Hi, my names Joseph! I am a 22 year old originally from California, but have lived here in Perth for 7 years now since I received my citizenship. I am a current 3rd year student at UWA studying electrical and electronic engineering. I also work part-time in the city as a bartender as well work at an internship company near the city. I am very tidy and organised. I usually keep to myself a lot of the time and am respectful of others space, but also love to socialise or have a drink or go out to a pub every now and again! In my spare time I like going outdoors hiking or making music. I also love soccer and gym! I am currently looking for a room to rent in the regions close to Perth (South Perth, North Perth, Northbridge , etc) as both my jobs and studies require me to be closer to the city. I have been renting for over 2 years now, and have a very good rental history.
