Hey guys, my name is Roman, 27 years old, from Germany. I will move to Perth on the 25th of October and I am looking for a nice place to stay until end of April 2017. I'm a law student, have already completed the first state examination. Right now I am doing my 2 year legal clerkship and will be finished in May 2017. Therefore I will join a law firm for 6 months in Perth. I am looking for a place with at least overall 3 flatmates and a furnished room. I am a clean, tidy, open minded person who likes to workout, loves the beach(addicted)/dogs, all kind of sports, having a few beers/wine, go out sometimes, always to be up for trip/adventures, reading a good book now and then ... and would be happy to find people who share my interests. I don't know my working times yet, but it will be 3-5 days the week. It's the first time for me to live in a foreign country and I would like to improve my English, so please be appreciative to my mistakes ;-) I would appreciate places that are close to the beach... If you have any further questions... just let me know and ask :)
I am easy going, respectful, tidy, but also social and enjoy a glass or two of wine and a good laugh occasionally after work or the wknd. I'm creative and like to keep active. I'm looking for an easy going flat mate who is like minded. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Looking for a place anywhere between Fremantle and Joondalup within 10 mins of beach. Honest, clean, quiet, non heavy drinker, non substance user. I am a Tradey who has been living near Rockingham for the past 6 months and I am looking to move NOR to a nicer area! Preferably somewhere close(ish) to the beach. I have a car, trailer, motorbike, 2 pushbikes and a well behaved kelpie (who has always been a inside dog). I like to keep fit and get out on weekends for a few quiet cold ones. Currently using nicotine patches so almost a non smoker. I have until the end of November to find a place but will move asap.
Hi there, my name's Megan (on the right) i'm a 21 year old kiwi coming to UWA for a one year exchange studying Zoology, planning on having a fun year soaking up the sun and not doing too much study while working part time to fund a bit of exploring round Perth/Aus. I listen to rock, old music and newer music dub etc pretty much anything that's not rubbish pop, like to go to the gym 3-4 times a week and getting outdoors but i'm pretty happy to spend a day watching movies too. I'm definitely tidy but don't get cranky with other people's mess and easy to live with, usually get along with guys better than girls but do get along with relaxed girls. Can't be bothered with flat dramas, and not ready for a boring flat yet so looking for flatmates that aren't too tame! * Just an extra note, I won't be in Perth until the 27th of January and want to meet flatmates before finalising anything.
Hello people I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake, though I prefer to live Nth close to the beach and good public transport, hence the suburbs listed. I have to drive to work anyway, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Cheers Dave
My name is David, I work in Nedlands full time. I am very clean, respectful of others and enjoy the quieter aspects of life. I'm 38yrs old, don't smoke (although I don't mind if others do), have a car, no pets, few personal possessions and am just looking for a quiet peaceful friendly place to call home. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. David
Looking to move out together near the beach for summer! Super chill, working and studying, likes going to beach, skating, and hoping to live with some like minded people!
Single outgoing female, like to be social but also enjoy my own time. I'm clean, considerate and friendly. Work full time Mon-Fri, weekends are usually spent down the beach, eating out or at the pub with friends.
I currently live in Mt Lawley and am keen to move closer to the beach for summer. I work in hospitality so work some nights during the week. I am clean, respectful and easygoing. I love living in Mt Lawley but I'm keen for a change.
I am relaxed don't prefer loud noise, like to chill out with a glass of wine/coffee/tea while reading or on Netflix/YouTube or mind my own business, don't mind occasional chat/hang out with new people for incisive/intellectual discussion...or just chitchat. And yes, I love to keep healthy by cycling, running, jogging, swimming, gym occasionally...going out for dance :-)
I am clean and tidy girl who will be studying for law at University of Western Australia. I am from India but do not like to cook Indian dishes on an everyday basis. I prefer light meals and wish to avoid parties while studying. I do find occasional day out or short chats with friends and housemates relaxing.
Mature - I'm 51. Very interested in Teamup's as I have some furniture. Working in Subi in the TV industry. Looking for somewhere in the Western Suburbs or possibly South of the River like Bicton, Attadale Mt Pleasant etc. Quiet, easy-going, tidy, honest. Perth born. I don't have a pet but I prefer a house with a backyard in a quiet area. If that sounds like you - please drop me a line. Cheers, Steve
I'm looking for a nice relaxing, but social space to share. I like cooking dinner for friends once a week, or going out for a bite. I also like to tinker on my toys, so a man cave is important! :) Otherwise I spend my time on adventures e.g. chasing waves and mountain biking. I have been in Perth nearly 2 years, currently living in North Beach, I work in West Leederville during the week and I haven't owned a TV since 2008 :)
Hi, I'm a really easy going woman. I love people and anything outdoors, but I'm just as happy pulling all nighters watching Game of Thrones or anything on HBO. I run my own marketing consultancy and have a great dog (Staffy) who everyone adores. I'm after emergency accommodation due to a tenancy having fallen through.
I'm quiet, easy going and a non smoker. I'm considerate, responsible and reliable - I don't bring drama to a household and I don't want to buy into yours. Just looking for like minded mature individuals to share a home with.
I'm laid back, easy going, enjoy a laugh and a giggle. I clean up after myself but rarely make a mess in the first place. I also enjoy a social drink, but nothing outrageious. I don't do drugs. I am highly sociable but also enjoy my own company.
I am a 20 year old student. I am very easy going, and love sport. I study 3 times a week and work 3 days a week so I'm constantly busy. I am a very clean person and have furniture ready to move in.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi I'm an easy going girl who's fun with a good sense of humour. I'm neat and tidy. Currently studying at uni, working casual and also some volunteering so won't be home as much. I am a super cuddly ball of fun! I'm 19 but most people mistake me for 15 - but that's okay BECAUSE when I get excited I seem 15 anyway! I am an EXCELLENT cheap wine drinker (love a good glass or four of passion pop), though I do enjoy my double blacks and a solid spirit here and there. I am an avid beerpong/slap cup/drinking game enthusiast - though my shit fine motor skills and shaky hands mean I am not as good as I like to proclaim. I am very pro-sleep!!! sleep is food for the soul oh my goodness! !!! I'm not much of a party gal BUT if you give me a bit of a warning ( like 3-4 days bc anxiety) I will TURN UP in the club/bar/whatever!! ummm I am a second year psych student at UWA. I'll hopefully be doing honours and then masters and PhD - so looking for a stable place to live!!! I am a neat freak and often stress-clean (see this is good for you). I will clean my room then I will clean the kitchen then vacuum the house and sanitise life. (I hate germs) (so much). Dirty bathrooms (in terms of dirt/hair/dust/other yuck stuff on the floor/in the shower/IN THE AIR/anywHERE) are my pet peeve - I will be so uncomfortable and distressed that I won't use that room!!!! (can't do germs I am sorry) I do have a pup BUT I'm doubt I will be taking him with me when I move out, I am thinking of adopting an old old old dog to give it a happy home to live out the rest of its days in warmth with the safety n love it deserves :))) (but if the house is no pets it's not a drama) I coach kidlet gymnastics (3-10 year olds omg) umm I was working at bakers delight for 4 years but I'm in the process of finding a new job, there's only so much bread one gal can deal with. I HAD AN INTERVIEW WITH AESOP WHICH IS EXCITING!!!!!!!! HOPEFULLY BEAUTIFUL SMELLING THINGS TO COME!! i have no idea what else to add in here so YAY none of that makes sense enjoy deciphering it xoxo

Heeellloooo! My name is Alaska and I am 20 years old currently studying nursing, although I'm a nursing in the making so don't die infront of me yet because I'm not sure i'd know what to do!! I am currently living in Leederville in an apartment but i'd like to move out sometime soon. I'm a very friendly and open person but I do like my down time, I like music and art and also binge eating chocolate and watching Netflix. I keep to myself for the majority of the time and I'm usually always studying or working but if I'm ever socialising I'll always be out with friends so I won't ever bring the party home haha. I am very tidy and very clean and am a very respectful person so if any of this sounds appealing ( probably not because I most likely sound crazy ) give me a message :) I look forward to hearing from you Alaska :)

Hi all! This swede is coming to Perth in December to try something new. The plan is to get a job as a barista since that's what I've been doing the past 2 years. I am very easy going and relaxed. I don't mind taking a beer or two, going on smaller trips or just play cards. I am a very active person, so i do workout a few times a week. However I am looking for a place to stay when I arrive in the end of December till Mars. Cheers

I am a Brazilian, 24 years old, IT student/worker currently on a exchange at Curtin University looking for a room to rent from November 29 until March 7, because I will go back to Brazil on this date. During this time I will be working part-time and also running an IT research at Curtin, so I am looking for a quiet place not far from the beach to have a little rest after my busy days. I am not a party person and I’m very tidy and respectful.
Looking for a place close to UWA as I will be completing my Honours and need something convenient. Would love to stay with people who are relatively easy going, like having a laugh and a few wines but not a party house. I am a clean person, loves cooking and a bit of exercise :)
Hello! I am a fun, easy going girl looking for a room to rent and new people to meet. I work full-time at Fiona Stanley Hospital, and am always up for a few wines on the weekend! I am very social, but also able to give my housemates their own space when necessary. I am single ,a non-smoker and very clean. Feel free to give me a message if you think I'd be a good fit for your house :)
Happy to do my part in house chores, sharing in cooking duties and can keep myself to myself but i'm not anti social. Im here on a working holiday visa and currently 4 months through, i will be leaving late march unless i extend my visa by another year but i plan to try and stay in one place from now tilll then. Right now i have a job at claremont in a Bed Bath N' Table, a casual position but its been keeping me very busy and will hopefully allow me to take plenty of trips later in my stay here in Perth. Now that the weather is improving, id like to start getting out more and doing more stuff, i enjoy sports like rock climbing and mountain biking. During my stay here im mostly getting about my public transport but i would not ask for nor would i expect a lift anywhere if you anyone i was living with had the their own transport. This is my first time looking for a house sharing but i do not have any outrageous expectations, the only things id like to be able to find is a room to myself with so that i can have my privacy, enough room to unpack my stuff( which isnt much) and hopefully a decent internet connection, i dont really watch tv or anything like that but i do use the my laptop a lot and would want to face time people back home all without having to arrange when i do so without interrupting someone else who may be using the internet at the time. Final foot note, im really not fussed who id be living with I.e gender, race, LGBT+, or anything else you can think of, so long as they're reasonable and so on so forth.
I am a 23 years old, full time working and studying my Master's part time at UWA. I am quiet, clean, tidy and respectful but also loves a chat (but respectful of those who don't want to chat!). I am looking for a place that is mostly peaceful and quiet during the week as after long days of study and work, I need some downtime. Looking to move from now into the next couple of months.
Hi! My name is Cara, I'm 21 and I'm employed full time as a Job Lead Generator for a Voc Rehab Provider (I deal with workers compensation claims and assist clients with their return to work programs). I also do bar work throughout the baseball season. I am seeking to move out of home and wanting to house share with someone. I'm very clean and tidy, out-going, like a bit of fun and banter and generally enjoy life. I have 2 dogs, however they're going to stay at home to keep the old lady company. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi there my names Lisa, I am 27 and from the Uk. I am looking for somewhere to rent by the beach as I love living right by the ocean. I currently live in Burswood but would like to be closer to the beach. I have been living in Australia for nearly 2 years now and previous to living in Perth I lived in Byron bay and Darwin. In the next few weeks I will also be a student here in Perth. I would like somewhere quiet and secure possibly with balcony, sea views, or close to the beach. Also car parking would be good. I am a quiet and tidy person, but I also like to socialise :)
I'm 25yrs old and moved to Perth January 2016 to work full-time as a midwife in Subiaco. Before moving to Perth I had been renting with friends in Canberra for 3-4 years, so know the ins/out of renting etiquette. I'm an outdoors person who enjoys swimming, tennis, squash, running, and going to the beach. I'm always down for a chat but also like my own quiet time. I'm looking for a place that is close to the beach, clean, with people who are easy-going, friendly and non-smokers.

Heya! I'm a fun, easy going engineer (but don't hold that against me!) from Sydney. I enjoy getting around on my bike, hiking, cooking, going to the beach, reading and listening to ace podcasts. I am a pretty social person, so like to live with likeminded people. I am also quite tidy, but not a neat freak by any stretch of the imagination!
I am happy, reliable, easy going and responsible. I enjoy being outdoors and living a healthy lifestyle. I have everything apart from a dining suite to furnish a place.
