Quiet, clean and friendly. I'm also respectful of other's privacy and space. I keep cooking to a minimum, and will sometimes eat out with friends. Happy to chat in the afternoon or weekends, but generally keep busy with personal projects or reading. Preferred length of stay is 6 months currently, however I'm happy to stay for a shorter period of time at the right place, or longer if we can agree on a good rental price.

I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 4 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of North Rocks, North Mead, Parramatta, North Parramatta Carlingford, Epping, Rhodes, West Ryde, Sydney Olympic Park. Hi, we are a couple from the Central Coast needing to relocate to Sydney for work and study. We both have full time uni / work through the week and try to maintain active social lives with sports and other events of the evenings and weekends. We are flexible with most things, including furniture, pets, bills etc. Nearby / off street parking would be a huge advantage as I have to drive to work. Like most 23/25 yr olds we enjoy chatting over drinks and meeting new people. If you are interested in team ups please feel free to contact us with any potential properties :)
Hi, My names Drew, I’m a quiet down to earth guy, I keep to myself and I'm a very clean and tidy person, I'm easy going and like to solve problems quickly since I hate bad atmospheres, I'm very considerate of others, I don't drink but don't mind others drinking. I don't do drugs, nor have crazy parties. Ill be spending most of my time working or going to the gym. I'm looking to move in with people that are not entirely but somewhat the same, I would rather prefer moving in with females since they tend to be more sensible and mature minded, clean and considerate. Thank you for reading and hope to hear from you soon. Drew

Mid 40's professional working in logistics. Fit. Good sense of humour. Well house trained. Quiet and clean. Obviously I am not Chris Pratt but I am incredibly technically inept and cannot get the photo thing to work properly. I am sitting next to him that is why he is in the photo. Sorry about that.
Future post grad student at the University of Sydney Cumberland campus. Coming from Canada to get my education in physiotherapy. I love fitness, sports, the outdoors, and being social. I will be mostly busy with school, gym etc, but i wouldn't mind roommates that enjoy an outdoor adventure and or a drink on the weekends. Respectful, easy going, fitness/sport enthusiasts, students or professionals is preferred. Cheers.
Hi guys, I'm Gareth. I work a typical 9-5 in e-commerce. Outside of work I try to play basketball usually 3 days a week, so if you are a big basketball fan we would get on well! In terms of how I live, I'm generally on the quieter side at home. I cook most nights and spend most weekends out of the house. I'm a pretty clean person, so would be keen to live in a clean and tidy environment. I'll happily do my fair share of chores. Preferably a room with an en suite would be my perfect situation, but this isn't essential. I do have a car so parking would be required. Feel free to drop me a message if you have any more questions.
Hi. I am looking for a single room and is MAXIMUM 3 MIN WALK to station or bus stop. My budget is MAXIMUM $200 per week including all bills. Thanks.

Super easy going and adaptable. More than happy to keep to myself and do my own thing or to engage with and be sociable with my fellow flatmates.
Currently working full time, will not be staying at home for for many hours a night, just looking for a place to stay. Very tidy and neat and not disruptive. Just looking for one bedroom.
My name is Altheah and I am a young public servant looking for a comfortable home. I recently started a role in the inner-west, and I'm looking for an affordable place close by. I'm easy going, tidy, and mindful of other people's space or privacy. I'd love to move in to a house share with a good group of people. I'm far from a party animal, and would prefer to listen to music or audiobooks. If possible I prefer to find a home for me and my cat (she's stays both indoor and outdoors). If this isn't feasible though, she's got a good home with family.
Hi guys, Just a quick bit about me, I'm moving over from the UK and setting up an Aussie office for my current job in July so looking to settle over here. In the months leading up to that I'll be hopefully getting a feel for the lay of the land and exploring a bit and I'm looking for a house share with some friendly people that don't mind grabbing a few beers and shooting the breeze every now and again. The long and the short of it is I'm a pretty chilled out guy who likes getting out and socialising. I'll be flying in mid march. Cheers, Jack
I love to keep my surroundings neat and tidy, and I respect other’s privacy. I am an introvert and don’t talk much, but once I get to know someone, I can be a pretty decent company. I go to WSU Bankstown where I’m currently studying Bachelor of Psychology. I am from Nepal and have been in Sydney for exactly a year now. I love chocolates, listening to music, and watching and reading good movies and books.
