Hello. I'm a 30 year old single lady, with an adorable all-black, short-haired cat called Elliot. He is my best mate and a VERY well behaved feline (is litter trained also). I love nature, the ocean and animals. I love exploring our beautiful natural world and going on adventures on my weekends. I study part-time uni and work full-time. I lead a busy lifestyle and I like to keep to myself a lot. I enjoy my own company and always have but I also love socialising, meeting new people and forming new friendships. I will never say no to a glass of chard/red or a xxxx bright summer or corona! I am looking for a place mid to end of July this year (Lease is up 31 July). I do have all my own furniture so I am looking for an unfurnished room/ place but I could probably organise to put my furniture in storage if needed to. I have lived on my own for a couple of years but am struggling to save money on a childcare wage with high rent. I want to start saving so I can travel a bit more and get my uni paid off sooner rather than later. I am very neat and tidy, organised, responsible, reliable and trustworthy. I am a very clean and responsible pet owner. I would prefer to only share with one person and hope for a place that has separate living and/ or bathroom areas if applicable. A private courtyard/balcony/backyard would be essential also. My cat enjoys indoors as well as the outdoors but is mostly in indoor cat. Please contact me if interested in sharing with me. Thanks!
I would like to find a home in nature/with a view, somewhere tranquil. I'm a creative cat, I don't watch t.v, I get home make a cup of tea, cook a seriously yummy soup and then I paint, read, play guitar, meditate. I love nature and I love a good laugh :-). I enjoy kind, warm hearted people, or outrageously funny comedians (old or young). Codependency & drama I steer clear from. I'm content to live alone or with others.. I like to bake cakes for my roomies.. I love dogs! Dig music! Appreciate authentic people! Anyways I can talk the talk but can i walk the walk..lets meet, I'll have a look at your place and we''ll see if the vibes are good !
I'm an easy going honest down to earth guy who is clean and tidy.Social by nature at the same time I respect people's privacy. Love the beach and the outdoors.I work hard so I'm looking for a comfortable peaceful environment to live in. Work for a Cosmetic company on the sunshine coast.
I am relocating from Brisbane due to a new job posting. I'm in the early 50's bracket looking for a room with a bathroom. Very easy going person, clean and tidy, always open for a chat, or if you prefer respect your privacy. On most weekends, I will return to Brisbane. Although given the Sunshine Coast is a beautiful location, on occasion will stay up for the weekend. It is likely my husband will come up and stay if the house is agreeable. I am a very active person, love the beach, camping, hiking and the gym. Looking for a house with like minded people.
Hi, I'm Max :) A very friendly healthy happy hippie with American heritage. Single fulltime father of my 4 year old daughter. Currently studying Business & Sustainability at University. Green thumb gardener, permaculture enthusiast & home cook. Chilled, honest, respectful, clean & tidy. I've been a Sunshine Coast resident for the past year. Very difficult to afford or be approved for anything on my own. Wanna join forces?
Hi there, my name is Gunny. I am a young 40 year old female. I work part time in the aged care/ disability field. I am searching for an unfurnished granny flat, self contained flat or one bedroom flat on the Sunshine Coast anywhere from north of Sippy Downs, south of Noosa Heads and east of Yandina. I'm currently renting a townhouse, but am looking to downsize into a smaller premises for at least 12months from the end of August 2017. I've been residing in the same townhouse for just under 3 years. I require a car space for my small car and a small patch of lawn, as I have two female adult guinea pigs. They have an "A "frame hutch that has a small wooden hollow to hide in, and bottomless base so they can eat the lawn. I keep them very clean by changing their bedding, replinishing their water, picking up their tiny pellet poos and feeding them vegetables frequently. I love animals and find guinea pigs the easiest pets because they clean their coats, are easy to confine due to their small size, are quiet and don't interfere with other people and pets. If you have something available that would be suitable, please contact me here via flatmates.com.au email. Cheers.
We are a happy go lucky, left leaning couple. Both working. Registered Nurse and head chef. Looking for a bit of space to enjoy when we come home. Happy to hook up with someone else who is looking for a space to enjoy. We don't mind if you have animals. We are both non smokers, easy going, friendly, clean and very respectful of other peoples space. We are healthy living, people who like to be social but we also value our down time too. Harmony at home is very important to us :) We are currently renting a house in Coolum and the lease expires on July 1st. We have a house full of funiture and are looking for ideally something within our budget on our own...... if not, we could team up with the right person/people and find accommodation with a larger house or maybe something with seperate living quaters/granny flat that you could have. If we sound like the kind of people that would be a good fit for you and your home then please don't hesitate to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you :-)
I am looking for a place to move with a yard as I have a 15month old friendly Doberman! I work full time 8-5. I am clean, friendly, enjoy socialising and a casual drink, also don't mind my own space from time to time! In my time off I'm pretty active, enjoy surfing, camping, hiking anything outdoors really! I don't have a strict move date right now but am just testing to see what is out there!
I am very quiet and likes to just stick to myself. Have a 13 year old boy and an 18 year old boy who would visit. My 13 year old boy may stay on the rare occasion but just would share my bed and he is very quiet too who likes to stick with his mum when visiting. I do have an indoor cat but if the place isn't pet friendly I would leave her with friends. She would only live in my room if it was pet friendly. Thanks
G'day I'm Tim. New ish to the Sunny Coast, moved for work, which is full time as a timber joiner, in Forest Glen. I'm a young 36 y/o and have done the share house gig for many years, I'm tidy and respectful, as well as friendly and social.
Hi we are a couple looking for a room to rent. We have a very friendly dog that doesn't dig holes and is very well behaved. Leon has full time employment as a fencer and I am studying full-time at uni with part-time work in aged care. We are both happy, friendly people who like to have a chat but also respect others space and privacy and are very respectful of peoples belongings. We are not a party couple and like to chill out on our time off.
Am a dedicated full time mum. Am needing a place asap as I am currently living in Toowoomba and need to get back to the coast to be closer to my other 2 kids.
I am clean, honest, rent is paid on time and I always do my share of housework. My 14 year old cat, Wednesday Rain is adorable. I am an outside smoker and have an occasional social drink. I am a Kiwi and have been in Australia for 6 years. Easy going, love music and reading. I think I am a friendly person and I have a great sense of humour. Love to hear from some lovely people out there. Sue
Hi I'm Greg - helping a Thai friend to find short-term accommodation in Nambour. She is a super clean and tidy lady with a quiet disposition. She is looking for a room to rent, preferably with another/other ladies. She would spend most of her days away from her room, and would be happy to trade a little of the rental fee in exchange for doing housework and/or yard chores. Phi-But doesn't read or write much English, hence my assistance with finding a place to live in Nambour. If you might be interested and have further queries please contact me. cheers, Greg
I'm a very happy, chatty person, i don't like to party too much, i would prefer to have a couple of glasses of wine at home or go out with friends to dinner. Would like to stay with girls around my age who are clean and not party animals. I'm 19 years old, have my own car, i love going to the beach and having my own space when needed.
Caleb- Enjoys having a drink and fun times with mates, he's not stuck up and is honest about everything. Caleb is on his way to becoming a professional tattooist through apprenticeships. Corey- He's a great mate, loves NRL and few other types of sports. Full time worker, he's a referee and is adventurous. Corey is on his way to becoming a referee for the bigger NRL games such as Broncos and cowboys. Kyle- adventurous, fun, loves sport and loves making new friends. Kyle is on his way to studying marine biology to work with sharks and study ocean life. We all smoke, don't do drugs and occasionally drink. Length of stay is up to the flat mate as we are okay with staying for six months or more.
Hi :D I love the beach, sunrises and sunsets, checking out new places and meeting new people! Recently living at luxury share houses, with awesome housemates and friends of diverse ages and cultures. Happy positive Aussie, I love to cook and socialise - especially tapas/share plates with drinks. I'm into fitness and healthy eating, walking and riding. I enjoy going to local events including Nitro Circus, Superbikes and Supercross. Hoping to do a long Euro trip and see a few MotoGP races and music festivals. Also a USA trip for X Games, Supercross, Yosemite, UFC and other adventures. Non-smoker, working, financially stable, without pets, without kids, respectful and kind. Happy to keep my room & ensuite tidy (keep it up to the original fresh standard) & likewise our common areas too, and bring in our washing if it's going to rain & housemates are out - all the nice things to help each other :) Ciao

I enjoy practicing yoga and am currently studying Occupational Therapy at the Sunshine Coast University. I work as a retail co-manager in hastings street where I spend my days with an awesome team of bikini enthusiasts. Looking forward to meeting our new roommates :)
