I am an international student from Singapore looking for off-campus accommodation with fun-loving, nice students :). I am currently studying Bachelor's of Mechatronics Engineering(hons) at University of Newcastle.
Mitchell and myself have lived in shared accommodation for the past 3 years. We are both studying students who work part-time to support ourselves. We are looking for somewhere to stay for approximately 2 months.
I’ve just been offered a full time position working in Newcastle 2019 and I’m looking for a place to live for a minimum of 12 months or so. I’m friendly and clean and would love to have a good chat if you’re up for it. I also like my own space at times and respect others space and property. I’m super into sports and exercise and love the outdoors so if you’re ever up for a walk or something I’m your girl! Always on top of my bills and my schedule but I’m no uptight square head either. Can’t wait to see what Newcastle has to offer 😀
Im 31 and currently attending UON for my postgraduate studies and I work part time as well. I'm quiet, tidy and considerate. Dont mind pets I would consider myself fun and outgoing however do value both your privacy as well as my own. With that being said, I do treasure meaningful friendships and thoughtful conversations over a couple of beers! Please hit me up if you have a suitable apartment/home, or if you're also hunting for apartments/home and think we'd be a good fit! Cheers!
Heya! I’m Laura :) I’m a fairly happy go lucky kind of person, a chill, clean and respectful individual who loves a bit of banter through the week with a glass or two on the weekend. I study the Bachelor of Nursing at Newcastle, in my second year, so I am looking for a generally quiet household throughout the week for the remainder of my studies. I also have two house-trained kittens Sunny and Frankie who love other animals. I’m looking for a pet friendly place all over the Newcastle region. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Looking forward to hearing from you! Laura :)
Hi! I'm a 29 year old phd student from Romania. I' ve been in Australia for a little less than two years. I'm warm and social (except in the morning before i have my coffee). I love having chats on any topic (philosophy, trump, the best dishwasher soap... you name it), being goofy, occasional dinner parties, going to the beach, dancing salsa, traveling and of course banter. I'm a huge movie buff and a pretentious jazz listener. On top of my research scholarship, I work as an academic staff member at UoN and a few other small part time jobs. I'm looking for a nice place relatively close to the university of newcastle, callaghan campus, to share with a few fun, social, clean people. Hope to meet you soon! Thanks Cheers Andrei
Hi guys, My girlfriend and I are currently looking for somewhere to live for the next year or so. My name is Tom and I am currently a full time uni student about to enter my third year and work two jobs on the side. My girlfriend Alex is a recent school leaver and is currently searching for work and will hopefully be working full time soon. We are both laid back, clean and tidy people and generally do our own thing, but love the company of others and are always happy to hang out and catch up with our housemates. We are both easy to get along with and can't wait to meet our future housemates.
Hi! I'm Rob, 34, and currently I'm a post doctoral researcher based in London. I am moving back to Australia toward the end of November to start a new position at the University of Newcastle and am hoping to find some temporary accommodation while I look for something more permanent. I am clean and courteous professional that enjoys sports, socializing, and a good beer.
I'm moving up to the Newcastle area to further focus on my studies as I am originally from the Central Coast. I enjoy tinkering with electronics projects and going to fun places with mates. I work part time at the Caltex in Maryland and can't wait to move to Newcastle and make some new friends.
Hi, my name is Emily and I am currently studying Primary Teaching at UoN. I am looking to find a place to live in Newcastle as I am from the country. I am flexible in regard to location as long as it is within a reasonable distance from the uni. Hoping to meet some new people and make some new friends but I am also respectful of personal space and enjoy my downtime. In my free time, I enjoy being creative, playing netball, reading and going to the beach among other things. I am very clean, respectful and easy to live with. Hoping to move in around early to mid-February and looking to share with females only.
Hey!!!! I'm 21 years old and looking for a place somewhere in Newcastle. I'm an architecture student at The University of Newcastle and have a bubbly personality. When I'm not studying I'm usually either at the gym, the beach or binge watching Netflix. Ideally, I would like a place where I can hang out with my future housemates but at the same time be respectful of each other's space.
My name is Ashleigh and I currently live on the Central Coast studying Exercise and Sport Science at the Ourimbah campus. I am looking at changing to Nutrition and Dietitians next year at Callaghan and would love to move into a house with likeminded people. Will be spending most of my time studying, working(I have two jobs), at uni, the gym or with my boyfriend. Very active and love eating out and having a good laugh every once in a while, but also like personal space and quiet to get my studies done. Am applying for townhouses around mayfield area and have one room available. Looking for somebody who wants to team up with me and a friend. Preferable no other cats as I am already bringing my cat and doesn’t do well around others. Contact me if interested.
I’m an international student studying at uni.A very laid back person who likes to drink occasionally.I like a clean place to stay in! Working weekends mostly. I spend 2-3 hours at gym everyday and I’m usually at my friend’s or partner’s place most of the day.
I am a student at University of Newcastle doing my bachelor in IT and Business. I was in Singapore and came to Australia recently. Currently I'm residing in Uni Accommodation but I would be moving out in early December 2018. I am friendly, social and outgoing fella but understand personal boundaries very well as I have mine too. I am neat, tidy and organised. I don't keep a mess around and stay high on hygiene. I work 7 days a week but my job allows me to be flexible on availability so taking off is usually up to me. I love to cook and share. Most of my meals I prefer preparing by myself but who doesn't love a night out. I am into travelling and photography (landscape and portrait) and I love to capture moments as much as love to live them through. I have lived by myself as well as with flatmates (every kind of) so I know the drill first hand. I am flexible with length of stay. ^ month is a general preference. I can stay longer than that or vice -versa.
Looking for a place that allows me to get a cat (my current place doesn't)! I'm pretty quiet and am neat in the common area. I wash my plates and dishes immediately, and promise to not leave a mess! I'm currently studying medicine, so I'll probably be busy and all, but won't mind hanging out and watch a movie and stuff!
I have just moved back to Newcastle after a year long placement on the mid north coast. I am currently looking for a place while I finish up uni exams etc over the next month as I am in my final year. As for long term I am unsure of my situation after Christmas with some job offers in the area and some interstate so looking for a max 3 month lease period. I am very easy going and get along with almost anyone, I like lifting and keeping fit, playing all kinds of sports, love to cook and have a few beers with good company on the weekends. I like to keep my space clean and especially enjoy a clean kitchen.
Hey! My names Mikala, I’m 18 and working full time in Sales. I’m a pretty easy going gal, get along with anyone and always up for some social drinks with friends but I also like just as much as anyone to just grab a book and have some time to myself. If I sound like the type of person you’d like to meet, fling me a message and we can meet for coffee!
Hi I'm Emma! I'm 24 and I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Newcastle. I work part-time as a childcare worker and I'm hoping to do more fulltime work over the summer. I'm looking for a household with some laid back people who enjoy socialising but also respect people's space and privacy. I'm easy going and clean. I love reading, travelling, going to the beach, listening to music and playing frisbee.
I am looking for a place to call home. I’m a bright individual and I do enjoy socialising with my friends. I’m clean and keep to myself and do what I need to do to make it easy at home with the people I live with.
I'm just an easy-going guy looking for a chill place to live around Newcastle or Lake Macquaire. The main reason I'm moving is so I can get a pet so you must be a dog-lover. I do casual disability support work and have plenty of interests like music, movies, TV, netball, parkrun and beer. I'm sociable but also fine with keeping to myself. Always tidy, responsible and keen to do stuff.
Heya ! I’m an easy going, creative soul! Living in a three bedroom home with just my cat and dog at the moment. Looking for someone to move in asap! Usually pretty quite, mostly listening to music or painting in my spare time ! Love a clean house & wouldn’t mind someone to chat with! House is in Birmingham Gardens, listed separately! :)
Hi there, I am looking to move to Newcastle in the new year and will be needing a place to live, preferably more than just a house but a home. I am able to transfer with my current job so I will be working almost immediately of moving to Newy. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education - The Early Years at the University of Wollongong, however I will be switching to the University of Newcastle to study nursing. I'd be looking to move in the first couple weeks of January. Would be a bonus is the room is partly furnished i.e. a queen sized bed but not fussed. I love the beach and catching up with friends mainly. I don't party a lot but am out of the house quite a bit. I'm a chilled, clean person and easy to get along with. I don't have any fur babies but would be a bonus if my future housemates did. I'm not picky on which suburb of Newcastle I live in as long as it's a nice neighbourhood...
I have my own campervan (fits in a regular car space) and it has a fridge, stove, and cupoards, so if you let me your room, that's one less person clammering for the kitchen, and others get more fridge space too. My flatmate tells me I'm easy going, and interesting to talk to as well. I'm studying law at UOE (post-grad).
