Hi!! My name is rhiana, I'm 22 and I'm looking for either a room or to start up our own share house! I work full time in the city so really only home after 6 and on weekends. I'm quiet so I tend to stick to myself usually but I really love socialising. I'm looking for a bubbly housemate who is clean and tidy, has respect and enjoys watching a tv series together be also respects our own time. I'm looking for someone who is also interested in being friends as well as a housemate. Ie, you're willing to go to the movies, breakfast etc together. I have some furniture (tv, entertainment unit, couch and some kitchen things) I'm happy to spend up to $200 a week including all bills and internet etc on rent and anywhere on a train line or easy access to a bus! Ps. I have a kitty who's name is spyro who you'll fall in love with, very affectionate 🤗
Firstly I have a 10 year old cat who has been de-sexed, micro-chipped and is up to date with all vaccinations, etc. If you are not a cat lover I'm probably not your ideal housemate. Also if you are renting the house and the real estate or owner do not allow a cat then please don't contact me. I have had a few contact me that think a cat can be hidden from the real estate/owner however, I am not the type to lie and then be put in the position of having to move again at short notice. I like to keep my home and myself clean and tidy but not to the point where it makes other in the house feel uncomfortable. I work Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm in the Financial Planning and Accounting profession in a Quality Assurance and Advice Coaching role. I love my career so no fear of me leaving there or not being able to meet my financial obligations. That said if Electricity bills go higher than usual in the hotter or colder months, due to running air conditioners or heaters, and the rent quoted included bills let’s have a discussion and work out a fair distribution of the bills. I feel this is preferable to you being worried about being out of pocket and me feeling like I cannot turn on the air con or heater when needed. I am generally pretty quiet during the week but may have friends over on the weekend for a social drink and a catch up occasionally. I do not smoke nor do drugs and generally only have a few drinks on weekends unless there is a special occasion to celebrate. Generally I study something new over winters to keep ahead at work. This leaves summer weekends free for going to the beach. I have recently completed my first ever half Tough Mudder and have signed up for the full Tough Mudder for next year. I own and ride a motorbike but am certainly no big tough Bikie. I also own the following furniture/home contents: - all of the kitchen stuff you could imagine - 1 x 3 and 1 x 1 seater recliner lounge - 7 piece dining suite - entertainment unit - clothes dryer - fridge - all of my bedroom furniture I am happy to keep and share (kitchen, dining and lounge items), store (if there is room) or sell depending on the housemate and house found. I also have a bit of camping gear so a little space in a garage for storage needed for that and my bike. Ideally I would like to share with someone (or two) aged between 40 to 50 years of age, loves cats, has a bit of space to spare and has a non-conflicting morning bathroom requirements (unless not sharing a bathroom). I look forward to hearing from you if all of the above is not too much of a mismatch for your ideal housemate requirements.
Quiet, respectful, keeps to self.
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. Air-con or ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $140 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Acacia Ridge and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. (Written References of this are available for verification purposes, if required.) When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet and utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am also a "Hard Core Gamer" (when I have the time) so finding other like minded people for LAN nights is always a plus. I also have a 4WD (which is my pride and joy) that I am currently restoring, so finding a place with a large backyard or acreage block with a large shed for storing my camping gear and my car parts would be helpful and appreciated. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am also a smoker and am happy with either smoking outside or inside (I burn incense to keep the place smelling nice). I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. Cheers!
Hi, I'm a single 38 year old male working full time at Meadowbrook for a construction wholesalers. I'm a quiet, responsible person who respects other people privacy and property. I'm very clean, hygienic, healthy person that works hard and likes to wind down with a couple beers after a days work. I love most sports, beach, swimming, road trips and a good steak on the BBQ. Not a party animal, past them days and keep to myself but also up for socialising now and then if we get on well. I love animals so having a pet is ok with me. Woild love to find a share place or granny flat etc with pool/patio.But not that fussy. Have put 3 months but if find the right place/people would love to stay long term.
I am 25, a full time shift worker, non smoker, clean, tidy, easy going. I have 2 dogs that are inside/outside dogs. Both small dogs and trained and friendly. I am always out and about either going to the gym or catching up with friends.
I'm quite socialable, I'm very easy-out going. I'm tidy and do clean after myself. I'm looking for a place to stay that's quite central to my work and sunnybank rugby club. I play rugby and other sports as well but mainly rugby. I enjoy a drink or two but mainly on special occasion. Im very family orientated as well and won't be home most weekends, love going out for lunch and dinners and do have a thing for watching movies on a lazy Sunday.
Happy, positive and fit person. Clean and tidy so looking for a room mate likewise 😊! Quite reserved during my busy weekdays but happy to socialise on weekends 😊! Respectful of people's space, quietness, property and privacy👌. Looking for a modern new property with private bathroom and no more than 2 other room mates please xx
Hi my name is Tash. I'm 29 and moved here to brisbane from NZ in October last year. Am mostly wanting to find people to get a house with and go on the lease and rent a house with as I feel it's more of my own house then renting a room. That way I don't feel like I have to live in my room. I work full time, afternoon/night shifts so would need to live with peeps that are considerate of the noise in the mornings as that's my time to sleep lol. I work out In Murrarie so would like to move closer to work but I live in Daisy hill at the moment and like the area so any where within 25min drive to murrarie I don't mind 😊😊👍 In the weekends I'm usually off roaming exploring brisbane or catching up with mates. But would like a house where we can Also have our friends over every now and then. I always pay my bills on time b4 i play with my money. I think Im easy to get along with, and always up for a catch up and a beer but also like down time to myself as well. And Hope this don't sound bad...but would rather not live with couples, and I can pay 180-190 coz Im hoping i could have the main room with ensuit and a car park koz I've just bought a new car ✌ And if u don't have things for a house yet it's allgood koz neither do I lol but am slowly buying stuff and have it in storage atm 👍 so dining table and coffee table I have 😁 lol. Well think that's it contact me if I sound like a good fit for a flatmate 😊
A young couple trying to move out of home, both working at the same place part time, I study, and we both don't party or anything very much, we like our own time and space
Expression of Interest: Looking for a friendly positive environment for me & my 12mth staffy x cattle pup. I am clean, tidy and respectful. I am taking a break from full time work at the moment, working only part-time/casual, and I am searching for a peaceful sanctuary where I can chill. Somewhere near the beach would be preferable but willing to consider other places. A place where we can feel at home.
We are a young, chill, couple that are easy to get along with. We are quiet and keep to ourselves, although we love having a good time with friends and partying on weekends :))) We are both Australian and love staying home and watching Netflix when we aren't busy doing other things during the day. Both smokers but can keep cigarettes away from the house if this is a problem. We are both clean people and will keep all shared areas tidy and clean :)
24, Male, Full time worker. I like to cook my meals in bulk but always clean up after. I'm looking for a furnished room for a minimum of 3 months for no more than $140 weekly with bills included. Working in Kingston so anywhere close preferred. Can't be more than 2 weeks bond.
Professional, quiet and easy to live with. I leave the place, how I would like to walk in and use it and expect a level of caring about others in the house and how we affect each other. I'm no clean freak, but I hate doing other peoples dishes to start cooking... all the time, every now and then is normal everyday living. I have a 3 year old daughter every second weekend.
