Hi, I will be moving to Sunshine Coast this July for Uni and looking to find a nice place to stay at for two years or more. I’m a quiet and shy guy, very flexible, responsible and tidy too. I love traveling and exploring new places on my freetime. I enjoy the beach, hiking, have an openwater scuba diving license too. I’m not a party person but look forward to make friends / hang out and do outdoor activities with my flatmates. Cheers, John
Medical student, working as a pharmacy assistant on weekends. Looking for a place close to SCUH. Also prefer somewhere where my partner can also stay. We are both rarely home as we both work and study.
Hi there! I have recently moved to the Sunny Coast from the Gold Coast at the beginning of this year. I attend USC Sippy Downs and work in Caloundra. My budget is around $180 inc. bills or $160ish without. This will be my 3rd house to be living in after moving out of home, due to housemates not wanting to continue the lease and leaving me on my own. I would love to get settled into a sharehouse no more than 25 minutes away from uni and work and hopefully close to the beach as I love to surf and skate. I take my studies seriously but am always down for an adventure and a couple drinks. For the right place i am willing to pay a little more :)) I am most likely after a room that can fit a queen bed and medium sized desk as I already have these items. In built wardrobes would be preferred as well. Thanks ! I am in love with the place I am living in now and if anyone would want to discuss teaming up to take on the lease let me know! It's a 3 bedroom beach house basically on Currimundi lake with the entire lease at $480 a week not inc. bills. Modern, trendy and unfurnished. Ensuite room available.
A nice easy going international traveler, working at the Caloundra racecourse (part time at the moment, will move onto full time in a few weeks). Non smoking, respectful, loves pets but doesn't have any. Usually very quiet, but I do work odd hours (Very early morning). Clean and tidy.
About me: I'm 22 years old, studying Psychology at USC and working as a disability support worker. I love to cook (what's better than a meal between friends?!), create, learn and keep healthy and active. I'm very tidy and organised, a social butterfly, a bit of a health nut and very eco-conscious. My ideal housemates: I'm particular with who I share my space with as I expect the same high standard that I try to give as a housemate. This means cleanliness, honesty, warmth, friendliness and genuity. I would love to live with mindful and conscious people who want more from a housemate than to be acquaintances. Please no smokers or party animals. Vegetarian/Vegan preferred but not essential :) Would love to live by the beach and no more than 20 mins from USC. Please don’t contact me if you are unorganised, lazy or messy as I don’t feel at ease living in those environments. Available to move June 20th earliest!
Updated 12/06 Already found a new home. Thanks for those who responded and offered their place. ——- I am a student of USC seeking for an accomodation. Currently living in Sydney but will be moving to Sunshine Coast on July 2019. Lifestyle: I live a very relaxed lifestyle and would love a trip to the beach from time to time. In my spare time, you would see me watching movies or series on Netflix. I do not smoke. Occasionally, I drink but not to the point of getting drunk. I love dogs and won’t be bothered with any pets you may have in the property. I am an Anytime Fitness member but not a hard-core gym junkie. I pay a gym visit three times in a week just to catch up with fitness. I would like to keep my space clean and does not intend to bring parties at home. Expected arrival to Sunshine Coast: 13-Jul Class commencement: 15-Jul
Hey everyone, I'm 22 and full time employed at Chemist Warehouse on Aerodrome RD, recently moved back to the sunshine coast after attending film school and and practising stand up comedy in Brisbane for the past 2-3 years, bouncing around share-houses and understanding share-house dynamics. I am available to move in immediately. Thanks for taking the time. Jake
I am a student from Norway going to study Physical education at USC. I love to play volleyball and go out for fun. Me and my friend want to get to know new people who can show me the best Australia has to offer. We are looking for a cool place to stay with nice, new flatmates!
Studying full time at USC. I work at the racetrack -3am starts so you won't be seeing a great deal of me. I'm a non smoker and not a huge party person. Love a good chat but also like my own space. Love music and going to the gym. I have a 5yo mini spoodle - hypoallergenic, house trained, toilet trained, does not bark and is usually always with me. I'm looking for a place close to work and uni, preferable if I can walk to uni.
Tend to be the housemate who does the cleaning. Quite social & easy to get along with, have good references. Enjoy a beer but generally don’t have the time for a drink. Love dogs, so if you have one that’s a bonus. Love food, fitness & studying nutrition ar USC, having previously worked in hospitality. Enjoy getting out & about, as well as trying new places for coffee. Currently living in student accomodation, which makes it hard to make it a home. Really would like somewhere nice to call home for the next couple of years whilst I finish of my degree. Look forward to hearing from you 😀
Heyy, I'm a 20-year-old Norwegian girl, fulfilling her dream of studying abroad! Looking for a furnished place, with my friend :) I consider myself as an organized and clean person, but I am also someone who likes to have fun (.weekends only. Sike!). Personal space is something I highly value, so I can often sense when others need it too. I really enjoy listening to music, going out for lunch and hanging out with friends. Cya!
