I'm clean, easy going, fun to be around, love to laugh and a very considerate house mate. I love to cook, wine and dine. I travel interstate and overseas often on business.
I'm seeking a non-smoking share house with similarly quiet-living, clean and considerate housemate/s. I have a background in arts study and work along with assorted admin roles but am now semi-retired. I'd hope for a home environment with some shared conversations, a sense of goodwill and mutual independence. I have an excellent rental history, secure income and a responsible nature. My entries for move date and length of stay are nominal (as required info) and as such, are flexible.
Hi, Im from singapore and i am enrolling into le cordon bleu in Jan 2017. Im able to cook so food will never be a problem:) Im also really clean, chill and easy-going. Plus its pretty easy for me to get along with people.
Hi there! My name is Katie and I'm currently on the look out for a private room in Sydney. I'm very much into music, good food (especially finding cute coffee spots), all things vintage and most things chill. I'm usually a bit of a homebug and like to binge watch my favourite YouTubers, make Spotify playlists and or watch a Disney film and when that's not a thing I'm usually cramming in study sessions as I'm currently studying at Macquarie University. I also work in the Sydney CBD and I love what I do. I'm not too fussy with location, as long as I can get to work safely and within a reasonable time. In terms of a move date, I can work with anything within reason and would of course need some time to prepare my things and organise a couple things with my current home. If this is something you might be able to work with, don't be a stranger and please do flick me a message :)
Clean (even if I'm a little bit messy in my room) ✔️ Likes to cook sometimes, can cook ✔️ Work long hours not often home✔️ Will respect your space and privacy & expect the same but more than happy to do somethings together 😊✔️ Trustworthy ✔️ Pretty routine during the week, relaxed on wknds - I go with the flow ✔️
Hi There, I work full-time, and study part-time. I'm very active, social, and love a night in. I'm happy with either furnished or unfurnished, and happy to live with pets.
I am from India and i like to build up new frienships easily and would be glad to make new friends through this way so that our time together would be fun as well as we would be co ordial and easy to live with !
Looking for a Team-Up / Share in the Northern Suburbs close to a train station. Quiet, unassuming and easy going professional. Employed Full-Time, 9-5 in Sydney City. I like a home that's stress-free with open communication.
Easy going. Seldom around.
Does a great sense of humour, good looking, very clean, organised with and amazing funny and beautiful son who is with me every 2 weeks for 2 weeks counts? ok maybe not the good looking part but all the rest is very true hehe, so hopefully I can find someone to share with. Thanks
Hi I'm Dylan. I'm a university graduate currently working full time at Macquarie University. I'm a non-smoker who plays a lot of sport and enjoys exercising and staying fit. I'm a neat and clean person looking to move in with similar people. Ideally looking for a long-term stay with a view to move in ASAP.
Easy going, open minded chap. I work in the building industry six days a week, sometimes seven :-( . If you break it I can fix it! I enjoy the gym, cooking, eating, music & more cooking & eating. Bit of a clean freak but not too much
I'm quiet in general but try to be friendly. I like to keep fit and spend a lot of time outdoors. I like to cook nutritious meals but know to clean up afterwards. I like to meet up with friends but not much of a party person. I'm a computer programmer by profession but took a career break this year, now looking to get back to work.
Hey, my name's Matt. I'm clean and tidy, and live with a Hypoallergenic Siberian Kitten named Mara. I love to chat, but I'm also down if you'd like your own personal space. I work full time monday to friday at the Commonwealth Bank, and absolutely love my job.
We are a very chilled not 'mushy' couple. Very clean and organised We respect people's privacy/personal space but love a good chat over wine and food. Jess: I work in Science Monday to Friday 8-4. I exercise regularly but my weakness is the odd wine or vodka. I love travelling (just got back from 2 months in Europe) and enjoy casual dinners and nights at the pub with friends. I love a good laugh and adventure but happy to balance that with the occasional netflix binge. Tris: Fitter Machinist that works Mon-Sat (fairly long hours). Very chilled and also loves travelling. Pretty good cook and enjoys splurging on the occasional fancy dinner. Bit of a Motorbike buff- likes to do track days when he gets the chance. We have a small rabbit and lorikeet that are low mess and funny critters that would love to come with us. So if you are looking for some chilled, clean, happy housemates that could turn into good friends we hope to hear from you!
I'm currently at Uni, working part time and looking to move areas. I wouldn't mind living with two flatmates if necessary but one would be ideal. I would also prefer to have a bedroom with an en-suite. I also don't mind teaming up to find a new place that is preferably in or around the areas listed below. I’m keen to move any time this year. If you have any questions feel free to contact me anytime.
Hi all, My name is isabella (bel perferably) I'm 23 and have just started working full time and am looking to reduce my travel time and move a bit closer to work. I'm really easy going and as long as your clean and up for a bit of banta every now and then I'm happy. I can't cook so sorry but our lives will consist of lots of take out and left overs. Am definitely really keen for a team up. Basically I'm hoping to get a couple of people together and get a share house. Seems to be a good (and well slightly cheaper) option. If your keen then maybe we can have a drink and talk it out! Thanks, bel.
Hi, I'm Catherine, I am currently a student studying Psychological Science at College in the City. I also work during the week in child care. I am looking for long term accommodation in the inner western suburbs of Drummoyne, Gladesville, Lane Cove, Putney, Ryde, Balmain and Rozelle. I have previously lived in a share house with 3 other people, with split bills etc. I am clean, independent, easy to get along with and don't mind socialising with others in the house.
From Adelaide, coming to work on the construction of Sydney Metro as a Project Engineer. During the week will be focused on work, will hit the gym or go to football training but up for a chat with housemates when home. On weekends will like to get out of the house, have a drink and explore what Sydney has to offer. Busy, active and outdoor person who doesn’t mind a bit of banter. Looking for place to stay urgently for the next 4 weeks, but ideally for the next 2yrs.
I am a 24 year old student from Newcastle and originally Scotland. I have recently started a full time chemist position located in Gladesville. I am looking for a spare room in the Ryde area to save me travel time. Most weekends I will be traveling back to Newcastle to stay with family and visit friends. I am a non-smoker, easy-going, friendly, and clean person. Happy to answer questions you may have, thank you.
Looking for a room mate and a new friend. I would like to find a roomie who is fun, reliable, friendly, clean, independent, easy going :) as I am the same. I am looking at starting a new shared apartment only. I am also happy to furnish the apartment, you only need to furnish your room! I do however require parking and would prefer my own bathroom too :) I'm young at heart, work full time, attend the gym most mornings, enjoy spending time with my friends & family.... long lunches, shopping, road trips, the races, the beach... I enjoy a fun night out as much as a lazy night in with a book or catching up on movies... I'd like to be able not only to be room mates but friends - share a meal, a glass of wine, watch trashy tv and make our new place a home ... If you think we get along please don't hesitate to send through a message. I am looking starting a new place only not looking to move into your spare room/established share house - thank you everyone!
Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my 5th and final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house from 2017-onwards). Over the past 3 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I will be turning 23 in March 2017, which means I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for landlords. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod
Hi, I am looking for an apartment closer to work. I am reliable well kept and quiet. I will have one or two friends over on a weekend although I work early mornings during the week. Easy going, friendly and fun. I would be happy to live with a male or female, do not have a preference. Own bathroom is preferable I do have 2 cats, I cannot move without them. they are little and quiet and well trained will stay mainly in my room. I mainly spend time to myself but happy to hang out in the loung room. I have all furniture. Lounge, dining table, washing machine, fridge.
Heyya! I'm looking for a place around West Ryde in Sydney as I am going to be working over the summer there for an internship! I'm a relaxed, talkative guy who cleans up after himself. I like to clean as procrastination, so don't worry about me leaving a mess. :D I'm looking to live with a relaxed person who can say hi and have a chat when we see each other, but you don't need to be super sociable or anything. I offer a Netflix account, a Playstation and a good chat to sweeten the deal too! If you are looking for someone who is sociable and friendly to live in your spare room over this Summer period (Late Nov to Mid Feb) then please hit me up and we can have a beer over a Skype chat. I'm originally from Melbourne but live in Canberra for uni right now, so that's the best I can do :P Looking forward to meeting you
Hi, I'm Georgie! I'm 18 years old and from Canberra! I'm an aspiring musical theatre performer and am enrolled in a performing arts course in Sydney for next year! I love dancing, acting and singing but also just having fun with friends!
Hello there awesome people :) I'm Vannah, 19, currently employed at Licraft Robina, and I am a very open-minded, kind, friendly, fun and happy person with peaceful energy that cleans up after themselves looking for a room to call home between the Goldcoast and Byron Bay as I work in Robina, and some friendly people to share a home with would be absolutely awesome! :) I have lived independently for two years now - previously in a share house in Uki, then with one other person in Tweed Heads and currently residing in Mount Warning, but originally I'm from the Sunshine Coast. I work in retail at Lincraft Robina on the goldcoast, while compeleting my certificate III Buisness. I have peaceful energy and am very courteous and cleanly, I would love serve as some awesome company to my housemates. As well as being an extremely kind, chill, happy person that is open-minded and likes art and reading, I am also responsible and have rental history showing all payments to be in advance. Super excited to see what will present itself for me, so please swing me a message if you're interested!
I'm a physiotherapy student looking for a nice gal or guy to share a flat with. I prefer a price range of around 300/week each (approximately). Ideally we should find a place around early December. I'm a social, easy going guy. I can provide all the furniture except for those in your bedroom. I also have Foxtel and WiFi available. We will have to share the bills for utilities and internet (which includes Foxtel). I'm happy to meet up and have a chat to see how we get along!
Hi there! We are a fun-loving, respectful, and open-minded couple from Holland. We have been traveling around for a while now and had many adventures on the way. Now its time for us to save up to continue our travels. We hope to be working as many hours as we can to make this possible,so we might not be around that much. We love meeting new people(reason we are looking for shared accommodation). We are always up for a party, but taking it easy also suits us.

I am vegetarian and try to endorse as best I can a sustainable living by consuming ethically, organic and local and recycling ! I love reading and I am big fan of good films and good music but don't watch TV. It doesn't mean I don't like to have fun, laugh and drink a glass of wine with friends ! Hey there :) I'm Luke, a 23 year old guy currently living in Windsor, working in carpentry and waiting for my security license to be processed after studying. I'm a pretty busy guy but when I am home I like to become friends and have a good laugh whenever housemates are around. If you aren't mates it's not fun :) Don't have my license at the moment but it's in the goals to get it ASAP. Living close to a train station is preferred. I have a bike and like to keep fit so it doesn't have to be right next to a station :) lol Been at shared houses for a while and I'm looking for a good place to stay for the longer term where everyone understands each other's situations and we all work around each other to make it a good environment :D (at the moment it seems like dream to find the perfect housemates!) I'm pretty easy going and chill about a lot of stuff. I don't care who you are or what you do if you're not an a-hole then I will treat you with respect and do what i can to be there for you! I've lived with a bunch of different people in the past 5-6 years including women so I understand that everybody's different and yeah...if your house is badly unhygienic then don't even bother contacting me !!! I set my date to move as Today, but i honestly don't mind if you have a bit of waiting. I'm not going to rush these things anymore, need to find the right fit for everyone so we can live in harmony :) Hoping to hear from some Awesome people soon so we can get the ball rolling.. Cheers Luke.

Occasionally smoke but only outside. I like to read and watch tv shows. I will be studying part time from July 22nd. My background is Filipino.
I've recently moved over from New Zealand and I'm looking for a new place close to work and preferably where I can meet some new friends. I play different sports and like to keep healthy but I also enjoy gaming, reading and Netflix.
