidy and clean, and can maybe even help me get to know Adelaide! I'll have my partner moving out from Scotland in April 2017 so if he could stay for a few months too, then you're the perfect roomie! If you can cook I will pay in prosecco ;)
Friendly, easy-going, quiet and chilled but also usually down for socialising. Work as a full-time bartender :) love dogs (allergic to cats...)! Clean and considerate. Looking for 6 months+
Hi! Great to meet you! My name's Louis (pronounced without the S). I am an Adelaidean, born and raised in the savage hills where the roads wind forever and the spiders are your roommates. Currently, I'm looking for a shorter commute into the Adelaide CBD to finish my Software Engineering degree at Adelaide Uni. I only have a semester to go, so I'm guaranteed to be around for six months, but I can't say anything solid for after that. While I study, I am currently in a paid internship with a software company in the city. This will be full time until I start the semester and then move on to part time. I love to share a drink, play board games, go on a short run every now and then, hang out with pets, and binging YouTube with the rest. Whether my housemates are reserved or like to get loud, I'm fine with either. As for maintaining a place, I can cook, clean, launder clothes, troubleshoot stuff, and learn whatever else is needed, as long as it's a shared effort. I'm not exactly a neat freak, but I can be flexible to the needs of others (trust me, I grew up under two older sisters, I can take some pushing around). Some afternoons and weekends, I like to hang out with my friends to play tabletop roleplaying games (your Dungeons and Dragons-type affairs, though not that system exactly). I'll be liable to get into long conversations with people who are fans of Pathfinder and GURPS 4th ed. Anyway, don't hesitate to sling me a message if you'd like any further info and I'll get back to you if I can. P.S. While my listing specifies January 16th as my moving date, I am not being hurried out and can move any time between then and mid-February.
My current two housemates are off to Sydney so I am seeking a room in a existing share house or to team up with someone to find our own place. For over three years I have lived in share houses so I am pretty well trained, my current housemates can vouch for this. Ideally I would like my own private bathroom - 'treat yo'self.' About me: I work full time in communications and tend to keep myself busy in my free time by spending time with family and friends, exercising, going to the footy during the winter months and hanging at the beach during summer. I enjoy taking advantage of the great wineries we have at our doorstep, going for a few drinks and a delicious meal. I am a pretty easy going housemate. I clean up after myself, enjoy keeping the place tidy but I am not one for cleaning rosters. I spend a lot of time out of the house but would ideally like a housemate that I can enjoy a glass of wine and hold a conversation with, however I also respect alone time, we all need it! I also believe in sharing staple items like condiments, spices, milk etc... If I sound like someone you could bare living with, please feel free to contact me with any of your questions.
Hi I'm Alice, I'm 17 years old (nearly 18). I'm looking to move back to Adelaide from Queensland to study a Bachelor of Visual Arts at UniSA. I am preferably looking for other girls around my age to share with. I'm fairly tidy and friendly. I love music, films, reading and baking. I have traveled around a bit and am excited to explore Adelaide. I'm hoping to move in before uni starts :)
We are a very chill couple, both studying full-time. We are relocating to Adelaide and are really excited about exploring a new city. I work in wine retail so house discounts are totally a real thing! We both like our space & privacy, and respect those of others. We are comfortable socially and are neat & totally respectful.
Im looking for a houseshare to join as my current housemate is moving to France. Im a super mature, clean and reliable person. Im 19, studying full time at unisa and working part time at a restaurant near the beach. I enjoy my downtime, however, I do enjoy going out and having a couple of drinks and some fun.
I am currently an undergraduate student going into my third year of study at university, I work casually and am employed at two jobs. I am a neat, easy going and quiet individual. I am currently living in a share town house with two housemates, which I have lived in for the last two years. Ideally would like to move somewhere in similar location to where I am currently based. Also would prefer to move in with housemates of similar age.
Hello fellow renters! I am looking to rent somewhere in the city outskirts, preferrably NE, perhaps Walkerville, Prospect, Broadview. I come with a house full of furniture. (my couch is a bit shit though) I work full time in IT in a standard 8-4 type job. My work is in Payneham. I don't mind looking further away for the sake of a nice place/area. Have shared before and am very reliable. Have TV and surround sound that I am happy to share. A bit about me: I'm friendly, calm, quiet. Super chill :) I will avoid loud parties at all costs. Not keen at all. lol Obviously having friends over is a blast. Very non-judgemental. I love a good coffee, and have an espresso machine. (can give lessons if you're interested) I like listening to music and mostly do it through headphones. I like a good conversation and a nice wine. Always up for a chat or a movie or whatevs. Am respectful of people's space and will leave you alone when you need it. Ideally, I'd like to group up with at least 1 or 2 more people, and get something nice. Accom Needs: I hate shower baths, and am a bit wobbly on my feet, so a proper shower is a must. Would prefer to be on the NBN, am happy to pay more because I'll use it more. Aircon, I'm a cold lover, and don't cope in the heat lol I'll be just fine in the winter time though, I'm a walking heater. I also need BIR Wants: I'd love a proper kitchen. My current kitchen is shite, and it's a bit sad. Other advantages of picking me to team up with: I currently have Internet and utilities subscriptions, so I can have them moved very easily, instead of having to wait for them to be connected. More than happy to have people added to the subscriptions. I have netflix, and VPN and stuff like that too. Also happy to share. I have washing machine and a dryer and an iron, and all those other bits and pieces too. But if my stuff isn't needed, I'm happy to discard it. If you have more questions feel free to ask. I am free most days after 430 if you want to grab a coffee and talk about things. Good luck, and happy hunting! Adam
I'm a 22 year old female who is looking to move out some time in Feb. I have just landed a job as a midwife and am looking to move out with 1 or 2 other females to Prospect, Brompton, Mawson Lakes, or nearby. I am a friendly person to live with and I am very clean. I am also happy to spend time watching movies in my room and keeping to myself. As a shift worker it's really important that I live with someone who is considerate and able to keep relatively quiet if I'm asleep (I will do the same for you of course!). I have shared before and am very reliable, looking for someone who is also reliable and has a stable income. I'm allergic to cats so I can't live anywhere a cat will be indoors. I enjoy activities like playing sport, going to the beach, or chilling out at home. If you think I would be suited feel free to message me :)

Hi Ive been living in Adelaide since the past two years. Studied at the University of Adelaide and have been doing event management. Respect others privacy and would like mine to be respected. Chill person and mind my own business. Before moving to Adelaide I was based in Cambridge, UK.
Moving from Melbourne to Adelaide to undertake an associateship at the Jam Factory. Just finished my degree in Furniture Design at RMIT in Melbourne and moving onto bigger and better things, I love all things design and am a creative person. I'm easy going, reliable and respectful with a great rental history. Looking for something short term (approx 4 weeks) whilst I find my feet and get settled there.
I am pretty social but am also able to keep to myself. I love keeping things tidy and organised. I enjoy spending my time with animals, going to the gym, cooking, baking, travelling and playing video games. I work quite a bit as I am working towards managerial work so when I'm at home a drink or 2 and a good chat is always welcomed. I love conversing and discovering other people's opinions on world topics.
Hey there, Looking for a share house relatively close to the city. I work in the northern suburbs Monday to Friday and have a neat skill of paying bills and rent on time. Always up for a glass of wine or a beer with housemates :)
I'm an easy going human. :) Yoga Teacher, Florist, Retail worker & Science student at Flinders. Looking for a nice little home with great people to spend some of my down time.
I'm a very caring person who hates conflict and am a good mediator, I take criticism well (about 98% of the time). I'm about 60/40 introverted/extroverted, so sometimes you can't get rid of me and other times you won't see me for days. I have my own car and don't mind playing taxi for pocket money. I'm a bit nerdy, a bit geeky and a bit socially awkward. I'm easy enough to get along with. And I don't smoke or drink much and I don't party or play extremely loud music. I don't have much of a social life. I've only been in SA for a year so I don't have many friends yet.
Hello! I consider myself relaxed, easy to get along with, a creative mind, and have an offbeat sense of humour. I'm clean and respectful, a well trained housemate. I enjoy a comfortable house, where everyone can feel at ease relaxing in. I currently work in the city at a community child care centre. I'm also a filmmaker and am currently working on a new shirt film. I like / try to be active with gym visits and hiking. I'm looking for places fairly close to the city, as I like to ride my bike to work, but we'll see what happens. I'm ready to move as soon as find someplace rad. I can be fairly flexible with most things.
