Hi, I've just moved from Canberra back up to Brisbane and I need to secure accommodation ASAP. I'm new to Flatmates.com and was referred to it by a friend as being one potential method for sidestepping C19-affected waiting-lists in usual competitive housing links. I'm a quantum physicist currently on long-term reliable DSP with a perfect rental-payment record. I'm currently taking a couple of quiet years off work to adjust to the 2019 loss of vision in my right eyeball. In terms of fun most of my time was spent on the guitar but I've left my guitars in Canberra i.e. I've had to make a rushed move back to Brisbane for particular medical specialists unavailable in ACT.

Hi, my names Artie and I’m moving back to Brisbane from Melbourne in mid February 2022. I’m an approachable and friendly guy who loves to socialise but also have my own privacy and stay to myself at times. I currently work full time and will continue to do that in Brissy as I’m already looking at work there. My hobbies include tennis, AFL, music and I’m a big beach goer so I’ll probably be out to the coast as much as possible. If you have any questions or queries don’t hesitate to message me :)

Hi! I’m going into my first year of uni this year at UQ and I’m looking for a cosy home to live in while I adjust to a new life away from the Sunny Coast. I love meeting new people and having experiences that take me out of my comfort zone. Would love a housemate that’s happy to chat but can still have individual space.

Hi folks, I'm Charlie. Long-term Law student (QUT) considering moving out of home for the first time, work part-time in the CBD in a bank, will likely be starting another gig with an education company at the start of the school year too. Looking a relaxed, social atmosphere preferably with other students of a similar age. Love a social but happy to keep the hard partying away from my own home. I have a car and am happy to park on street. I'm very house proud and am more than happy to keep the place neat and tidy. I'm not a smoker but fine with housemates who are.

Hello, I’m Hayley! (L of profile pic). I’m 25 working full time as a Conveyancing Manager in Fortitude Valley and I also study Social Work full time (online). I'm laid back, tidy and respectful of personal space. I like to keep to myself during the weekdays when I'm home, as I'm usually studying after work, but I'm always up for a chat! Over the weekend you'll find me with a glass of wine in hand, catching up with friends or trying my best to be active. I'm looking for somewhere welcoming and peaceful to call home. I do like the option to work from home, so ideally a room big enough for a desk or an area I can set up my desk (I usually only work from home 1 day a week, sometimes more with exam block). I'd also love my own bathroom and a car space, but I'm flexible for the right place. Ps. I have a coffee machine... brownie points? Areas I'm looking, Newstead, Newfarm, Teneriffe, Paddington, Bardon, Red Hill, Hamilton, Ascot.
