Hey I'm easy going and need a place for me and my cat. I want to go back to university after moving and getting myself set up. I have a slightly overweight cat named Milo who has social anxiety, so please be patient with her. Milo info: indoor only, groomed and nails clipped regularly, I apply parasite/flea meds monthly, has scratch pad/post, has the softest fur hands down don't fight me on this. As a housemate I clean up after myself, I like to stay ahead of rental issues like weeding and maintenance, if in a share house I'm open to organisational efforts such as chore schedules. I also have some furniture in storage including a dryer and washing machine. I like going on adventures like hiking or camping, the beach is something I miss dearly(currently inland). I like playing board games, watching tasteful foreign animation, building mildly useful things(next project is a cat wheel), and learning new perspectives from different people. I currently don't have employment but I plan on gaining casual or part time employment once I'm moved. I'm in undesirable living conditions at the moment so I'm hoping to move ASAP.

I'm getting close to being done with a double degree in engineering at Newcastle uni, I work as a casual at a petrol station that has me coming home late at times if that's an issue. I have few friends that live all over Australia so we will sometimes chat on discord and play games together. I've lived on my own/with friends for a fair few years now so I understand how to live with and be considerate of others and am open to any criticism if I'm doing anything you don't like, feel free to let me know.
