Me. Mid 40s. Executive Manager in retail logistics working in Silverwater. Well house trained and just a touch OCD but in a good way. Train Mon to Fri in the mornings and out the door by 6.30am latest (I am very quiet so don’t worry). I work fairly long days and sometimes every second weekend as every other weekend I have my daughters who are 10 and 12. They are good fun, quiet, tidy and well mannered. We are usually out and about during the day and when home play board games, card games, colour in and have Mario Cart competitions (I always get hammered at Mario Cart but I am the Uno champion of the Universe). However, I do need to warn you that they like to give me makeovers, which once seen can never been unseen no matter how much you try. In my downtime I read, watch a movie or a good series or make training playlists (all of which I download. Don’t tell anyone though). I am usually dead to the world by 10pm weekdays. The kitchen is not really my domain and I have done the vast majority of my eating by the time I get home. However, both the girls are awesome cooks and will whip up a creation of some description over a weekend.
We're two friends university mates who came here for work from abroad, we're organized we like to leave the place as we found it or better, one of us is working full time the other is working casually until he secures a full time job. We would like to have two separate rooms in areas like, homebush, auburn, Rhodes, west ryde or anywhere near those areas.
Professional working full time, spend my free time at dance classes or with friends (and travelling as much as possible). I'm friendly and easy-going but also pretty quiet. Happy to socialise or to keep to myself, and generally very tidy.
Hi, My name is Abbi, I'm 22 and currently looking to move out of home for the first time. I am a quiet and friendly person who is happy to help out around the house to keep things tidy. I work full time doing admin at a uni, while also studying online through tafe. I love reading, traveling, and going to concerts, I'm a massive music fan. I have a car that I will need to park somewhere, I would prefer off street parking if possible but I don't mind parking on the street.
My names Michael, I work full time in Graphic Arts 3pm to 11pm so I’ll only be around from morning to midday. I’m easy going and abit of an introvert but do come out of my shell after a while. Looking for accommodation for about 3 months, close to public transport as I have just lost my licence. However I’m willing to stay a bit longer if need be. I’m extremely considerate, neat and tidy and will be staying at my home on the central coast most weekends. I’m flexible with most accommodation types, including; Room in share house, granny flat or entire apartment.
I’m a chef which means there maybe something always cooking. I work either very early in the morning or til late. I’m quite clean and kind keep too my own. I enjoy having a couple off quite drinks on my day off, and love my sports.
Hey, My name is Janine. I've been living in Parramatta with my partner for 2 years, and need to find a new apartment for myself. I'm quiet, easy going and tidy. I understand when people need space, but am happy to chill together too. I mostly work and I don't go out a lot. I definitely require a car space, and an ensuite is preferred. My budget is $350 bills included. I would love to start a new sharehouse with another person. I love musicals, binge watching TV shows and spending quiet nights with family and friends. Let me know if you have any questions :)
I'm a very happy person, i like meeting new people and learning different things about others. i enjoy other peoples company, i love cooking and eating, i like singing and being social.. i also, enjoy working out and keeping healthy. My goal in life right now is to find myself, and grow into the person i know i can be. I clean up after myself on the regular and am a trustworthy and respectful room mate :)
I'm a 22 year old working professional moving to Sydney from Auckland in the New Year, starting a new job as a Market Research Analyst in Rhodes. Ideally looking to join a flat thats fairly chill and tidy most of the time but can enjoy the occasional night out (especially with moving to a new city!). I'm a huge sports nerd in general (but I do love my basketball and football in particular) and most the time I'm either on the PS4 or Youtubing till my hearts content. I'd like to think I'm very easy-going and tidy, and having flatted previously while I was studying, I'd like to think I've experienced enough to know what the general norms are. So if there are any groups looking for an extra head to join their ranks for 2018 by all means, I'd love to hear from you and get more info, thanks!
I'm looking for a new place to call home and a new housemate to go with it. I will be looking in Wentworth Point, Sydney, NSW 2127. I am looking to move in mid-February (A little flexible). All the property/utilities will be organised, meaning that you just pay your weekly rent and that’s it. Cost: •The price will depend on the place I get, and could be around the 300-370 price point. We can discuss this further, if this arrangement looks like it is for you. What you will get: I will be renting a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment, which I want to share with one other. I'm not opposed to living with couples, as long as it is accounted for in rent. If you have a partner that occasionally stays, that is fine, but I do not wish to have multiple people sharing the same room, or people on my couch all the time. Your room will be your own space to do/organise/clean as you wish with the rest of the house free to use as needed. The property will include amenities such as; •Own bathroom/bedroom •Air conditioning •Balcony •Security Building with intercoms and Estate 24/7 Security •All appliances that an apartment requires, which I will continue to add to. o Kitchenware – the typical items o Fridge/freezer o TV o Washing machine/dryer o BBQ •All bills included – High speed Internet (NBN/equivalent), electricity, gas and water •Home network with media server – many movies/games/TV shows •Car space – again, this is dependent on the property, there is on street parking also available – some properties offer the possibility of securing more car spaces for an extra fee. •Access to facilities (dependent on property) – but could include gym etc. Regardless of the property there is a local gym and large swimming area which can both be accessed for around $30-35 per month •I may be able to organise furniture for your room, or to help you find it if you require. We can discuss this further if you are needed About Wentworth Point: I currently live here on another property and have been here for nearly 2 years. The area is safe, and quiet for being in the middle of the city, with quick access to many areas by car and public transport. •It is 15 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes bus ride to Rhodes train station and Shopping Centre which is 20 minutes to Sydney CBD via train, as well as providing access to several Universities. •It is in the centre of Sydney - 35 mins by car to the CBD/Western Sydney and 10-15 mins to Paramatta •35 mins by ferry to the CBD •10 mins to Sydney Olympic Park Precinct – shops/train station/entertainment venues •The area has a large shopping centre which will finish being constructed mid/late 2019 •It currently has a small local shopping area with a supermarket, medical facilities and other shops -with other larger ones located in Rhodes and Newington •Lots of local cafes/restaurants •The area is surrounded by parkland with lots of walking and riding tracks. A little about me: •I am about to begin my Master’s degree in feb 2019 and I will also be working full-time. •I’m 29 years old and I am from Sydney. •My girlfriend is sometimes over, but as we both work full-time in the city it is usually on the weekends (she can also speak Cantonese). •I have lived and studied abroad, and I speak German, and some Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Currently I’m starting to learn Cantonese/Mandarin •I mainly stick to my room when home – studying/working, but don’t mind relaxing and watching some TV/playing some games. I usually chill at home on the weekends or go on day trips. •I’ve lived out of home from 16, and appreciate the many difficulties that are inherent to share house’s. I like the place tidy, and we will have a cleaning roster but it is just a few things per week, and I’m fairly relaxed as long as there is communication and the basics are covered – kitchen and common areas kept relatively clean. •I can cook 😊 •Was training and had a regimented routine until an accident that has made it hard for me to continue, but I hope to soon be back (getting too unfit :P) What I am looking for: •I'm looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy and either working or studying (or both) •Someone who will be staying for 1 or more years •Pays bills on time. •Is respectful of others space and property •Can communicate concerns, wishes and/or issues •Looking for a housemate, as I’m wanting to make this place my home – not just someone passing through •This will not be a party house –a BBQ/get together every now and then on the weekends, sure, but no raves until 7am please. Just communicate with me and it will generally be fine. Thanks for reading (if you made it this far) send me a little bit about yourself or to meetup/any questions or further comments please dont hesitate to get in touch with me via email or mobile.
Hi, My names Drew, I’m a quiet down to earth guy, I keep to myself and I'm a very clean and tidy person, I'm easy going and like to solve problems quickly since I hate bad atmospheres, I'm very considerate of others, I don't drink but don't mind others drinking. I don't do drugs, nor have crazy parties. Ill be spending most of my time working or going to the gym. I'm looking to move in with people that are not entirely but somewhat the same, I would rather prefer moving in with females since they tend to be more sensible and mature minded, clean and considerate. Theresa (thats me!) 31 years old and Function and Boardroom Waiter and since the end of december in Australia. I´m interested in Hospitality, Design, love to build my own furniture, like to hike and cook. Both of us are very tidy and always well organized and we are smoking but never inside. Jonas and I are good friends and try to share most of the time together. We are very affable, friendly, helpful, quiet guys looking for a new Home.
I’m a full-time student enrolled in Masters of Research and PhD program, and am also working as a freelancer. As I don’t have a car, I prefer a place closed to shops and train station/bus stops. I like to keep my place clean and organised so I wish to find a nice and clean (preferably newly built building) place. I’m thinking of renting a second room for myself and I don’t mind sharing a bathroom with one more person. If any facilities such as gym, pool, and etc, are included, that would be great. Also, I have furnitures (2 lounges, a small dining table and two chairs, a desk, a big bookshelves, shoe rack, so on) if you are moving into a place and looking for someone with furnitures let me know :) My budget is $570/w for renting a property (2bed 2bath), $300/w for a room (including bills).
