Quiet and considerate fellow. I have a beautiful 18 month old dog, Ziva. I'm looking for a relaxed environment where one's privacy is important. I'm quiet, tidy, and respectful and like to keep things clean. I worked in an IT support environment for most of my career.

Looking for a room to rent. I'm a full-time uni student + also work part-time. I have a 7 yr old kelpie x border collie so need somewhere pet-friendly :) I'm currently at UON and next year will be based at UON and Maitland hospital so i'm happy with anywhere between Newcastle and Maitland areas, I do prefer to be a little out of town.

Have been divorced now for a few years, no children, resided in North Lambton/Callaghan near uni. And looking to stay near uni due to studies, and to start a rental with one other lady, who is also an older student preferably post grad. Main hobbies- short walks, cooking meals, number puzzles, listening to music-atmospheric-melodic house, sketching and design, and with some socialising pub outings not too often as due to covid dramas.

I am currently studying Primary Education at the University of Newcastle while working part time. Looking for a place for myself and my cat to live throughout my degree. About me: I am quiet and independent, as I tend to keep to myself. times). I have a cat, named Pansy (who I have owned since high school and have been solely responsible for). If I’m not working or studying, I’ll be playing my pc, hanging out with Pansy, reading or doing some form of exercising. About Pansy: Breed/colour: Siamese - Chocolate Point Age: 8 Likes: Comfy beds, soft blankets, ribbons, tuna, turkey and chicken flavoured noodles. Fears: Vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, being chased by dogs/small children. Personality: Overall pretty social. She is shy to new people but will warm up to you if you give her space and time. You’ll often find her napping in a soft place and when I’m home that’d be in the same room as me.

Hello :) I am planning to resume study next year at the University of Newcastle, pursuing a caree in health. I’m currently living near Forster so moving near the university would be ideal. I consider myself relaxed and easy to get along with. I’m a kind person who is mindful of those around me. I’m also clean, organised, reliable, and I don’t shy away from house work. I enjoy watching movies/ tv shows, cooking or baking, and hiking. Accompanying me is my beautiful pup, Domino. She is a border collie, full of love and laughs. Her training is coming along very well:)

Hey I'm easy going and need a place for me and my cat. I want to go back to university after moving and getting myself set up. I have a slightly overweight cat named Milo who has social anxiety, so please be patient with her. Milo info: indoor only, groomed and nails clipped regularly, I apply parasite/flea meds monthly, has scratch pad/post, has the softest fur hands down don't fight me on this. As a housemate I clean up after myself, I like to stay ahead of rental issues like weeding and maintenance. I like cooking with the household occasionally and having a responsible beverage or 2. I don't mind smokers of any kind, I am however an asthmatic so as long as it's done outdoors all good. I have my own bedroom furniture in storage as well as a couch and TV, I also have some appliances that would make moving in to an empty home as a "team up" easier such as a gas heater, clothes dryer and washing machine. Nothing beats going on adventures like hiking or camping or even just hitting the beach, body surfing at the beach is something I miss dearly(currently inland). I like playing board and card games, watching tasteful foreign animation while pretending I'm not a weeb, building mildly useful things(next project is a cat wheel), and learning new skills and perspectives from different people. I also like going out to different restaurants and trying new foods. I'm unprejudiced towards all religions and lifestyles as long as you're not harming others. My budget can change if I can find employment ahead of moving however I'm moving from outside of Newcastle so that may not be easy. I have retail and hospitality qualifications and my white card so finding employment should be easy enough. I can contribute to bond and give you an extra set of arms during the move if "team up".
