I don’t mind being a bit away from the city, as long as public transport is easily accessible (bus or train), and it takes no more than 30 minutes to get around. If it’s also closer to the ocean, even better! I’d love a place with a good vibe and not too many people in the house. It doesn’t need to be big, but having a decent-sized room would be amazing. I’m totally okay sharing a bathroom, as long as there’s mutual respect and cleanliness. I’m a tidy and considerate flatmate who values privacy but also enjoys music, culture, and great chats about anything and everything. I love going out with friends, especially at night. Not looking to turn the house into a rave, but it’s important for me to feel comfortable having friends over now and then. I’m big on recycling and keeping shared spaces clean. I also like having a simple and practical kitchen routine or cleaning roster. Nothing too complicated, just something that works for everyone. I’m approachable, helpful, and easygoing.
